태양광발전 연계 가정용 배터리 에너지저장장치의 블랙박스 개발

In this paper, a black box, which is provided the reliability and user safety of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation, is developed. In the developed scheme, a status and diagnosis data of battery management system, power conditioning system, solar energy generation and grid is measured. This status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in the developed black box. In addition, this status and diagnosis data is stored and displayed in a monitoring system and a smart phone of user. A performance evaluation of the developed black box is carried out using emulator of home battery energy storage system connected with solar energy generation. Consequently, the developed black box is proved its superiority of the reliability and user safety.
전력선통신을 이용한 소규모 주택용 맞춤형 전력피크 제어시스템 개발

In this paper, adaptive home power peak-cut control system is developed using PLC. The developed scheme provides monitoring of power usage, power peak-cut control and additional function. In test bed, zone is presented by bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. And individual load is presented by lighting, heater and fan in zone. In developed scheme, zone control is implemented by single PLC modem. And individual load control is implemented by key-map table. In addition, power peak-cut control system S/W, which can perform setting of power peak, power peak-cut control and monitoring of power usage.

In this paper, we analyze the effect of access point (AP) deployment on the accuracy of indoor localization. Two representative geometrical arrangements of AP deployment are selected. One is that a Tag is centered at the regular triangle composed of 3 AP's, and the other is that a Tag is set apart from the straight line composed of 3 AP's. As a result of simulation, the first case has a probability of 93% with distance errors within 1m, while the second case has a 32% of probability.

본 연구는 지방자치단체의 지방재정 건전성 지표를 개발하고, 지표의 적정성과 운용성을 확인하기 위하여 경상북도에 적용하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 지방재정 구조를 세입, 세출, 채무, 운용관리의 네 부문으로 나누고, 각 부문별로 지방재정 건전성 지표를 개발하였다. 지표의 개발을 위해서 2차례의 설문조사를 실시하였고, 1차 조사는 지방재정담당 공무원 및 전문가 450명을 대상(분석 372부, 회수율 82.7%)으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 2차 조사는 전문가 35명을 대상(분석 20부, 회수율 57.2%)으로 설문조사 및 면접조사를 실시하였다. 개발된 지표는 세입관리부문에서는 자체세입비율, 재정자립도, 재정력지수 등으로 나타났고, 세출관리부문에 서는 행사ㆍ축제성경비비율, 민간이전경비비율, 의무지출비율 등이고, 채무관리부문에서는 지방채무비율, 지방채무상환비비율, 채무부담비율, 지방채무잔액지수 등 네 지표로 나타났다. 마지막 운용관리부문은 투ㆍ융자심사제 엄격시행여부, 지방자치단체장의 의지, 예산공개제도 도입 및 확대 등이다. 개발된 지표를 경상북도에 적용한 결과를 보면, 세입측면에서는 전국에 비해 다소 열악한 수준이었고, 세출과 채무측면에서는 건전한 수준으로 나타났다. The continuing global economic recession and autonomous local government system have caused the lack of financial resources not only in national finance but also in local finance. This study is to develop indicators for comprehensive analysis of municipal financial soundness, and to apply to fiscal soundness of local government. The indicators of municipal financial soundness were developed by dividing them into four categories; tax revenue management, expenditure management, debt management and financing management. Those 13 developed indicators are as follows. The tax revenue management includes the municipal tax revenue ratio, fiscal self-reliance ratio and fiscal capacity index. The expenditure management holds ratio of expenditures spent on events and festivals, private-transfer expenditure ratio and obligatory expenditure ratio. The debt management has local debt ratio, local debt reimbursement ratio and debt burden ratio and local debt balance indicators. The financing management contains will of local government heads, adaptation and extension of budget publicity, plus whether examinations on investment and financing are strictly made. The overall financial soundness of Gyeongsangbuk-do shows that the tax revenue is lower than the national average, the expenditure and debt are sound.

This paper presents the technology trend of various active safety systems for vehicle. The safety system is applied to various industry fields and is expected to be spread all over the market. So far, good examples of the developed active safety systems are ACC(Adaptive Cruise Control), CMS(Collision Mitigation Systems) and APSS(Active Pedestrian Safety Systems). And, a basic operation principle, system model and detection performance in a UWB radar for vehicle is investigated.
