포탈의 태동은 인터넷에 접속하는 관문으로 시작되었으나 포탈 사업에 대한 인식이 바뀌어 지고 경쟁이 심화되면서 각 포탈 기업은 더 많은 이용자들을 유치하기 위해서 여러 가지 가상 서비스들을 개발하고 이를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 서비스의 제공 이면에는 포탈의 생존에서 가장 중요한 수입 창출을 위한 광고 유치라는 문제가 있기 때문이다. 포탈이 광고주의 이목을 끌기 위해서는 포탈의 이용자수가 많아야 한다. 포탈의 이용자 수 증가를 위한 가장 큰 과제는 포탈 이용자들의 관심을 끌고 포탈 이용자들의 만족도를 높여 지속적인 방문을 유도하는 것이다. 포탈 이용자들의 만족도는 포탈이 제공하는 서비스 특성에 따라 많이 좌우된다. 또한, 이는 국가에 따른 사회적,문화적 차이에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 포탈을 대상으로 포탈 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 포탈의 특성 요인이 무엇인지 알아보았다. 미국 포탈 이용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들은 컨텐츠와 커뮤니케이션으로 나타났다. Portal opens as the access method to Internet. However as the perception of portal has been changed and the competition has been intensified, each portal company is trying to develop and to provide to attract more users. The main reason for this service offering is to attract advertisers who provide the source of revenue that is the most important thing for the survival of portal. To attract advertisers portal should keep many users. The biggest subject to solve for the increment of portal users is to induce successive visit to the portal by attracting users' interest and by increasing portal users' satisfaction. Portal users' satisfaction depends on the characteristics provided by a portal. Moreover, this may be different according to the social and cultural status of each nation. In this research, we studied the portal's characteristics that influence portal users' satisfaction in USA. We found that factors influencing portal users' satisfaction in USA are content and communication.

웹사이트는 기업의 제품이나 서비스를 광고하는데 이용될 수 있고 또한, 웹사이트를 사용하여서 기업은 고객들의 반응을 알 수 있기 때문에 기업의 운영에 도움을 준다. 유용성은 고객의 방문 목적을 충분히 만족시킬 수 있도록 웹사이트를 설계하기 위하여 필요한 개념이다. 유용성은 사용자들이 인터페이스를 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 하기 위하여 사용자 인터페이스를 어떻게 디자인해야 하는가를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 커피 산업의 웹사이트에 대한 유용성 테스트를 다루고자 한다. Web site helps for the operation of a corporation because it can be used for advertising products and services and by using it the corporation can know theresponse of its customers. Usability concept is needed in designing a web site that can be used for the fulfillment of customers' visiting purpose without any problems. Usability means how to design user interface to be used easily. In this research uability test was given for web sites of coffee industry.
전자상거래 시대의 물류 요구에 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 방안 연구

Electronic commerce(EC) based on internet becomes new and active part of economy due to the development of computer communications technology and computer technology. In EC environment, as production companies and marketing companies which are related to customers can alleviate the limit of time and space, they can reduce many logistics steps. This causes the reduction of logistics expense and expense for goods in stock. Therefore, these companies can lower the price of goods, increase the service level for customers, and strengthen the competitiveness. However, in most of domestic companies which perform EC, physical distributions are outsourced. And companies which are dealing with physical distributions are falling behind in their distribution systems and are strangling in information exchanges to cope with in EC environment. This causes complaints of customers. Moreover, this strangling physical distribution systems cause the bottle nech in the light speed EC. To solve this problem, supply chain managemet(SCM) is required especially internet based SCM, which is expected to solve troublesome physical distribution problem byt viewing buying, production, and logistics together in one process. Adding to SCM, strengthening the service competitiveness of home-delivery companies are required. Because, to realize the efficient SCM, effective and rapid delivery products is essential and necessary. For this purpose it is also suggestive that delivery companies should establish the common physical distribution systems to perform professional, efficient, and synthetic products delivery and services.
켈로이드와 비후성 반흔 환자에서 Bleomycin 병변내 주사의 치료 경험

Background: Keloids and hypertrophic scars are benign growths of dermal collagen that usually cause major physical, psychological, and cosmetic problems. Numerous treatment modalities have been used to treat keloids and hypertrophic scars, but the optimal treatment has not been established. Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether bleomycin intralesional injection has an therapeutic effect on both keloids and hypertrophic scars. Methods: Thirteen patients with keloids or hypertrophic scars were administered with intralesional injection of bleomycin (1.5 IU/ml). Scar height was measured, and scar pliability and erythema were scored at baseline and then monthly during the treatment and follow-up period. Patient`s self-assessments of subjective symptoms (pruritus and pain) were also scored. Pre- and post-treatment mean values for scar height, scar pliability, erythema, pruritus and pain were statistically compared. Results: The clinical response was positive in all cases: highly significant flattening in one case, significant flattening in one case, moderate flattening in five cases and minimal flattening in six cases. The mean scores for pruritus and pain also improved. The observed side-effects were hyperpigmentation (two cases), hypopigmentation (one case) and skin infection (one case). No exacerbation was noted during follow-up period of 4 months. Conclusion: Bleomycin intralesional injecton may be one of the effective and safe method of treating keloids and hypertrophic scars.
