우리 나라에서 일반적으로 채취 이용되고 있는 13가지의 山菜에 대한 영양가 조성을 평가하기 위하여 실험을 수행하였는데 수분함량은 다른 채소류보다 약간 낮았으며, 조단백질은 모두 2% 이상으로서 배추, 무우, 시금치, 당근 등의 채소보다 높았고, 조회분도 같은 경향이었다. 조지방, 조섬유는 종류간 큰 차이가 없었으며, 더덕의 조섬유는 다른 山菜에 비해 3배 정도 높았다.<br/> 무기성분 중 K의 함량은 山菜間에 비슷하였으나 더덕만은 매우 낮았고 Ca와 P는 산채의 종류에 따라 심한 차이를 보였다. Mg은 가죽 4.3㎎%, 원추리 1.92㎎%, 잔대뿌리 4.13㎎%, 두릅 7.68㎎%, 고사리 8.99㎎%였고, 그 이외에는 16㎎% 내외로서 비슷하였다.<br/> 총 아미노산 함량은 두릅; 3072.4㎎%>더덕; 2709.4㎎%>고사리, 가죽, 창출, 우산나물; 2350㎎%내외>곤달비, 머위, 잔대잎, 엉겅퀴, 옥잠; 1400㎎%내외>원추리, 참취, 잔대뿌리; 600㎎%내외 순이었으며, 일반적으로 Asp와 Glu가 가장 많아 총 아미노산 함량의 46%를 차지하였으며, 더덕은 Arg가 가장 많았는데 다른 山菜의 Arg에 비해 6배 정도가 높았다.<br/> 가죽, 옥잠, 창출의 Vitamin C 함량은 각각 45.9㎎%, 36.8㎎%, 30.2㎎%로서 비교적 높았고 배당체 함량은 곤달비, 더덕이 각각 4.1%, 3.5%로서 가장 높았으나, 머위와 고사리가 다음으로서 2.2%, 2.0%로 나타났고 이들 배당체는 山菜의 쓴맛에 관여하고 있는 것으로 생각되었다. To evaluate the nutritive value, 13 Wild vegetables which commonly used for side dish were analyzed.<br/> Their Moisture are lower than that of other vegetables. Crude Protein content of these Wild vegetables is more than 2%, which is higher than that of other vegetables and these tendencies were also shown in the content of Crude Ash. The content of Crude Fat and of Crude Fiber are similar in the Wild vegetables, but Crude Fiber of C. lanceolata TRAUTV is three times higher than that of other Wild vegetables. In all Wild vegetables, the K content of Mineral is similar, but that of C. lanceolata TRAUTV is very low. The content of Ca and P are quite different among Wild vegetables. The content of Mg is also similar each other, about 16㎎%, but that of P.agwilinum var. latiusculum UNDERW, A. elata SEEM, A.altissima SWINGLE, root of A. triphylla (Thunb.)A. DC., H. Thunbergii BAK. is 8.99, 7.68, 4.30, 4.13 and 1.92㎎% respectively.<br/> Total Amino acids were contained in order of A.elata; 3072.4㎎%>C.lanceolata TRAUTV; 2709.4㎎%>P.agwilinum var. latiusculum UNDERW, A. altissima SWINGLE, A. Japonica KOIDZ, S.palmata MAX. ; about 2350㎎%>L.Jaluensis KOM., P.Caponicus MAX., leaf of A. triphylla(Thunb.)A.DC., C. Japonicum var. ussuriense, H. plantaginea ASCHERS; about 1400 ㎎%>H. Thunbergii BAK., A. scaber THUNB, root of A. triphylla(Thunb.) A. DC. ; about 600 ㎎%. Asp.A.A. and Glu.A.A. content, 46% of Total A.A. is higher than other Amino acids and the content of Arg. A.A. in C.lanceolata TRAUTV which is higher than that of other Amino acids is 6 times highly than that of other Wild vegetables.<br/> A. altissima SWINGLE, H. plantaginea ASCHERS, A. Japonica KOIDZ contain Vitamin C a little avobe, 45.9㎎%, 36.8㎎%, 30.2㎎% respectively.<br/> Glucoside content of L. Jaluensis KOM., C.lanceolata TRAUTV which are 4.1%, 3.5%, were highest of all and that of P.Caponicus MAX., P.agwilinum var. latiusculum UNDERW, 2.2%, 2.0% is in the second, which seems to be the cause of bitter taste.
체외순환이 보체활성화화 백혈구의 폐내 정체에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

From December 1993 to April 1994, to investigate complement activation and pulmonary leukostasis, thirty adult patients were studied during cardiopulmonary bypass[CPB for cardiac surgery in Department of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery, Pusan Paik Hospital, Inje University. Total patients were divided into group I and II according to the purpose of study ; Group I was 15 patients undergoing CPB with bubble oxygenator, Group II was 15 patients undergoing CPB with membrane oxygenator. The results of study were summarized as follows.1. The decrease of C3 and C4 levels were observed within few minutes of beginning of CPB in all patients[P<0.05 , and this decrease was proved to be due to complement activation, not by the influence of hemodilution.2. In the correlation between the change of C3 and C4, group I showed linear correlation each other suggesting complement activation occurred through the classical pathway, group II showed a correlation at only partial sampling times suggesting complement activation via both classical and alternative pathway, however there was no significant statistical difference at the change of C3 and C4 concentrations in two groups[P>0.05 .3. After switching to partial CPB, a few difference between right atrial and left atrial WBC count was observed, but statistically not significant and median cell count difference between group I and II was not significant, too [P>0.05 . With the above result, we concluded that CPB itself contributes to the activation of complement system, but bubble oxygenator does not activate always complement system more than membrane oxygenator.

The social problems caused by the floor noise in the apartment complex are at a serious level, and the floor noise dispute lawsuits are increasing rapidly every year. So we defined the legal standard of floor noise, and compared the existing sound insulation structure of apartment house and the integration method of aero con"c which is applied to it. As a result of the study, it was found that it is impossible to solve the problems caused by the construction of the existing flooring type sound insulation panel. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to apply the method which can integrate the sound insulation material and slabs with liquid-type sound insulation performance.
배양된 복막중피세포의 Fibronectin 생성에 있어 헤파린의 효과

N/A Interleukin-1β(IL-1β), which is released into the peritoneal cavity during peritonitis in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) patients, stimulates the production of extracellular matrix proteins, including fibronectin and type, I collagen, in the cultured peritoneal mesothelial cells(HPMCs). This may participate in the development of peritoneal fibrosis developing after episodes of peritonitis. Heparin sti-mulates the fibrinolysis and it is a routine practice to put 0.5-1U/mL of heparin into the dialysis fluid to prevent the formation of fibrin clot. Besides the anticoagulant acivity, heparin has diverse biologic effects on the cells. In this study, we investigated the effect of heparin on the production of fibronectin, one of the extracellular matrix proteins, in the cul-tured human peritoneal mesothelial cells. Incubation of the cultured HPMCs with IL-1β(1 ng/mL) caused an increased expression of fibronectin mRNA by the cells. This stimulatory effect of IL-18 on the expression of fibronectin mRNA was inhibited by heparin, dose-dependently as well as time-depen-dently. The expression of fibronectin mRNA in the unstimulated cells was also inhibited by heparin. The amount of secreted fibronectin in the culture super- natant was decreased by heparin(1U/mL). This inhibitory effect was present regardless of the addition of IL-lβ. However, IL-lβ-induced increase in the expression of TGFβ1 mRNA in the cultured HPMCs was not inhibited by heparin. In conclusion, heparin inhibited the production of fibronectin by the cultured HPMCs at the concentration used clinically during peritonitis in CAPD patients. This suggests that heparin may have a preventive effect on the development of peritonitis associated peritoneal fibrosis as well as decrease the formation of fibrin clot.

Mg alloys with unique characteristics, such as high specific strength, low density, high corrosion rate, and so on, are regarded as functional and also structural materials. In particular, Mg alloys have attractive points as metal implants due to their good biocompatibility and biodegradability in the bio- environment and similar elastic modulus to that of bone tissue. The purpose of this work was to investigate the mechanical properties and bio-corrosion properties of extruded Mg-2Zn-1Mn-xCaO (x = 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5) alloys. To evaluate the bio-corrosion properties, electrochemical tests were conducted in Hanks` solution at 37 ℃. The results of tensile and in vitro corrosion tests indicated that the mechanical and biodegradable properties of Mg-2Zn-1Mn-xCaO alloys could be adjusted by controlling the CaO content.
