        태권도 선수와 동호인간의 하지 좌 · 우 대칭운동의 운동학적 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to examine characteristics in two groups by comparatively analyzing the kinemetical variables of bilateral symmetry on lower extremity according to skill level in Taekwondo. The group with experts was selected 9 exhibition members at Yuniversity with over 7 years of career in Taekwondo. The group with non-experts was selected 9 club members at Yuniversity with under 1 year of career in Taekwondo. The bilateral symmetry on lower extremity was limited to Do lryeochagi out of Balchagi(an act of kicking) in Taekwondo. The statistically significant difference was indicated in all variables except the flexion and extension of hip angle in the lower extremity joint angle. The bilateral symmetr y could be known to be excellent. The group with non-experts showed the bigger difference in lower extremity joint angle than the group with experts, and showed the statistically significant difference in variables of required time and peak tiptoe synthetic rate, thereby having been indicated to be short of the bilateral symmetry.

        농촌진흥기관 개발 품종의 경제적 파급효과 분석

        본 연구는 국산 품종의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 분석모형은 산업연관분석의 공급견인모형을 활용하였으며, 연구의 범위는 농촌진흥기관 개발 품종으로 한정하였다. 경제적 파급효과는 생산유발효과와 취업유발효과로 구분하여 분석하였다. 먼저, 생산유발효과는 벼 품종인 신동진이 495,993억원으로 가장 크게 나타났으며, 딸기 품종인 설향은 329,369억원으로 두 번째로 컸다. 반면 화훼류 품종인 백마는 877억원으로 적었으나, 화훼류가 재배면적이 적은 부분과 화훼품종 대부분이 해외 품종에 의존하고 있는 상황을 고려하면 매우 큰 수치이다. 둘째, 취업유발효과는 생산유발효과와 비슷한 순서로 나타났다. 신동진이 756,682명으로 가장 컸으며, 설향은 701,403명이었다. 백마는 1,582명으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 농촌진흥기관 개발품종의 경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 분석하고, 그 가치를 통해 국가기관에서 수행되는 품종개발의 당위성을 확보했다는데 큰 의의가 있다. This study examined the spillovers (economics) of domestic varieties. The analysis model used the supply-driven of inter-industry analysis (input-output analysis), and the scope of the study was limited to the varieties developed by rural development agencies. The spillovers were analyzed by dividing into the effects on production inducement and employment inducement. First, the effects on production inducement were the largest in Sindongjin, a rice variety, with 49,599.3 billion won. Seolhyang, a strawberry variety, was the second largest with 32,936.9 billion won. On the other hand, Baekma, a flower variety, was small at 87.7 billion won. On the other hand, this is a very large number considering the small area of cultivation of flowers and how most of the flower varieties depend on overseas varieties. Second, the effect on the employment inducement coefficient appeared in a similar order to the effect on production inducement. Sindongjin was the largest with 756,682, and Seolhyang was 701,403. Baekma was analyzed as 1,582 people. The results are of great significance in that it quantitatively analyzed the spillovers of the varieties developed by rural development agencies and ensured a justification for the development of varieties by national institutions through their value.

        수박공선출하 확대요인 분석 -충북지역 수박 재배농가를 대상으로

        This study analyzes the factors that effectively affect the expansion of cooperative shipping of watermelon in Chungbuk province. One hundred fourteen farmers were surveyed with the items of farmers′ satisfaction, recognition of necessity for cooperative shipping, importance of expansion method, factors of hindrance for cooperative shipping, and willingness to join the cooperative shipping. Ordered logit model was adopted for the econometric analysis. Paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test were also adopted to test statistical significance of the results. The re-sults show that farmers′ satisfaction for cooperative shipping is influenced by the benefits of in-come obtained from cooperative shipping and the use of facilities available. Watermelon farms have a demand for establishing an efficient marketing system for the expansion of cooperative shipping. To meet this demand they need to give more reliability to regional agricultural coopera-tives through the supply of contractual quantity. In addition, regional agricultural cooperatives needs to handle the entire amount of contractual quantity through cooperative shipping in the long term perspective.

        시설과채농가의 신축적 작부체계에 대한 옵션가치 분석

        The objective of this study is to evaluate the value of flexibility for cropping system with greenhouse facilities that farmers can take contingent on market condition. A concept of switch option, a kind of Real Options(RO) approach, is adopted to evaluate the option value of flexible cropping system. For the simplicity, region is limited to Chungbuk province and crops for cropping systems are limited to watermelon and melon. Prices of both crops are assumed as stochastic variables and proved to follow mean-reverting process. Results show that farmers choose crops based on relative prices for the first crop. On the other hand, watermelon is hardly chosen for the second crop because the price of watermelon far below than that of melon. The value of flexibility, defined as the difference of the value of flexible cropping system and the value of inflexible cropping system, is 1,583 thousand won during three business years. Sensitivity analysis show that the flexibility value increases with melon production and volatility of melon and decreases with production cost of melon. The results imply that the value of flexibility for cropping system should be reflected in the investment analysis of fruit vegetable farming with greenhouse facilities.

        농지은행 경영회생지원사업 농지환매권의 실물옵션가치 및 조기행사가능성 추정 -Longstaff-Schwartz 방법을 적용하여-

        This study analyzes the vahr of real options for redemptive right provided by Farmland bank business recovery program and mtirnates the possibiIity of early excercise of the right, where the program has h e n an important policy instrument to alleviate fanners`` debt problems since year 2006. The redemptive right can be considered as an American call nption because farmers with the right can repurchase the farmland sold to Farmland bank within a maturity date at any time. Thus, we adopt the Longstaff-Schwartz approach, a simulation method that is suitable for the analysis of American call option. Data were obtained From Chungbuk province. Resulk show that the value of real options for the right is 4,847wanJ rri and the possibility of early exercise is cumulated to 37.5 percent by six years. Qn the other hand, indecisive cases take place up to 32.2 percent of all cases, which leads to 1.477won/ d when the cases are convert~cl to budget loss. Sensitivity analysis includes the change in divided payment ratio, transfer income tax, drift rate, internal fund ratio, and extension of maturity date. The value of real options increases with a transfer income tax and the extension of maturity date, while the possibility of early exercise increases with a transfer income tax, internal fund ratin, and the extension of maturity date. The value of real options is not sensitive to divided payment ratio, anti internal fund ratio, while thc possibility of party exercise increases with divided payment ratio. This implies that Farmland bank can design any instruments to help farmers to join the program and to boost repurchase of the farmland sold, thus making the program more sound.

        샤플리가치를 이용한 수박 브랜드 통합의 경제적 이익 배분 연구

        This study derives a fair allocation of economic margin resulting from brand unification of watermelon originated in Jincheon County in Chungbuk Province. A concept of Shapley value, a part of co-operative game, is used to derive the allocation ratio between two participants(Deoksan and Saenajincheon), where the shapely value is calculated according to the marginal contribution of each brand to the value of unified brand. One hundred thirty three farmers(sixty seven from Deoksan and sixty six from Saengajincheon) were surveyed with the items of farmer`s preference to brand unification, the expected price of watermelon with unified brand, and the need of criterion for the allocation of economic margin resulting from brand unification. Results show that the fair allocation ratio of economic margin are fifty five percent for Deoksan and forty five percent for Saengajincheon. A sensitivity analysis was performed to check the variation of the fair ratio by changing the expected price of watermelon with unified brand. The ratio with fifty five percent for Deoksan and forty five percent for saengajincheon was robust in spite of price change.

        한국농어촌공사 지사 조직의 효율성 및 성과평가의 비교 분석

        This study analyzed the technical efficiency of Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC) branch offices from 2013 to 2015 and compared the efficiency with the performance evaluation of the same offices. For the study, input oriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach was adopted because KRC is a public corporation depending on government budget allocation with output variable uncontrollable. Input variables included labor force and total cost and output variables included gross margin and area under control. The results showed that average technical efficiency of the branch offices ranged from sixty one percent to sixty eight percent during the period, which implied that the brach offices could increase technical efficiency by reallocating both inputs. In addition, the rankings between performance evaluation result and technical efficiency were not identical among branch offices. This meant that the performance evaluation system was not appropriate for increasing management efficiency. We suggested the mixed use of both measures to increase a mid- and longterm management efficiency and reach a short-term management goal.

        논벼 무경운재배의 온실가스 감축효과를 고려한 경제성 분석

        This study performed an economic analysis for no-till practice of paddy rice compared with traditional till practice of paddy rice. The effect of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from soil and agricultural machinery was added to economic outcome of no-till practice. Experimental data of GHG and yield by practices were obtained from National Institute of Crop Science and partial budgeting method was adopted for the analysis. Results showed that GHG reduction from no-till practice was very large in soil compared with agricultural machinery. The economic outcome of no-till practice was larger than that of traditional till practice even when it did not contain GHG reduction effect. In addition, no-till practice showed positive economic performance regardless of the ownership for agricultural machinery. The results of this study are expected to be highly useful as legitimacy of policy support for no-till paddy rice practice.

        텍스트마이닝을 활용한 농업 R&D 키워드 분석

        본 연구는 농업 R&D의 추세를 살펴보고자 텍스트마이닝 기법을 활용하여 농업 R&D에 해당하는 키워드를 분석하였다. 분석자료는 NTIS의 국가연구개발사업 과제정보를 활용하였으며, 2003년부터 2018년까지의 농업 R&D의 주요 키워드를 연도별 및 연구개발단계별로 구분하였다. 텍스트마이닝을 위해 키워드의 TF-IDF를 계산하여 점수별로 순위를 매기었으며, 유사한 키워드별로 그룹화하여 해석하였다. 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 신기술의 도입과 외부환경에 변화에 따른 농업 R&D 트렌드가 변화해가고 있다. 시간이 흐를수록 새로운 키워드가 대두되고 있으며, 기초연구 단계에서는 ‘기후변화’가, 응용연구 단계에서는 ‘ICT’와 ‘스마트팜’이, 개발연구 단계에서는 ‘수출’ 키워드가 주되게 등장하고 있다. 두 번째, 연구개발 단계에서 시차를 가지고 키워드 변화가 나타나고 있다. 기초연구-응용연구-개발연구 순으로 주요 키워드가 변화하고 있으며, 대표적으로 ‘기후변화’와 ‘신품종’ 키워드가 연구개발단계별로 연계되어 있었다. 세번째, 농업 R&D의 대표적인 키워드는 ‘벼’ 키워드로 나타났다. 그러나 "녹색 및 기후변화 대응"과 "가공 및 유통기술" 같이 국내외 농업 환경 변화에 따라 연구의 방향성과 목적이 변화하고 있었다. This study analyzed keywords for agricultural R&D using the textmining method to examine the trend of agricultural R&D. Data used for the analysis included R&D project information provided by NTIS, and the research and development step by year from 2003 to 2018 were classified and applied. The TF-IDF approach was used as the analysis method, and ranking was derived based on score. Furthermore, we analyzed by grouping for similar keywords. The main analysis results are as follows. First, agricultural R&D trends are changing according to the introduction of new technologies and changes in the external environment. Second, keyword changes appeared with a time lag in the R&D step. The main keywords are changing in the order of basic research - applied research - development research. Third, the main keyword of agricultural R&D was "rice." However, the direction and purpose of the research were changing according to changes in the domestic and foreign agricultural environments.
