성인 환자에서 위와 결장에 동시 침범한 랑게르한스 세포 조직구증: 증례 보고

Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is reported less frequently in adults than in children. The most common site of involvement in adults is the bone, accounting for 30-50% of cases. The gastrointestinal tract is very rare, accounting for approximately 2%. We present a case of Langerhans cell histiocytosis that simultaneously invaded multiple organs, including the stomach and colon, in an adult. A 37-year-old woman with no underlying disease complained of chest discomfort and a palpable right submandibular mass. A right Level II neck mass and mediastinal LN enlargement were confirmed on the pharynx and chest CT scan. Multiple subepithelial masses with central ulceration and erosion were observed in the corpus and fundus on the esophagogastroduodenoscopy and in the right colon on the colonoscopy. The histopathology findings were the same in each tissue biopsied from the stomach, colon, and right neck lymph nodes. Langerhans cells with classical reniform nuclei and prominent eosinophils invaded the normal glands, and S100 and CD1a were positive in the immunohistochemical stain. Gastrointestinal involvement of LCH in adults is rare, asymptomatic,and can involve multiple digestive organs simultaneously, so upper endoscopy and colonoscopy should be considered for a diagnosis. Industrial complexes, which have played a pivotal role in the Korean national economy since 1960s, are showing the absolute lack of support site for facilities and infrastructure and deteriorating rapidly in recent years. This study is to examine the characteristics of productivity for general industrial complex, to analyze the characteristics using multiple regression analysis, the correlation between individual variables, and the relations between the industrial complex type and the citywhere the complexes located. As a result, we suggested that that the regeneration plan should be established for an industrial complex that approximately 30 years have passed after the approval of the implementation plan. For industrial complexes, time of regeneration plan, changes in type of business, urban infrastructure should be considered depending on background city characteristics, location characteristics, its own characteristics of each industrial complex.

What should and can the humanity studies do in the advent of information-knowledge society? Recently, leading scholars of humanities in Korean academic society announced that it is hard time for the humanity scholars to do their job not only of research but also of education. The environment of humanities in Korean academe becomes too serious to be solved simply by passing by the crisis. The first problem comes from the academic convention of modern humanity studies which has been obsessed with the interpretation of the texts and their rational principle. The second one is especially for Korean academy whose humanity scholars have not done any efforts to follow up the pragmatic changes of society. The operation of the performativity in the humanity studies is not in itself evidence of studies of pragmatic information-knowledge society that simultaneously professionalize and converge the academics. The performative humanities witness that studies of human resources and activities construct the basis of information-knowledge society. They reflect the positive necessity for the formation of human world and its subjects including the discursive implications. The performative plays key roles in analyzing active world-making uses of language as well as action. They open a way of thinking about crucial social processes: the relations between the individual and social changes. Hanyang University designs and runs four trans-disciplinary major programs based on performative humanities. They are “Studies of Technology and Science,” “Performative Public Services.” “Media Culture and Contents,” and “Foreign Language Communication.” which are deeply related with the efforts for the academic convergence. Hanyang University and Korean Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development jointly pursue the educational convergence: not only for what to do research, teach and learn. but also how to do those including how to evaluate research. teaching and learning.

낭만주의 시인 콜러리지(S. T. Coleridge)의 시독자에 대한 상상적 인식론에서 유래한 ‘불신의 자발적인 정지’는 연극의 관객이 재현의 무대와 현실을 연결하는 인식 매개와 일맥상통한다. 그러나, 시적 믿음(poetic faith)을 형성하는 상상적 반영은 현실을 자발적으로 인정하고 수용하는 이데올로기적 상상관계를 유지하는 권력관계(power relations)를 강화시키도록 작용하게 된다. 즉, 현실의 재구성적인 반영이 자발적인 행동의 연장을 합리화하고, 종속적인 주체를 형성시키는 것이다. 2차 세계대전 이후, 국가 / 국제적인 이데올로기에 대한 개인의 상상적인 관계는 주체들의 자발적인 불신의 정지와 동반 시늉에 의해서 고착되고 강화되었다. 냉전시대의 ‘극장같은 세상’을 무대화시킨 극작가들 중 핀터(H. Pinter)가 소설과 희곡으로 발표한 『난장이들』(The Dwarfs)은 독자-관객에 의한 불신의 자발적인 정지, 자체를 극화시키고 연출한다. 핀터의 희곡에서 전개되는 상황은 사실적이다. 이 상황은 현대인의 주관/주체 형성을 재구성하여 그 형성과정과 관련된 진실을 드러낸다 . 본 논고는 작품의 등장 인물들이 정신 장애 및 사회적 몰락을 무 릅쓰고 왜 사회적 주체 형성을 문제 삼게 되는지에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 특히 학생-독자들로 하여금 현실을 환상적으로 재구성하는 자신에 의한 불신의 정지를 경험하면서, 이중적으로 현실의 문제를 비판적으로 직시하는 저항적인 독자로서의 주체 형성을 위한 질문을 던질 수 있도록 연극답론을 분석한다. 불신이 더 이상 정지되지 않도록 하는 무대 경험은 관객들이 자신을 무대화시키는 아이러니에서 출발한다. 핀터의 희곡이 낯설게 느껴진다면, 관객에게 항상 주어진 것으로 너무나 익숙한 무대와 같은 세상이 낯설게 느껴지는 계기가 된다. 그것은 렌(Len)의 질문, “너는 누구인가 ?"(Who are you?)에 대한 대답이, 바로 무대 뒤면의 냉전(Cold War)에 대한 배경과 원인을 느끼고 생각하게 되는 사회적 주관을 찾게 하는 것이다. 핀터의 『난장이들』은 관객이 스스로에게 거리를 두게 하면서 불신의 연장고리를 계속 이어가고 있는 자신을 거울로 비춰주는 연극으로 분석될 수 있다. 이와 같은 분석은 냉전시대 연극 작품들을 자기반영적으로 수용하는 하나의 비판적인 문제들을 제기한다.

코로나19 등 대응을 위한 “유리창 부착용 항바이러스 동필름” 성능분석 사례연구

세계적인 코로나19 대유행의 시대에, 현재 치료제·백신이 개발, 시판 중인 단계에서 병원내 교차감염의 위험성이 있는 상황이므로, 개인적으로는 후천적인 면역력을 제고하고 사회환경적으로 구리이온의 성능에 의한 생활방역체제를 일반화해야 한다. 감염확산방지를 위해 동서고금의 연구개발사례를 근거로 항균동 필름의 필요성 및 항바이러스 성능실험을 통해 효능성을 분석했다. 한국건설생활환경시험연구원(KCL)에서 항균성능인증 및 “국가승인 성능인증기관”에서 항바이러스 시험성적 인증을 받게 되었다. 당시 질병관리본부의 허가를 받은 실험재료인 NCCP 43326 Human corona virus(BetaCoV/Korea/KCDC03/2020)을 분양받아 생물안전기준에 맞게 생체외 실험실에서 In Vitro시험 결과, 항바이러스 성능시험에서 감염된 세포의 활성제거율이 만족할만한 결과를 도출하고 성능을 인증받게 되었다. 항후 코로나19 바이러스 확산방지대책으로 항바이러스 동필름이 시공된 유리창 공간내에서의 실험군과 항균동필름이 없는 동일조건의 대조군을 비교하는 질(質)적인 임상실험연구가 추가 필요하다. In the era of the global coronal 19 pandemic, there is a risk of cross-infection in hospitals at the stage where treatments and vaccines are currently being developed and marketed, so individuals should enhance their acquired immunity and generalize their living systems by the performance of copper ions in the social environment. In order to prevent the spread of infection, the need for anti-bacterial film and its efficacy were analyzed through anti-viral performance tests based on research and development cases of worldwide and immemorial time. he Korea Construction Research Institute (KCL) has received anti-bacterial performance certification and anti-viral test scores from the “National Approval Performance Certification Agency.” At the time, NCCP 43326 Human Corona virus (BetaCoV/Korea/KCDC03 /2020), which was approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, was introduced to ensure that the activity rate of infected cells was satisfied in the anti-viral performance test. Anti-proliferation measures for the Corona 19 virus require a quality clinical trial study comparing the experimental group within the glass space where the antiviral copper film is constructed with the comparator of the same condition without copper film.
