The characteristics of laminar lifted off DME flame diluted with nitrogen and helium have been investigated experimentally in free jet. Nonpremixed flame behaviors in laminar free jet DME flame diluted with nitrogen and helium was similar to those in laminar free jet propane flame diluted with nitrogen. But nonpremixed flame behaviors in laminar free jet DME flame diluted with nitrogen and helium was discrepant from jet similarity theory.
사군자추출분말(HU033)의 Quisqualic Acid 성분 분석법 검증

사군자추출분말(HU033)을 식약처 건강기능식품 개별인정 원료로 개발하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 원료 표준화를 위해 지표성분인 quisqualic acid의 HPLC 분석법을 설정하였고 이에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과 표준용액과 HU033의 HPLC 크로마토그램을 비교하여 다른 물질의 간섭 없이 피크가 선택적으로 분리되었으며, 표준용액과 HU033의 피크 머무름시간이 정확히 일치하는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 동일한 스펙트럼을 나타내는 것을 확인하여 본 시험법의 특이성을 확인하였다. 검량선의 상관계수(R2)는 모두 0.998 이상으로 높은 직선성을 확인하였고, 직선성의 검출한계는 0.976 ㎍/mL, 정량한계는 2.958 ㎍/mL로 확인되었다. HU033에 1.25~10 ㎍/mL 농도로 표준물질을 첨가하여 조제한 용액을 동일한 조건으로 반복 실험하여 시험한 결과, 전체 평균회수율은 100.26%로 분석의 높은 정확성을 확인하였다. HU033의 검체량을 달리하여 각각 5회 반복 분석한 결과 전체 RSD(%) 구간은 0.52~1.90%로 확인되었고, quisqualic acid 분석의 정밀성을 확인하고자 intra-day와 inter-day 정밀성을 확인하였다. Intra-day 정밀성은 0.24~0.41%, inter-day 정밀성은 0.02~0.66% 수준으로 확인되어 높은 정밀성을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 HU033의 지표성분 quisqualic acid 분석법은 적합한 시험법임을 검증하였으며 향후 기능성 원료 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다. In the current study, high performance liquid chromatography was used to validate and establish a method for identification of quisqualic acid (QA) in Quisqualis indica extract powder (HU033), which is widely used in health functional foods. Sample preparation was achieved by applying o-phthalaldehyde derivatization and protein hydrolysis. Analysis was performed on a C18 column with a gradient elution containing a mixture of sodium acetate (0.01 M, pH 4.6) and acetic acid (0.2 M) in water, and a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min methanol, detected at 338 ㎚. Method validation was achieved by measuring the specificity, linearity, accuracy and precision. Calibration curve of QA showed high linearity (R²=1), and limits of detection and quantification were determined to be 1.0 and 3.0 ㎍/mL, respectively. Recovery rate ranged from 98.66% to 101.11%, and QA content in HU033 was approximately 1.09%. Based on these results, we conclude that the developed method can be applied for quantifying QA in Quisqualis indica extract powder (HU033).
공항서비스 업무 종사자의 서비스지향성 및 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인에 관한 연구

This paper aims to examine the factors that affect service orientation and work performance of service providers who are responsible for a major part of the supply chain in airport ground handling services. In addition, a study of the differences in recognition between full-time and outsourced employees will also be carried out in order to study the cause and effect in this relationship. Based on previous research, self-efficacy, organizational culture and employees’ job satisfaction were selected as major cause variables that influence service orientation of airlines. The effect of such service orientation on the work performance of ground handling services was also reviewed through an empirical analysis of a total of 480 workers in ground handling services. The analysis showed that self-efficacy, group organizational culture, rational culture and job satisfaction had a positive impact on service orientation. Secondly, service orientation had a positive impact on work performance. Thirdly, such path relations were examined for any differences between forms of employment (full-time and outsourced employees), but none were found in terms of airport ground handling services. Above all, the significance of this study lies in the attempt to study the service orientation of providers of airport ground handling services that are at the forefront of customer service in terms of service operation and management of airlines.

What does firm make sustainable? The importance of sustainable management in firms has been addressed, but the previous work on firm`s competitive advantage business strategy has focused on the financial performance or social responsibility perspective. Therefore, this study attempts to find the source of sustainable competence of firms from the case of Faber-Castell in 250 years of writing instruments industry. The results of case study showed that it is very essential equally consider three aspects of economic, social and environmental management order for firm to sustain successfully. From this standpoint, firm should more concentrate on how to develop the capability of product distinctiveness and human resources, how to cope with the change of market and technology. The case Faber-Castell also gives insights that firm`s sustainable management needs the combination of human-embodied expertise, brand identity, and environment-friendly operations.

Experimental and numerical approaches on the thermal fatigue for the solder joint of flip chip package are discussed. However, it is one of the most difficult problems to choose the proper fatigue model. It was found that viscoplstic FE model with Darveaux method was very desirable and useful to predict the thermal fatigue life of solder joint for flip chip package under $208{\~}423K$ thermal cycling condition such as steep slope of temperature(JEDEC standard condition C). Thermal fatigue life was 1075 cycles as a result of viscoplatic model. It was a good agreement compared to the experimental. And also, it was found from the experimental that probability of the thermal fatigue life was $60{\%}$ at 1500 cycles.

This paper investigates with the mechanical properties of Al alloy samples coated by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) using a phosphate electrolyte with a Na2WO4 solution. Under an A Ccondition of 60Hz, PEO coatings were applied for 300 seconds at a current density of 100mA/cm2. Microstructural observations of the PEO-coated samples revealed that the size and fraction of the micro-pores remained nearly constant while WO3 and W were additionally in corporated in the oxide layer using the Na2WO4 solution. During PEO coating, the Na2WO4 solution dissociated into Na+ and WO4 2- and the high dielectric voltage exceeding the ignition voltage activated the electrochemical reactions of WO4 2- in the anode, leading to the formation of WO3 and W. The incorporation of WO3 and W is expected to lead to enhancement of the hardness and wear resistance of the PEO-coated Al sample. (Received October 08, 2014)

경제발전이 가속화 되고 인간의 삶의 질이 향상되면서 차량보유가 증가함에 따라, 유아용 카시트의 사용이 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 주 5일제 확대 및 가정을 중요시 하는 사회적 문화의 변화에 따라 유아와의 이동이 편리한 유모차의 사용이 증대되고 있다. 이와 같이 이동 편의성을 고려한 유모차의 사용이 증대되고 있다. 기존의 유모차는 세로로 접어지는 접철식이 대부분으로 접어서 이동시와 차량에 보관할 때와 프레임이 무거운 경우 여성이나 고령자가 사용 시 많은 힘을 필요로 하므로 불편함을 호소하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 불편함을 느끼는 중량문제와 이동시 편의성 고려를 위한 접이방식을 개선하는 방안을 연구 하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 유모차의 프레임의 경량화 설계방안 및 폴딩 접이구조에 대한 연구를 수행 하였다.
