텍스트 분야 적대적 공격 기법 연구 동향

인공지능 기술이 문서 분류, 얼굴 인식, 자율 주행 등 실생활 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 분야에 적용됨에 따라, 인공지능 모델에 대한 취약점을 미리 파악하고 대비하는 기술의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이미지 영역에서는 입력 데이터에 작은 섭동을 추가해 신경망을 속이는 방법인 적대적 공격 연구가 활발하게 이루어졌지만, 텍스트 영역에서는 텍스트 데이터의 이산적인 특징으로 인해 연구에 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문은 텍스트 분야 인공지능 기술에 대한 적대적 공격 기법을 분석하고 연구의 필요성을 살펴보고자 한다.

청소년이 지각한 아버지의 역할수행 정도와 기대에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to investigate the degrees performance and expectations of their father`s paternal role that adolescents discern. The 325 participants in the sample were students residing in Cheonju. They were the second grade of middle school and highschool. It establishes the father`s paternal role in five sections like economic role, role of value transfer, role of command harmony, role of affection, and role of intellectual development. Major findings are described in the following : 1) The variables which effect the father`s paternal role execution are grade, monthly income, type of decision-making in home, father`s scholarship, and father`s age. 2) The variables which effect the father`s paternal role expectation are grade, father`s job, type of decision-making in home, father`s age. 3) The degrees performance and expectation of their father`s paternal role that adolescents discerned were very different. That was, the adolescents thought that the other paternal roles except role of value transfer didn`t execute their roles as they expect. So, the students need the educational support and public information of paternal role have to serve for the adolescents` father

Acetaminophen으로 유도한 쥐의 간 독성에 대한 미나리(Oenanthe javanica) 추출액의 간 보호 작용

The hepatoprotection by the methanol extract of Oenanthe javanica DC (water dropwort) (OJME) was investigated in Sprague Dawley rats with inducing liver damage by acetaminophen. After OJME administration for 1 week, the increase of hepatic lipid peroxide level by acetaminophen-induced hepatotoxicity was significantly reduced. In case of phase I microsomal enzyme systems including cytochrome P-450, aminopyrine N-demethylase and aniline hydroxylase, any significant differences between in control and in OJME-pretreated group was observed after acetaminophen treatment. However, the pretreatment of OJME maintained the hepatic glutathione level and the activity of liver cytosolic glutathione S-transferase, which was significantly decreased by the acetaminophen intoxication. Among the glutathione-generating system, glutathione reductase was more responsible for its biosynthesis rather than ${\gamma}-glutamylcystein$ synthetase. OJME itself showed the strong inhibition activity on DPPH radical generation. In conclusion, OJME administration maintains the liver glutathione pool and hepatic glutathione S-transferase activity, in addition with its high anti-oxidative capability, to show hepatoprotective effect from acetaminophen intoxication.

김치에서 분리된 콜레스테롤 감소능을 가진 젖산세균의 특성

본 연구에서는 한국 전통식품인 김치에서 분리된 LAB를 이용하여 콜레스테롤 감소능을 가지고 있는 LAB를 분리하고 그 특성을 규명하였다. 23 종의 분리 LAB 중에서 L. plantarum FMB 31 균주가 99.4%의 높은 콜레스테롤 감소 활성을 나타내었고, 프로바이오틱스로서 활용하기 위한 중요한 특성인 내담즙성, 내산성 그리고 내염성 등이 대조구로 사용된 L. rhamnosus KCTC 5033 균주보다 우수하거나 동등하였다. 또한 L. plantarum FMB 31 균주는 인체 안전성과 관련된 용혈독성 및 생체아민 생성능 실험에서도 안전성에 문제가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후, 이 분리균은 콜레스테롤 저하 기능을 가지는 다양한 건강 기능 식품 개발에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The objective of this study was to isolate and characterize lactic acid bacteria (LAB) exhibiting cholesterollowering activity from the Korean traditional fermented food, kimchi. The previously isolated LAB strains were assessed for cholesterol-lowering efficacy in the presence of 0.1% cholesterol. All LAB strains tested in this study were able to assimilate cholesterol at varying levels, ranging from 35.0 to 99.4%. Among them, the Lactobacillus plantarum FMB 31 strain exhibited the highest cholesterol-lowering effect with 99.4% cholesterol removal efficiency. The strain was stable in the presence of acid, bile, and salt stress, and showed high adherence on HT-29 cells, a human colon line. In addition, the LAB strain showed no pathogenic properties such as the production of hemolysin and biogenic amines. Thus, this study suggests that the L. plantarum FMB 31 strain isolated from kimchi can be a potential source of probiotic products with strong cholesterol-lowering effect.

소비자보호를 위한 기업내 소비자 피해보상 기구의 실태에 관한 연구

The main object of this study is to find the needs of the organization of consumer affairs and the actual condition of the organization of consumer affairs in the 35 enterprises in 『Chon-Buk』region for consumer protection. The conclusions of the research are as follows. 1) The seven enterprises have taken exclusive responsibility of the organization of consumer affairs(25.7%), the thirteen enterprises have established the part of the quality management(37.2%), the nine enterprises are working only the lines of business(25.7%), and the four belong to the part of planning and sales(11.4%). The role of that organization of consumer affairs in not satisfied. 2) The officer of consumer part have not been secured. 3) The enterprises received the claims of consumer which is increased 14.4% in 1992 than in 1991. So the enterprises are required to more concern the services of consumer part. 4) The most of claims of consumer affair received by the enterprises, take charge of the quality of goods and services, and price in turn. 5) The concern of the manufacturing industry is to prevent an affair from before the fact, and the non-manufacturing industry is concerned with the post consumer protect. 6) The qualification of the officer of consumer affairs is answered the knowledge about goods(51.4%), the patience for the consumer counsel(25.7%), the understanding consumer act and psychology(17.1%). 7) The telephone number and the office of consumer affairs are not easy to find, and the information of consumer compensation rules is not given rightly. 8) The title of consumer part officer is the head of department or more in 25.7%. Conlusively the enterprises by selves have to concern with consumer protect, that is, what is the need and dissatisfaction of consumer and then how to give services efficiently. The sufficent members of that part are required. The role of the office of consumer affairs is not only to be a exchange of claim, but also to analyze the information of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of consumer and to take part in planning and decision of enterprises. The enterprises are necessary to assure the expert of consumer affair who is able to treat organically and to advise to the manager about those results. Only the organization of consumer affair and the counseller or consultant for consumer protection can treat more easily these problems and the law of product liability will be helped to resolve these.

A purpose of this study was to explore their father's attitude and consciousness of gender equality by children's perceptions. The data were collected from 805 girls at middle school in Jeonbuk. Respondents answered the questionnaires by themselves. The major findings are as follows : 1) The gender equality attitudes of father were divided into three factors. The factors were named 'gender role attitude at home' and 'gender role in society' and 'gender stereotype'. Among the socio-demographic variables, significant things are levels of education, occupations of parent and types of marriage. Also social economic status were significant on 'gender role attitude in society' and 'gender stereotype'. But 'the types of family' and 'a grade of children' were not significant. 2) The gender equality consciousness of father was divided into six factors. The gender equality consciousness was influenced by all socio-demographic variables except the types of family; significant variables were the levels of education, occupations of parent, the types of marriage, social economic status and grade of children. 3) The gender equality attitudes of father has positive relations with father's gender equality consciousness by children's perceptions. This study showed that attitudes and consciousness of gender equality were related to family circumstances of children. Also gender equality attitudes and consciousness of father were affected socio-demographic variables of mother.
