        다운증후군의 산전진단을 위한 다양한 선별검사의 기여율 비교 - 산전 및 신생아때 진단된 96 례 분석 -

        연구의 목적은 다운증후군을 산전진단하기 위한 다양한 산전선별검사 (나이; 35세 이상, 임산부 혈청 marker를 이용한 triple test, 초음파; 비정상 소견, 후경부 투명대 (nuchal translucency), 후경부두께 (nuchal fold thickness))의 기여율를 비교하기 위한 것이다. 1990년 1월부터 1999년 9월까지 본원에서 산전 및 산후에 진단된 례는 총 96례 이었다. 산전 및 신생아기에 진단된 다운증후군의 빈도는 각각 68례 (71 %), 28례 (29 %)였다. 다운증후군 태아를 임신했던 임산부의 평균연령은 33±5.7세이다. 다운증후군의 1,000분만당 연도별 빈도율은 1990년부터 1999년까지 각각 0.4, 1.3, 0.7, 0.7, 1.6, 0.7, 1.2, 2.2, 2.0, 그리고 2.3 (Y=0.28±0.18 year, P=0.01)이었다. 산전진단된 다운증후군의 비율 (%)은 지난 10년간 각각 0 (0/2), 43 (3/7), 50 (2/4), 25 (1/4), 56 (5/9), 100 (5/5), 71 (5/7), 78 (14/18), 78 (14/18), 그리고 89 (17/19) (Y=12.9±8.9 year, P=0.000) 이었다. 다운증후군을 산전진단하기 위한 다양한 산전선별 검사에 따른 기여율은 35세이상의 연령에 의하면 30.2±5.6 %, triple test의 경우 18.2±3.4 %, 초음파에 의한 경우 51.7±6.3 % 이며, 초음파에 의한 산전 선별 검사가 통계적으로 유의하게 연령이나 triple test에 의한 경우 보다 다운증후군의 산전진단에 기여율이 높았다. (P=0.008) 결론적으로 본 연구에 의하면 지난 10년 동안 다운증후군을 산전 진단하기 위한 여러 선별 검사방법의 적용은 효율적이었으며, 특히 초음파에서 다양한 소견을 이용한 다운증후군의 산전선별검사는 연령이나 triple test 보다는 더욱더 의미가 있다고 추론된다. Objective : The purpose of this study was comparison of the contribution rate for prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome using various screening methods (Age: greater than or equal to 35 years old, Serum markers: Triple test, Ultrasonography: abnormal sonographic findings, nuchal translucency, nuchal fold thickness).Methods : Total 96 cases of Down syndrome, prenatally or postnatally diagnosed between Jan. 1990 and Sept. 1999, made up the study population. We got the contribution rate of various prenatal screening methods of down syndrome, and obtained the efficiency of various screening program applied for last 10 years. Results : The frequencies of Down syndrome confirmed in prenatal and postnatal were 68 (71%) and 28 (29%) in respectively. The mean age of mother of Down syndrome fetus was 33.0±5.7 years old. The frequency rate of Down syndrome was 0.4, 1.3, 0.7, 0.7, 1.6, 0.7, 1.2, 2.2, 2.0 and 2.3 a 1,000 deliveries from 1990 to 1999 (Y= 0.28+0.18 year, P=0.01). The percentage of Down syndrome diagnosed prenatally was 0 (0/2), 43 (3/7), 50 (2/4), 25 (1/4), 56 (5/9), 100 (5/5), 71 (5/7), 78 (14/18), 78 (14/18) and 89 (17/19) from 1990 to 1999 (Y= 12.9+8.9 year, P=0.000). The contribution rate of prenatal diagnosis for Down syndrome was 30.2±5.6% by age, 18.2±3.4% by triple test and 51.7±6.3% by ultrasonography, and was significantly difference among each screen methods (P=0.008). Conclusions : This study shows that our prenatal screening program is highly effective to detect Down syndrome and especially ultrasonographic findings (abnormal sono findings, Nuchal translucency, Nuchal fold thickness) may be more important than that of age or Triple test to detect the Down syndrome prenatally.

        본 고에서는 정보통신서비스를 위한 통신처리망에서의 운용관리시스템의 구조 및 C-OAM(Center OAM), M-OAM(Mediation OAM)으로 이루어진 계층적 기능과 OSI망관리 기능에 기초한 OAM 응용기능에 대해 설명하고 이러한 운용관리 기능을 원격, 집중관리하기 위한 망관리 프로토콜과 응용서비스모델에 대해 소개하고 실제 서비스망에서의 관리장치 제원규모와 장치 규격을 결정하기 위해 요구되는 소요 제원을 망관리 트래픽을 분석하므로서 산출하였다.

        열처리 효과에 따른 Zn0.7Mn0.3O 박막의 자기 특성 연구

        We report on the annealing effect and ferromagnetic characteristics of Zn_(0.7)Mn_(0.3)O film prepared by sol-gel method on the silicon (100) substrate using field emission-scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) magnetometry. Magnetic measurements show that Zn_(0.7)Mn_(0.3)O films exhibit ferromagnetism at 5 K revealing the coercive field of ~110 Oe for as grown sample and 360, 1035 Oe for samples annealed at 700, 800 ℃, respectively. Our experimental evidence suggests that ferromagnetic precipitates of a manganese oxide may be responsible for the observed ferromagnetic behaviors of the film.

        We have successfully formed brown colored patterns inside of a transparent borosilicate glass generally known as BK7, laying the focus of near infrared Ti: sapphire femtosecond laser beam in the bulk BK7 glass. It is important to keep the laser power well below the damage threshold of BK7 in forming the color center. Thanks to the low laser power, there was no laser induced mechanical damage such as cracks or threads in the color formed area. From the absorbance spectrum and its gaussian fitting, we found the band gap of BK7, 4.21eV, and three absorption edges.

        코발트 나노 입자가 도입된 초상자성 고분자 박막의 제조 및 자성 연구

        Superparamagnetic properties of self-aggregated cobalt nanoparticles in the perfluorinated ion-exchange polymeric membrane (MF-4SK) prepared by ion-exchange and recovery methods were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) magnetometer at various temperatures. Our experimental results show that cobalt nanoparticles in MF-4SK for the concentration of 7.8×10^(19) atoms per 1g of polymer membrane exhibit superparamagnetic properties above the average blocking temperature (T_B), which is determined to be around 185 K at applied field of 500 Oe. The average particle radius of 4.0 ㎚ achieved from Langevin function fit is in good agreement with TEM observations. This experimental evidence suggests that cobalt nanoparticles in polymer film obey a single domain theory. The results are discussed in the light of current theory for the superparamagnetic behavior of magnetic nanoparticles.

        Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) is an electrochemical energy conversion system with high efficiency and low-emission of pollution. In order to reduce the operating temperature of SOFC system under 800?C, the thickness reduction of YSZ electrolyte to be as thin as possible, e.g., less than 10 {mu}m are considered with the microstructure control and optimum design of unit cell. Methods for reducing the thickness of YSZ electrolyte have been investigated in coin cell. Moreover, a large unit cell(8cm{times}8cm) for SOFC was fabricated using an anode-supported electrolyte assembly with a thinner electrolyte layer, which was prepared by a tape casting method with a co-sintering technique. we studied the design factors such as active layer, electrolyte thickness, cathode composition, etc,. by the coin type of unit cell ahead of the fabrication process of a large unit cell and also reviewed about the evaluation technique of a large size unit cell such as interconnect design, sealing materials and current collector and so forth. Electrochemical evaluations of the unit cells, including measurements such as power density and impedance, were performed and analyzed. Maximum power density and polarization impedance of coin cell were 0.34W/cm² and 0.45{Omega}cm² at 800?C, respectively. However, Maxium power density of a large unit cell(5cm{times}5cm) decreased to 0.21W/cm² at 800?C due to the increase of ohmic resistance. However, It was found that the potential value of a large unit cell loaded by 0.22A/cm² showed 0.76V at 100hrs without the degradation of unit cell.

        N/A Objective : To evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based teratogenic risk counseling by relevant medical literature concerning pregnant women exposed to medication or diagnostic radiation during the first trimester. Methods : Between January 2001 and April 2001, 67 pregnant women exposed to medication or diagnostic radiation visited our clinic for teratogenic risk counseling. We counseld the teratogenic risk of their fetus by relevant medical literature.Also, We measured the score to terminate pregnancy and the perceptive risk on their fetus with major congenital anomaly using 10cm visual analogue scale. Results : None of them were exposed to any known teratogenic drugs or radiation in any teratogenic doses. Other physicians had already recommended, to about a third of patients, pregnancy termination. Their perceptive estimation on the risk of major congenital malformation in the general population was 4.6±1.1%. The perceptive risk on their fetus with major congenital anomaly decreased from 39.5±3.1% before consultation to 10.8±1.6% thereafter (P<0.05). Also, their score on the visual analogue scale to terminate pregnancy was 6.4±2.7 before consultation and 9.1±1.6 thereafter. Their tendency to terminate pregnancy significantly decreased after consultation (P<0.05). Conclusion : Evidence-based counseling for pregnant women exposed to medication or diagnostic radiation during the first trimester may prevent unnecessary pregnancy terminations as well as reduce anxiety.

        We have obtained sharp and clearly resolved ESR spectra of Nd³+ and Er³+ in vapor transport equilibrium (VTE) treated LiNbO₃ crystals, consequently have determined more accurate spin Hamiltonian parameters, than those in congruent samples. The anisotropic hyperfine structures of ¹⁴³Nd³+ and (145)^Nd³+ in the VTE-treated crystals at liquid helium temperature have been analyzed. It is proposed that both rare earth ions favor the lithium site in LiNbO₃ from the consideration of the determined anisotropic g-values.

        고령 지체장애인의 스마트 토이 이용 만족도와 사용 경험 분석

        본 연구는 고령 지체장애인의 스마트 토이에 대한 이용 만족도와 사용 경험을 탐색하여 스마트 토이에 대한 효용성을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 고령의 지체장애인, 뇌병변장애인 12명을 대상으로 스마트 토이를 두 달간 사용하게 한 후 이용 만족도와 사용 경험을 알아보았다. 이용 만족도는 전체를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 사용 경험은 2명을 선정한 후 가정에서 반구조화된 면담 질문지를 활용하여 면담을 실시하였다. 영역별 이용 만족도 분석결과 ‘재이용 의도(4.75)’가 가장 높게 나타났고, ‘불쾌감(1.46)’이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 성별에 따른 집단 간 중심 비교 분석 결과는 여성이용자의 재이용 의도(4.79) 가장 높았고, 남성 이용자의 불쾌감(1.20)이 가장 낮았다. 또한, 독거하는 고령 지체장애인이 가족과 동거하는 고령 지체장애인에 비해 스마트 토이에 더 친숙하게 인식하였다. 사용 경험의 분석결과는 주로 사용한 기능들과 스마트 토이의 사용과 조작에 대한 만족도와 개선 요구를 파악할 수 있었고, 스마트 토이에 대한 정서적 반응을 보인 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 스마트 토이에 대한 고령 지체장애인의 일상생활 지원을 위한 도구적 역할을 확인 하였으며, 고령 지체장애인으로 스마트 토이 적용과 연구의 활성화를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to explore the satisfaction of using smart toys and their experience in using them for the elderly retarded people to find out the utility of smart toys. After having 12 people with cerebral palsy use smart toys for two months, we looked at their satisfaction and experience. The satisfaction level of use was surveyed for the entire group, and the experience of using two people was selected and the interview was conducted using semi-structured interview questions at home. According to the analysis of satisfaction level by area, ‘intention to reuse(4.75)’ was the highest, and ‘discomfort(1.46)’ was the lowest. The results of the cross-group comparative analysis by gender showed that female users had the highest ‘intention to reuse(4.79)’, while male users had the lowest ‘discomfort(1.20)’. In addition, the elderly people living alone were more familiar with smart toys than the elderly people living with their families. The analysis results of the use experience were able to identify the main functions used, satisfaction with the use and operation of smart toys, and the need for improvement, and the emotional response to smart toys. This study confirmed the role of tools for supporting daily life of the elderly retarded on smart toys, and suggested suggestions for the application of smart toys and the expansion of research.
