모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 개선과제 중요도 및 기대효용 분석 연구

모듈러 공법이 지닌 다양한 장점과 관련 시장의 지속적인 성장에도 불구하고, 국내에서는 아직 이와 관련한 구체적인 제도가 확립되어 있지 않아 활성화가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 모듈러 관련 산업 현황과 연구 동향을 고찰하고, 사전 조사를 통해 건설업계 실무자들의 의견을 반영하여 모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 4대 개선영역과 12개의 개선과제를 도출하였다. 이후 전문가집단을 대상으로 AHP 분석을 수행하여 개선영역 및 개선과제의 상대적 중요도를 평가하였으며, 기대효용평가를 수행하여 이를 반영한 개선과제의 최종 우선순위를 도출하였다. 또한 응답자를 기업과 학계/연구계로 나누어 의견을 비교·분석하여 모듈러 공법에 대한 시각차를 확인하였고, 분석 결과를 통해 정책 수립 및 제도 개선의 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 우선순위 개선과제들은 향후 모듈러 공법 활성화를 위한 정책적 의사결정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Despite of the various advantages of modular construction method and the continued growth of related markets, it is difficult to activate them because no specific system has been established in Korea. Accordingly, this study derived improvement areas and tasks for activating modular construction methods through existing literature reviews and preliminary surveys. Then, AHP analysis and expected utility evaluation were conducted for expert groups to derive priority for improvement areas and tasks. In addition, opinions of enterprise and architectural research were compared and analyzed, and the analysis results suggested the direction of policy establishment and system improvement. This study is expected to be used as a basic study for policy decision-making to activate modular construction method.

While the precast concrete(PC) construction method is expected to be revitalized in the construction industry, safety management guidelines for PC production plants have not been well-established. The purpose of this study is thus to develop a checklist for the safety management of PC production plants. In this study, detailed safety guidelines in domestic and foreign manuals related to lifting and loading/unloading works and PC production plant operations were analyzed. This study also investigated various applications of video analysis technologies and methods for safety management and analyzed which methods can be best-suited to monitor safety management checklist items. This study contributed to integrated safety guidelines that can be used as a checklist for real-time-monitoring-based risk analysis and management in safer PC production plants.

The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in cutaneous thermal sensation thresholds and the inter-threshold sensory zone between firefighters (8 males) and non-firefighters (9 male students). The results showed that; 1) firefighters’ skin temperatures on the hand and calf were higher than those of students (p<.05); 2) firefighters perceived warmth on the calf and foot at a lower skin temperature (Tsk) than students, whereas cool sensations on the hand and calf were perceived at a higher Tsk in firefighters (p<.05); 3) the sensitivity to detect warmth or coolness was greater in firefighters than in students (p<.1); 4) the most thermally insensitive body regions were the calf and foot for both warming and cooling (p<.05); 5) the difference in the inter-threshold sensory zone was particularly noticeable on the forehead (4.0±0.8°C for firefighters, 6.6±1.1°C for students, p=.073), calf (6.6±0.7°C for firefighters, 10.0±1.4°C for students, p=.061), and foot (6.0±1.2oC for firefighters, 9.9±1.2°C for students, p=.033). In summary, firefighters had a tendency to perceive warmth at a lower Tsk and coolness at a higher Tsk, faster at an identical speed of warming/cooling, and had a narrower range of the inter-threshold sensory zone than students on the extremities of the body. These findings indicate that firefighters’ peripheral skin is thermally more sensitive when compared to nonfirefighters, which suggests that firefighters’ skin does not manifest habituation due to long-term heat adaptation.
Building Information Modeling을 활용한 통일 후 모듈러 타입 기반시설 구축 방향

In these days, there is a growing expectations for the possibility of the unification of South and North Korea and measures in terms of supply and demand of infrastructure services are increasingly needed. In particular, it is highly expected that shortage of housing infrastructure services will be the most critical problems right after the unification. This study thus proposes modular construction to build apartment houses to prepare for massive population movements after Korea unification. The size of the modular was determined considering supply chains as well as legal aspects such as the minimum residential area. Two housing sizes were set considering the unification migrants, and unit plans were designed. After calculating the information such as the quantity of major materials by BIM, the alternatives were compared and analyzed in various viewpoints. This study can be used as a basic study on apartment housing after unification.
