        간호대학생의 임상수행능력과 핵심간호술 수행자신감이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study aims to examine factors affecting nursing professionalism among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from July to August, 2022. The participants were a total of 266 students in the 3<sup>rd</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> grades located in A and C cities. T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used for data analysis using SPSS 24.0 program. Results: The average score for clinical competency was 4.05±0.59 (out of 5), confidence in essential nursing skill was 3.52±0.64 (out of 5), and nursing professionalism was 4.11±0.52 (out of 5). There was a positive correlation between clinical competency and confidence in essential nursing skills with nursing professionalism. The factors influencing nursing professionalism were clinical competency and grade, which explained 30% of nursing professionalism. Conclusion: The results of this study may be used as basic data for developing educational methods to improve nursing professionalism.

        UAM 추락 시 인구 밀접 지역 지상 인명피해 분석

        This study quantitatively analyzed the human casualties that can occur when a multicopter-type Urban Air Mobility (UAM) with a weight of about 1 ton and a speed of about 100 km/h falls in an urban area. Based on the population density and building database in Seoul, the population exposed to collisions in the event of a UAM crash was derived. Through the ballistic descent model, the accident impact radius of the UAM fall was calculated. In addition, the change in human casualties on the ground was analyzed when the accident impact radius increased. Finally, the ground risk map was created for Seoul, and it was confirmed that about 1 to 10 people could be injured when a UAM crash.

        모성건강관리프로그램이 임부의 우울, 모성역할자신감, 분만자신감에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the maternal health care program on pregnant women's depression, maternal role self-confidence and delivery self-efficacy in a public health center. Methods: This study used a non-equivalent control group quasi-experiment design attempted to verify the effectiveness of maternal health care program. In the experimental group (39 participants), maternal health care program was applied for 120 minutes for 8 weeks, and the control group (40 participants) was provided with a booklet for maternal health care. Data collection was conducted from September 20, 2015 to November 30, 2015. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test and t-test. Results: The maternal health care program showed a significant effect on maternal role self-confidence and delivery self-efficacy compared to control group. Conclusion: The maternal health care program conducted at the public health center was found to be effective in improving maternal role self-confidence and delivery self-efficacy. Further development of a program to mediate the depression of the expectant mothers is needed.

        COVID-19상황에서 간호대학생의 온라인 실습과 임상실습에 대한 임상수행능력과 임상실습만족도 비교

        Purpose : This comparative study aimed to assess clinical competence and clinical practice satisfaction for online and clinical practices of nursing students during the COVID-19 situation. Methods : As a descriptive survey research, this study was conducted targeting 157 third-year nursing students who are attending two universities from July to August 2021. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, analysis of variance and Scheffe’s test using the SPSS 24.0 program. Results : A significant difference was observed between students and online practice students in clinical competence(t=2.60, p=.010) and clinical practice satisfaction(t=3.21, p=.002). Conclusion : Based on the study results, a qualitative online practice education program should be developed to enhance clinical competence and satisfaction of nursing students in a situation where clinical practice is difficult because of COVID-19.

        도심 지역 비행을 위한 지상 인명 피해 기반 소형무인기 고장 빈도 분석

        본 연구에서는 소형무인기(≤25kg)가 도심 지역에서 비행하고자 할 때 요구되는 고장 빈도를 무인기 추락 시 발생할 수 있는 지상 인명 피해를 기반으로 정량적으로 분석하였다. 도심 지역의 인구 밀도, 차량 교통량, 건폐율, 건물 층수 데이터 및 무인기 추락 궤적 모델링을 이용하여 특정 위치에서 무인기 추락 시 인명 피해를 계산하였고 이를 바탕으로 각 무인기 추락 위치에서 안전성 목표값을 만족하기 위한 최대 허용 가능 무인기 고장 빈도를 계산하였다. 이를 통해 각 무인기 추락 위치별 고장 빈도 요구사항을 맵 형태로 도출할 수 있었다. 최종적으로 최대 허용 가능 무인기 고장 빈도를 몇 구간으로 구분하여 각 구간별 도심 지역 비행 가능 영역을 분석하였다. 영월 지역을 대상으로 했을 때 인구 주거 지역 접근을 위해서는 최소 10<SUP>-4</SUP> (failure/flight hour) 이하의 무인기 고장 빈도가 요구됨을 확인하였다. In this paper, we quantitatively analyzed the required UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) failure rate of small UAV (≤25kg) based on the harm to human caused by UAV crash to fly over the populated area. We compute the number of harm to human when UAV falls to the ground at certain descent point by using population density, car traffic, building to land ratio, number of floors of building data of urban area and UAV descent trajectory modeling. Based on this, the maximum allowable UAV failure rate is calculated to satisfy the Target Level of Safety(TLS) for each UAV descent point. Then we can generate the failure rate requirement in the form of map. Finally, we divide UAV failure rate into few categories and analyze the possible flight area for each failure rate categories. Considering the Youngwol area, it is analyzed that the UAV failure rate of at least 10<SUP>-4</SUP> (failure/flight hour) is required to access the residential area.

        차량 환경에서 GPS 반송파 기반 위치 결정을 위한 반송파 불연속 측정치 검출에 대한 연구

        본 논문은 차량 환경에서 GPS 반송파 기반 위치 결정을 위한 반송파 불연속 측정치 검출에 대한 내용을 다룬다. 반송파 기반 위치 결정 방식에 있어서 위치 정확도의 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해서는 반송파 불연속 측정치를 검출해야 한다. 반송파 불연속 측정치를 검출하는 방식에는 여러 연구가 있지만 본 연구에서는 차분된 반송파 측정치와 저가의 관성센서를 이용해 추정한 차분된 반송파의 차이를 모니터링 값으로 설정함으로써 GPS 불연속 측정치를 검출한다. 저가의 불연속 측정치 검출 알고리즘을 개발하는 것을 목표로 설계된 불연속 측정치검출 성능 만족을 위한 관성센서 성능 범위를 도출한다. 이를 통해 적절한 가격과 성능의 관성센서 선택이 가능하다. 선정된 관성센서가 설계치를 만족하는지를 검증하기 위하여 회전 테이블 실험을 진행하였다. 결과적으로 실험치가 설계된 불연속 측정치 검출 성능을 보수적으로 만족하는 검출 성능을 보였다. In this paper, the GPS cycle-slip detection for carrier-phase based positioning of land vehicle is presented. For the carrier phase based positioning, cycle-slip detection is necessary to get the reliability of positioning result. There exists many cycle-slip detection algorithms, but we detect the cycle-slip by using the monitoring value which is defined as residual between the carrier phase measurement and estimated value from low-cost inertial sensor. To achieve goal of paper, low-cost cycle-slip detection system, permissible specification region of inertial sensor is derived. By using the result of permissible region, appropriate inertial sensor of cycle-slip detection can be decided, proper cost and proper specification. To verify the result of this paper, we conduct the rate table test. As a result, required cycle-slip detection performance is satisfied conservatively.

        저고도 무인기 교통관리를 위한 지상 충돌 위험 모델 개발

        본 연구에서는 무인기가 운용 중에 고장이 발생하여 추락함으로써 발생할 수 있는 지상 충돌 위험을 정량적으로 계산하기 위한 지상 충돌 위험 모델을 개발하였다. 지상 충돌 위험 모델은 무인기 고장 확률, 무인기가 지상에 추락하여 사람과 충돌할 확률, 무인기가 사람과 충돌했을 때 인명 피해가 발생할 확률을 이용하여 계산된다. 본 연구에서는 무인기 운용의 지상 충돌 위험을 평가하기 위해 수학적으로 각 확률을 유도하였다. 또한 무인기와의 충돌에 노출되는 인구수를 추정하기 위해 인구 밀도 맵, 건폐율 맵, 차량 교통량 데이터베이스를 활용하였다. 최종적으로 대전에서 두 가지 무인기 경로에 대한 운영을 가정하여 각 무인기 경로에 대한 지상 충돌 위험을 평가하였다. In this paper, we develop the ground risk model of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operation to quantify the ground risk when the UAV falls to the ground during the intended operation in case of UAV failure. The ground risk is computed by using the UAV failure probability, the probability of impact a person when UAV falls to the ground, the probability of fatality when UAV strikes the person. We mathematically derive each probability to evaluate the ground risk of UAV operation. Also, the population density map, building to land ratio map, car traffic database is used to estimate the number of people exposed to collision with UAV. Finally, we assumed the operations of a UAV with two paths in Daejeon city and evaluate the ground risk of each UAV operations.

        조현병 환자의 직업유지 경험

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of schizophrenic"s employment retention. Methods: The study design was a qualitative research with eight schizophrenic participants. The participants had employment experience over six months and the data were collected through in-depth interview between January and February 2013. Colaizzi"s phenomenological research approach was used to analyze the data. Results: The four categories were drawn from 12 themes: "Proceeding their career experience through suitable task for their abilities", "controling their condition and advancing", "sharing the experience with supportive people", "overcoming their condition and hoping life as a normal person". Conclusion: To schizophrenic participants, retention of employment means maintaining their life as not a patient with mental disorder but a normal social member. Therefore, rehabilitation facilities for psychiatric patients and the local community must take an important role that support their employment by providing them with a phased psychosocial rehabilitation program.
