The social problems caused by the floor noise in the apartment complex are at a serious level, and the floor noise dispute lawsuits are increasing rapidly every year. So we defined the legal standard of floor noise, and compared the existing sound insulation structure of apartment house and the integration method of aero con"c which is applied to it. As a result of the study, it was found that it is impossible to solve the problems caused by the construction of the existing flooring type sound insulation panel. In order to overcome this problem, it is necessary to apply the method which can integrate the sound insulation material and slabs with liquid-type sound insulation performance.

With the economic growth of our country, railway transportation has been established and the railway station has been newly constructed and reconstructed actively. In the meantime, railway transportation has dealt with passenger and cargo transportation. However, as the number of express train passengers increases, passenger handling services are increased, and in order to build a railway station, A customer satisfaction survey was conducted to make the data. The station to be surveyed was selected as Daejeon Station on the express train. Passenger and station staff using Daejeon station were analyzed for the satisfaction of Daejeon station space configuration, passenger facilities and passenger traffic.

Schwannomas are rare tumors derived from the cells of Schwann which form the neural sheath. Some patients with gastrointestinal schwannoma have been previously reported in the literature. However, schwannomas of the colon are extremely rare. We herein describe a case of schwannoma of the colon. A 49-year-old woman was admitted with complaint of abdominal pain and investigations revealed the presence of a 4 cm sized mass in the ascending colon. Following right hemicolectomy, histopathology and immunohistochemistry confirmed the colonic lesion to be a benign schwannoma. There was no evidence of specific complication or recurrence until now. To get the basic data for making comfortable military uniforms and to examine the distribution of clothing microclimate, seasonal fluctuations of skin temperature, subjective sensation, and clothing microclimate were measured from 10 males. The subject were questioned on thermal comfort in experiment. Clothing microclimate temperature at breast, skin temperature at four sites (breast, upper arm, thigh, leg), deep body temperature at eardrum( tympanic temperature), and subjective sensation were measured for an hour in the controlled climatic chamber. The subjects felt comfortable when skin temperature were recorded $34.43^{\circ}C$ at breast, $33.53^{\circ}C$ at upper arm, $32.9^{\circ}C$ at thigh, and 32.50 at leg. Then mean skin temperature was $33.55\pm$$0.63^{\circ}C$. Clothing microclimate temperature ranged from 31.2 to $33.8^{\circ}C$, and clothing microclimate humidity ranged from 49.80~52.41%. In the comparison of these results with the microclimate of military uniforms, it needs more insulation in clothing for military uniforms. It also says that military uniforms should be made of the textiles which can control humidity.
체외순환이 보체활성화화 백혈구의 폐내 정체에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

From December 1993 to April 1994, to investigate complement activation and pulmonary leukostasis, thirty adult patients were studied during cardiopulmonary bypass[CPB for cardiac surgery in Department of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery, Pusan Paik Hospital, Inje University. Total patients were divided into group I and II according to the purpose of study ; Group I was 15 patients undergoing CPB with bubble oxygenator, Group II was 15 patients undergoing CPB with membrane oxygenator. The results of study were summarized as follows.1. The decrease of C3 and C4 levels were observed within few minutes of beginning of CPB in all patients[P<0.05 , and this decrease was proved to be due to complement activation, not by the influence of hemodilution.2. In the correlation between the change of C3 and C4, group I showed linear correlation each other suggesting complement activation occurred through the classical pathway, group II showed a correlation at only partial sampling times suggesting complement activation via both classical and alternative pathway, however there was no significant statistical difference at the change of C3 and C4 concentrations in two groups[P>0.05 .3. After switching to partial CPB, a few difference between right atrial and left atrial WBC count was observed, but statistically not significant and median cell count difference between group I and II was not significant, too [P>0.05 . With the above result, we concluded that CPB itself contributes to the activation of complement system, but bubble oxygenator does not activate always complement system more than membrane oxygenator.
Bacillus sp. IJ - 3가 생산하는 대두단백응고효소의 최적생산조건 및 7S Globulin에 대한 효소적 작용에 관한 연구

Bacillus sp. IJ-3 균주는 균체외 효소로 대두단백응고효소를 생산하고, 이 박테리아의 최적 효소생산에 대한 배지조성 및 배양조건을 검토하였다. 최대의 대두단백 응고효소를 생산하는 배지조성은 soymilk 20%(w/v), glucose 2.0%, yeast extract 5.0%, peptone 4.0% 및 potassium phosphate, monobasic 1.0%였다. 초기 pH는 6.0이었고, 35℃ 배양에서 최대 효소활성을 보였다. 조정된 배지 조성에서 72시간 배양에 최대 효소활성을 나타내었으며, 기존배지 활성의 약 5.3배의 효소활성의 증가를 보였다. Bacillus sp. IJ-3 균주효소는 7S globulin에 대해 특이성을 갖고 있는 것으로 사료된다. A bacterial strain, designated as Bacillus sp. IJ-3 strain, was shown to produce the extracellular soy protein coagulating enzyme and culture conditions for the production of enzyme by this microbial strain was investigated. The culture medium giving a maximum soy protein coagulating activity was consist of 20%(w/v) soymilk, 2.0%(w/v) glucose, 4.0%(w/v) yeast extract, 5.0%(w/v) polypeptone and 1.0%(w/v) potassium phosphate, monobasic. Initial pH was optimal at 6.0 and the enzyme activity in the culture usually reached a maximal level of fermentation at 35℃. After the culture medium adjustment where required, enzyme activity was reached maximum at 72 hour of cultivation but this enzyme activity was reduced quickly. It can be assumed that Bacillus sp. IJ -3 strain enzyme has a specificity toward the 75 globulin.
