200 N급 GCH₄/LOx 소형로켓엔진의 형상설계와 성능시험평가 (Part II: 정상상태 지상연소시험)

200 N급 기체메탄/액체산소 소형로켓엔진의 성능시험평가 수행되었다. 산화제 공급압이 증가함에 따라 연소압과 추력이 증가하였으며, 이에 따라 비추력과 특성속도 및 그 효율이 증가하였다. 특성속도는 약 90%의 성능효율로 측정되었다. 시험조건의 연소실 종횡비 변화는 추력성능에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 시험결과의 신뢰도 확보를 위하여 불확도평가를 수행하였다. A performance evaluation of the 200 N-class GCH₄/LOx small rocket engine was performed through ground hot-firing test. As a result, the combustion pressure and thrust raised with the increase of the oxidizer supply pressure, and thus the specific impulse, characteristic velocity, and their efficiency increased. The characteristic velocity was measured at about 90% performance efficiency. The change of chamber aspect ratio did not affect the performance of the rocket engine in the test condition specified. In addition, uncertainty evaluation was conducted to ensure the reliability of the test results.

ISP 수립과 ERP 구성요소에 대한 차이 검증

본 연구는 경영 전략, 조직, 프로세스 분석 재설계 그리고, 정보시스템 구축방안 등과 연계하여 ISP(정보전략계획) 방법론에서 ISP의 이행가능성과 효율성 측면과 관련된 실증분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 ISP와 ERP를 중심으로 그 범위 및 추진방안을 상호비교하고 이를 통해 효율적인 프로세스 구축 및 재설계 방안으로서 정보시스템 담당자와 의사결정자로 하여금 IP전략 수립과 프로세스 재설계 리엔지니어링 추진에 따른 체계적인 접근방법에 대한 바람직한 방향을 도출한다. 즉 ISP와 ERP의 공통점과 차이점을 바탕으로 이를 계획(Plan)과 실행(Do)의 과정으로 연계함으로써 기업의 업무프로세스를 개선하고, 정보시스템의 중장기 전략의 수립과 BPR을 함께 추진하는 것이 바람직 한 방안임을 고려하여 그 대안으로 연계모델을 제시할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. This study provides the most simplified ISP method while involving management strategy, organization process analysis, redesign and information system implementation strategy to enhance the feasibility and the efficiency of ISP. So this study compared the scope and the development projects of ISP and ERP. Through this, it provided a ISP connection model as a solution to effective process implementation and redesign and conducted study to provide systematic access method according to IT strategy implementation, process redesign and reengineering.

악하선에 발생한 거대 타석증의 치험례

Sialolithiasis is the most common disease caused by calculi in a salivary gland and its duct. The pain and swelling of salivary gland is a chief complaint of patients presenting. Most salivary gland calculi occur in the submandibular gland, but can also occur in the parotid gland and the sublingual gland. One giant sialolith is rarely reported, while the several cases of one or multiple sialolith in the submandibular gland have reported in the literatures. In this case, we have removed the sialolith in which perforated mouth floor along Wharton's duct and report it.

전자상거래에 있어서 보안성의 가치추정에 관한 연구

본 연구는 전자상거래의 비시장 속성 중 보안성(security)에 대한 경제적 가치측정의 모형에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 크게 신속성, 보안성, 품질이라는 비시장속성으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 속성요인들, 고객만족과 지불가치간의 관련성을 파악하는 모형을 제시하였고 이와 관련된 경제적 가치모형을 제시하였다. 여기서 가치분석 방안으로 제시한 측정기법은 원래 환경재의 가치측정에 관한 것으로서 지금까지 환경재의 경제적 가치추정에 머물렀던 조건부가치측정법을 보다 확장하여 전자상거래에서의 적용가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구목적에 부합될 수 있도록 지불의사 액수를 추정하는 계량경제적 모델을 정립하여 제시하였다. 그러나 실제 설문지 분석시 나타날 수 있는 여러 문제점이 나타날 수 있으므로 이를 보완하는 작업이 차후에 뒤따라야 할 것이다. This paper is a study on the model that measures economic values for the non-market properties of Electronic Commerce(EC). For development of this model, first of all, we reviewed the properties of EC service, and looked around the relation between customer satisfaction and/or payment value and EC properties. In addition, we checked the method to measure economic values of these properties. This measurement method is the contingent valuation method which is a method of measuring the value of the environmental product. We modified it to adapt to the EC. Finally, in this paper, we proposed an economic value model which measures the value of willingness to pay(WTP) to our objectives. However, there could be some restrictions at the time when surveying empirically. Therefore, the succeeding study should be done in order to improve these restrictions some day.

ZrO₂ 완충층과 SBT박막을 이용한 MFIS 구조의 제조 및 전기적 특성

Metal-Ferroelectric-Insulator-Semiconductor(MFIS) 구조의 적용하기 위해 R. F. 마그네트론 스퍼터를 이용하여 p-type Si(111) 기판 위에 $ZrO_2$와 $SrBi_2Ta_2O_9$ 박막을 증착하였다. SBT 박막은 $ZrO_2$ 완충층을 삽입함으로써 MFIS 구조의 전기적인 특성이 향상되었다. $ZrO_2$ 박막의 두께를 고정하고 SBT 박막의 두께를 160nm에서 220nm으로 변화시키면서 윈도우 메모리를 3-9V의 범위에서 측정하였다. Pt/SBT(160nm)/$ZrO_2$(20nm)/Si의 조건에서 최대 2.2V 메모리 윈도우 값을 얻을 수 있었으며 이 메모리 윈도우 값은 실제 적용되는 저전압 NDRO-FRAM 구동에 충분한 값이다. The possibility of $ZrO_2$ thin film as insulator for Metal-Ferroelectric-Insulator-Semiconductor(MFIS) structure was investgated. $SrBi_2Ta_2O_9$ and $SrBi_2Ta_2O_9$(SBT) thin films were deposited on P-type Si(111) wafer by R. F. magnetron sputtering method. The electrical properties of MFIS gate were relatively improved by inserting the $ZrO_2$ buffer layer. The window memory increased from 0.5 to 2.2V in the applied gate voltage range of 3-9V when the thickness of SBT film increased from 160 to 220nm with 20nm thick $ZrO_2$. The maximum value of window memory is 2.2V in Pt/SBT(160nm)/$ZrO_2$(20nm)/Si structure with the optimum thickness of $ZrO_2$. These memory windows are sufficient for practical application of NDRO-FRAM operating at low voltage.

490MPa급 플럭스코어드 와이어의 스패터, 흄, 미세조직 및 기계적 성질에 미치는 Al, Mn, Si의 영향

This paper is concerned with effects of Al, Mn and Si contents on spatter, fume, microstructure and mechanical property with 490MPa Grade Flux Core Wire(FCW). Ten kinds of FCW were fabricated by varying Mn, Si and Al contents and each FCW was weld for check the amount of spatter and fume generations, microstructures and mechanical property. Amount of spatter and fume generations was decreased with the increasing Si contents and decreasing by Al contents in FCW. And, their microstructure of weld metal were changed by Mn, Al and Si contents in FCW. With increasing of Al and Si, acicular ferrite was fine and volume fraction of acicula ferrite was increased. Thereby leading to improvement of Charpy impact property and strength.

한방 복합치료로 호전된 섬유근통 증후군 치료 1례

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of oriental medical combined treatment on the fibromyalgia syndrome patient. Methods : Oriental medical combined treatment was administered during 3 weeks at 2 times admissions. The improvement of clinical symptom was evaluated by VAS(visual analogue scale), SF-MPQ(short form-McGill pain questionnarie) and PRS(pain rating scale), change of tender points. Results : After treatment, the patient's VAS score was reduced to 3-5, 4-5 point. First admission, there is no observable change in the SF-MPQ. But, Second admission, SF-MPQ score was reduced from 16 to 6. The PRS score was reduced from 72 to 24, from 75 to 48 respectively. Tender points was reduced generally. Conclusions : Oriental medical combined treatment for the fibromyalgia syndrome patient was effective. Although this case presented valuable result, further research is encouraged to confirm the effectiveness of this treatment with large number of patient.

현재 유비쿼터스 헬스 시스템의 기술을 뒷받침할 수 있는 비즈니스 수익 모델의 개발 및 사업 유형화의 개발은 현실적으로 필요하며, 현재는 이러한 모델 개발을 시작하는 단계라 할 수 있다. 이러한 모델 개발과 관련하여 본 연구는 통신사업자 관점에서의 u-헬스 시장 규모 추정을 실시하였다. 이를 위해 가상시장 평가법(CVM)을 이용하여 유비쿼터스 헬스 시스템의 전체 시장에서 통신사업자 추정 비율을 적용하였다. 결론적으로 유비쿼터스 비즈니스 모델이 모바일에 근거한다는 가정 하에 유비쿼터스 시장에서는 통신사업자가 초기에 다른 시장의 참여자와의 전략적 제휴를 통해 계속적으로 시장점유율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 예측할 수 있다. This paper is to estimate the market potentiality of ubiquitous health(u-health) from a viewpoint of communication companies. For this estimation, we used the CVM and adopted the ratio of ovum(2000) in overall market of u-health. That is, firstly, we assumed the u-business model was based on mobile business approach. Through this estimation, we conclude that communication companies at the initial stage of the u-health market can continuously promote the market share ratio via strategic alliance with the players participating.
