        졸-겔법을 이용하여 알콕사이드 전구체로부터 합성된 Polyimide-silica 혼성체의 특성

        Polyimide와 silica에 물리적 또는 화학적으로 결합된 Polyimide/silica(PI/silica) 혼성체들을 졸-겔법을 통하여 Polyamic Acid(PAA) 또는 end-capped PAA 용액에 tetraethoxysilane을 가수 분해 및 축 중합시켜서 제조하였다. PAA 용액은 dimethylacetamide 용액 내에서 pyromellitic dianhydride와 oxydianiline 단량체들을 개환 반응으로 합성하였다. End-capped PAA 용액은 PAA 용액에 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane을 첨가하여 제조하였다. 적외선 분광기, 시차 열분석기, X-선 회절 분석기, 주사 전자현미경 및 인장 강도 시험기를 통하여 PI/silica 혼성체 시편들의 특성을 분석하였다. 혼성체 시편들의 물성은 PI와 silica간의 결합형 및 silica의 함량에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인하였다. Polyimide/silica(PI/silica) hybrid materials having physical or chemical bonds between the PI and silica network were prepared using sol-gel process through hydrolysis and polycondensation of tetraethoxysilane with the polyamic Acid(PAA) or end-capped PAA solution. PAA solution was synthesized by ring opening reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride and oxydianiline monomers in dimethyl acetamide solution. End-capped PAA solution was synthesized by the addition of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane in PAA solution. PI/silica hybrid samples were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, differential thermogravimetry, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, and tensile tester. It has been demonstrated that the properties of hybrid samples were affected by the silica content and the bond type between PI and silica.

      • 단일 투사 절대 코드 패턴을 이용한 3차원 얼굴 데이터의 유클리디안 복원

        본 논문에서는 3차원 얼굴 인식기에서의 입력 데이터로 적합한 얼굴 데이터의 유클리디안 복원 시스템을 제안한다. 카메라 영상을 통한 유클리디안 복원을 위해서는 카메라의 보정정보와 복원할 특징 점의 대응 쌍 정보가 필요한데, 보정정보는 시스템의 변경이 없다면 불변한다. 따라서 고속의 유클리디안 복원을 위해서는 스테레오 영상간의 대응 쌍 정보 획득이 가장 중요하다. 시스템은 두 개의 카메라와 프로젝터 한 대로 구성하며, 피사체에 패턴을 투사하고 두 개의 카메라로부터 영상을 획득함으로써 동작한다. 사용 패턴은 단일 투사 줄무늬 패턴을 사용하며 줄무늬의 색도 정보와 채도 정보를 이용하여 '절대 코드 패턴'을 생성한다. 사용 시스템은 두 개의 카메라를 사용하기 때문에 색도 정보와 채도 정보가 비슷한 두 개의 영상을 얻을 수 있으며 이것은 획득한 두 개의 영상에 있는 줄무늬들에 대해 동일한 절대 라벨을 얻을 수 있게 한다. 절대 라벨링 된 줄무늬는 에피폴라 라인(epipolar line)상의 점들과 일대일 정합을 통해 고속의 3차원 데이터 복원을 가능하게 한다. 제안 방식은 얼굴 데이터에 적용되었으며 정확도와 총 소요 시간의 측정을 통해 제안 방식이 기존 방식에 비해 정확도 면에서 뒤지지 않으면서도 복원 속도 면에서 장점을 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다. This paper presents a rapid face shape acquisition system. The system is composed of two cameras and one projector. The technique works by projecting a pattern on the object and capturing two images with two cameras. We use a 'one shot' system which provides 3D data acquired by single image per camera. The system is good for rapid data acquisition as our purpose. We use the 'absolutely coded pattern' using the hue and saturation of pattern lines. In this 'absolutely coded pattern' all patterns have absolute identification numbers. We solve the correspondence problem between the two images by using epipolar geometry and absolute identification numbers. In comparison to the 'relatively coded pattern' which uses relative identification numbers, the 'absolutely coded pattern' helps obtain rapid 3D data by one to one point matching on an epipolar line. Because we use two cameras, we obtain two images which have similar hue and saturation. This enables us to have the same absolute identification numbers in both images, and we can use the absolutely coded pattern for solving the correspondence problem. The proposed technique is applied to face data and the total time for shape acquisition is estimated.

        산양산삼 추출물이 지방세포의 분화에 미치는 영향

        Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of cultivated wild ginseng extract on primary cultured preadipocyte and adipocytes. Methods Diminish preadipocyte proliferation does primary role to reduce obesity. So, preadipocytes and adipocytes were performed on cell cultures with using Sprague-Dawley rats and treated with 0.01-1mg/ml cultivated wild ginseng extract. Result At all concentrations, cultivated wild ginseng extract wasn't show the suppress proliferation of preadipocytes significantly and failed to show effects on decomposition of adipocytes except high dosage. Conclusion Based on these findings, cultivated wild ginseng is not a suitable choice for the treatment of localized obesity.

        작약감초탕의 항염증효과

        The present study investigated the anti-inflammatory effect of Jakyakgamcho-tang in lipopolysaccharide-exposed rats. The plasma concentration of IL-$1\beta$, IL-6 and TNF-$\alpha$ peaked at 5hrs after LPS injection, and these values of the 300 mg/kg Jakyakgamcho-tang group were lower than those of the control group. The plasma concentration of IL-10 peaked at 5hrs after LPS injection and the values of the Jakyakgamcho-tang groups were higher than those of the control group. In the liver cytokines measurement was done at 5hrs after LPS injection. The concentrations of liver IL-$1\beta$ and IL-6 in the 300 mg/kg Jakyakgamcho-tang were lower than that of the control group. The concentrations of liver TNF-$\alpha$, and IL-10 showed no significant differences among all the treatment groups. These results indicate that the Jakyakgamcho-tang has anti-inflammatory activities.

        당뇨를 동반한 뇌경색 환자의 천화산가미방 치험 1례

        Objectives : This report aimed to study of paralytic patient associated with Diabetes Mellitus. Methods : Diabetes Mellitus has one of the highest death rate, because of it induces various complications. Especially paralytic patients who associated with diabetes mellitus are slow in recovery and easy to induce many complications. So control of the diabetes mellitus is the most important thing to treatment. We observed and treated with Cheunhwasangamibang and acupunture. Results : The paralytic patient with Diabetes Mellitus was treatment with Cheunhwasangamibang and improvement was seen. Conclusions : Results in this case support a role for Cheunhwasangamibang in controlling Diabetes Mellitus.

        천화산가미방(天花散加味方)이 고지방식이에 의한 당뇨병 유발 쥐의 혈청 Glucose농도와 지질구성에 미치는 영향

        Effects of Cheunhwasangamibang on serum glucose and lipid composition were investigated in high fat diet induced diabetic rat. Plasma glucose and free fatty acids concentration showed a high reduction in Cheunhwasangamibang groups compared to those of control group and these values decreased to increasing Cheunhwasangamibang concentration. Plasma ${\beta}$-lipoprotein and triglyceride concentration showed a low values in Cheunhwasangamibang groups, however these values showed no significantly different in 4 ml and 6 ml treatment groups. Total cholesterol concentration showed no significantly different in control group and 2 ml Cheunhwasangamibang group, however these values in 4 ml and 6 ml treatment groups showed a reduction compared to those of control group. Plasma LDL-cholesterol concentration showed a reduction in Cheunhwasangamibang group and HDL-cholesterol showed no significantly different in all treatment groups.

        십육미류기음(十六味流氣飮)이 FRTL-5 갑상선 세포의 DNA와 cAMP의 합성 및 MHC-class II의 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objective: Graves' disease encompasses hyperthyroidism and diffused goiter associated with auto-antibodies to the thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) receptors. In clinical environment, treatments of Graves' disease have many side effects such as recurrence and hypothyroidism. We've studied the effects of Sipyukmiyukieum on DNA synthesis, cAMP synthesis, and MHC-class II expression of FRTL-5 thyroid cells were studied. Methods: DNA synthesis was investigated by using BrdU staining and cAMP synthesis by ELISA kit, and expression of $interferon-{\gamma}$ activated MHC class II by Flow cytometer. Results: After introduction of Sipyukmiyukieum, significant inhibition of DNA synthesis. cAMP synthesis, and expression of $interferon-{\gamma}$ activated MHC class II of FRTL-5 thyroid cells was observed. Conclusions: Judging from these results, Sipyukmiyukieum has potential as a potent herbal treatment for inhibiting the enlargement of goiter, synthesis of abnormal thyroidal hormones, and autoimmuine responses of Graves' disease.

        당뇨병성 족부병변 환자 치험 1례

        One of the serious long-tenn complications of diabetes mellitus is the diabetic foot lesion. Diabetic foot lesions are a major cause of morbidity, mortality, disability in patients with diabetes and frequent cause of lower-extremity amputations. The treatment of diabetic foot lesions is based on the strict control of diabetes mellitus. A patient with diabetic foot lesions was treated with Cheunhwasangamibang and improvement was seen. Results in this case support a role for Cheunhwasangamibang in controlling diabetes mellitus, and are here reported to encourage further study.

      • 용두산 박쥐굴 주변의 식물상 및 식생에 관한 연구

          본 연구는 2004년 4월에서 10월까지 제천 용두산에 석회동굴인 박쥐굴을 중심으로 주변지역의 식물상과 현존식생을 조사하였다. 박쥐굴 주변의 식물상은 57과 96속 15변종 1품종 111종, 총 127종류가 조사되었다. 박쥐굴은 2개의 입구를 가지고 있으며 절벽하단부의 제1입구주변 암벽에는 Marchantia sp. (우산이끼류)와 부싯깃고사리, 거미일엽초, 알록제비꽃 등이 서식하며 입구 앞쪽의 도로변과 숲 가장자리에는 물봉선, 좀깨잎나무, 갈퀴꼭두선이, 뱀딸기 등이 군락을 이루고 있다. 박쥐굴의 제2입구주변에는 낙엽송이 우점하며 눈괴불주머니, 이삭여뀌, 파리풀, 단풍취 등이 함께 군락을 이루고 있다. 박쥐굴 주동굴의 진행방향을 고려한 지표면의 식생은 일부 낙엽송 조림지를 제외하고 대부분 소나무가 우점하였다. 박쥐굴 주변지역의 상관에 의한 현존식생은 소나무군락, 신갈나무군락, 낙엽송군락, 잣나무군락의 4개 유형으로 구분되었다.   These studies were carried out to get the basic informations regarding the flora and vegetation around Bakjwui Limestone Cave in the Mt. Yongdu from April to October 2004. Vascular plants around Bakjwui cave were composed of 57 families, 96 genera, 111 species, 15 varieties and 1 forma, totaling 127 taxa. There were 2 enterances around the Bakjwui cave. Marchantia sp. and Cheilanthes argentea, Camptosorus sibiricus, Viola variegata were investigated on the rock near the first enterance of the Bakjwui cave. Communities of Impatiens textori, Boehmeria spicata, Rubia cordifolia L. var. pratensis, Duchesnea chrysantha were investigated near the roadside and forest to the first enterance of the cave. Larix leptolepis was the dominant species, communities of Corydalis ochotensis, Persicaria filiformis, Phryma leptostachya, Ainsliaea acerifolia near the second enterance of the cave were investigated. Plant communities were classified by 4 community group: Pinus densiflora, Quercus mongolica, Larix leptolepis, Pinus koraiensis.
