육계에서 가공판지를 사용하여 성장 성적 및 깔짚 성상에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 새로운 깔ㄹ짚 재료로서 이용 가능성을 조사하였다. 5일령 육용 수평아리(Ross) 180수를 2처리 3반복, 반복당 30수씩 왕겨 깔짚구(대조구), 가공판지 깔짚구(처리구)로 임의 배치하였다. 일반시판사료와 물을 총 5주간 자유채식 및 자유음수 시켰다. 일당증체량은 가공판지에서 사육한 육계가 대조구에 비해 유의하게 높았고(P<0.05), 사료요구율은 가공판지에서 사육한 육계가 대조구와 비해 유의차는 인정되지 않았지만 개선되는 경향을 보였다. 깔짚내의 salmonella와 E. coli의 총 균수에서는 차이가 없었지만, Enterobacter aerogens의 수는 대조구에 비해 처리구에서 유의하게 낮았다((P<0.05). 깔짚 내 수분 함량은 대조구와 처리구 간에 차이가 없었다. 폐사율은 가공 판지구에서 왕겨구에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 낮았다.(P<0.05). 이러한 연구결과 가공판지는 기존의 깔짚 재료를 대체하여 충분히 그 이용이 가능하며, 깔짚 재료의 품귀 및 가격 상승시에 이상적인 대체 재료가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다. The suitability of processed cardboard(PC) as litter of broiler house was evaluated by comparing the growth performances of broiler chicks reared on the PC with those of birds reared on conventional rice hull litter(RH) as the control group. A total of 180 male broiler chick (5d old, Ross) were randomly divided into 2 groups and placed into 2 types of litter, PC and RH, with 3 replicates of 30 birds per replicate. Commercial broiler feeds and water were provided ad libitum for 5 weeks. The body weight gains of the birds reared on PC were heavier than those on RH(P<0.05). The average feed conversion rate of chicks reared on PC was appeared to be improved as compared to that of the control. The Enterobacter aerogens counts in PC were significantly rduced than those in the control litter(P<0.05), but a total number of Salmonella and E. coli were not affected by the litter materials. No difference was observed between the average moisture contents of the litters. The average mortality of the chicks reared on PC was significantly lower than that of RH(P<0.05). The results indicate that processed cardboard can substitute other conventional litter materials when the others are in short supply or expensive.

December 18, 2013, the Supreme Court ruled the problem for the concept and scope of the normal wage which has been controversial for ordinary wage. It is thought to be effective to reduce the clutter of the on-site labor. But, the Supreme Court mentioned “The labor-management agreement for the range of normal wage is no effect to both parties to legal actions because of violations of mandatory rules. But the workers claims for additional wage may be not allowed in accordance with the principle of good faith.” On the one hand, I was surprised about that limits the legal rights of workers by applying the principle of good faith in a legal action for violation of mandatory rules. On the other hand, That surprised me even more is to apply the principle of good faith called the general provisions to limits of the rights of workers in the labor law area that modified civil law principles. Meanwhile, in the labor area, the judgment applied the principle of good faith exist but, I thought it would always be ‘exceptional’. But, I can only think that it can be applied at any time and any situation if there exists situational specificity. Personally, I think it logical and reasonable that the court allowed to claims of additional benefits for workers because he labor-management agreement for the range of normal wage is no effect to both parties to legal actions. I think that the court need to wait for legislative action in Congress before making a decision.
VES-LMC의 보수ㆍ보강 두께에 따른 RC보의 휨거동 특성

The purpose of this study was to investigate the flexural. interfacial behavior, crack propagation, nonlinear behavior, effect repaired and rehabilitated with VES-LMC using RC beam with 4-point-loading test. The results were following: The test result showed that repair and rehabilitation effect increased as its depth increased, which was verified by the increase of flexural stiffness. More than 40% of stiffness was improved when the depth of repair was up to steel position. However, there was a little difference between 8cm and 12cm repaired beam. This means the repair depth must be considered. The interfacial behavior data showed that the repaired or rehabilitated beams had a little relative displacement. This means that two materials behave comparatively acting together. This suggested that interface treatment were one of the most important jobs in composite beams.
