In the present study, the flow around a circular cylinder at $Re=3.6{\time}10^6$ is numerically simulated using URANS approach. The objective of this study is to evaluate the turbulence models(Realizable k-${\varepsilon}$, RNG k-${\varepsilon}$) through the prediction of the unsteady flow characteristics around the cylinder. The time-averaged drag coefficients and vortex shedding phenomenon in the wake region are compared to available experimental data and other numerical results. The simulation with Realizable k-${\varepsilon}$ model is found to be more dissipative due to large eddy viscosity predicted in the wake region while the simulation with RNG k-${\varepsilon}$ model predicts a complex vortex shedding phenomenon with more coherent structures realistically.
공정무역의 판단기준에 관한 고찰: 정부와 기업의 시사점

오늘날 미국을 중심으로 한 세계 각국에서 무역적자 해소 및 불공정 무역관행 시정이라는 기치 하에 보호무역주의가 대두되고 있다. 글로벌 경기침체 및 가치사슬의 붕괴가 발생하고 있으며, 우리나라 또한 그 여파에서 자유로울 수 없다는 사실은 자명하다. 공정무역에 관한 심도 있는 고찰을 행하기 위해서는 통상정책에 있어서의 ‘공정성(Fairness)’에 대한 명확한 정의와 규정이 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국가가 시행하는 무역행위 일체의 공정성 인정 및 여부 판단을 위해 ‘규범지향형 기준’과 ‘결과지향형 기준’ 및 ‘상호주의’ 세 가지 개념적 틀에 입각하여 문헌적 고찰을 실시해 나가고자 한다. 공정무역의 시비를 판가름할 수 있는 공정성의 구성요소로서 ‘규범지향성’, ‘결과지향성’ 및 ‘상호주의’에 기초한 이론적 고찰을 진행하였다. 무역관행은 WTO, FTA 등의 체제 내에서 그 정당성이 논의됨으로써 규범지향성을 가져야 한다. 공정성 여부를 무역수지 내지는 자국 내 법령 등에 근거하여 일방적으로 판단하는 결과지향성을 내포할 경우 불공정무역에 해당된다. 나아가 자유무역을 전제로 개방을 추구하며, 상대국의 개방정도에 부합하도록 자국 또한 개방을 촉진함으로써 통상을 원활화하는 상호주의에 기초해야 한다. Today, protectionismis emerging in countries around the world, centered on the United States, under the banner of resolving trade deficits and correcting unfair trade practices. The global economic recession and the collapse of the value chain are occurring, and it is evident that Korea cannot be free from the aftermath. In order to conduct in-depth consideration of fair trade, clear definitions and regulations on "fairness" in terms of trade policies should precede. In this study, we intend to conduct a literature review based on three conceptual frameworks: Rule-based fair tarde, Power-based fair trade, and Reciprocity to recognize and determine the fairness of all trade activities implemented by the state. Theoretical considerations based on three conceptual frameworks were conducted as components of fairness that could determine the disputes of fair trade. Trade practices should have normative orientation as their legitimacy is discussed within the WTO, FTA, etc. It is unfair trade if it implies orientation as a result of unilaterally judging whether it is fair or not based on trade balance or domestic laws. Furthermore, the government should pursue openness on the premise of free trade, and its own country should also be based on reciprocity that facilitates trade by promoting openness to meet the degree of openness of the other country.
차열 방화문의 내부충진재 성상에 따른 이면 온도 상승 경향성 분석에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 아파트의 대피공간에 설치되는 차열 방화문 중 내부충진재를 미네랄울로 하는 경우에 대하여 그 성상에 따른 온도 상승 경향성을 분석하였다. 실제 미네랄울을 사용한 차열 방화문의 시험 데이터를 분석, 미네랄울의 밀도와 두께에 차이에 따른 온도 경향성을 도출하였다. 분석결과, 최고 밀도(150 kg/m3)와 최저 밀도(100 kg/m3)의 상승 온도 차이는 10 K, 최고 두께(60 mm)와 최저 두께(45 mm)의 상승 온도 차이가 60 K로 나타났다. 이 결과를 통해 차열방화문에 있어서 내부충진재의 밀도는 일정 수준 이상이면(100 kg/m3 이상) 이면 온도 상승에 크게 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 볼 수 있으며, 두께는 두꺼워질수록 이면 온도 상승을 억제하는데 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어, 차열 방화문의 성능시험 실효성을 재고하기 위한 방안으로, 현재 방화문의 내화시험방법에 따라 양면에 대하여 성능시험 하고 있는 것을 차열 방화문에 한하여 실제 설치되는 방향인 ‘당기는 문’ 방향으로 2회 성능시험 하는 것을 제안하였다. In this study, the relationship between the temperature-rise tendencies and properties of mineral wool was analyzed for cases of mineral wool being used as a filler inside insulated fire doors installed in the evacuation space of apartments. The density and thickness of the mineral wool were separately analyzed; as a result, it was found that the higher the density and the greater the thickness, the more suppressed the temperature rise. However, the difference in the rising temperature between the highest density (150 kg/m3) and lowest density (100 kg/m3) mineral wools was 10 K, which did not appear to be significant. The temperature difference between the highest thickness (60 mm) and lowest thickness (45 mm) mineral wools was 60 K, indicating that the temperature rise was more affected by the thickness than the density of the mineral wool. In addition, it was suggested that the performance tests of fire doors, which are currently performed on both sides of a door in accordance with the fire resistance test method, are performed twice on the side from which the door is pulled, which corresponds with the direction in which insulated fire doors are actually installed.
Support Vector Machine을 이용한 플라즈마 공정 모델링

In this study, plasma etching process was modeled by using support vector machine (SVM), The data used in modeling were collected from the etching of silica thin films in inductively coupled plasma. For training and testing neural network, 9 and 6 experiments were used respectively. The performance of SVM was evaluated as a function of kernel type and function type. For the kernel type, Epsilon-SVR and Nu-SVR were included, For the function type, linear, polynomial, and radial basis function (RBF) were included, The performance of SVM was optimized first in terms of kernel type, then as a function of function type. Five film characteristics were modeled by using SVM and the optimized models were compared to statistical regression models, The comparison revealed that statistical regression models yielded better predictions than SVM.
장르적 인식으로서의 시적 표현에 대한 고찰 - 들뢰즈의 이론을 중심으로 -

This study explores the concept and possibility of poetic expression as genre-based cognition. For this purpose, Deleuze’s theory was applied to the dimension of poetry education. At first, the premise for the world and human cognition was established with the concept of difference, repetition, and intensity. Subsequently, the mechanism of human understanding through expression was explored. Expression and understanding influence each other, and understanding is formed through expression. In terms of genre, poetic expression has both the properties of everyday language and artistic expression, making it contribute to human understanding of their subtle senses and emotions. Lastly, the process of poetic expression as a genre recognition was investigated, and it was suggested that poetic expression plays a role in response to micro-perception and that there is a problematic awareness of the world at the basis of the process. This study has the significance of theoretically examining how poetry can have meaning in the daily life of learners, particularly in the domain of expression in literature education.
