In order to investigate the effect of rapid solidification on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg system alloys, water atomization was carried out, since the water atomization beared the highest solidification rate among the atomization processes. The as atomized alloy powders consisted of fine grains less than 4 ${\mu}m$ in diameter, and the second particles were not detected on XRD. The microstructure as solidified was maintained even after the spark plasma sintering at the heating rate of 50 K/min. On the other hand, lower rate of 20 K/min induced a formation of $MgZn_2$ particles, resulting in strengthening of the matrix. The density was almost constant at the temperature above 698K. The sintering temperature above 698K had no effect on the strength of the sintered materials.

The prosodic properties of Korean and English stress were examined with focus on syllable duration and pitch by loan words. 14 loan words were selected by the criteria of the numbers of syllables and stress positions. 3 Korean males using Seoul dialect and 3 American males using general American English served as subjects. Each tokens were uttered 3 times and second one was chosen to be analysed by CSL. We measured the duration and F0 of each syllable. In English, duration is the most salient acoustic correlates of stress, and pitch is the second. In Korean, by contrast, it seems that neither duration nor pitch is the acoustic features of stress, from our data

As circumstances of scholarly communication have been changed over time, there is a growing interest among academic institutions in collecting, preserving, and creating value-added services from digital contents being created by members of the academic community. The purpose of this study is to build an open access based Institutional Repository(IR) in the university for scholarly communication. For this study, this paper analyzes the example of, and makes a full range of process and implementation plan, and then suggests a realistic model of IR which is for dissertations/theses, academic journals, working papers, etc. The intellectual property right issues related to IR are also discussed. 최근 국내외에서는 저널 구독 비용의 증가와 도서관 예산의 삭감, 그리고 대학 및 국가 지식관리의 필요성 등이 제기되면서 누구나 자유롭게 접근할 수 있는 온라인 액세스 기반의 기관 레포지터리 시스템을 도입하려는 시도가 활발하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학학술정보 관리를 위한 온라인 액세스 기반의 기관 레포지터리 서비스 운영방안을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해서 개별기관에서의 기관 레포지터리 서비스 사례를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 전체 운영 단계 및 운영방안을 마련한 후, 학위논문, 교내 간행물, 교내 학술행사, 학술지 논문/연구보고서 등에 적용할 수 있는 현실적인 운영방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이외에 기관 레포지터리 운영시 발생할 수 있는 지적재산권 사항을 살펴보았다.

Various hyper-intelligent and ultra-realistic data-driven services are being increasingly developed with the goal of achieving a hyper-connected intelligent society. To sustain this trend, our research focuses on the integration and optimization of data-driven applications from several aspects such as delivery, storage, execution, and sharing of data and software, beyond the limitations of the existing network infrastructure. In this paper, we present important research issues of data-centric hyper-distributed autonomous infrastructure technologies.

Background: Depression and cognitive function have a positive effect on the improvement of quality of life and extension of lifespan in the elderly. In addition, it appears as a major factor influencing oral health status. Therefore, this study looked at the relationship between the Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index (GOHAI), depression, and cognitive function in the elderly using the Korea Longitudinal Study of Aging.Methods: In this study, 4,535 elderly people aged 65 years and over were targeted using the 7th data of the 2018 Korea Longitudinal Study of Aging. A t-test and ANOVA analysis were performed to compare GOHAI, depression, and cognitive function by group. In addition, hierarchical multiple linear regression was performed to understand the effect of the elderly’s perceived depression scale and cognitive ability on GOHAI.Results: As a result of adding the depression scale and cognitive function variables to Model 2, the explanatory power was 22%. Educational level, marital status, private health insurance subscription, average monthly allowance, subjective health status, use of dentures, smoking status, economic activity, depression scale, and cognitive function were found to have significant influence (p<0.05). In addition, when controlled and viewed with all factors, depression and cognitive function were found to have an effect on oral health-related quality of life.Conclusion: The findings indicate that depression and cognitive function are associated with oral health-related quality of life in the Korean elderly. As the age increases, the quality of life declines due to depression and cognitive function problems, in addition to oral discomfort, eating disorders, and physical discomfort.
간호단위 관리자의 변혁적 리더십 선행요인에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

본 연구는 국내 간호단위 관리자의 변혁적 리더십 선행요인들에 대한 메타분석을 실시하여 이들 변인들의 관계를 통합하여 제시하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 PRISMA 지침에 따라 국내·외 데이터베이스를 통해 문헌을 수집하였으며, 최종적으로 선정된 23편의 문헌에 대한 변혁적 리더십과 선행요인간의 상관관계 효과크기를 산출하였다. 연구결과 23편 연구의 전체 효과크기는 ESzr=.54로 큰 효과크기였다. 변혁적 리더십 선행요인들을 개인·심리군, 직무관련 변인군, 조직관련 변인군의 세 개의 범주로 분류하였으며, 그 중 조직관련 변인군의 효과크기가 ESzr=.56으로 가장 큰 효과 크기를 나타냈다. 본 연구는 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하기 위해 선행되는 요인들에 대한 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였으며, 본 연구의 결과는 간호 관리자의 변혁적 리더십 향상을 위한 중재 프로그램 개발 시 근거가 되는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was attempted to conduct a meta-analysis on the antecedents factors of transformational leadership of nursing unit managers. Literature was collected according to the PRISMA guidelines, and the antecedent factors of 23 studies were analyzed. The results showed that the total 23 studies large effect size (ESzr=.54). Antecedent factors were classified into three categories, and the organization-related variables group had the largest effect size (ESzr=.56). This study is an integrated presentation of the effect size of the antecedent factors of transformational leadership through a meta-analysis and the results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for developing intervention programs for nursing unit managers' transformational leadership improvement.
