        Ca<sup>2+</sup> 및 F<sup>-</sup> 이온이 Struvite 결정화 반응에 미치는 영향

        일반적으로 고농도의 암모니아성 질소, 인 및 불소가 동시에 고농도로 함유되어 있는 반도쳬 폐수를 처리하기 위하여 사전에 불소를 적절한 방법으로 제거하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위하여 칼슘을 이용한 제거법이 널리 채택 되고 있다. 그러나 불소제거를 위하여 주입하는 칼슘은 암모니아성 질소와 인의 제거를 위한 struvite 반응에 저해를 주기 때문에 최대로 제거할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 불소와 칼슘이 함유된 폐수를 대상으로 struvite 결정화반응을 수행할 때 미치는 영향 인자에 대하여 알아보았다. 불소 농도가 증가할수록 암모니아성 질소와 인의 제거율이 급격하게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 인이 암모니아성 질소보다 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 폐수중의 칼슘 농도 증가에 따른 영향은 칼슘 농도가 500 mg/L까지 struvite의 결정구조와 일치하였으나 침전물의 순도는 떨어지는 것으로 확인되었고,struvite 반응시 칼슘에 대한 영향은 인보다 암모니아성 질소가 더 크게 받는 것으로 나타났다. It is very important to remove fluoride ion before treating semiconductor wastewater containing high concentration of ammonia, phosphates, and fluoride ions by struvite formation. Calcium ion was generally added for the removal of fluoride ion. However, calcium ions remained after removal of fluoride ion can deteriorate the performance of struvite crystalization. It should be removed completely before struvite formation. In this study, the effect of fluoride and calcium ion concentration on the struvite crystalization was investigated. Removal efficiencies of ortho-phosphate with struvite formation were more abruptly decreased than those of ammonium nitrogen, as increase of fluoride ion concentration in synthetic wastewater. The structures of struvite formed in synthetic wastewater containing calcium ion of up to 500 mg/L were identical. Purity of struvite was deteriorated as increase of calcium ion over 500 mg/L. Removal efficiencies of ammonium nitrogen were more decreased than those of phosphate ions as increase of cacium ion in synthetic wastewater.

        고농도의 불소함유폐수 처리시 칼슘원에 따른 영향

        본 연구는 고농도의 불소가 함유된 LCD 폐수를 처리하는데 있어, 칼슘원에 따른 제거 효율과 경제성에 부합되는 조건을 도출하여 실제 현장에 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 칼슘원으로 CaCl₂, Ca(OH)2 및 CaCO₃를 이용하여 각각 pH, 칼슘주입량, 반응시간 및 교반속도의 변화에 따른 특성을 관찰하였다. 그 결과 CaCl₂의 경우 pH 7, 칼슘주입량 0.4[Ca] / [F] (mol / mol), 1시간, 200 rpm으로 결정되었고, Ca(OH)2의 경우 pH 7, 칼슘주입량 30 mL/L, 1시간, 200 rpm으로 결정하였으며, CaCO₃의 경우 pH 4, 칼슘주입량 30 mL/L, 1시간, 200 rpm으로 적용하는 것이 최적조건이라고 판단되었다. 그러나 현장의 상황에 따라 적용 조건의 변경이 가능하다. As production of LCD increases, it has become necessary to find an economically efficient way of treating LCD wastewater with high concentration of fluoride. This study focuses on the calcium sources: CaCl₂, Ca(OH)2 and CaCO₃ for the treatment of the LCD wastewater including high concentration of fluoride. Of course considering removal efficiency and economical aspect, study is continued. Then this study have objective giving aid to field. Consequently, each calcium source`s removal efficiency was measured in various pH, calcium dosage, reaction time, and mixing intensity. The optimum operational conditions for CaCl₂ were found to be pH of 7, calcium dosage of 0.4[Ca] / [F] (mol / mol), 1 hr of operation and 200 rpm of mixing intensity. For Ca(OH)2, they were pH of 7, calcium dosage of 30 mL/L, 1 hr of operation, and 200 rpm of mixing intensity. While CaCO₃ had operational conditions of pH of 4, calcium dosage of 30 mL/L, 1 hr operation and 200 rpm of mixing intensity. But it is recommended to use calcium sources according to various field conditions.

        정보서비스품질이 고객로열티에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 고객관계관리 관점

        As managing customer relationship gets more important, companies are strengthening information service using multi-channels to their customers as a part of their customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. It means companies are now accepting such information services not as simple information -delivering tools, but as strategic initiatives for acquiring and maintaining customer loyalty. In this paper, we attempt to validate whether or not such various information services would impact on organizational performance in terms of CRM strategy. More specifically, our research objective is to answer the next three questions: first, how to construct the instruments to measure not information quality but information service quality?; second, which attributes of information service quality can influence corporate image and customer loyalty?; finally, does each information service type have unique characteristics compared with others in terms of influencing corporate image and customer loyalty? With respect to providing answers to those questions, the previous studies had been limited in that those studies failed to consider the variety of types of information service or restricted the quality of information service to information quality. An appropriate research model answering the above questions should consider the fact that most companies are utilizing multi channels for their information services, and include the recent strategic information service such as customer online community. Moreover, since corporate information service could be regarded as a type of products or services delivered to customer, it is necessary to adopt the criteria for assessing customer's perceived value when to measure the quality of information service. Therefore, considering both multi-channels and multi-traits may enable us to tell the detailed causal routes showing which quality attributes of which information service would affect corporate image and customer loyalty. As information service channels, we include not only homepage and DM (direct mail), which are the most frequently applied information service channels, but also online community, which is getting more strategic importance in recent years. With respect to information service quality, we abstract information quality, convenience of information service, and timeliness of information service through a wide range of relevant literature reviews. As our dependant variables, we consider corporate image and customer loyalty that both of them are the critical determinants of organizational performance, and also attempt to grasp the relationship between the two constructs. We conducted a huge online survey at the homepage of one of representative dairy companies in Korea, and gathered 367 valid samples from 407 customers. The reliability and validity of our measurements were tested by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and principal factor analysis respectively, and seven hypotheses were tested through performing correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The results from data analysis demonstrated that timeliness and convenience of homepage have positive effects on both corporate image and customer loyalty. In terms of DM, its' information quality was represented to influence both corporate image and customer loyalty, but we found its' convenience have a positive effect only on corporate image. With respect to online community, we found its timeliness contribute significantly both to corporate image and customer loyalty. Finally, as we expected, corporate image was revealed to provide a great influence to customer loyalty. This paper provides several academic and practical implications. Firstly, we think our research reinforces CRM literatures by developing the instruments for measuring information service quality.       • 질산화 반응조에서 유기물 부하에 따른 암모니아 제거 특성

        본 연구에서는 DEPHANOX공정을 변형한 두 개의 질산화 반응조를 둔 M-DEPHANOX 공정과 기존 변형된 질산화 반응조를 RBC로 대체한 형태로 단일 질산화 반응조로 운전된 M-DEPHANOX 공정을 운전하였다. 그리고 두 공정의 제거율을 비교하기 위하여 질소, 인 및 유기물 제거율과 질산화 반응조의 유기물 부하에 따른 $NH_3$-N 제거율을 조사하였다. 연구결과 $NH_3$-N 제거율은 M-DEPHANOX공정이 91.8%, M-eBNR 공정은 96.9%로서 두 공정 모두 높게 나타났다. TCOD와 SCOD 제거율은 M-DEPHANOX공정은 84.1와 78.2%, M-eBNR공정은 83.4%와 75.6%이었다. 또한 유기물이 $NH_3$-N 제거율에 미치는 영향은 M-eBNR 공정의 질산화 반응조에서는 1차 침전조에서 거의 나타나지 않았다. M-eBNR 공정의 $NH_3$-N 제거율은 도시하수의 유입성상이 달라지더라도 안정적으로 유지되었다. The objective of this study was to investigate difference in nitrogen, organic, phosphorus and $NH_3$-N removal efficiency according to organic loading, comparing M-DEPHANOX process which has two nitrification reactor with M-eBNR process which has one nitrification reactor. As a result of this study, $NH_3$-N removal efficiency of M-DEPHANOX and M-eBNR resulted in average level of 91.8%, 96.9%, respectively. M-DEPHANOX and M-eBNR processes showed high removal efficiency in view of $NH_3$-N removal efficiency. Comparing organic removal efficiency by M-DEPHANOX and M-eBNR processes, the average removal efficiency in terms of TCOD, SCOD was 84.1%, 78.2% and 83.4%, 75.6%. Also, the results that observed about $NH_3$-N removal efficiency regarding organic loading revealed that nitrification reactor of RBC type are little influenced by flowing organic without precipitating at settling tank. Therefore, although inflow characteristics of municipal wastewater changes, M-eBNR process appeared to remove $NH_3$-N reliably.
