콘텐츠를 통해 전통을 잇는 방식 - 단원미술관 전시사례를 중심으로

본 논문은 안산문화재단에서 운영하는 단원미술관의 전시 사례를 중심으로 콘텐츠 제작과 활용 그리고 확장 가능성에 대해 논의하는 데 그 목적을 가진다. 1991년 당시 문화체육관광부는 조선 후기 화원이자 풍속화의 대가로 알려진 단원 김홍도(檀園 金弘道, 1745~ ? )의 고향으로 추정되는 안산을 '단원의 도시'로 명명했다. 이에 안산은 단원 김홍도를 지역 고유의 자원으로 활용하고자 다각적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 관광자원이자 문화콘텐츠로 단원 김홍도를 활용하여 단원조각공원 조성과 단원미술관 운영, 단원 김홍도 축제 기획 등 대내외적인 활동을 통해 단원 김홍도를 안산의 대표 브랜드화하고자 했다. 단원미술관은 단원 김홍도의 미술관이라고 지칭하기에 턱없이 부족한 수의 작품을 소장하고 있다. 2009년 <사슴과 동자>를 첫 매입하고 2016년 <화조도>를 매입한 이후 올해까지 단원 김홍도의 작품을 총 6점 소장하게 됐다.1 단원 김홍도의 작품을 수집하는데 현실적으로 많은 어려움이 따르기 때문이다. 이에 2015년 10월 개관한 단원콘텐츠관의 역할과 방향은 단원 김홍도의 진본을 소장하지 않아도 미술관의 역할과 기능이 가능하도록 하는 것이었다. 단원콘텐츠관을 단원 김홍도와 관련된 다양한 시각예술자료를 체계적으로 수집과 보존, 전시가 가능하도록 운영하고 디지털 자료 중심으로 고급 정보를 생산하여 이를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 비전을 설정했다. 다시 말해 도서관과 아카이브, 미술관(Library + Archive + Museum)의 기능이 결합된 One-Source Multi-Use의 복합문화 정보기관으로 단원콘텐츠관을 찾는 관람객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 구축하고자 했다. 이는 소장품의 문제와 고서화(古書畫)가 가지는 전시의 한계를 극복하고 미술관의 역할과 기능을 충족시키는 등 동시대의 흐름을 반영하고 있어 여러 방면에서 시사하는 바가 크다. 단원 김홍도의 작품을 관람하고자 단원콘텐츠관을 찾는 관람객들에게 터치스크린과 딥 줌(Deep Zoom)의 기술을 이용하여 단원 김홍도의 디지털 아카이브를 실감형 서비스로 제공하고, 단원 김홍도의 원작을 그대로 해석하여 미디어 콘텐츠로 제작한 콘텐츠 전시를 통해 조선 시대 천재 화가 단원 김홍도의 작품세계를 쉽고 재미있게 접할 수 있도록 사업을 확장하고 있다. This study is aimed at discussing the possibility of content production, utilization and expansion, focusing on the exhibition case of Danwon Art Museum run by Ansan Cultural Foundation. In 1991, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism named Ansan as the City of Danwon since it is believed to be the hometown of Danwon Kim Hong-do (1745~?), a painter of the late Joseon Dynasty and a well-known master of genre painting. As a result, Ansan is making various efforts to utilize Danwon Kim Hong-do for its unique resource through internal and external business such as the creation of Danwon Sculpture Park, the operation of Danwon Art Museum, and the planning of Danwon Kim Hong-do Festival. However, the biggest problem with Ansan is that there are not many collections of Kim Hong-do. Ansan has owned a total of six works as of May this year: a deer and a boy, flowers and a bird, A view of clouds on the water, Daegwallyeong, Yeodongbin, A way to Singwangsa. Accordingly, Danwon Contents Center has set up a vision to systematically collect, preserve, and display various visual and artistic materials related to Kim Hong-do, offering high-quality information based on digital data. In other words, it is a complex cultural information agency of One-Source Multi-Use, which combines the functions of libraries, archives and art galleries so that visitors' desire is satisfied. It reflects the contemporary trend of overcoming the limitations of the ancient paintings and satisfying the role and function of the art museum. From the opening of the Danwon Contents Hall, the original work of Kim Hong-do has been interpreted and produced as media contents or recreated as a new form of art by modern artists. Exhibition using technologies such as touch screen and 'deep zoom' helps visitors to heighten their experience of the archives and get inside the world of the genius painter.

짚신나물 열수 추출물의 α-Glucosidase 저해 효과 및 근육세포에서 포도당 이용에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 짚신나물 열수 추출물의 ${\alpha}$-glucosidase 저해 활성을 측정하고, 분화된 근육세포에서 glucose 이용과 인슐린 신호전달에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 짚신나물 열수 추출물($10mg/m{\ell}$)은 ${\alpha}$-glucosidase 활성을 67% 저해하였으며, 같은 농도의 양성대조구인 acarbose(63%)와 유사한 저해 효과를 보였다. 짚신나물 열수 추출물이 ${\alpha}$-glucosidase에 의한 단당류 생성을 저해함으로 식사 후 혈당이 급격히 상승하는 것을 억제하는데 효과적인 소재로 이용 가능성을 확인하였다. 또한 근육세포에서 인슐린 저항성을 유발하기 위해 지방산(1 mM, palmitic acid)를 처리하였고, glucose의 세포내 유입이 감소되는 것을 확인하였다. 지방산 처리 세포 모델에서 짚신나물 열수 추출물($10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$)은 glucose 이용을 유의적으로 회복시켜 주었다. Normal 상태의 배양조건에서 근육세포의 포도당 이용능은 짚신나물 열수 추출물($100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$) 처리에 의해 유의적으로 증가하였다. 근육세포 내로 glucose 유입은 운반 단백질인 Glut4를 통해 이루어지며, 이것은 인슐린이 신호전달을 통해 조절한다. 짚신나물 열수 추출물의 세포 내 glucose 이용 증가 효과는 인슐린 신호전달 관련 분자인 Akt 유전자와 단백질 발현을 증가시킨 것과 관련되는 것으로 추정된다. 결론적으로, 짚신나물 열수 추출물은 소화기관에서의 탄수화물 흡수 저해와 근육세포 내 glucose 이용 증가를 통해 혈당 조절 및 당 대사 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. is a medicinal plant with anti-tumor, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-hyperglycemic activities. However, few studies of the anti-diabetic effect of A. pilosa on insulin resistance status have been performed. In the present study, the anti-diabetic effect of A. pilosa water extract (AP) was determined by investigating its ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory property, glucose utilization, and uptake, as well as insulin resistance mechanism of action in C2C12 skeletal muscle cells. Compared to positive control (acarbose), AP ($10mg/m{\ell}$) showed a similar ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory capacity. Glucose uptake was significantly increased by $1{\mu}m$ insulin treatment (p<0.05). However, palmitic acid (FFA, 1 mM) induced muscle insulin resistance and glucose uptake dysfunction. On the other hand, AP ($10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$) was capable of reversing the FFA-induced insulin resistance in C2C12 myotubes. Compared to control, AP ($100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ without insulin) significantly increased the utilization of glucose (p<0.05) in C2Cl2 myotubes cultured in normal glucose (7 mM). AP treatment significantly increased the relative mRNA and protein expression levels of Akt. In particular, the effect of A. pilosa on the insulin signaling system is associated with the up-regulation of Akt genes and glucose uptake in C2Cl2 myotubes. These results suggest that A. pilosa is useful in the prevention of diabetes and the treatment of hyperglycemic disorders.

지난 20년 동안 인터넷의 핵심 기술로서 Transmission Control of Protocol(TCP)는 데이터 전송 기능을 성공적으로 수행한 것으로 평가된다. 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 수행하기 위해서 TCP는 양방향이 동일한 특성을 갖는 유선통신망을 가정하고 있고, 특히 패킷 손실의 원인을 네트워크의 혼잡(congestion)으로 가정하여 slow start, congestion avoidance, fast retransmit, fast recovery 알고리즘을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 무선이동통신망과 위성통신망에서는 패킷 손실이 링크 자체의 에러 또는 핸드오프에 의한 순간적인 접속단전에 의해서 발생되고, ADSL과 같은 비대칭형 통신망은 양방향이 다른 링크 특성을 갖는다. 따라서 다양한 통신망의 링크 특성에 따라 TCP의 기능은 수정되거나 새롭게 구현되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 유무선 링크와 위성 링크에서의 기존 TCP 문제를 분석하고, IETF Performance Implication of Link Characteristics(PILC) WG[2]에서 권고한 TCP 표준 메커니즘을 분석하고, 이에 대한 성능을 Network Simulator 2(NS-2)를 이용하여 분석한다. Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) [1] has been tuned as a reliable transfer protocol for traditional networks comprising wired links and stationary hosts with same link characteristics. TCP assumes that congestion in the network be a primary cause for packet losses and unusual delays. TCP performs welt over such networks adapting to end-to-end delays and congestion losses, by standard congestion control mechanisms, such as slow-start, congestion avoidance, fast retransmit and recovery. However, networks with wireless and other lossy links suffer from significant losses due to bit errors and handoffs. An asymmetry network such as ADSL has different bandwidth for both directions. As a result, TCP's standard mechanisms incur end-to-end performance degradation in various links. In this paper, we analyze the TCP problems in wireless, satellite, and asymmetry links, and measure the new TCP mechanisms that are recommended by IETF Performance Implications of Link Characteristics (PILC) WG[2], by using Network Simulator 2 (NS-2).

Hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow form all kinds of blood cells. In traditional medicine, functions of bone marrow cells are very similar to those of Essence(精) which is a fundamental factor of physical development and reproduction. Our experiment examined the effect of deer blood on aplastic anemia induced mouse using cyclophosphamide 150 mg/kg i.p injection before experiment and then another cyclophosphamide 120 mg/kg i.p injection on day 10. Then we administrated dried deer blood in distilled water for 5 days, 9 days and 10 days. We examined blood and marrow samples. In results, deer blood showed a trend of effectiveness on recovery of red blood cells and erythropoietin although they were not statistical significant. And deer blood did not show changes in CD34.

Purpose: Resonance frequency analysis (RFA) , a non-invasive technique for the clinical measurement of implant stability, was investigated. Peri-implant bony defect may contribute to implant failure. This in vitro study evaluated the resonance frequencies according to various bony defects and determined whether the directional bone defect can affect the value of frequency analysis. Material and Method: Fifteen 3.75 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length, machined self-tapping implant future were used. Twelve types of bone defects that have different horizontal and vertical dimensions were simulated. Embedded implants were attached to the dental surveyor. Then, the transducer was connected with the implant fixture and the ISQ value was measured at four different directions. Two-way analysis of variance and post hoc $Sch\`{e}ffe'$ test were performed at the 95% significance level. Results: The control group showed the highest ISQ value and 5 thread-$360^{\circ}$ group had the lowest one. As the vertical exposure of implants in each angle was increased, the ISQ value was decreased. Although the horizontal exposure in each thread was increased, the ISQ value was not significantly decreased. Conclusion : Although the simulated defect type was different from each other, the ISQ value was similar among groups.

일반논문 : 북한의 국가 이미지 전략과 서양적 시선의 충돌 -북한 상징조형물의 원(原) 이미지와 서양인 사진 속에 표상된 이미지 비교

본 논문은 서양사진가의 시선으로 포착한 북한의 사진이미지와 북한의 통제 하에 공급하는 이미지 전략사이에서 일어난 문화적 시선의 차이를 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 시대적인 변화에 따라 사진이라는 매체를 통해 북한의 이미지를 접할 수 있는 계기는 증가하였으나, 이는 북한 내부에서 스스로 검열을 통해 제시했던 이미지가 대부분이었다. 사진은 북한의 문화를 살펴보기 위한 이미지 중에서도 국가의 통제 하에 시각이미지를 활용하는 가장 뚜렷한 문화정치적 성격을 반영하고 있다. 서양의 사진가는 비밀스러운 북한 풍경과 국가통제하의 북한풍경속에서 북한의 사회적 모순과 갈등과 같은 통제 이면의 풍경을 포착하려하지만, 북한 내부에서 볼 수 있었던 그들의 행동은 철저한 계산에서 빚어진 전략적 이미지만을 접할 수 있었다. 이에 공통적으로 그들의 사진이미지는 다만 북한이 철저히 연출한 상황이고 이것을 찍은 사진가들은 어떠한 방식으로든 그 내용을 사진으로 제시하려 했다. 50년대 평양의 풍경을 다룬 마커의 사진에서는 기념물보다는 민족 중심의 문화재가 중점적으로 나타난다. 또한 빠르게 재건하는 북한사회에 대한 경이로움과 북한에 있는 문화재 및 예술(인)에 대한 사진가의 개인적 감성을 살필 수 있었는데, 여기서 북한 주민에 대해 느끼는 공통적 특성은 동일한 인간이고, 온건한 모습을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 60-70년대 에드워드 김의 사진에서 김일성, 김정일 부자의 그림을 담은 액자가 빛에 비춰 이미지가 일그러진 장면, 사진과 비교해 북한주민이 과도하게 작게 표현된 장면, 미국의 문물을 수용하지만 그들의 배경에 있는 두 리더의 초상화는 이질감을 극대화시키고 있다. 이러한 경향은 2000년대의 사진가들에게서도 종종 목격되는 장면이다. 선전화를 비롯한 북한의 모든 만들어낸 이미지를 다룬 사진가들은 사진 속에서 가장 극단적인 사회 이미지를 암시하기도 한다. 이때 허용되지 않은 다른 장면들을 의도적으로 프레임 안에 작은 부분으로 비춰지게 만들고 이를 통해 북한사회의 제한적 상황, 통제의 이면을 제시하려는 것이다. 즉, 2000년 이후부터 최근까지의 사진들에서는 그들이 주로 친숙하게 느꼈거나 그들에게 제공된 이미지 이외의 이미지를 담으려고 시도한 흔적을 볼 수 있다. 사진가들은 한국의 분단현실에 대해 저마다 다른 인식을 가졌으며 반세기 이상 통제된 북한에서 각기 자신의 나라인 ``서양을 인식하는 시선``을 지속적으로 염두하며 이미지를 포착하고 있다. 즉, 그들이 진정으로 궁금하고 알기 원했던 것은 ``북한이 그들을 어떻게 인식하고 있는가``라는 그들을 대면하여 비추는 북한의 이미지전략을 비판하려는 문화적 주시현상이라고 할 수 있다. This paper examines the difference of cultural gaze between North Korea`s photo images that were captured by the Western photographers and the strategy of produced images by North Korea. As the era has changed, the chances are that people can actually see North Korea`s images have also increased, but almost all images were censored by North Korea in advance. The images created by North Korea reflect cultural-political aspects, and would be a good example to show nation`s application of visual images. The Western photographers tried to catch secret landscapes of North Korea and unregulated scenes to reveal the contradictions and conflicts in the society. Yet, the photographers could only encounter strategic images produced by North Korea, which were the result of a thorough calculation. Thus, the Western photographers tried to deliver North Korea`s intended direction by creating photo images. Chris Marker`s pictures about the 1950s` Pyongyang`s sceneries focus not on monuments, but on national-cultural traits. In his pictures, Marker expresses his astonishment at the rapid development of North Korean society as well as their cultural assets and artists. Besides, the pictures reveal his intention that North Koreans are people of sense as the photographer himself. In the 1960s and 1970s, Edward Kim captured that the light distorted images of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jung-il, father and son; another of his work shows North Korean people captured as extremely small figures compared to surroundings. The contrast between the adaptation of the Western culture and the leaders of Kim maximizes a sense of difference. The tendency of foreignness is often discovered from the 2000s` photographers, too. The photographers who could not but reach to the propaganda images made by North Korea made efforts to capture the two extreme figures of the society. For example, they tried to reveal the limits and control in North Korean society by including prohibited scenes in the margin of the frame. Namely, since the 2000s, the pictures have show how the Western photographers endeavored to picture the images besides the produced images by North Korea. The Western photographers have different understandings of Korea`s division situation, and at the same time, they considered how North Korea that has been fully controlled for over the half-century appreciated the West. That is, what the Western photographers really wondered was how North Korea considered them. It was a cultural gazing phenomenon that the Western photographers criticized North Korea`s censorship of visual images.

A356합금을 이용한 정밀주조 Turbo Charger Wheel의 기계적 특성에 미치는 열처리의 영향

The aim of this study is to investigate aging behavior of A356 alloy for turbo charger part. The specimen was fabricated by investment casting. Solution heat treatment was performed at 525℃ for 8h and followed by aging treated at 160oC, 170℃ for 0.5~20h. And their microstructures and mechanical properties of the aged specimens were analyzed by scanning electron microscope and hardness tester, respectively. All the cast A356 alloy included eutectic Si particles. In the cast A356 alloy, eutectic Si phase mainly was formed along Chinese script phase. Vickers hardness of the cast was improved by aging treatment due to formation of β phase and β` phase.
