중학생의 학업적 실패내성, 심리적 성장환경, 사회적 지지가 학교행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 학업적 실패내성, 심리적 성장환경, 사회적 지지가 학교행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 부산시에 소재한 있는 2개 중학교 학생 320명을 대상으로 학업적 실패내성, 심리적 성장환경, 사회적 지지, 학교행복감 검사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 305명의 자료가 분석에 포함되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 21.0을 이용하여 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업적 실패내성, 심리적 성장환경, 사회적 지지, 학교행복감 간에는 정적 상관이 있다. 둘째, 학업적 실패내성의 하위요인 중 행동과 감정은 학교행복감에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 심리적 성장환경의 하위요인 중 가족응집력 및 수용과 용서는 학교행복감에 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 부모 지지, 교사 지지, 친구 지지가 학교행복감에 영향을 미친다. 다섯째, 사회적 지지와 학업적 실패내성은 학교행복감에 영향을 미친다. 이상의 내용을 종합해 볼 때 중학생의 학교행복감에 학업적 실패내성 및 사회적 지지가 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 중학생들의 학교행복감을 높이기 위하여 학업위주의 교육현실에서 학교의 제도적 장치, 부모 및 선생님과 친구들로부터 받을 수 있는 긍정적인 지지가 필요하다. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of academic failure tolerance, psychological growth environment and social support of junior high school students on their school happiness. For the purpose of this study, data from 305 middle school students were analyzed. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis have been conducted to analyze research questions using SPSS Ver. 21.0. The conclusions from results and discussions are as follows: First, there are correlations among academic failure tolerance, psychological growth environment, social support and school happiness. Second, behavior and feeling, the sub-factors of academic failure tolerance, effect on school happiness. Third, family cohesion, reception, and forgiveness, those are sub-factors of psychological growth environment effect on school happiness. Fourth, parents support, teacher support, and friend support, those are sub-factors of social support effect on school happiness. Fifth, social support and academic failure tolerance effect on school happiness. To increase happiness of middle school students, it is require to increase social support and academic failure tolerance. It is also suggested that middle school students need a positive support by teachers, parents, and friends.

서비스기업의 사회적 책임 활동과 기업가치와의 관련성

This study analyzed the effects of the CSR(corporate social responsibility) on firm value and financial performance in Service Industry. This study used regression analysis with a data set of 209 from 2004 to 2011 using the KEJI index. The KEJI index is as for the regards on enforcing corporate social responsibility that analyzed empirically and systematically corporate social responsibility and relevance of firm value. The result of the study is summarized as follow: First, there is a significant positive relation between CSR and firm value in the next year. In other words, it revealed that firm value are increasing as the CSR. Also employee satisfaction and economic development contributiveness can be used that CSR activities on the impact in firm value. Second, there is not significant between CSR and financial performance in the next year, but there is a positive relation on correlation analysis. And the statistically significant positive relationship is shown in employee satisfaction Finally, we confirmed that the CSR activities are influencing to good business, and to firm value and a positive impact through business revenue increase.

사회적기업 가치가 사회적기업 성과에 미치는 영향

사회적기업은 사회적 가치와 경제적 가치를 동시에 추구하는 조직의 형태이므로, 사회적기업의 성과를 측정하는 데에 있어서도 경제적 가치 이외에 사회적 가치를 함께 가정하고 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 중심으로 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석해 볼 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사회적기업의 가치인 공익적 가치, 윤리적 가치, 경제적 가치가 사회적기업 성과에 미치는 영향과 인증유형에 따른 사회적기업 가치가 사회적기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 2014년 성과 기준 한국사회적기업진흥원에 자율경영공시 인증 사회적기업을 대상으로 경실련 좋은사회적기업상 사회적기업 정량평가기업 중 재무자료 이용이 가능한 기업을 중심으로 표본을 선정하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업 가치인 공익적 가치, 윤리적 가치, 경제적 가치는 사회적기업 성과에 양의 관련성을 보인다. 사회적기업의 개별 가치와 사회적기업 성과와도 동일한 결과를 보이며, 사회적기업 가치가 높은 기업일수록 사회적기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적기업 인증유형에 따른 사회적기업 가치가 사회적기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 사회적기업의 사회서비스 제공형인 경우 사회적기업 가치가 사회적기업 성과에 양의 관련성으로 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 사회서비스 제공형의 경우 사회적기업 가치가 높은 기업일수록 사회적기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회적기업 성과의 정량지표를 활용하여 사회적기업 가치와 사회적기업 성과와의 관계를 분석하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. Social Enterprise is a organization that pursue social and economic value at the same time. In order to measure the Social Enterprise performance, it need to analysis that social and economic value and values that affect the factors. The purpose of this study is to analyse on the effect of Social Enterprise Performance in Social Enterprise Values. And also it is to analyse according to the authentication type. For this analysis, Social Enterprise quantity estimation index is used, and included 99 firms observation among the top 100 companies of the good social enterprises award The empirical results are as follows: First, Public Value, Ethical Value and Economic Value of Social Enterprise Values are positively related to the Social Enterprise Performance. And also group with higher Social Enterprise Value of Social Enterprise Values are positively related to the Social Enterprise Performance. Second, in case of Providing Social Service, Public Value, Ethical Value and Economic Value of Social Enterprise Values are positively related to the Social Enterprise Performance. Group with higher Social Enterprise Value of Social Enterprise Values are positively related to the Social Enterprise Performance. Social Enterprise Value and Social Enterprise Performance shall have a significant because analyses using quantitative indicators of performance.

돌봄 서비스 종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 돌봄 서비스 종사자들의 돌봄 노동의 직업적 특성에 맞추어 심리불안정과 직무불안 정의 직무스트레스 요인이 이직의도 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대해서 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 돌봄 서비스에 종사하고 있는 종사자 중 산모돌보미, 가사관리사, 베이비시터들로 재가 서비스 종사자들이다. 본 연구를 위해 2012년 4월 30일부터 5월 4일까지 충북지역의 재가 돌봄 서비스 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 19.0 통계 프로그램과 SmartPLS 통계 프로 그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석틀은 돌봄 서비스 종사자의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 심리불안정과 직무불안정으로 구분하였고, 직무스트레스의 요인이 이직의도와 직무만족에 미치는 영향으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 심리불안정과 직무불안정이 높을수록 이직의도에 영향을 미치며, 이직의도가 낮을수록 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 돌봄 서비스 업무를 담당하고 있는 기관이나 조직들은 돌봄 서비스 종사자의 직무 만족도를 높이기 위해 직무환경의 개선을 통한 직무에 대한 안정성과 심리적인 불안을 감소시킴으로 인해 이직에 대한 의도를 최소화할 필요가 있다. The purpose of this study are to analyze the factors of job stress and job satisfaction; and to present an effects of job stress on the job satisfaction among care service providers. For this study, Chungbuk area are engaged in care services targeted to the professionals from April 30th to May 4th 2012, and uses statistical program SPSS analyzed 19.0 and SmartPLS statistical program. Job stress was divided into two factors for psychological instability and job insecurity, and the factors of job stress and its impact on job satisfaction. As a result, the higher the intentions of psychological instability and job insecurity affects the higher turnover intentions, and also the lower turnover intentions appeared to be affecting job satisfaction. Based on these findings, this research suggested that the care service agencies or organizations should make an effort to increase the job satisfaction or workers through the improvement of the environment for stability and reduce the psychological insecurities of them to minimize the intention.

Good’s syndrome is an acquired immunodeficiency state associated with thymoma. It is characterized by recurrent infection, autoimmune disease, and immunologic abnormality. The insufficient immunity can be managed by intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) replacement therapy. We describe 2 patients who presented with Pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia and Cytomegalovirus pneumonia after thymectomy for a thymoma. Immunologic study revealed hypogammaglobulinemia with very low B-cell count, consistent with Good’s syndrome. They were successfully treated with trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and gancyclovir respectively, and they are all well without additional infections, receiving regular IVIG replacement. 균형성과표(BSC)를 적용한 사회적기업의 성과평가지표 개발에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 영리조직 및 정부부처나 비영리조직에 활용되고 있는 Kaplan과 Norton(1996)의 균형성과표를 토대로 사회적기업과 같은 새로운 비영리조직의 성과측정을 위한 성과모형에 관한 성과지표를 개발하여 제시해보고자 한다. 또한 사회적기업의 BSC 관점별 측정지표로 우선 사회적 목적 실현을 위한 수익 및 이윤창출 달성이라는 비전과 미션을 설정하고, 고객이해관계자관점, 재무성과관점, 업무프로세스관점, 학습 및 성장관점, 공공성 관점으로 제시하였다. 본 연구는 Kaplan & Norton(1992, 1996)의 BSC관점의 기본 모형에서 크게 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 정부의 행정적․재정적 지원을 받고 있는 사회적기업의 특성을 고려하여 ’공공성관점‘을 추가하여 기존의 BSC 모형을 변형하여 총 5가지의 성과관점으로 구성하였다는 점에서 기존 연구 와의 차별성을 제시하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to developing and applying a BSC model of social enterprises. BSC model of the non-profit organization performance measurement by organizations and Government agencies or not-for-profit organization are being utilized in the Kaplan and Norton(1996) As an indicator measuring the BSC perspectives social enterprise-specific priority social purposes to achieve revenue and profitability to achieve that mission. And also the customer and stakeholder perspectives , financial performance perspective , the business process perspective , the learning and growth perspective , and the public perspective are measurement indicators in BSC of social enterprises. BSC perspectives within the scope of the Government s administrative and financial support are being considered by social enterprise characteristics. 사회적기업 성과와 정부지원금과의 관련성

사회적기업에 대한 정부의 적극적인 지원정책으로 인해 사회적기업은 양적으로 크게 성장하고는 있으나, 정부지원금이 일자리 창출 중심의 인건비 지원정책이라는 획일적인 문제도 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회적기업에 대한 정부지원금이 사회적기업의 목적을 달성하고 사회적기업 성과에 기여하고 있는지에 대한 분석에 대한 연구로, 정부지원금 및 정부지원금 구성항목이 사회적기업 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 사회적기업의 성과는 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과로 구분하였고, 한국사회적기업진흥원에 자발적으로 공시를 수행한 사회적기업을 중심으로 분석하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적기업의 경제적 성과는 정부지원금과 유의한 음의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부지원금 구성항목 중 인건비와 사업개발비도 사회적기업 경제적 성과와 유의한 음의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적기업의 사회적 성과는 정부지원금과 유의한 양의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 정부지원금 구성항목 중 인건비는 유의한 양의 관련성을 보이고 전문인력비는 유의한 음의 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적기업에 대한 정부지원금은 비용이 아닌 투자의 개념으로 인식되어질 필요성이 있으며, 사회적기업의 자생력과 다양성 및 지속가능성을 통해 사회적기업의 경제적 성과 및 사회적 성과를 추구할 수 있는 방안으로 지원되어야 할 것이다. Although social enterprises are growing in quantity due to the government"s active support policy for social enterprises, there is also raised the question that the government subsidy is a monopoly of the labor support policy centered on job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyse on the effect of social enterprises performance on governmental subsidies and governmental subsidies components. The performance of social enterprises is divided into economic and social performance. For this analysis, the sample is listed to the disclosure data from Korean Social Enterprise Promotion Agency. The empirical results are as follows. First, the economic performance of Social Enterprises are negatively related to the governmental subsidies. The payroll expense and business development expense in governmental subsidies components are also negatively related to the economic performance of Social Enterprises. Second, the social performance of Social Enterprises are positively related to the governmental subsidies. The payroll expense in governmental subsidies components are also positively related to the social performance of Social Enterprises, but the professional manpower expense in governmental subsidies components are also negatively related to the social performance of Social Enterprises. Government subsidies for social enterprises should be supported not only in terms of costs but also as investment concepts and ways to pursue performance through social enterprises" self-sufficiency, diversity and sustainability.

지속가능경영을 위한 사회적기업의 발전방안

기업의 사회공헌 활동과 기업가치와의 관련성

본 연구는 2003년 1월 1일부터 2010년 12월 31일까지 한국거래소의 유가증권시장에 상장된 기업을 대상으로 기업의 사회공헌활동과 기업 가치에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 사회공 헌활동과 관련되어 지출되는 비용이 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석 하고자 기업의 사회공헌활동과 관련되어 지출되는 비용을 사회공헌활동의 성격에 따라 기부금 지출액을 사회공헌활동의 외부로, 복리후생비와 교육훈 련비를 내부로 구분하여 검증을 실시하였다. 실증분석결과 기업의 내부 및 외부 사회공헌활동과 기업가치와는 양(+)의 관련성을 가지는 것으로 나 타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 기업과 경영자는 기부금 지출이나 종업원 의 복지와 관련된 복리후생비와 교육훈련비 등이 단순히 비용으로써 의 의미가 아니라 무형자산 투자로 간주할 수 있고 기업가치에 긍정 적인 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것으로 해석해볼 수 있다. This study investigates the corporate social responsibility expenditure and firm value. The sample used in this study is listed on the stock market from 2003 to 2010.
