소결온도에 따른 (1-x)TiTe3O8-xMgTiO3(x=0.3~0.7) 세라믹스의 마이크로파 유전특성에 관한 연구

In this study, the (1-x)TiTe3O8-xMgTiO3(x=0.3∼0.7) composition ceramics was investigated to obtain the improved dielectric properties of a high temperature stability and a sintering temperature of less than 900℃ which was necessary for the LTCC. According to the X-ray diffraction patterns of the (1-x)TiTe3O8-xMgTiO3 (x=0.3∼0.7) ceramics, the columbite structure of TiTe3O8 and ilmenite structure of MgTiO3 were coexisted. Increasing the MgTiO3 mole ratio(x), the density and dielectric constant were decreased and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency was moved to the negative direction and the quality factor was increased. In the case of the 0.6TiTe3O8-0.4MgTiO3 ceramics sintered at 830℃ for 3hr, the microwave dielectric properties were εr=29.3, Q×fr=39,600㎓ and τf=+9.3ppm/℃.
패드 마모량 감소를 위한 디스크 제동력 패턴 설정에 관한 연구

Korean high speed train(HSR-350x) has adopted a combined electrical and mechanical(friction) braking system. Brake blending control unit(BBCU) controls each brake system to fulfill the required brake performances such as braking distance, deceleration and jerk. Also the braking system should be designed considering the economical management, such as effective use of generated braking energy and the minimum wear of friction materials(a pad and a brake shoe). In this paper, we establish the disc braking force pattern that reduces the wear of pad in the disc braking system by minimizing the variance of the instantaneous disk baking energy during braking time, and compare the wear mass of pad between the conventional disc braking force pattern and the established results.

In this paper, we introduce the software and hardware of the measuring system for performances of traction and braking in KTX(Korea Train eXpress). The measuring system focuses on the verification of the performance and acquisition of test data. The software controls the hardware of the measuring system, performs the analysis and calculation of measurement data and acts as interface between users and the hardware. For this purpose, three programs, such as a measuring program, a back-up program and a post-processing program, have developed.

When the disc brake is applied in the high speed region, the wear of pad is increased rapidly. In this paper, we discuss the optimized patterns of the disc brake force from the view point of braking energy.

최근들어 열차의 고속화, 고성능화 추세에 맞는 철도의 안전성 확보가 더욱 필요해졌다. 이를 달성하기 위해서는 각 장치들에 대한 종합적인 시험평가가 이루어져야 한다. 특히 완성차 및 본선시운전 시험을 통해 차량에 대한 여러 상태를 확인해야 한다. 안전과 신뢰성이 중요한 철도 시스템의 시험평가 분야는 사양에 따라 제작된 단위제품 및 시스템의 기본 성능을 확인하고, 신뢰성과 안전성을 확인하여 상용화하는 측면에서 최종 확인하는 중요한 작업이다. 이러한 필요성에 의해, 본 연구진은 틸팅차량을 종합적으로 성능평가하기 위한 종합계측시스템 구축에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.
한국형 고속전철의 디스크 제동력 측정 방법에 관한 연구

N/A In general, the braking system of high speed train has an important role for the safety of the train. To stop safely the train at its pre-decided position, it is necessary to combine properly the various brakes. Korean high speed train (HSR 350x) has adopted a combined electric and mechanic (friction) braking system. Electric brakes are consist of rheostatic brake, regenerative brake and eddy current brake and mechanical brakes are composed of disc brake, wheel disc brake and tread brake. In this paper, the measuring method that can take a measurement of the braking forces for disc brake and wheel disc brake has been suggested and we have verified that this method is valid through on-line test of HSR 350x.
