        Versatic Acid-10 을 사용한 지르코늄과 하프늄의 분리에 관한 연구

        Removal of hafnium from zirconium way carried out using solvent extraction with Versatic Acid-10 in order to produce the high purity zirconia. The results showed that zirconium was effectively extracted at the pH range of 2.1∼2.3, while hafnium was hardly extracted at this pH range. On the other hand, the stripping effect of zirconium was more effective in the case of using HCl as a stripping solution. When the zirconium oxychloride solution containing zirconium of 700ppm and hafnium of 18.9ppm was treated by Versatic Acid-l0 of 1M at a phase ratio of A/O=1/3 with six stages in the extraction and also by HCl of 1M at a phase ratio of O/A=1 with five stages in the stripping, the content of zirconium and hafnium in the stripping solution was 210ppm and <0.3ppm, respectively. High purity zirconia(99.84% ZrO₂) could be obtained by hydrolysis followed by the calcination of precipitates.

        Among the lymphoreticular infiltrative disorders of the lung, the primary pulmonary lymphomas are rare, and secondary lung involvement of mediastinal lymphomas are more common. Histopathologically, the majority of primary pulomonary lymphomas are small cell lymphomas which have favorable outcomes, and the remainder are more aggressive non-small cell lymphomas, the majority of which are of large cell type. The majority of the primary pulmonary lymphomas are of B cell originating from bronchus associated lymphoid tissue. It is important to differentiate the primary pulmonary lymphomas from benign lymphoreticular infiltrative disorders, such as pseudolymphoma or lymphocytic interstitial pneumonitis. Especially, primary T-cell lymphomas of the lung show polymorphic lymphocytic infiltrations, which make it even more difficult to differentiate from benign infiltration. Diagnosis of the T-cell lymphoma requires immunohisto-chemical stain showing monoclonal T cell proliferation. Primary pulmonary lymphomas of T-cell origin are rarely reported, and almost all of the cases reported had grave prognosis. we report a case of primary pulmonary lymphoma of non-small cell type with liver involvement, which, despite of T-cell origin, had a chronic clinical course and was suggested to evolve from angiocentric immunoproliferative lesion to frank T-cell lymphoma.

      • 영상의학과 이동검사 영역의 공간선량 분포에 대한 측정 및 분석

        There are several reasons to take X-ray in case of inpatients. Some of them who cannot ambulate or have any risk if move are taken portable X-ray at their wards. Usually, in this case, many other people-patients unneeded X-ray test, family, hospital workers etc-are indirectly exposed to X-ray by scatter ray. For that reason I try to be aware of free space scatter dose accurately and make the point at issue of portable X-ray better in this study. kVp dose meter is used for efficiency management of portable X-ray equipment. Mobile X-ray equipment, ionization chamber, electrometer, solid water phantom are used for measuring of free space scatter dose. First of all the same surroundings condition is made as taken real portable X-ray, inquired amount of X-ray both chest AP and abdomen AP most frequently examined and measured scatter ray distribution of two tests individually changing distance. In the result of measuring horizontal distribution with condition of chest AP it is found that the mAs is decreased as law of distance reverse square but no showed mAs change according to direction. Vertical distribution showed the mAs slightly higher than horizontal distribution but it isnt found out statistical characteristic. In abdomen AP, compare with chest AP, free space scatter dose is as higher as five-hundred times and horizontal, vertical distribution are quite similar to chest AP in result. In portable X-ray test, in order to reduce the secondary exposure by free space scatter dose first, cut down unnecessary portable order the second, set up the specific area at individual ward for the test the third, when moving to a ward for the X-ray test prepare a portable shielding screen. The last, expose about 2m apart from patients if unable to do above three ways.

        디지털 홀로그래피에서 퓨리어 변환을 이용한 0차 회절광의 제거와 위상홀로그램의 생성에 대한 전산 모사

        CCD의 입력면에서의 물체광과 참조광의 간섭을 수치적 방법으로 생성한 광 강도 분포 홀로그램을 대상으로 퓨리어 변환방법을 이용한 0차 회절광의 제거를 전산 모사 방법으로 구현하였고, 0차 회절광 성분이 제거된 광 강도 분포와 위상을 갖는 홀로그램을 생성하였다. 그리고 그 결과를 수치적 재생 방법을 사용하여 0차 회절광 성분의 제거를 확인하였다. 그리고 퓨리어 변환 방법에 의한 0차 회절광 성분이 제거된 위상홀로그램의 생성이 가능하다. 0차 회절광을 제거하기 위한 제거 함수를 도입하였고 제거 영역에 따른 0차 회절광의 제거와 재생되는 실상의 정보 손실 정도를 비교하였고, 기존의 방법에 비하여 효과적임을 증명하였다. A computer simulation about removal of the 0-th order diffraction is achieved by using numerical reconstruction in digital holography and the Fourier transform method. A light intensity distribution hologram is generated through numerical calculation of the interference pattern. Additionally a phase hologram without the 0-th order diffraction is generated. The removal function for elimination of the 0-the order diffraction is introduced and the numerical reconstructions with several conditions for the removal of the 0-th order diffraction and the production of high quality numerically reconstructed images are tested and compared. The removal function is proven to be more effective at the suppression of the 0-th order diffraction compared with the DC suppression method.

        원발성 종격동 내배엽동종 1 예

        The endodermal sinus, or yolk sac tumor is a highly malignant and rare form of embryonal cell carcinoma which originates from the extraembryonic structure, as is choriocarcinoma, and occurs almost exclusively in males during the second and third decade of life, although it has been reported in children. In addition to the ovary and testis, endodermal sinus tumors have been described in extragonadal sites such as the sacrococcygeal region, the region of the pineal gland, the retroperitoneum and anterior mediastinum. We experienced a case of a primary mediastinal endodermal sinus tumor which occurred in a 29-year old male patient and was diagnosed by mediastinotomy. The patient has been treated with two courses of combination chemotherapy (vincristine, actinomycin-D and cyclophosphamide) and his condition has been followed up for 5 months.

      • 실내디자인에 표현된 오브제적 요소의 경향 고찰

        In the stream of perception's diversification and differentiation in each realm's principle, designing and art in the 21th century have shown no boundary among each field such as paintings, sculpture, craft, film, etc. and they have had many effects on one another. Likewise interior designing has adopted an objective factors which crosses every field, and this has added up more value in interior designing as another method. This research has two study purposes: one is to grope the relationship and the concept between an objective factor and interior designing by means of studying the tendency of an objective expression in interior designing; and the other is to study whether an objective factor has creativity and variety as an interior designing method. First of all, this research studied the progression of an object in art history and the expression tendency of objective factors m modem art and interior designing. Next, this research compared objective factors in the artists and the artworks after post-modernism by deriving the objective factors adopted in interior designing and then four major factors were drawn out. The objective factors in interior designing could be divided each factor as amusement, realm compartments, visual targets, and coloring and material expressions. This research is based on literature analysis to study objective factors expressed in the interior of a room. Further study needs to include ampler cases like artist interviews and to study how users understand artists' intention in real. 21세기 디자인과 예술은 각 영역 이념간의 인식체계의 다변화와 다원화된 흐름 속에서 회화, 조각, 공예, 영화 등 각 영 역간의 경계가 무너지고 상호간의 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 실내디자인에서도 각 영역을 넘나드는 오브제적 표현요소를 도입하여 실내공간의 하나의 디자인 방법으로 가치를 더하고 있다. 본 연구는 오브제적 요소의 표현경향의 연구를 통한 실내디자인과 하나의 맥락으로서 관계와 개념을 모색하고 오브제적 요소가 실내공간의 표현방법으로서 창조적 가능성과 표현의 다양성을 고찰하는데 그 목적이 있다. 우선 미술사적 오브제의 발달과정을 고찰하였고 현대미술과 실내디자인에서 오브제적 요소가 표현되는 경향을 고찰하였다. 실내디자인에서 적용되는 오브제적 요소를 도출하여 포스트모더니즘 이후의 작가와 작품을 대상으로 표현된 오브제적 요소를 비교하였으며 네 가지의 표현요소를 추출하였다. 실내공간에서 표현되는 오브제적 요소의 경향으로 유희적 요소와 영역구분의 요소, 비쥬얼타겟(Visual Target)의 요소, 색채와 재료의 표현요소로 분류할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 문헌분석을 위주로 실내공간에 표현된 오브제적 요소의 경향을 고찰하고자 하였다. 방대한 사례를 충분히 검토하지 못한 점은 연구의 한계로써 작가 인터뷰 등을 추가하여 향후 지속적인 연구가 필요하며 실제 작가의 의도를 사용자들이 어떻게 받아들이는 가에 대한 연구도 병행되어야 할 것이다.

        산성치오용소귀액으로 부터 침전반응에 의한 금, 은의 회수

        Cementation was investigated to recover gold and silver from the acidic thiourea solution with zinc, aluminum and iron powders. The results showed that the zinc powder was not of practical use in acidic solution because of the great consumption of zinc and thiourea decomposition, while aluminum and iron powders were substantially effective in practical aspects in comparison with zinc. Iron was found to be the most effective precipitant due to its little consumption and low cost. The dissolved oxygen becomes detrimental to cementation of precious metals in acidic thiourea solution. When the oxygen was expelled by introducing nitrogen gas, the fast cementation was carried out effectively with the decrease of metal consumption as cementing agents. In the cementation with iron powder, the activation energy of gold and silver were 4.4 ㎉/㏖ and 13.1 ㎉/㏖, respectively. Accordingly the reaction was controlled by mass transfer for the cementation of gold and by surface chemical reaction for the cementation of silver.
