Laminate veneer는 전부도재 크라운 보다 전.구치 포함 적용범위는 매우 넓다. 또한 치관 형성시 요구되는 시간이 단축되며 침습 또한 적은 장점이 있다. 그러므로 치은에도 우수한 심미성과 기능개선을 가능하게한다. 환자의 고통과 치질손실의 부담도 훨씬 줄일 수 있으므로 앞으로도 잔존 자연치아의 심미성과 기능개선의 중요한 역할을 담당할 것이라 생각한다. Recently, according to the concept of minimal invasive, there have been many opportunities for restoration treatment with porcelain laminate veneers that are less invasive and can ideally improve esthetics. Patients also visit the laminate well, and patients also want to reduce the amount of teeth cut, so the choice of the entire trimming crown is decreasing. Therefore, various techniques of laminate are required. Most dental clinicians seem to have negative images of laminates such as risk of fracture, margin pigmentation and dropout. However, this situation is due to incorrect adhesion manipulation and lack of inspection of the occlusal relationship, and there is no problem with the Porcelain Laminate Veneer itself. The purpose and scope of adaptation leading to the success of porcelain laminate veneer will be introduced.
항공기 동체 스킨-스트링거 일체 성형 복합재 패널 제작 공법에 관한 연구

A method for fabricating a skin-stringer Co-cure structure is investigated in which the existing skin and stringer assembly structure of an aircraft fuselage is formed by applying the composite air bladder bagging process with autoclave equipment. Most aircraft fuselage composite parts are in Korea using pre-impregnated material-based autoclave processes, and the skins and stringers are separately molded into parts and assembled by applying adhesives and fasteners to develop composite parts. In this case, the assembly labor-hours and manufacturing cost both increase because a separate assembly tool needs to be manufactured. To compensate for this, a method of forming a composite skin and stringer of an aircraft fuselage in a Co-cure structure by using an autoclave process was studied to produce a part specimen of the fuselage to ascertain the forming possibility and identify manufacturing problems.
워터젯 로봇의 가공 전용 치구 제작 공정 개선 및 평가에 관한 연구

워터젯 로봇의 적용은 다양한 소재의 절단, 세척, 드릴링 등 많은 분야에 적용되고 있으며, 최근 자동차 내장재 자동화 공정 라인으로 확대되고 있다. 이에 따라 워터젯 로봇 가공 기술이 발전함에 따라 복잡한 형상의 자동차 내장재 가공을 위해서는 제품 형상을 지지해주는 전용 치구가 요구된다. 기존 워터젯 가공의 전용 치구는 제조 단가를 낮추기 위해 유리 섬유를 적용한 Wet Lay-up 공정으로 제작되고 있었으나, 최근 자동화 라인에 적용되는 워터젯 치구는 사용 시간이 증가함에 따른 변형으로 인하여 형상 가공 오차 발생으로 불량률이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본연구에서는 워터젯 전용 치구의 품질 개선을 위해 탄소 섬유 적용 및 VARTM 진공배깅 공정을 적용하여 기존 Wet Lay-up 방식의 전용 복합재 치구 대비 형상 변형률 감소 및 전용 치구 구조 강도 향상을 위하여 제작 공정 개선및 평가에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. Water-jet robots find application across various domains, including cutting, cleaning, and drilling diverse materials. Recently, they have been integrated into automated process lines for manufacturing automobile interior components. Consequently, with the advancement of water-jet robot processing technology, a dedicated fixture is required to support the product shape for processing complex-shaped automobile interiors. The existing water-jet processing fixtures were produced through a wet lay-up process using glass fiber to reduce manufacturing costs; however, recently, water-jet fixtures employed in automated lines have experienced deformation over prolonged usage, resulting in shape-processing errors and an increased the defect rate. Therefore, this study explores the use of carbon fiber and the VARTM vacuum bagging process to enhance the quality of water-jet dedicated fixtures, refine the manufacturing process, alleviate shape strain, and bolster the structural integrity of the fixtures compared to the conventional wet lay-up method typically employed for composite fixtures. 항공기 복합재 수리용 프리프레그(Prepreg) 저장시한에 따른 수지 유동성 변화에 관한 연구

In this paper, we evaluated shelf life extension of prepreg used for repairing damaged composites applied to aircraft. Approximately 40% of resin in prepreg is impregnated in reinforcement fabric, and all resins are cured by a chemical reaction. Shelf life is the time that a product is stored in a good condition in an unopened container. Shelf life differs for each product. If a particular shelf life is exceeded, specific chemical reaction does not occur due to change of physical properties of constituents. And the cured part does not have sufficient strength. In this case, the material must be discarded. Secondly, after a test prescribed by manufacturing companies or the standard, if a measured value satisfies a required value, the material can be used by extending shelf life for a certain period of time. Tensile test, shear test, compression test, and resin fluidity test can be used as test methods to extend the shelf life required for the storage time limit. Among them, for the resin fluidity change test, which is the most frequent in the storage time extension test of the prepreg material, the storage time effective material and the storage time expiration material were evaluated to analyze whether the required value for the test method was satisfied. Therefore, it is expected to reduce the material cost by extending the prepreg expiration date by studying a method for extending the prepreg storage time limit.

This paper examines the changing position of big Other by the three Fathers' shape in Freud's works. The changing position of big Other becomes the foundation of understanding the modern subject. And it also reveals that the big Other(symbolic order)is associated with an act of subject. In order to develop the argument, I explain the different Father's shape in Oedipus complex and Totem and Taboo in chapter 2 and Moses and Monotheism in chapter 3. Also, I look at how can the experience on Jewish and Christian become the cornerstone illustrating the logic of ‘Die Versagung’ of modern subject. This shows the difference between antique tragedy and tragedy of the modern as well as reveals that the tragedy is no longer possible in modern society. By examining Freud's trilogy, we can learn the way the conception of big Other is made by through ‘the precipitate identification’ of the subject. This can provide an opportunity to enable us to redefine the conception of big other Lacan accounts for.
로봇 워터젯 절단기의 CFRP 커버 제작공법과 물성 평가에 관한 연구

In this study, a carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) cover was studied to prevent the nozzle drive module of a robot water-jet cutting machine from being corroded by water. To verify the CFRP cover manufacturing method and durability, the mechanical property was evaluated by making a specimen for process verification. The water pressure line connected to the nozzle drive module is in close contact with the cover owing to the excessive movement of the robot water-jet cutting machine. Therefore, if a material with low hardness is applied to the cover, it will wear out and the durability will decrease. In this study, to improve the durability of the cover, a lightweight and high-strength carbon fiber material was applied. Furthermore, an appropriate composite material manufacturing process was applied to reduce the manufacturing cost. The results of physical property evaluation and performance evaluation of the CFRP cover were derived.
