Development in vehicle industry could increase interest in children's safety recently. However the research of children safety is not being conducted as many as that of adult's. Especially the basic study for the vehicle crash on-board children was not much. This study focused on the effect of seatbelt anchorage points to evaluate children's safety in frontal crash. The current regulation of the seatbelt anchorage points is suitable for ranged from female 5% to male 95%. The assessment of children's safety at buckle up of no used CRS(child restraint system) was performed using frontal sled tests. The frontal crash pulse in sled tests was designed to the average of about 30 KNCAP frontal crash pulses. To reduce number of experiments, DOE is used. The Q6 child dummy and standard seat in UN R 129 were used. According to the analysis of test results, children's safety has been influenced by the points of seatbelt anchorage.
신경괴사증바이러스(Nervous Necrosis Virus, NNV) 모니터링을 통한 무감염 능성어(Hyporthodus septemfasciatus)친어의 선발

We investigated the infection of nervous necrosis virus (NNV) in seven band grouper Hyporthodus septemfasciatus broodstocks, which have been reared in aquaculture farms in South Korea during 2012-2014. To investigate the prevalence of NNV within the broodstock, egg, sperm, and blood were sampled in the spawning season. The egg and sperm samples were subjected to a nested reverse transcription (RT) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay to detect NNV and were inoculated on SSN-1 cells to culture the virus. Blood samples were used to detect antibodies against NNV using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELSIA). Positive values from ELISA were found in 39 of 162 samples (24%) in 2012, and 13 of 28 samples (46%) in 2014. Additionally, 4 of 34 broodstocks (11%) investigated in 2013-2014 were determined to be carriers from the nested RT-PCR and in vitro cultivation. The broodstocks in which antibodies against NNV were detected by ELISA, or in which NNV was detected by the nested RT-PCR assay, posed a risk of vertical transmission of NNV. Therefore, it is necessary to select virus-free broodstocks in seed production to reduce the possibility of the vertical transmission of NNV.

Three factors are stated, first cultural man power creation, digitalizing cultural asset data, and cultural asset story making. 문화유산 산업은 한나라의 흥망성쇠에 결정적 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서 문화유산 산업에 대한 선진국의 여러 가지 정책과 제도를 소개한다. 이를 통해 나라의 상황에 맞게 고쳐 나아가, 문화유산 산업 발전 관련 정책을 제시한다. 특히 '젊우미'라는 제도를 제안해, 청년취업과 문화유산 산업 증진의 두 가지 발전을 위한 정책을 위해 문화재 보존 인력양성, 문화재의 디지털 데이터베이스화 와 문화재 스토리 발굴을 제안한다.

Recently, development in vehicle safety could increase interest in children's safety in vehicle collisions. But the research of children safety in vehicle collisions is not being conducted as many as that of adult's. Especially the study for the vehicle crash was not much. This study focused on the comparison of child safety between test protocols to evaluate children's safety in crash test. Injuries of Q6 and Q10 dummy were evaluated using FFRB (Full frontal rigid barrier) test and 40% ODB (Offset deformable barrier) test with one model vehicle. Even though the limit number of test, the tendency of injury criteria of Q6 and Q10 dummy between the test protocols was not conformed but injury criteria of Q6 and Q10 were not same between FFRB and 40% ODB.
우주 물체 충돌 위험 분석을 위한 이중 모드 프레임워크

최근 지구 주변 우주 물체 수의 급격한 증가와 함께 우주 위험 대응 기술에 대한 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우주 위험 중 하나인 우주 물체 간 충돌 위험을 분석하기 위한 방법론에 대해 기술하였다. 주어진 정보와 상황에 적합한 충돌 위험 정보를 도출하기 위해 일대일 충돌 사건에 초점을 맞춘 미시적 모드와, 관심 대상이 통과하는 공간에 초점을 맞춘 거시적 모드로 이루어진 이중 모드 프레임워크가 제안되었으며, 각 모드에 적합한 사례 연구를 통해 그 효용성을 검증하였다.
단보 : 해수순치 무지개송어 ( Oncorhynchus mykiss)의 Vibrio anguillarum 감염증

본 연구에서는 2013년 4월 제주 소재 육상수조에서 무지개송어 해수순치 과정중에 대량폐사가 발생하여 질병검사를 실시하였다. 병어의 대부분은 체표에 궤양이 형성되어 있었고, 비장 비대, 유문수 부위 및 복강 근육의 출혈 및 위속에 액성물질이 가득 차 있었다. 병원체 검사결과, 기생충, 진균, 바이러스는 검출되지 않았지만 검사 개체 5마리에서 간, 비장 및 신장조직에서 동일한 형태의 세균 colony가 시료 당 200개 이상 분리되었다. 분리세균의 16S rDNA 염기서열 분석 결과, Vibrio anguillarum과 100% (875/875 bp) 일치하였다. 이상의 결과, 무지개송어 해수 순치과정 중에 발생된 질병은 Vibrio anguillarum 감염증으로 사료되었다. We examined the cause of a disease outbreak in rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss, which were adapting to a seawater in an aquaculture farm in Jeju on April, 2013. Most of the diseased fish showed a severe ulcer on the skin, enlarged spleen, expanded stomach and hemorrhage of abdominal and pyloric region. Although no parasites, fungi or viruses were isolated from diseased fish, over 200 same bacterial colonies were isolated from liver, spleen and kidney. Nucleotide sequences of the 16S rDNA gene of the bacterium in this study showed 100% identity with Vibrio anguillarum. This study is the first report of V. anguillarum infection in rainbow trout during sea adaption in Korea.

Immunoglobulin M (IgM) of sevenband grouper (Epinephelus septemfasciatus) was purified by mannan-binding protein (MBP) affinity column. The purified IgM had an apparent molecular weights of 76 (heavy chain) and 28 (light chain) kDa in sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). Eight hybridoma clones secreting monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) against sevenband grouper IgM were established. Antibody detection enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) with bovine serum albumin (BSA, antigen) and the 8 mAbs revealed that optical density (OD) values were clearly different between sera from BSA-immunization and non-immunization of sevenband grouper. These results suggest that the produced mAbs in this study are specifically reacted with IgM of sevenband grouper.
