PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences of bone density and structure after immobilization prior aerobic exercise and resistance exercise. METHODS: Twenty four mice were randomly divided into 3 groups: CC: 4weeks control cage after 2weeks immobolization (n=7), RT: 4weeks resistance training after 2 weeks immobilization (n=7), AE: 4 weeks aerobic training after 2 weeks immobilization (n=7). The prior exercise was performed aerobic and resistance exercise. The body weight, muscle weight, and bone morphometric microstructure parameter including bone mineral density (BMD), bone specific surface (BS/BV), percent bone volume (BV/TV), trabecular thickness (Tb/Th), trabecular number (Tb/N), trabecular separation (Tb/Sp), structure model index (SMI), connectivity density, and cross-sectional area was evaluated using by microcomputed tomography (micro-CT). One-way repeated ANOVA was used to evaluate the differences between three groups and paired t-test analysis was applied to examine the different between immobilization leg and non-immobilization leg. RESULTS: The results of this study indicated that the body weight was increased after 4 weeks, and decreased after 2 weeks immobilization. The gastronemius and soleus muscle weight was significantly decreased in immobilization leg compared to non-immobilization leg. BMD, BV/TV, BS/BV, Tb/Th, Tb/N, Tb/Sp, and Cross-sectional area in immobilization leg of CC was lower than immobilization leg of RT and AE. CONCLUSIONS: These results suggest that 4 weeks prior exercise might improve the bone density and microstructure, even though 2 weeks immobilization. Especially, the prior resistance exercise has more beneficial effects on muscle weight, bone density and microstructure.
소아에서의 심실중격 결손증 수술 후 발생한 대동맥 판막하 협착증 -증례 보고-

본 8kg, 18개월 환아는 다른 병원에서 심실 중격 결손증 수술을 받았으며 수술후 합병증으로 약물치료를 받아 왔으나 심실 비대와 심부전증이 악화되었으며 본원에서 시행한 심도자 결과 좌심실과 대동맥간 혈압 차이는 55mmHg를 보였다. 본원에서는 이와 같은 소아에서의 심실 중격 결손증 수술후 발생한 대동맥 판막하 협착증의 성공적 수술 증례를 보고하는 바이다. Subvalvular aortic stenosis developed after patch closure of perimembranous'VSD is rarely reported. A 18-month-old, 8 kg child with this complication after VSD closure 8 months ago in other hospital has been treated medically and was admitted to this hospital because of severe cardiomegaly and sign of heart failure. Cardiac catheterization revealed 55 mmHg of pressure gradient between aorta and LV cavity. We report one successful redo case of surgically relieved subvalvular aortic stenosis in a child after patch closure of perimembranous VSD.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of extreme weather of Seoul caused by global climate change and to protect life and property by developing countermeasures after analyzing the areas vulnerable to extreme weather, Specifically, structural and non-structural countermeasures were examined The countermeasures were established by weather types in Seoul and several tasks were contemplated. The main contents of this study are described in Ch.2 through Ch4. The meaning of extreme weather and the effect of extreme weather to natural disasters were examined Meterological data between 1970 and 2009 were analyzed and the events of extreme weather in Seoul were described Occurrences of extreme temperature, extreme precipitation, extreme wind, and extreme snow event were checked The necessity of organizing the system against extreme weather in Seoul and main projects for extreme weather were described Some areas that are vulnerable to heavy rainfalls, heavy snowfalls, and high temperatures, were considered for areas vulnerable to extreme weather in Seoul. Finally, the policy for managing metropolitan cities against extreme weather was suggested The conclusions for the suggested policy are shown in Ch5. The structural countermeasures need to be diversified and flood control standards are also to be reviewed The standard for the zone-based flood defense strategy needs to be established A Multi-disaster management system is necessary after improving the disaster countermeasure system, The countermeasure policy with citizen participating needs to be considered Finally, improving the integrated disaster management system is urgent.

When we prescribed Shiryungtang to a 65 years-old male patient with ARF after stroke, we could observe that his symptoms, I/O balance and laboratory findings were all improved. Therefore, we suggest that shiryungtang might be useful for ARF in the patient with stroke.

Objectives : In this study we investigated BDI(Beck Depression Inventory) improvement of poststroke depression Patients who took the acupuncture with aromatherapy, in order to examine its capacity as a new treatment and to establish a primary data for further studies of developments of diverse Practical acupunctures. Methods : Physicians applied the acupuncture with aromatherapy every day for two weeks. We had evaluated baseline characteristics and BDI of all Patients, and revaluated BDI and examined the side effects two weeks later. The qualified Patients were classified into two groups, depression group (more than 10 points and 10 in BDI) and non-depression group (less than 10 points in BDI) according to the baseline BDI. Results : The study was completed with 27stroke patients. The acupuncture with aroma therapy was applied in 18 post-stroke depression patients and 9 non-depression patients for 2 weeks. And the result showed that the BDI scores in the depression group decreased to $16.5{\pm}11.1$ after the treatment (compared to $24.4{\pm}11.5$ before the treatment). so proved the significant effect on post-stroke depression of the acupuncture. On the other hand. the scores in the non-depression group increased to $9.2{\pm}9.5$ (compared to $3.3{\pm}3.0$). Conclusions : The acupuncture with aromatherapy applied on post-stroke depression patients showed the effect of BDI improvement. Further researches are needed to evaluate the distinct functional mechanism of acupuncture with aromatherapy, and to estimate its effectiveness by well-designed randomized controlled trial.

독일의 미래 제조업의 주도권을 지속하기 위하여 ICT분야와 생산 기술 분야를 융합한“Industry 4.0”, 미국의 제조업 부흥을 위하여 5년새 100곳 이상 유턴 “리쇼어링”, “스마트 그리드” 표준 주도, 일본의 종래 집중 에너지 관리에서 지역간 협력으로 수급 밸런스를 유지하는 지산지소 등과 같이 같은 제조 산업의 에너지 절감을 위한 고효율 확장형 FEMS 개발의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 FEMS에 대한 기술동향과 새롭게 준비 중인 국제표준 (ISO 22400 KPI for MOM, ISO 20140 제조업 에너지 효율화, ISO 50001 에너지 경영) 관점에서 생산현장의 생산자원(4M1E: Man, Machine, Material, Method, Energy) 정보를 새롭게 부각되고 있는 ICT 상용기술인 M2M/IoT(Machine to Machine/Internet of Things)를 활용한 표준 통합방안과 제조업 통합화 표준 (IEC 62642, ANSI SP95) 기반의 제조 시스템 아키텍쳐 적용 모델과 품질, 납기, 실적으로 보장하면서 에너지 절감을 위한 빅데이터 적용 기술에 대하여 설명한다.
