        과산화수소 증기를 이용한 다양한 쿠폰 표면의 Geobacillus Stearothermophilus 아포 제독조건

        Biological decontamination means the removal of microorganisms from the inanimate object such as building or equipment. In this study, hydrogen peroxide vapor efficacy test using VHP 1000ED system(Steris LifeSciences) were conducted for G. stearothermophilus spore with agent materials(aluminum, stainless steel, poly-carbonate, viton, silicone, kapton and glass). Total recovered spores exposed to hydrogen peroxide vapor(1.0 g/min) during 7, 15, 30, 60 min were calculated. As a result, all agent materials were totally decontaminated within 60 min at 1.0 g/min concentration with 35% hydrogen peroxide vapor. Finally, we could confirmed that hydrogen peroxide vapor possess sporicidal capacity of G. stearothermophilus and found the optimum decontamination conditions with VHP1000ED system.

        사실적인 3D 얼굴 모델링 시스템

        본 논문은 사실적인 3D 얼굴 모델링과 얼굴 표정 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 사실적인 3D 얼굴 모델링 기법에서 개별적인 3D 얼굴 모양과 텍스쳐 맵을 만들기 위해 Generic Model Fitting 기법을 적용하였다. Generic Model Fitting에서 Deformation Function을 계산하기 위해 개별적인 얼굴과 Generic Model 사이의 대응점을 결정하였다. 그 후, Calibrated Stereo Camera로부터 캡쳐 된 영상들로부터 특징점을 3D로 복원하였다. 텍스쳐 매핑을 위해 Fitted된 Generic Model을 영상으로 Projection하였고 사전에 정의된 Triangle Mesh에서 텍스쳐를 Generic Model에 매핑 하였다. 잘못된 텍스쳐 매핑을 방지하기 위해, Modified Interpolation Function을 사용한 간단한 방법을 제안하였다. 3D 얼굴 표정을 생성하기 위해 Vector Muscle기반 알고리즘을 사용하고, 보다 사실적인 표정 생성을 위해 Deformation 과 vector muscle 기반의 턱 rotation을 적용하였다. In this paper, we present realistic 3D head modeling and facial expression systems. For 3D head modeling, we perform generic model fitting to make individual head shape and texture mapping. To calculate the deformation function in the generic model fitting, we determine correspondence between individual heads and the generic model. Then, we reconstruct the feature points to 3D with simultaneously captured images from calibrated stereo camera. For texture mapping, we project the fitted generic model to image and map the texture in the predefined triangle mesh to generic model. To prevent extracting the wrong texture, we propose a simple method using a modified interpolation function. For generating 3D facial expression, we use the vector muscle based algorithm. For more realistic facial expression, we add the deformation of the skin according to the jaw rotation to basic vector muscle model and apply mass spring model. Finally, several 3D facial expression results are shown at the end of the paper.

        신약 헬라어 본문 분석 방식의 새로운 연구

        The New Testament Greek is often a compulsory pre-requisite course in theological seminary education. Although it becomes heavy burden to most students who take the course, spending much time to learn to read the NT in Greek, most of them fail to maintain their Greek after graduation. I think we need to advance some useful tool for Greek study, particularly from the pedagogical point of view, such as a syntactic-semantic arranged method contributed by Johannes Louw, Douglas Stuart, Walter Kaiser, Gordon Fee, William Mounce, and others. These sorts of methods differ from the traditional way of interpretation, the grammatical-historical method, in terms of how to approach the text. The texts arranged for the purpose of visualization, letting the reader to see the text with much clarity in terms of grammatical function of each phrase and their connections between them. The visualized arrangement itself is applied from the area of syntax and semantics in modern linguistics. There are various types of syntactic arrangements of the Greek text. Each pattern has its own principles and rules to be arranged in certain ways. I have compared, in this paper, those models of syntactic arrangements to my model, the Kim's diagram. For the purposes of this paper, I have posed several questions to my students in my classes, regarding their experiences on the syntactic-analytic arrangement of the Greek Bible (SAGB) and their practical uses of both the method and its materials, analyzing their questions in order to show up how much this type of study to be needed for the student

        징병제하에서 왜 군 입대를 늦추는가? : 심리적, 인구통계학적 특성 검토

        This study aims to empirically investigate the effects of the individual-level characteristics on their timing decisions for their enlistments even though military services are their duties under a draft system. The individual characteristics considered include five psychological factors, such as attitude, uncertainty, information search level, future expectation, and perceived risk towards army, and other several demographic variables. Measurement scales for these psychological variables are developed and a duration model for individuals' enrollment timing decisions is also proposed. The proposed model is fitted to a survey data set collected from both those who have completed military service and those who have not. The estimation results show that two of five psychological variables, negative attitude and perceived risk, and several demographic variables, including education level, income level, residence area, and the number of family members serving the army, have meaningful impacts on the timing decisions for military service. Specifically, the enlistment timings are found to be more delayed as negative attitude towards army is stronger, perceived risk on army is higher, education level is higher, academic performance is better, income level is either low or high, residence area is either Seoul or big cities, and the proportion of family members enlisted is smaller. Several important managerial implications for alleviating problems resulting from enrollment postponements are also discussed. 본 연구에서는 징병제 하에서 군 입대 연기를 가져오는 입대대상자의 개인적 특성변수를 실증적으로 검토한다. 개인적 특성 변수는 군에 대한 태도, 군 생활의 불확실성, 군 생활에 대한 정보탐색, 군 근무환경 개선에 대한 기대, 군 생활에 대한 지각된 위험이라는 5개의 심리차원 변수와 여러 인구통계학적 변수를 사용한다. 개인적 심리차원 변수의 척도를 개발한 후, 군 입대 지연기간의 분석을 위한 기간분석 모형 또한 제안하였다. 군복무 의무를 마친 사람과 군복무를 아직 마치지 않은 사람을 포괄하여 설문조사를 한 후, 제안된 모형을 추정하였다. 추정결과 다섯 개의 심리차원 변수 중 군에 대한 부정적 태도와 군 생활에 대한 지각된 위험이 입대지연에 영향을 주며, 인구통계학적 변수의 경우에는 학력, 소득, 학점, 거주지, 가족 중 군 입대자의 비율이 입대지연에 영향을 미친다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 구체적으로 군에 대한 부정적 태도가 증가할수록, 군 생활에 대한 지각된 위험이 증가할수록, 고학력일수록, 학교성적이 높을수록, 소득수준이 낮거나 높을수록 서울특별시와 광역시에 거주할수록, 가족 중 군 입대자의 비율이 낮을수록, 입대시점이 지연되었다. 이와 같은 추정결과를 바탕으로 대한민국의 병력수급관리를 위한 여러 시사점 또한 제시하였다.

        Seismic Performance of Transportation Networks

        본 연구는 캘리포니아 내 고속도로망을 대상으로 지진발생 후 교통흐름의 변화를 평가하는 기법에 대하여 이루어졌으며, 고속도로망 상에 위치한 교량의 손상정도가 평가기법의 가장 기본적인 요소로 사용되었다. 본 연구에 사용된 교량의 지진취약도는 PGA 또는 PGV의 함수로 나타내어졌고, 1994년 Northridge 지진과 일련의 시나리오 지진에 대하여 교통망 손상 평가를 수행하였다. 또한 교량 보수 및 보강 후 교통망에 대한 피해정도를 정량화하기 위해 확률모델을 개발하였으며, 그 피해정도는 시간(Drivers Delay)으로 나타내었다. 본 연구가 캘리포니아를 대상으로 이루어져 국내적용 및 활용가능성에 대해서는 후속 연구가 뒤따라야 할 것으로 사료된다. This paper describes a method of evaluating seismic system performance of highway transportation network in California. The basic element that plays a crucial role in this study is the fragility information of highway bridges in Caltrans' (California Department of Transportation) freeway network. The bridge fragility information is expressed as a function of the ground motion intensity, such as peak ground acceleration (PGA) or peak ground velocity (PGV). Network damage was evaluated under the 1994 Northridge earthquake and scenario earthquakes. A probabilistic model was developed to determine the effect of repair of bridge damage on the improvement of the network performance as days passed after the event. As an example, the system performance degradation measured in terms of an index, “Drivers Delay”, is calculated for the Los Angeles area transportation system, and losses due to Drivers Delay with and without retrofit were estimated.

        슬관절 전치환술에서 후방 안정 임플란트의 오정렬이 경골 기둥에 미치는 영향

        Recently, it has been reported that the posterior stabilized implant, which is clinically used for the total knee replacement (TKR), may have failure risk such as wear or fracture by the contact pressure and stress on the tibial post. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the mal alignment of the posterior stabilized implant on the tibial post by estimating the distributions of contact pressure and von-Mises stress on a tibial post and to analyze the failure risk of the tibial post. Finite element models of a knee joint and an implant were developed from 1mm slices of CT images and 3D CAD software, respectively. The contact pressure and the von-Mises stress applying on the implant were analyzed by the finite element analysis in the neutral alignment as well as the 8 malalignment cases (3 and 5 degrees of valgus and varus angulations, and 2 and 4 degrees of anterior and posterior tilts). Loading condition at the 40% of one whole gait cycle such as 2000N of compressive load, 25N of anterior-posterior load, and 6.5Nm of torque was applied to the TKR models. Both the maximum contact pressure and the maximum von-Mises stress were concentrated on the anterior-medial region of the tibial post regardless of the malalignment, and their magnitudes increased as the degree of the malalignment increased. From present result, it is shown that the malalignment of the implant can influence on the failure risk of the tibial post.

        수중 3D 콘텐츠 제작에 관한 연구

        최근에 3D 콘텐츠에 대한 관심은 점차 늘어나고 있으며 시청자들은 다양한 3D 콘텐츠를 요구하고 있다. 이와 같은 상황에서 수중 3D는 시청자 요구에 부응할 수 있는 하나의 대안이다. 수중은 공기 중과 달리 밀도가 큰 물을 통과하기 때문에 실제 물체 보다 크고 가깝게 보이는 특성이 있다. 이에 맞게 수중 3D 콘텐츠 제작을 위해서는 카메라 사이의 간격과 물체사이의 거리 및 컨버전스 값을 새로이 수정할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 수중이라는 공간이 가지는 특수성에 맞게 최적 입체값 설정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 수중 3D 콘텐츠 제작 사례를 통해 수중 3D 콘텐츠 개발 방법을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 수중에서만 볼 수 있는 화려한 색감, 다양한 해양생물, 심해의 미개척지 등 헤아릴 수 없는 많은 촬영 소재들이 3D 콘텐츠화 될 수 있기를 기대한다. Recently, the interest of 3D contents are increased and viewers demand a variety of 3D contents. In such circumstances, underwater 3D contents are an alternative to meet the demands of viewers. Cause that underwater mass density is 1.33 times that in air the objects in underwater is bigger and closer in real. Therefore it needs to modify the distance between cameras, the distance to objects and the convergence value. In this paper, we present the method to set optimal depth values with the particularities of underwater space. In addition, through the case of underwater 3D production we present the method of underwater 3D contents development. We expect that a lot of material with colorful, variety marine organism in underwater will be made of 3D contents.

      • 2급 치근이개부 치료 시 흡수성 차폐막, 동종골 이식 및 혈소판 농축 혈장의 골 재생 효과에 대한 디지털 공제술의 정량적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate effect of platelet rich plasma on the treatment of Grade II furcation involvement, with Demineralized Freeze-Dried Bone(Dembone(R)) and bioabsorable membrane(BioMesh(R)) in humans by digital subtraction radiography. 12 teeth(control group) were treated with Demineralized Freeze-Dried Bone(Dembone(R)) and bioabsorable membrane(BioMesh(R)), and 12 teeth(test group) were treated with Demineralized Freeze-Dried Bone(Dembone(R)), bioabsorable membrane(BioMesh(R)) and Platelet Rich Plasma. The change of bone density was assessed by digital subtraction radiography in this study. The change of mineral content by as much as 5%(vol) could be perceived in the subtracted images. The change of mineral content was assessed in the method that two radiographs are put into computer program to be overlapped and the previous image is subtracted by the later one. Both groups were statistically analyzed by Wilcoxon signed Ranks Test and Mann-whitney Test using SPSS program (5% significance level). The results were as follows: 1. In test group, the radiopacity in 3 months after surgery were significantly increased than 1 month after surgery(p<0.05). However. there were no significant difference between 1 month after surgery and 3 months after surgery in control group(p>0.05). 2. In test and control group, the radiopacity in 6 months after surgery were significantly increased than 1 month after surgery(p<0.05) 3. In test and control group, the radiopacity in 6 months after surgery were significantly increased than 3 months after surgery(p<0.05). 4. There were no significant difference between test group and control group at 1 month, 3 months after surgery, but radiopacity in test group were significantly increased than control group at 6 months after surgery(p<0.05). In conclusion, Platelet Rich Plasma can enhance bone density.

      • JNI를 사용한 혼합형 실행 환경

        The tradeoff of Java's portability is the inefficiency of interpretation. Also, the standard Java class library may not support the platform-dependent features needed by your application. Several solutions have been proposed to overcome these problems, such as JNI, JIT, off-line bytecode compilers. In this paper, we present an mixed-mode execution model which Java virtual machine executes together with native code. This execution model and its translator preserves the ability to dynamically load bytecode, and reduce the difficulties of JNI usages. Our system is more efficient than JIT, and helps programmer to write C implementation for the native method without the concept of JNI.

        과산화수소 제독 과정에서의 탄저균 전사체 분석

        Decontamination of biological agents utilizes hydrogen peroxide($H_2O_2$) for its effectiveness and safeness. Bacillus anthracis is a major target for $H_2O_2$ decontamination. To assess the effect of $H_2O_2$ on B. anthracis and identify biomarkers for decontamination, whole transcriptomic profiling of $H_2O_2$-treated B. anthracis was performed. Here we identified deregulation in stress response genes, transcription factors and cellular homeostasis genes. We also found that expression of antisense RNAs increased in B. anthracis during decontamination. We postulate that B. anthracis prioritizes survival and adaptation in response to $H_2O_2$ treatment by changing its gene expression pattern.
