        상가선 (商賈船) 운영에 관한 일고찰

        The Purpose of this study is to consolidate the management status of Saggoso˘n in the Choso˘n period by literature research, and examined latest states by field investigation. During the Choso˘n period, there were fish distributors such as Saggoso˘n and Kakju. Saggoso˘n took charge of fish distribution from the fishing ground to the land, and handed over the fish to Kakju who sold over them to the whole country. This distibution system of fish was started from and adapted to the yellow - corvenia fishery of Westhern Sea. There were two resons for this. One was that these fish were caught much from vast fishing grounds and had a very strong demand, for which professional distributors were needed. The ther was that because fishermen had very limited capital, they had to supply the money for fish production from capitalists like Kakju whom they agreed to sell fish directly to. By this time, it was thought that the fish distribution system for the Westhern Sea fishery was determined by the background and tradition. Meanwile, Saggoso˘n, which has been working for a long time in Westhern Sea, is placed in changing circumstances. That is, small scale fishery Saggoso˘n deals with will be getting fewer, because the big scale reclamation projects in this area threatens the fishery`s existence. Also, Saggoso˘n, presently, might be forced to become more efficient in its distribution in the future. In this situation, the management status of Saggoso˘n in the past and present needs to be consolidated and investigated through this study.

        비금도 젓새우 운반선의 성쇠(盛衰)

        The relationship between paste shrimps vessel and its carrier is essential in order to accomplish the purpose of fishing business effectively. According to paste shrimp catching in Bigeumdo area(the first starting of past shrimp catching), its carrier business also started in the early 1970`s. The carrier business started with paste shrimps catching had been preserved for 30 years with ups and downs, declined in the early 2000`s due to the development of transportation means, and loading and unloading system of paste shrimps container, and closed in 2008. The paste shrimps carriers of Bigeumdo were small scale, compared to the near islands due to poor production of paste shrimps. But its business had a remarkable characteristic. The relation between paste shrimps vessel and its carrier was like one corporation which involved production, distribution and the sale of products. On the other hand, paste shrimps carriers are now prevalent in other islands area - Nakweoldo, Imjado, Uido - near Bigeumdo area. The study about these carriers would be expected in the near future as a means to compare it with Bigeumdo islands carrier.

      • 협력적 공급사슬관리에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 이론적 고찰

        최근의 경영환경은 소비자 중심의 시장확산, 산업기술의 급속한 발전, 정보통신 기술의 발달, 기업 경쟁환경의 불확실성 증대 등의 변화로 인해 단일 기업만의 혁신에 의존한 경쟁우위 확보가 한계점이 이르고 있는 실정이다. 이에 많은 기업들은 공급자로부터 최종소비자에게 제품이나 서비스를 제공하는 유통단계에 이르기까지 관련된 업무프로세스를 통합·관리하려는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 기존의 공급사슬관리 관련 연구들은 주로 수용관점의 연구가 수행되었으나, 최근에 들어서는 공급사슬관리에 참여하는 기업들의 협력적 관계개선 및 유지를 위한 방안모색에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공급사슬관리를 대상으로 수행한 국내외 선행연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 협력적 공급사슬관리에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 참여기업간 지식공유, 신뢰형성 그리고 협업의 세 가지 요인을 이론적으로 도출하고 그 중요성을 강조하였다. Recently, Many SCM researchers have discussed improving the best way on collaborative relationship between suppliers and buyers. In Supply chains, collaboration between buyer and supplier can improve firms` ability of supply chains to their objectives and competitive advantages. A key factor in successful operation of supply chain management is to identify buyer-seller relationships and to differentiate salient factors among the antecedents that would reinforce or optimize Collaborative Supply Chain Management. In this study, we drived the three salient factors such as interfirm knowledge sharing, trust building and collaboration which affect the collaborative supply chain management. Even though we did not confirm these relationships in using the empirical analysis, we have proposed the conceptual model to identify buyer-seller relationships consisting of three antecedents suppose to enhance supply chain performances.

        The purpose of this paper is to consolidate historical documents and witnesses about the school of secondary grade which have taken charge of fisheries education in Chonbuk province. It is found out that Kunsan Fisheries School is the first one establised in 1915 among the regular fisheries education institute in Korea. It is suspected that the reason Chonbuk province has no a school of secondary grade since Kunsan Fisheries High School was closed in 1968(all province which have coastal area have the secondary school of fisheries education) is because agriculture is more important industry than fisheries from the geographical point of view in Chonbuk province.

        전북지역 수산가공품 유통개선에 관한 연구

        전북지역 수산가공품 유통의 문제점을 파악하고, 유통의 합리화 방안을 모색하기 위하여 일차자료로서 수산가공품 유통을 직접 담당하는 군산시수협, 부안군수협, 고창군수협 판매과, 수산물도매시장 및 내륙지 공판장 등에서 운용되고 있는 수산가공품 유통현황과 실태에 관련된 자료를 유통담당자로부터 직접 수집, 파악하였다. 전북 수산가공업의 현주소는 품질관리와 상표관리의 문제점, 가격관리, 광고 및 촉진관리의 비체계성, 공동판매 능력미비, 물류관리와 유통정보 활용도 미흡 등 많은 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 체계적이고 합리적인 접근이 이루어지지 않고서는 경쟁력 있는 수산가공업의 발전을 기대하기 어렵고 성장의 잠재력 발휘도 불가능하다. 본 연구조사는 전북 수산가공업 유통의 개선을 위하여 품종별 개선방안으로 수산가공품 각 품목별 전라북도 단일의 공동브랜드 개발을 통해 확고한 BI(Brand Identity:상표정체성)확립, 지리적 표시제등록과 수산물이력제 추진, 식품품질인증마크의 획득추진, 유통역량강화 방안으로 공동브랜드 상품의 단계적 출시, 수출강화, 대형유통기관의 판로개척, 유명식품기업과의 전략적 제휴 추진, 젓갈류와 액젓의 경우 공동숙성 및 저장소의 건립 및 운영, 원재료의 공동구매와 공동수․배송 체계의 확립, 수산 가공업 부산물 처리방안 강구를 권고하였다. 지역 산업적 개선방안과 인터넷마케팅 강화방안도 제시하였다. In this study, to understand the problems in marketing of processed fisheries products and to achieve the improvement of processed fisheries industry in Jeonbuk, as primary data, we instantly interviewed with the distributors in charge of fishery cooperative associations located in Gunsan, Buan, Gochang, as well as the merchants of wholesale and inland area joint markets. The present condition of processed fisheries product industry in Jeonbuk represent a lot of problems; insufficiency in quality, brand and price management, unsystematic in advertising and promotion management, incapability in joint sale, insufficiency in physical distribution and utilization of marketing information, etc. If there were no systematic and rational approaches to solve the problems, it will be hard to anticipate an improvement of competitive processed fisheries product industry and impossible to show potential power for growth. We positively advice following categorical reform plans for the marketing improvement of processed fisheries product industry in Jeonbuk; establishment of concrete brand identity by develop unitary co-brand in each product category, drive of register of geographical indicator and antecedents of fisheries products, acquisition propel of food quality certification marks, stepwise set to market of collaborative brand laver, strengthen export, develop marketing channel via big distribution stores, push of strategic alliance with famous food companies, build up and operating of public facilities for fermentation and storing, settlement of collaborative purchasing and transportation system for raw materials, consideration of disposal plan for by-products of processed fisheries product industry. The devices for industrial improvement programs and enforce plans for internet marketing are positively suggested.

        거제 어촌체험마을의 실태와 발전방안

        In Geojedo there are 5 fishing experience villages - Gyedo, Ssanggeun, Dade, Dojangpo and Yisudo. The fishing experience villages receive subsidy from the government and these subsidies are spent on funding experience program facilities for tourists, which ultimately leads to the village`s profit. In order to suggest the development plans for fishing experience villages in Geojedo, data on operating experience programs was collected. The development plans are as follows; Firstly, in order to solve integrated problems, fishing experience villages should organize a regional committee that consists 5 fishing experience villages. Secondly, in order to offer services to tourists and sustain the organization, villages need to amplificate ordinary workers. Thirdly, fishing experience villages should construct their own historical and cultural contents, offer differential programs and develope their own storytelling. Last of all, Geojedo should appeal their image to the government as a ``special angler region`` with uniqueness.
