        지르코늄 합금의 대량수소화에 미치는 표면산화막의 영향

        Oxide effects experiments on massive hydriding reactions of Zr alloy with hydrogen gas were carried out at $400^{\circ}C$ under 1 atm in a $H_2$ environment with a thermo-gravimetric apparatus (TGA). Experimental results for oxide effects on massive hydriding kinetics show that incubation time is not proportional to oxide thickness. The results also show that the massive hydriding kinetics of pre-filmed Zr alloys follows linear kinetic law and that the hydriding rates are similar to that of oxide-free Zr alloys once massive hydriding is initiated. Unlikely microstructure of the oxide during incubation time, physical defects such as micro-cracks and pores were observed in the oxide after incubation time. Therefore, it seems that the massive hydriding of Zr alloys can be ascribed to short circuit paths and mechanical or physical defects, such as micro-cracks and pores in the oxide, rather than to hydrogen diffusion through the oxide resulting from the increase of oxygen vacancies in the hypo-stoichiometric oxide.

        기판스테이지 온도에 관한 연구

        This paper shows that the effect of exposing on the top area and a solution which using a water circulation system. Semiconductor substrate stage is made from Aluminum and is repeated the sequence of exposing (150), turning OFF shutter, taking 30 sec. interval at the top area of stage. So the temperature of substrate temperature rises continuously. On this, we made a waterway at the inner part of the substrate stage and operated a water circulation system. We measured the temperature of a substrate stage surface with a thermocouple attached to the substrate stage. To analyze the top area's temperature, we used Analysis Program ANSYS for analysis and 3D CAD program Solid-Works for modeling.

        백제시대 암막새 형식과 전개

        백제시대 암막새는 무악형과 유악형으로 분류된다. 무악형은 압날식·유단식·음각식으로, 유악형은 무문식과 유문식으로 나뉘며, 나아가 제작방법이나 문양의 형태에 따라 각각 세분 된다. 백제시대 암막새의 원류는 풍납토성 경당지구와 부여지역의 몇몇 유적에서 사용된 유단식 암키와로 파악되며, 중국 기와의 영향 속에서 군수리사지의 압날식 기와가 출현하고 이러한 영향이 유악형 무문식 기와로 발전하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 유악형 무문식 암막새의 내림새형은 금마저지역에서 심엽문형과 귀면문형의 유문식으로 발전한다. 고구려 안학궁 기와의 편년은 연구자마다 편차가 크지만, 암막새 중앙에 식물문과 귀면문이 나타나는 패턴은 백제시대 유문식 기와의 모티브일 가능성을 배제할 수 없다. 한편, 미륵사지 출토 유문식 암막새는 왕궁리오층석탑 출토 사리내합의 문양과 기존의 인동당초문 기법이 결합되어 제작된다. 이보다 늦게 출현하는 제석사지 유문식 암막새는 미륵사지 암막새의 전통을 이어받기 보다는 이미 사용되고 있는 귀면문과 인동당초문의 기법이 결합되어 독자적으로 제작된다. 이와 같이 드림새 중앙에 심엽문과 같은 식물문의 모습을 두거나 혹은 귀면문을 두는 문양 패턴은 후대 암막새 제작에 영향을 주면서 계속된다. The concave tiles used during the Baekje Kingdom era could be classified into those without hanging low jaws and those with ones. The concave tiles without hanging low jaws could further be categorized into pressing, step-shaped and engraved types whereas those with hanging low jaws could be subdivided into the type with inscripfion and that without, being possibly broken down in more details depending on the manufacturing methods and kinds of patterns. The origin of the concave tiles employed by the Baekje Kingdom might be traced up to the step-shaped concave roofing tiles as found to have been used in some remains unearthed in Gyeongdang region of Pungnap-ri Fortification and in Buyeo area, a fact suggesting that tiles of the pressing type were produced under the influence of Chinese roofing tiles as evidenced by the remains unearthed from the temple site of Gunsu-ri and that such influence prompted roofing tiles to develop into the type without inscription of those with hanging low jaws. The concave tiles with hanging lower jaws of the type without inscription in roof-end tiles were found to have progressed to the type with budding and tortoise patterns as seen in the remains unearthed from Geummajeo region. Although there are drastic deviations in each researcher`s compiling of the chronology for the tiles used for the Anhak Palace in the Goguryeo Kingdom, it can`t be denied that the motives of the plant and tortoise patterns shown in the center of concave tiles must have been borrowed from the tiles with inscription of the Baekje Kingdom era. By the way, the concave tiles of the type with inscription as unearthed from the Mireuk Temple site turned out to have been made in application of the technologies of arabesque pattern combined with the pattern found in the inner case of the Sarira containers unearthed at the site of the Wanggung-ri 5-story pagoda. The concave tiles with inscription having appeared later at the site of Jeseok Temple showed that they did not inherit the traditional technology of concave tiles as used for concave tiles in Mireuk Temple but were found to have uniquely combined two techniques of tortoise and arabesque patterns. Such techniques of placing plant designs such as budding pattern and tortoise in the center of roof-end tiles were continuing to exercise influence upon production of concave tiles in later age.

        Purpose In quality control of computed tomography, a film or ruler is used for patient table incrementation test, and crossed large needle for scout localization view test. However, the methods using these instruments can take a low confidence level for scatter ray, careless manufacture, etc. This study is to lift confidence level and simplicity by a new made phantom. Materials & Methods A phantom to measure table incrementation accuracy and scout localization view together was made in our institute. We made a comparative analysis of results by a film, ruler for a experiment of sliding distance of patient’s table and a 18G needle for scout localization view with a new made phantom. Results In a experiment of table incrementation accuracy, the new made phantom with scale showed a more sharpness and simplicity than a method by a film or ruler. In also a experiment for scout localization view, this new phantom with X shape marker showed a more sharpness. Conclusion For experiment of patient table incrementation test and scout localization view in quality control of computed tomography, method by a standardized phantom show higher confidence level and simplicity than film or ruler, and a 18G needle.

        모르티에렐라(Mortierella)속 유래 단세포유지로부터 추출한 지방질의 탈색

        아라키돈산을 고농도로 함유한 유지를 생산하는 Mortierella sp. M-12로부터 얻은 균체 지방질을 식용에 적합하도록 정제하기 위하여 탈색 공정을 최적화하였다. 동결건조한 균체로부터 Folch’s solvent를 사용하여 균체 지방질 조유를 얻은 후 탈검과 탈산을 거쳐 얻은 탈산유를 50-100 ㎜Hg 진공 하에서 탈색을 진행하였다. 활성백토를 1% 수준으로 첨가하여 90℃에서 20분간 수행하였을 때 식용유지 규격에 적합한 색상을 갖는 탈색유를 얻을 수 있었다. 탈색 공정 중에 부수적으로 일어난 탈검과 탈산 작용으로 인하여 탈색유의 인 함량은 31.7% 감소하였으며, 산값은 0.5로 감소하여 식용유지의 규격에 적합한 수준이 되었다. 모르티에렐라 단세포유지는 일반적인 유지의 탈색공정을 통하여 식용급 동식물 유지와 같은 수준의 탈색유를 얻을 수 있었다. The deacidified oil obtained from the oleaginous fungus, Mortierella sp. (M-12) was bleached, after degumming, using activated clay under a 50-100 mmHg vacuum. The bleaching conditions were partially optimized as follows: activated clay, 1%, bleaching temperature 90oC, and treatment time 20 min. After bleaching, the color of bleached oil as determined by the Lovibond Tintometer, satisfied the specification for edible fats and oils. The bleaching process also decreased the contents of free fatty acids and phosphorus in the deacidified oil. The acid value of the bleached oil also satisfied the specification for edible fats and oils. It was early shown that the normal bleaching process can be used for the bleaching of heavily-colored microbial lipids for human consumption.

        金壽長의 孤山 尹善道 詩歌 受容과 그 意義

        How and when the poetry works of Yoon Seon-do, who was the best poetry author, were spread to the Sijo school(歌壇) is the focus of this thesis. It is organized and defined in the text within three chapters. The poetry works of Yoon Seon-do appeared at Cheongguyeongeon first, but they were expressed in the Haedong-Gayo of Kim Su-jang in earnest. Sijo and Eobusasisa(漁父四詩詞) were recorded in Haedong-Gayo together, but the number of works of Eobusasisa is more extensive. The facts which Kim Su-jang obtained from Yoon Seon-do works are supposed to ‘Gasa’, that is gathered in the original text in a collection of works. This is the result of the assumption that the work order of Haedong-Gayo is the same as the ‘Gasa’, spread in the ‘Gasa’ manner and compiled at the time of Haedong-Gayo. It is also assumed that the circumstances of publishing the collection of works. Kim Su-jang has earned just recognition for letting people know the best author Yoon Seon-do and his works for the first time as the person who published a collection of Sijo, but he unintentionally overlooked Sijo because he concentrated on Eobusasisa too much. Eobusasisa was changed into a form of Sijo and recorded Haedong-Gayo. That has both positive and negative results. From the point of view of a collection of a Sijo editor, it is reasonable to reproach him because he thought so little of Sijo. Nevertheless, from the perspective of poetry history, he deserves to be given credit for renovating Eobusasisa in a form of Sijo, and taking over the literary mind of Yoon Seon-do.
