        쌍별귀뚜라미(Gryllus bimaculatus) 산란방법 및 알 저장조건

        2016년에 쌍별귀뚜라미는 식품의약품안전처 식품공전에 등록된 식품원료로 가장 큰 장점은 월동 없이 연중 대량 사육이 가능하다는 것과 60% 이상의 단백질 함량이다. 본 연구에서는 사육공간, 인건비 등의 문제로 인하여 귀뚜라미 사육이 불가능할 때를 대비하여 저장조건을 설정하였으며, 산란율이 높은 산란처 선발과 알의 동종포식률을 조사하였다. 산란은 상토 산란처에서 가장 선호도가 높았으며(p < 0.05), 알의 동종포식률을 보았을 때 10 L 당 종령 약충 62마리 이하, 1일 동안 산란을 받는 것이 가장 적합한 것으로 판단되었다(p < 0.05). 알의 저온 저장을 하였을 때는 28℃에서 10일간 보관 후 16℃에서 10일간 저온 저장했을 때 부화율이 가장 높았고, 저장을 하지 않았을 때와 비교하였을 때 12~14일 부화를 연장할 수 있었다(p < 0.05). 쌍별귀뚜라미의 산란처, 산란 방법 및 알 저장조건을 설정함으로써 효율적인 생산방법을 제시하였다. In 2016, the two-spotted cricket was approved as a general food ingredient by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Additionally, the two-spotted crickets have high protein content (60%) and can be reared throughout the year even during the overwintering period. In this study, storage conditions were set in case cricket breeding was not possible due to problems such as breeding space and labor costs, and selection oviposition mats to determine high fecundity rates and low cannibalism rates for the eggs were investigated. The oviposition mat was mostly composed of soil (p < 0.05). Less than 62 crickets per 10 litters were found to be best suited for 1 day of spawning, based on the cannibalism rate of the eggs during the egg laying period. The results from the hatched eggs indicated that the hatching extended 12 to 14 days, and the best hatching rate was approximately 85% when stored at low temperatures(16℃) for 10 days. An efficient production proposed method that established the best oviposition mat and egg storage method for the cricket.

        "자전문집"의 출판과 사회적 정체성의 형성: 김광섭의 『나의 옥중기』(1976)

        이 논문은 김광섭의 < 나의 옥중기 >를 대상으로 자기 서사가 ‘집필-출판-독서’되는 과정을 밝히고 옥중기/일기, 회상기 등의 자기 서사 장르가 재현하는 정체성의 차이와 그 결합의 효과를 규명했다. 그리고 텍스트의 사회적 이해는 서사의 세부 내용보다도 해당 장르의 수용사 속에서 위치지어진다는 점에 주목하여 그전반적 상을 파악하는 작업도 병행했다. 그리고 ‘자기서사’의 출판이 개인적, 사회적 매듭이 되는 사건임을 드러내기 위해 < 나의 옥중기 > 단행본 출판을 전후한김광섭 개인의 이력과 문단과의 이해관계를 정리했다. 그의 옥중기는 일제 시대에 감시 속에서 쓰여졌고 사회적으로 항일과 반공의 기치가 뚜렷했던 1960~1970년대에 출판되었음에도 불구하고 노골적인 윤색까지는 가해지지 않았다. 순응과 항일에 반공, 그리고 저항이 첨가되는 장면마저 정직하게 담고 있는 것이다. 이 ‘자전문집’은 표면적으로 옥중과 병중에 놓였던 시기의 기록인 일기, 회고록, 병상기로 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 조합의 출판을 통해 사적 일기(diary)가 공적 회고록(memoir)과 만나 민족적 자서전(autoethnography)의 색채를 띠게 되고, 옥중기(prison writing)와 병상기(autopathography)가 만나 한 지식인의 정치적/시적 생존서사(survival narrative)로 완성되는 장면을 잘 보여준다. Using Gwangsup Kim’s < My Prison Records >, the process of how self-narrative gets written, published, and read, and the differences in recreated identity in the smaller genres in self-narrative such as diary records and recollections and the effect of combining them, are revealed through this thesis. Also, by focusing on how social understanding of text is placed within the boundaries of the given genre rather than the details of the narrative, the general concept of it was understood as well. In addition, to show how publishing ‘self-narrative’ is an event that becomes a conclusive point in personal, social aspect of the author, the connection between Gwangsup Kim’s personal history and the written text, before and after the publishing, is laid out. This isn’t to criticize how an intellectual conducted himself in the turmoil of Korea’s modern history through changing his self-narrative. Though Gwangsup Kim’s diary during the Japanese occupation had two chances for modification after the end of the occupation, it still contains how he “promises to continuously obey the rules of the prison,” which perplexes the researchers reading his narrative when they approach the diary as it is “written by an independence fighter.” In other words, his records of his life in the prison weren’t blatantly changed, though it was released in the 1960s~1970s, which was a period when anti-Japanese and anti-Communist values were clear in society. Thus, it is an honest recollection of acceptance, anti-Japanese and anti-Communist, as well as addition of resistance. This ‘Anthology of personal recollections’ is composed of diary, recollections, and autophatography, which are records of his illness and his time in prison on the surface, and through publishing such combination of records, personal diary is combined with public memoir to create an autoethnography, and prison writing is combined with autopathography, resulting in an intellectual’s political, poetic survival narrative.

        서울시 일부 지역의 대기 중 미세먼지에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to characterize mass concentration of $PM_{10}\;to,\;PM_{2.5}$ and metallic composition using Minivol Portable Sampler from May 2003 to May 2004 in metropolitan city, Seoul. Annual average concentration of $PM_{10}$ were $57.67({\pm}28.20)\;{\mu}g/m^3\;and\;PM_{2.5},\;were\;42.06({\pm}20.23)\;{\mu}g/m^3$. The concentration was the highest in winter because persistent thermal inversion and in spring, particulate matter concentration was high because of yellow-sand events. The average $PM_{2.5}/PM_{10}$ ratio was 0.73. This indicated $PM_{2.5}$ fraction played a significant role in air pollution. The atmospheric metallic elements in the $PM_{10},PM_{2.5}$ came different emission sources such as soil, traffic, industry and resuspended particles. The results showed that average $PM_{10}$ composition order as Fe>Zn>Pb>Cu>Mn. The metallic elements Zn and Fe were the largest composition in the $PM_{2.5}$

        Butylacrylate의 셀룰로오스 섬유에의 무촉매 Graft 중합 -제1보 Dioxane-물 混合용매중에서의 Graft 중합-

        Graft polymerization of B. A. onto cellulose fabrics have been carried out in the mixed solution of dioxane and water in the absence of an initiator under nitrogen atmosphere. Some factors influencing the grafting have been studied and the properties of B.A. grafted rayon fabrics have been also observed, The results of this study are: B.A. is grafted onto rayon without difficult and weight increase attains up to 40%, but difficulty onto ramie and rarely onto cotton. Pre-treating with acidic solution promotes efficiency of grafting and the most favorite concentration is found to be 0.02-N HNO₃. The existence of water is an important factor for graft polymerization and the weight increase proportionally related with the amount of water in polymerization medium. The amount of grafting increases with increasing concentration of B.A. up to it's critical solubility in dioxance-water solvent. The weight increase is roughly proportional to reaction time at early stage, and becomes equilibrium over 8 hrs. for rayon and 4 hrs. for ramie. A little amount of homopolymer is produced with rayon, while large amount of homopolymer is produced with ramie at temperature over 60℃. It suggests that ramie has some factor initiate addition polymerizatin. The moisture regain of grafted rayon is decreased and the tensile stregth, elongation at break and abrasion resistance are increased with increasing weight gain.

      • 결절종에 의한 견갑상신경 포착 증후군

        목적 : 결절종에의해발생한견갑상 신경포착증후군환자에서수술적치료후결과를분석하고치료방법의개선을찾고자하였다. 대상및방법 : 1996년3월부터2001년5월까지진찰소견, 근전도, 자기공명영상소견에서결절종에의한견갑상신경포착증후군으로진단받은 13명의환자를대상으로하였다. 수술은결절종의개방적절제및감압술과관절경하검사를시행하였으며수술후의평가는근력의주관적인회복정도와American shoulder elbow surgeon (ASES)의평가법을이용하여분석하였다. 결과 : 수술후9예(69$\%$)에서간헐적인동통, 근력의불완전회복, 근위축의잔류로인한증상의지속소견이관찰되었으며4예(31$\%$)에서증상의완전회복소견을보였다. 수술후ASES 점수는평균86.4(70$\~$99.8)점이었으며수술전에비해수술후84$\%$의환자에서동통의호전과53$\%$의환자에서근력의호전을보였으나근위축은남아있었다. 결론 : 결절종에의한견갑상신경포착증후군은결절종의절제만으로는증상의완전한해소를기대하기어려우며, 수술시결절종에의한주병변이외에포착이다발성으로발생할가능성이있으므로결절종의제거및관절내병변의치료와함께견갑상절흔과견갑하절흔부위에서의신경에대한감압술을함께고려하는것이좋을것으로생각한다. Purpose : To review the operative results and find out better method of a treatment of suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome caused by ganglion. Materials and Methods : From March of 1996 to May of 2001, thirteen cases of suprascapular nerve entrapment syndrome caused by ganglion were reviewed which were diagnosed using physical examination, EMG and MRI. All of them were treated with open exision of ganglion, nerve decompression and arthroscopic examination. The clinical results were evaluated using subjective recovery of muscle power and ASES (American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons) score. Results : Nine cases (69$\%$) showed residual symptom such as intermittent pain, insufficient recovery of muscle power, persistent muscle atrophy. Complete recovery in four cases (31$\%$). Mean value of ASES score was 86.4 (70-99.8) points. Postopertively, pain was relieved in 84$\%$ of patients and muscle power was improved in 53$\%$ of the patients but the atrophy persisted. Conclusions : Excision of ganglion is insuffient to relieve the nerve entrapment. Not only excision of ganglion but also treatment of intraarticular lesion, decompression of suprascapular and spinoglenoid notch which attributable to entrapment should be considered for the better clinical results.

        도로 안전성 확보를 위한 안개 제거 기술에 대한 실험적 연구

        Fog is a phenomenon caused by condensation of water vapor in the atmosphere, which is when very fine drops of water float in the atmosphere and the distance of visible is less than 1km. Fog dispersion technology is a technology that removing or weakening fog by using artificial methods to reduce damage caused by fog. It is applied differently depending on the temperature of fog generation rather than the cause of fog. This study conducted an experimental study on the fog dispersion mechanism in order to minimize damage caused by fog on the road, and studied two methods of over-cooling dispersion using solid-carbon-dioxide as a dissipated particle and dissipating fog particles through thermal acoustic waves. As a result the two methods proved experimentally that were capable of dissipating fog.

        DC 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법을 이용하여 증착한 IGZO 박막트랜지스터의 특성

        Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO) thin films were deposited onto 300 nm-thick oxidized Si substrates and glass substrates by direct current (DC) magnetron sputtering of IGZO targets at room temperature. FESEM and XRD analyses indicate that non-annealed and annealed IGZO thin films exhibit an amorphous structure. To investigate the effect of an annealing treatment, the films were thermally treated at $300^{\circ}C$ for 1hr in air. The IGZO TFTs structure was a bottom-gate type in which electrodes were deposited by the DC magnetron sputtering of Ti and Au targets at room temperature. The non-annealed and annealed IGZO TFTs exhibit an $I_{on}/I_{off}$ ratio of more than $10^5$. The saturation mobility and threshold voltage of nonannealed IGZO TFTs was $4.92{\times}10^{-1}cm^2/V{\cdot}s$ and 1.46V, respectively, whereas these values for the annealed TFTs were $1.49{\times}10^{-1}cm^2/V{\cdot}$ and 15.43V, respectively. It is believed that an increase in the surface roughness after an annealing treatment degrades the quality of the device. The transmittances of the IGZO thin films were approximately 80%. These results demonstrate that IGZO thin films are suitable for use as transparent thin film transistors (TTFTs).
