        Ghosh와 Kim 모수 δ의 영향함수 유도 및 확인

        Ghosh와 Kim에 의해 소개된 영 변환 모형은 0이 많거나 적을 때 계수형 자료(count data)를 분석하는 모형이다. 이 모형의 산포형태모수는 평균과 분산, 0 확률로 구성되며 ${\mu}$와 ${\sigma}^2$의 관계에 따라 2가지 형태를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 ${\sigma}^2{\geq}{\mu}$일 때, Ghosh와 Kim 영 변환확률 모형의 모수 ${\delta}$에 대한 영향함수를 도출하였다. 도출한 영향함수의 타당성을 검증하기 위해서 인구주택총조사 자료를 이용해 관측치가 제거된 경우에서 영향함수로 도출한 ${\delta}$ 추정치 변화값과 직접 계산한 ${\delta}$ 추정치 변화값을 비교하였다. 그 결과 영향함수는 ${\delta}$의 변화를 매우 정확히 추정하였다. The Ghosh and Kim zero-altered distribution model is used to analyze count data that have too many or too few zeros. The dispersion type parameter ${\delta}$ in the zero-altered distribution model consists of mean, variance and zero probability and has two forms depending on the relation between ${\mu}$ and ${\sigma}^2$. We derived the influence function on ${\delta}$ when ${\sigma}^2{\geq}{\mu}$. To show the validity of the influence function, we used the Census data on the number of births of married women in Korea to compare the estimated changes in ${\delta}$ using this function with those obtained using the direct deletion method. The result proved that the obtained influence function is very accurate in estimating changes in ${\delta}$ when an observation is deleted.

        Si 슬러지의 첨가가 경량지오폴리머 물성에 미치는 영향

        분쇄되지 않은 IGCC 슬래그와 Si 슬러지를 발포제로 사용하여 경량 지오폴리머를 제조하였다. 이때, Si 슬러지 첨가량에 따른 경량 지오폴리머의 물리/화학적 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. IGCC 슬래그, 알칼리활성화제, 그리고 Si 슬러지를 5 wt.% 이상 혼합하여 지오폴리머 페이스트를 제조하면 발열반응에 의해 페이스트의 온도가 수분내에 90℃ 이상 도달하였고, 이 발열반응으로 인해 지오폴리머 반응이 가속화되어 경화되었으나 너무 격렬한 발포반응 때문에 시편성형이 어려웠다. 시편의 압축강도와 밀도는 Si 슬러리의 첨가량이 증가할수록 모두 감소하는 경향을 보였으나, 10 wt.% 이상의 첨가에서는 압축강도와 밀도 모두 큰 변화를 보이지 않았다. 단순히 Si 슬러지의 첨가량 증가만으로 낮은 밀도를 달성하는 것에는 한계가 있으며 W/S 비의 조절을 통해 페이스트의 유동성을 조절하여 기공을 비교적 균일하게 제어하는 것이 중요하다고 판단되었다. 따라서, Si 슬러지 첨가량의 조절보다는 작업조건 및 기포형성에 적절한 W/S 비를 찾는 것이 중요하며, Si 슬러지 0~30 wt.% 첨가시에는 W/S 비를 0.2로, 실제 적용 가능성은 없으나 Si 슬러지 30 wt.% 이상 첨가시에는 0.28 이상으로 조절하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 사료되었다. Lightweight geopolymers were fabricated with non-milled IGCC slag and Si sludge as a bloating material. The relationship between addition amount of Si sludge and physical/chemical properties of lightweight geopolymers was investigated. When the geopolymers were made by mixing IGCC slag, alkali activator, and more than 10 wt.% Si sludge, the temperature of the geopolymer pastes reached higher than 130℃ in a few minutes. This exothermic reaction accelerated the geopolymer reaction; however, it was difficult to make geopolymer specimens because of a rapid bloating reaction. Both compressive strength and density of the specimens tend to decrease with an addition of Si sludge; however, there was little difference in both compressive strength and density with addition of Si sludge more than 10 wt.%. Because there was a limit to get low density geopolymers by simply increasing the addition of Si sludge, the control of pore size and distribution of geopolymer is more important by controlling flow rate of the paste through the control of W/S ratio. Therefore, it is important to control process conditions, appropriate W/S ratio for the bloating than the control of Si sludge. The optimum W/S ratio was 0.20 for the addition of Si sludge less than 30 wt.% and W/S ratio should be more than 0.28 for the addition of Si sludge more than 30 wt.%, although there was no practical application in fact.

        염증성 장 질환에서 전침을 중심으로 한 미주신경자극에 대한 고찰

        Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is defined as a chronic inflammatory-mediated disease that causes ulceration and inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract. Among most patients, the course of chronic inflammation repeatedly shows intermittent exacerbations and alternating remissions. However, despite the various therapeutic options to relieve symptoms, such as corticosteroids, TNF-α inhibitors, and antibiotic drugs, there is no known cure for IBD. Nonetheless, previous research has revealed that the autonomic nervous system is involved in the pathophysiology of IBD. In this study, we reviewed clinical trials confirming the therapeutic effect of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) on IBD in vivo. We searched in vivo and human studies on Pubmed using keywords combined with "vagus nerve stimulation", "VNS", and "inflammatory bowel disease". All studies included in this review reported that direct VNS is effective in relieving symptoms of IBD and has no severe adverse effects. The most frequently stimulated site was the unilateral cervical vagus nerve area, and parameters for stimulation were set as 5-20 Hz. Based on the results, we aim to summarize the evidence for the efficacy of VNS on IBD and suggest the possibility of auricular electroacupuncture treatment as a therapeutic option for IBD.

        사상체질에 따른 여대생의 건강 특성 분석과 BMI에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the ordinary symptoms, special symptoms and Body Mass Index (BMI) according to Sasang constitution in female college students. Also, we aimed to analyze the factors affecting BMI. Methods Forty-four female college students participated in this study. Sasang Constitution was determined by Questionnaire for Sasang Constitution Classification (QSCC) II. BMI was measured and ordinary symptoms were acqired through the questionnaire. Special symptoms was determined by Fatigue Severity Index (FSS), Premenstrual Symptom Screening Tool (PSST), ROME III, Ocular Surface Disease Index (OSDI), respectively. For statistical analysis, t-test, analysis of variance and correlation test has been used. Results There existed significant differences in ordinary symptoms and special symptoms between sasang constitutions. Taeumin had higher urine frequency than soyangin, soeumin had higher gap of feces than taeumin. Taeumin had higher BMI and ROME III score than soyangin and soeumin. They showed significant differences in ordinary symptoms and special symptoms according to BMI. Overweight and obese group is higher in water intake than low and normal group. Low weight and normal group is higher in gap of feces than overweight and obese group. High score group in PSST and ROME III showed high BMI than low score group. We analyzed the factors that affect BMI. BMI are highly correlated with systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Also, FSS, PSST, ROME III and OSDI showed high correlation with each other. Conclusion Urine frequency and gap of feces are different among sasang constitutional types. The obese group and normal group showed significant differences in water intake, gap of feces, PSST and ROME III score. It is found that factors that affecting BMI are systolic and diastolic blood pressure. These results may lead to identifying the causes and factors of obesity in female college students related to Sasang constitution.

        Salmonella Gallinarum 박테리오파지의 특성

        박테리오파지는 세균에 특이적으로 감염하는 바이러스로 용해 능력이 있는 박테리오파지는 동물질병을 치료하는 항생제 대체제로 사용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 닭에서 가금티푸스를 유발하는 Salmonella enterica serovar Gallinarum(Salmonella Gallinarum)에 대한 박테리오파지를 분리하고, 그 특성을 구명하고자 하였다. 7개의 닭 도축장 하수 처리장 물로부터 10주의 박테리오파지를 분리하였다. 이중 $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP로 명명된 파지는 전자현미경 관찰 결과, Myoviridae family로 분류되었다. 분리한 박테리오파지의 숙주 범위를 확인하기 위하여 Salmonella Gallinarum 7주와 Salmonella Enteritidis 5주에 대한 용해 유발능력을 조사한 결과, $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP는 Salmonella Gallinarum만 용해하는 특징을 보였다. $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP는 Salmonella Gallinarum에 접종하였을 경우 6시간과 9시간 뒤 각각 2.21 log cfu/mL 및 2.13 log cfu/mL를 감소시키는 것으로 확인되어 닭에서 Salmonella Gallinarum 감염을 예방하거나 치료하는 파지 제제 개발에 이용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. Bacteriophages are viruses that exclusively infect bacterial cells, and lytic bacteriophages can be used as a safe alternative to antibiotics for the prevention and treatment of animal diseases. In this study, we attempted to isolate and characterize bacteriophages for Salmonella enterica serovar Gallinarum (Salmonella Gallinarum), the causative agent of fowl typhoid in chickens. Ten bacteriophages were isolated from samples of sewage from seven poultry slaughterhouses. One of these isolate, designated as $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP and classified in the family Myoviridae, produced plaques with seven Salmonella Gallinarum strains. However, no plaques were produced with any of the Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis strains tested, suggesting that this bacteriophage is Salmonella Gallinarum specific. To assess the lytic ability of $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP against Salmonella Gallinarum, bacterial growth rates following inoculation of the bacteriophage were compared with the control. The $SG{\Phi}-YS$ SP treatment, with a multiplicity of infection of 10, reduced the growth of Salmonella Gallinarum by 2.21 log cfu/mL at 6 h, and 2.13 log cfu/mL at 9 h, suggesting that this bacteriophage isolate could be used for the prevention or treatment of Salmonella Gallinarum infection in chickens.

      • 탈메틸화 개질처리의 활엽수 크라프트 리그닌을 이용한 리그닌-페놀-폼알데하이드 수지의 접착력

        Lignin is abundant biopolymer that has the potential to efficiently replace phenol since it is a natural aromatic polymer which has a comparable structure of phenol. Especially, hardwood lignin, mainly comprised with syringyl and guaiacyl units, has much more methoxyl groups than softwood lignin. Thus, In this study, hardwood kraft lignin entirely dissolved in acetone are demethylated with Na<sub>2</sub>SO<sub>3</sub> to increase those reactivity for finished wood-composite resins. Because the fractionation approach, which mostly employs organic solvents, is successful in simplifying the non-uniform molecular structure of lignin and is one of the methods predicted to boost reactivity more stably, thus an acetone-soluble lignin is demethylated to convert methoxyl groups into phenolic hydroxyl groups. Demethylated lignin was characterized using GPC, and ATR-IR measurements to offer a fresh suggestion for a bio-based wood adheisves. Additionally, the wettability measurement and the tensile shear strength of plywood were used to suppose the adheison of the demethylated acetone soluble hardwood kraft lignin-phenol-formaldehyde (DAS-HKL-PF) resins.

        대학의 피어튜터링에서 튜터의 감성리더십, 튜티의 자기결정성동기, 만족도, 튜터링 성과의 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among tutor’s emotional leadership, tutee’s self-determinated motivation, satisfaction, and tutoring performance in college peer tutoring program. For this study, the data of 241 tutees who participated in a peer tutoring program at a college in Gyeonggi province was collected and analyzed. To find out the relation of each variable, structural equation model was applied. Results of this study were as follows: 1) tutor s emotional leadership had direct and indirect effects on satisfaction and tutoring performance . 2) tutee’s self-determinated motivation directly affected satisfaction and tutoring performance, and indirectly affected tutoring performance through satisfaction. 3) satisfaction was the strongest variable affecting on tutoring performance , in addition, mediating effect of tutee’s satisfaction was greater in the process of tutor’s emotional leadership affecting tutoring performance . This study provides empirical evidence of the effects of emotional leadership and self-determinated motivation that had been neglected in the peer tutoring program. Also, this study suggested some strategies and methods to enhance emotional leadership of tutors and self-determinated motivation of tutees for the effective peer tutoring. 본 연구는 대학의 피어튜터링에서 튜터의 감성리더십, 튜티의 자기결정성동기, 만족도, 튜터링 성과 사이의 관계를 탐색하기 위해 실시되었다. 본 연구를 위해 2019학년도 1학기에 경기도에 소재한 한 대학에서 실시된 피어튜터링 프로그램에 참여한 튜티 241명의 자료가 수집 및 분석되었다. 구조방정식 모형 분석을 통해 각 변인간의 관련성을 살펴본 결과, 튜터의 감성리더십은 만족도와 튜터링 성과에 직·간접적 영향을 미치며, 튜티의 자기결정성동기 또한 만족도와 튜터링 성과에 직·간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 만족도는 튜터링 성과에 가장 강력한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났으며, 만족도의 부분적 매개효과는 튜터의 감성리더십이 튜터링 성과에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 보다 크게 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 피어튜터링 상황에서 그간 간과되어 왔던 감성리더십과 자기결정성동기의 효과에 대한 경험적 증거를 제시하였으며, 효과적인 피어튜터링 운영을 위한 감성리더십 및 자기결정성동기 증진 전략과 방안을 제언하였다.

        SNS 텍스트 마이닝 기반 포스트 코로나 신트렌드 차박 여행 지도 제작 및 차박지 추천에 관한 연구*

        As untact travel has become a new trend in leisure culture due to the spread of COVID-19, car camping market is rapidly increasing. The sales of car camping-related goods increased by up to 600 percent, and the sales of SUV in Korea also increased by about four times. Despite the growth of the car camping market, there is a lack of research on the actual condition of the car camping market or research on the user s perspective. Therefore, in this study, a survey of actual camping users was conducted to derive factors that they consider important in camping, and through this, a car camping map was produced. As a result, two types of maps were produced: a map about the car camping site and convenience facilities closest to the car camping site in Gangwon-do, and a hash tag themed map based on keywords for each car camping site. We gathered data on portal sites and social media to obtain information related to camping sites and proceeded with analysis using text mining. In addition, we extracted keywords using network analysis techniques and selected key themes that represent them. This allows the user to choose a car camping site by selecting keywords that suit their taste. We hope that this research will help car camping researchers as a prior study and provide a foundation for leading a clean camping culture through clean camping campaign. Also, we hope that car camping users will be able to do quality trip.
