        점진적 운동 강도 적용 후 고농도 산소 호흡이 회복 심박수 및 젖산농도에 미치는 영향

        This study examined the effect of high concentration oxygen breathing after graded exercise intensity application on recovery heart rate and blood lactate levels. Five healthy men (l9±0.0 yrs, 174.1±8.2 ㎝, 66.7±3.8 ㎏, 22.0±1.2 ㎏/㎡) were tested four occasions while running on a treadmill using Bruce protocol either up to 75% maximal effort (75) or all-out (100) by breathing either normal air (NO₂) or 99.5% O₂ (HO₂) during recovery period after the exercise bouts. Heart rate (HR) and blood lactate were measured five times during the testing such as resting state and 5, 10, 15, and 20 min of recovery period. At 5th min of recovery period, HR was significantly lower in 100-HO₂ (l02.6±12.7 bpm) than 100-NO₂ (111.4±14.9 bpm) (p<.05). During 10th and 15th min of recovery, lactate was significantly lower in 100-HO₂ (9.9±2.2 and 8.4±2.2 ㎜ol/L) than 100-NOz (l2.7±2.7 and 9.6±3.3 ㎜ol/L) (p<.05). No differences were found between 75-HO₂ and 75-NO₂ in either measured variables. Therefore, the high concentration oxygen breathing after graded intensity exercise may be beneficial in recovery metabolic process. However, this effect may vary depending on exercise intensity accompanying oxygen deficit.

        화재예방을 위한 실시간 모니터링 시스템의 알고리즘 개발

        Despite the automatic fire alarm system, according to the national fire data system of national emergency management agency, the fires account for 40,932 incidents, 2,184 injuries and about 430 billion won in property losses in 2013. Since the conventional automatic fire alarm system has several weaknesses related to electrical signal such as noise, surge, lighting, etc. Most fires are mainly caused by electrical faults, mechanical problem, chemical, carelessness and natural. The electrical faults such as line to ground fault, line to line fault, electrical leakage and arc are one of the major problems in fire. This paper describes the development of a novel real-time fire monitoring system algorithm including fault detection function which puts the existing optic smoke and heat detectors for fire detection with current and voltage sensors in order to utility fault monitoring using high accuracy DAQ measurement system with Lab VIEW program. The fire detection and electrical fault monitoring with a proposed a new detection algorithm are implemented under several test. The fire detection and monitoring system operates according to the proposed algorithm well.

        딥러닝 기반 스포츠 캐스팅

        스포츠 캐스팅을 할 때는 스포츠 장면에 대한 상황 정보, 선수 정보 그리고 과거 지식을 기반으로 현재 상황에 대한 이해와 추론이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 장면 분류 모델, 선수 검출 모델 그리고 선수의 행동 인식 모델을 학습하여 스포츠 영상에 대한 정보를 얻고 과거 데이터를 지식화 해서 저장 해놓은 온톨로지를 이용하여 현재 상황에 대한 이해와 추론을 하는 방법을 소개한다. 총 3가지 종류의 캐스팅을 생성한다. 실시간 웹 데이터로부터 지식화 하여 캐스팅을 생성하고, 13개의 장면을 분류하여 온톨로지와 결합하여 캐스팅을 생성한다. 그리고 선수의 포지션과 8개의 행동을 인식하여 온톨로지와 결합하여 캐스팅을 생성한다. 모든 데이터는 2018년 4월 1일부터 2018년 4월 14일까지 있었던 KBO 경기를 직접 labeling 하여 모델을 학습하였다. Sports broadcasting requires understanding and reasoning of a current situation based on information regarding sports scenes, players, and past knowledge. In this paper, we introduced how scene classifier, player detector, motion recognizer could be used to obtain information on sports images and understand current situations. We created three types of commentaries. One was from web data, another was from 13 scenes with scene classifier, and the other was generated by the position of the players, eight motions, and the ontology. Data from the KBO (Korea Baseball Organization League) games from April 1, 2018, to April 14, 2018, were directly labeled to learn the model.

        둥근 어깨 자세를 가진 자의 등세모근 위 섬유의 압통점에 975-nm GaAlAs 저출력레이저 적용에 대한 즉각적인 효과

        PURPOSE: The purpose of our study was to compare a 975-nm, 500-mW GaAlAs low-level laser therapy versus placebo low-level laser therapy with regard to the immediate changes on the myofascial trigger point of the dominant upper trapezius muscle in subjects with rounded shoulder posture. METHODS: Thirty-two male college students with rounded shoulder posture and shoulder pain consented to participate in the experiment. The subjects were randomly assigned to a 2-minute procedure with either an active GaAlAs low-level laser or a placebo GaAlAs low-level laser. The pressure-pain threshold and visual analog scale on tenderness at 3 kg were measured with an algometer before and after the laser treatments. RESULTS: The active GaAlAs low-level laser group showed significant changes in pressure-pain threshold and visual analog scale on tenderness at 3 kg (p<0.05). The placebo GaAlAs low-level laser group showed no significant changes in either pressure-pain threshold or visual analog scale on tenderness at 3 kg (p>0.05). CONCLUSION: An immediate effect was observed in pressure-pain threshold and visual analog scale on tenderness at 3 kg following a 2-minute application (857.14 J/cm2) of a 975-nm, 500-mW GaAlAs low-level laser to the myofascial trigger point of the dominant upper trapezius muscle in patients with rounded shoulder posture.

        "사회안보" 이론의 한국적 적용: 도입, 채택, 발전

        이 글은 탈냉전 시기에 유럽에서 개발된 사회안보 이론이 한국의 안보이론에 어떻게 도입되고 채택되었는지 기술하고 설명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 냉전체제가 붕괴되는 와중에, 일부 한국 안보학자들이 변화하는 안보환경에 직면하며 포괄적 안보개념을 도입할 것을 주장하였다. 하지만, 포괄적 안보개념을 활용해서 현실을 분석하는데 필요한 이론적 원리나 논리를 충분히 만들어내지는 못하였다. 이때, 코펜하겐 학파가 발전시킨 안보부문, 안보의 준거대상, 사회안보 등의 개념이 한국에서 채택한 포괄적 안보개념을 이론화하는데 결정적인 돌파구 역할을 하였다. 또한 사회안보 이론을 활용하면서 국가안보이론 자체가 크게 발전하였다. 국가와 더불어 시민사회가 안보주체로 중요하다는 점을 인식한 것이나 안보문제가 사전에 정해져있다기보다는 안보문제화 과정을 통해 안보문제로 등장한다는 안보문제의 상대화 등은 사회안보 이론을 활용하면서 획득한 이론적 성과이다. 그러나 유럽을 배경으로 개발된 코펜하겐 학파의 사회안보 이론 역시 몇 가지 결함을 갖고 있으며, 한국의 안보상황을 분석하는 데 적합한 도구로 사용되기 위해서는 보다 정교하게 다듬어질 필요가 있어 보인다. 이에 사회안보 이론의 발전방안을 2가지 제안하였다. 첫째, 사회안보의 준거대상으로는 제시된 ‘집단 정체성’은 ‘사회응집력’으로 대체될 필요가 있다. 둘째, 코펜하겐 학파 이론에 내재된 ‘사회안보 딜레마’는 새로운 정체성에 기초한 ‘공동사회’를 창출함으로써 극복해야 한다. This paper aims to describe and explain how the societal security theory, which is developed in the European background, is introduced and adapted in the Korean security thinking after post-Cold War era. In the wave of collapsing Cold War system, some Korean scholars argued to adapt comprehensive security concept facing changing security environments. However they couldn``t create the rationale and logic of comprehensive security concept enough to analyze the reality. At that time, the concepts such as security sector, referent objects and societal security developed by Copenhagen school offered a breakthrough to the Korean comprehensive security concept. In addition, the application of societal security theory enabled some progress in Korean security theory. The perception that not only the state but also civil society are important agents in the national security affairs is firmly established. And the idea of securitization contributes to understand the relativity of security problem. That is, there isn``t a priori security problem, but only after the securitization process security problem emerges. Nevertheless, the societal security theory of Copenhagen school has some deficiencies and needs to be elaborated to be a relevant analytical tool of Korean security situations. I have suggested two points. First, as a referent objects of societal security, ``collective identity`` is to be replaced with ``social cohesion``. And second, to overcome societal security dilemma inherent in Copenhagen school theory, the ``common society`` concept have to be developed.

        시트의 각도 및 높이가 앉고 서기 시 하지 및 몸통의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study investigated the effects of lower limb and trunk muscles activation on seat angle and height during sit to stand and stand to sit. METHODS: Subjects were instructed to sit and stand on different angles and heights; 0˚(43cm), 5˚(48cm), 10˚(51cm) and 15˚(58cm). Measurements were conducted from sit to stand and stand to sit for external oblique, transversus abdominis, rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscle activation by surface EMG. The muscle activation was measured three times for five seconds in each posture, and the %RVC value was calculated after the exclusion of one second before and after this measurement. This calculation standardized the data from each participant so it could be comparatively analyzed. RESULTS: The external oblique, tibialis anterior, and erector spinae muscles showed significant difference in 10˚(51cm), 15˚(58cm) and 0˚(43cm), rectus femoris, in 15˚(58cm) and 0˚(43cm)(p <.05) during sit to stand. The external oblique, tibialis anterior, and rectus femoris muscles showed significant difference in 0˚(43cm) and 15˚(58cm), erector spinae and vastus medialis muscles showed significant difference in 10˚(51cm), 15˚(58cm) and 0˚(43cm)(P<.05) during stand to sit. CONCLUSION: The present study findings indicate that the toilet seat angle and height could affect muscle activities of the lower limb and trunk.
