보제소독음가감방(普濟消毒飮加減方)의 소염작용(消炎作用)에 관한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

Objective : Erysipelas is an acute inflammation caused by pyogenic bacteria. This mainly involves the upper part of dermis. It begins as erythematous patches with tenderness, followed by fever, headache, chills and fatigue etc. It may results in edema, obstruction of lymphatics and sepsis. So this experiment is carried out for test whether the Bojeasodok-um subtracted Scrophulariae Radix, Lasiosphaera seu Calvatia, Isatidis Radix added indigo Naturalis, Lithospermi Radix have an anti-inflammatory effect and have suppression effect on immunocyte in the state of inflammation which induced by Erysipelas. Method : Experimental animals made use of 4-5 week-age(weight 20-25g) ICR(male) mouse. In the breeding farm, the lighting time was controlled from 7:00 am till 7:00 pm, the temperature was controlled So we concluded that BS is prospected as an anti-inflammatory agent to cure inflammation induced bywithin 18-23$23^{\circ}C$ and water and food were not limited.The freezing lyophilization powder which were extracted from Bojesodok-Um divided low dose group(200mg/kg-BSL) and high dose group(500mg/kg-BSH) and after melting in water, it was orally administered to the mouse. Compared with inflammation induced group which were induced by triggering-inflammation reagent Carageenan and Zymosan and normal contrast group, we measured the edema decrement effect,macrophage and spleen cell activation. Result : 1. BS has suppress inflammatory reaction induced by Carageenan. 2. BS has suppress increasing activation of abdominal cavity macrophage in the Carageenan and Zymosan induced inflammation. 3. BS has suppress increasing activation of spleen cell in the Carageenan and Zymosan induced inflammation. Based on the above result, BS was improved its suppression effect to the inflammatory reaction through the suppression of spleen cell and macrophage activation. So we concluded that BS is prospected as an anti-inflammatory agent to cure inflammation induced by Erysipelas.

건칠(乾漆)이 혈관신생관련 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향

Objective : Angiogenesis is an essential process for metastasis of solid tumors and Psoriasis. Lots of Researches for anti-angiogenic effect to angiogenic factors have been carried out in the world. So this experiment was carried out for whether Lacca Sinica Exsiccata(LSE) extracts have an anti-angiogenic effect for angiogenic factors. Methods: To investigate the roles of the LSE extracts, we performed MIS assay, western blots using HaCaT cells and HepG2 cells. And then, HaCaT cells were treated with 10, 50, 100, 250, $500{\mu}g/ml$ LSE extracts. After 4hrs, HaCaT cells were theated with IGF-II protein for 1hr. HepG2 cells were treated with 1, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200 ${\mu}g/ml$ LSE extracts. After 4hrs, HepG2 cells were theated with $CoCl_2$ for 24hrs Results: 1. In $50{\mu}g/ml$ and $100{\mu}g/ml$ density we confirmed the inhibition effect of LSE extracts to $HIF-1{\alpha}$ activation which was induced by IGF-II in HaCaT cells. 2. In $50{\mu}g/ml$ density we confirmed the inhibition effect of LSE extracts to $HIF-1{\alpha}$ activation which was induced by $CoCl_2$ in HepG2 cells. 3. In $25{\mu}g/ml$ density we confirmed the inhibition effect of LSE extracts to VEGF activation which was induced by $CoCl_2$ in HepG2 cells. Conclusion: The above-mentioned results proved that LSE extracts reduced $HIF-1{\alpha}$ protein level in the HaCaT cells and HepG2 cells. These results suggest that inhibition of HaCaT cell and HepG2 cell proliferation by LSE extracts contributes to the anti-angiogenic activities on the keratinocytes and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Air conditioner outdoor fan motor is affected by headwind. It is caused of start-up failure of outdoor fan moto and it causes serious problem to the air conditioner system. This paper considers the method for prevention from start-up failure by headwind. To prevent the star-up failure, rotating speed of fan motor is measured with back-EMF and inverter output the voltage reference according to the rotating speed. After that speed controller controls the fan motor speed by closed-loop control. This method prevent the start-up failure of fan motor by headwind. It is verified by simulation.

교육과 피드백이 단일기간 재고모형 주문량 의사결정에 미치는 영향

행태 운영 관리(behavioral operations management) 분야에서는 단일기간 재고모형(single-period inventory model)과 관련해서 최적의 주문량과 실제 주문량 간 차이를 이해하는데 많은 관심을 두어왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 관점에서 이 차이를 야기하는 평균수렴 효과(pull-to-center effect)를 완화시킬 수 있는 방법에 대해 의사결정 전·후 학습, 즉, 재고 교육과 이전 주문량 결정에 대한 성과 피드백을 중심으로 알아보았다. 또한, 교육과 피드백이 사람들의 의사결정 패턴 중 하나인 수요 추종(demand chasing)에 미치는 영향과 수요 추종의 매개 효과를 검증하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 본 연구는 국내 대학생을 대상으로 단일기간 재고모형 실험을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 교육과 피드백의 제공이 평균수렴 효과를 낮춰 최적의 주문량에 가까운 의사결정을 돕는데 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 피드백을 제공받은 그룹들의 수요 추종 성향이 그렇지 않은 그룹보다 낮게 나타났으며, 이를 통해 피드백 제공이 단기 정보에 기반한 수요 추종 정도를 낮추는 효과가 있음을 보였다. 마지막으로, 수요 추종이 피드백과 평균수렴 효과 간 관계를 매개한다는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 단일기간 재고모형 실험을 통해서 의사결정자들에게 존재하는 평균수렴 효과를 줄여 성과를 개선하는 방안과 그 관계들에 대해 알아보았으며, 이를 통해 의사결정자의 행태를 이해하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. In the case of newsvendor models, the field of behavioral operations management has been focusing on human behavior, especially the difference between an optimal ordering quantity decision and a decision maker’s actual decision. From this perspective, this study investigates how education and feedback can mitigate the pull-to-center effect, which is the tendency for subjects to order more or less than the optimal order quantity in certain margin conditions. In addition, we investigate the relationship between acquiring information and demand chasing, and the mediation effect of demand chasing. To test the hypotheses, we conducted a newsvendor experiment on Korean college students. The results indicate that education and feedback mitigated the pull-to-center effect and led to better performance. Furthermore, we found that feedback affected demand chasing tendencies and reduced the subjects’ ordering fluctuation. We also found that demand chasing fully mediated the relationship between feedback and the pull-to-center effect. As a result, this paper provides a better understanding of the actual behavior of a decision maker. We also suggest that education before tasks and a feedback system after tasks could mitigate the pull-to-center effect and improve firm performance for ordering decisions.

지상LiDAR자료를 이용한 모형사면의 모니터링

산사태의 발생 징후를 효율적으로 사전에 감지하기 위한 방법을 도출하기 위하여 모형사면을 제작하여 지상LiDAR 장비로 사면의 변위를 파악하고자 모니터링 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 신속하게 사면 변위에 대한 영상을 모니터링 할 수 있었으며, 사면에 대한 모니터링 분석 정확도는 변위 전을 기준으로 1차,2차,3차 변위 후에 대하여 각각 평균 0.007m, 0.006m, 0.006m편차로 매우 적은 편차가 나타난 것이 입증 되었기에 향후 실제 사면의 변위 측정에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. A model slope was made to work out a way of detecting the sign of the occurrence of landslides and monitoring analysis was conducted to grasp the slope displacement of Terrestrial LiDAR equipment. As a result, the image of slope displacement could be monitored quickly and the accuracy of monitoring analysis was a deviation of 0.007m, 0.006m and 0.006m on average based on the figures prior to displacement after the first, second and third displacements, respectively. As the figures represent a very small deviation, they will be able to be used helpfully in measuring the displacement of actual slope in the future.

지상라이다측량을 이용한 현황측량 적용 연구

기준점측량, 수준점 측량, 현장조사 및 지하시설물 탐사 등은 여전히 현장에서 직접 기술자에 의해 수행되고 있다. 이러한 환경을 반영하여 최근에 대두되고 있는 것이 레이저 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 지상라이다측량을 이용하여 현황측량에 적용 한 결과 현황측량 성과로 활용 가능하며, 부지 배치에 대한 토공량을 분석결과 기존 현황측량 자료와 절토량 62.85m³, 성토량 82.83m³의 차이를 보였다. 이는 지상라이다 측량이 실제 지형을 사실적으로 반영한 결과로 판단된다.

기업 이미지 향상을 위한 경쟁이 갈수록 치열해지고 있는 지금, 기업의 투자와 직결되는 핵심 기업 정보를 홍보하는 애뉴얼리포트는 단순한 홍보물을 넘어서 기업의 가치를 판단하는 하나의 가늠자이다. 좋은 상업적 디자인은 기능적 요구와 심미적 요구의 충실한 교집합이다. 이런 관점에서 애뉴얼리포트의 매체적 특성과 이에 따른 디자인 결과물들을 객관적 자료로 정리하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 2013 ARC어워드 내지 디자인 부문 수상 애뉴얼리포트들의 메인 콘셉 메시지와 페이지 정보 구조를 통한 편집 기획 방향의 사례들, 책에 콘셉과 특징을 부여한 피쳐 페이지(Feature Page)의 기본 편집 요소인 이미지와 타이포그래피 활용 현상을 제시해 보고자 한다. 본 연구의 방법은 출판된 결과물의 현상과 결과를 물리적으로 구분하고, 그것을 통해 어떤 요소들이 공통적 유형으로 혹은 불규칙한 유형으로 존재하는지를 관찰해본다. 이렇게 수상작들의 결과물을 정리·구분한 자료들을 바탕으로 실무 현장의 그래픽 디자이너와 홍보·편집 기획자들을 창의적인 콘셉 수립과 표현 개발에 더 많은 시간을 부여할 수 있는 기회를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 이 자료는 클라이언트에게 제시할 수 있는 현황 데이터로 활용되어, 좀 더 향상된 수준의 홍보 제작물을 창작하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다. As keen marketing competition for increasing corporate image has been begun, the creative level of annual report design, which is deeply involved with investment, has became a fundamental measure of corporate value. Good commercial design has to have both practical and aesthetic aspect. For make more creative annual report project. its worth to find world design trend in practical way. The point of study focuses and sorts on physical properties of out-put works by the view point of editorial design, and tries to find the possibility of common design style. It analyzes key message, pagination plan and feature pages of 2013 ARC awarded annual report works in interior design category. The visual image and typographic style study of awarded works will help planner and designer who develop annual report project, because this research data reduces their process. Then its possible to have more opportunities to create project and supports background material for making a presentation for clients.
