이공계분야 국가연구개발사업 수행대학 연구인력의 역량모델 및 교육훈련로드맵 개발

본 연구는 이공계분야 국가연구개발사업 수행대학 연구인력의 전문성향상을 위한 역량을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 역량모델과 교육훈련로드맵을 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구의 대상은 이공계 분야에서 국가연구개발사업을 수행하고 있는 대학의 연구인력으로, 연구대상은 석박사 연구인력이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 직무전문가와 국가연구개발사업 전문가 8명에 대한 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 국가연구개발 수주비 상위 5개 대학에 재학 중인 연구인력 14명을 대상으로 총 2회에 워크숍을 실시하였다. 또한 연구결과가 도출되는 시점에서 국가연구개발사업 전문가 4명에게 2회에 걸쳐 자문을 받았다. 한편 본 연구에서 진행된 연구결과는 크게 5가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 국가연구개발사업에 대한 직무분석을 수행하였다. 둘째 이공계분야의 역량을 도출하였다. 셋째 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 역량모델을 개발하였다. 넷째, 교육훈련과정을 도출하고 과정의 내용을 설계하였다. 다섯째, 교육훈련과정의 특징, 난이도, 계속성과 계열성을 고려하여 교육 훈련로드맵을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 이공계분야 국가연구개발사업 수행대학 연구인력의 역량모델 및 교육훈련로드맵은 향후 이들의 역량진단과 평가, 교육요구분석 및 교육훈련을 위한 기초를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of the study is to identify what core competencies are necessary for the researchers to conduct national R&D projects, and develop a competency model and training roadmap in Sciences and Engineering fields. The subjects of this study were the students studying for a master or doctoral degree in Sciences and Engineering fields. All of them have some experiences of national R&D projects with their academic advisors. Interviews and workshops were conducted with the selected subjects and professors who also had conducted national R&D projects. Then two workshops were conducted with 14 subjects studying at top five universities in terms of winning research funds from national R&D program. The Professors with experiences of national R&D projects reviewed our data analysis process and results. On the basis of the results of this study, five outcomes are as in the following - job analysis on national R&D project, competencies identification by sciences and engineering fields, competency model development, training courses and modules design and establishment of training roadmap. The results could not only provide a foundation for diagnosing and assessing researchers` competency, but also become basic standards for training needs analysis and training itself.
