        알벤다졸(400 mg) 1회 복용에 의해 유발된 급성 독성간염 1예

        전 세계적으로 알벤다졸에 의한 독성간염은 극히 드물게 보고되고 있으며 모두 포낭충증에 대해 알벤다졸을 400 mg 하루 두 번 장기간 복용한 경우였다. 이에 저자들은 만성 알코올 섭취로 싸이토카인 P450 산화효소의 기능이 저하되었을 것으로 추정되는 환자에서 알벤다졸 400 mg 1회 복용으로 급성 간독성이 유발된 1예를 경험하고, 이를 보고한다. Drug-induced hepatotoxicity is injury to the liver as a result of drug exposure. Due to their unpredictable nature, drug-induced liver injuries pose a serious problem for clinicians, health agencies, and pharmaceutical firms. Albendazole is a benzimidazole with wide spectrum coverage as an antiparasitic drug. Very few cases of high-dose albendazole-induced hepatotoxicity have been reported so far, and no case in response to a single dose. A 25-year-old man presented to our hospital with dark urine. Twenty days prior to presentation, he took a tablet of albendazole (400 mg) as a prophylactic treatment for lumbricosis. Upon laboratory analysis, aspartate aminotransferase (AST) was 748 IU/L, alanine transaminase (ALT) was 939 IU/L, and total/direct bilirubin was 9.3/7.3 mg/dL. The patient was negative for viral markers (HAV, HBV, and HCV) and autoantibodies. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed no evidence of chronic liver damage. The pathology was compatible with drug-induced hepatotoxicity. The patient improved with conservative management only. (Korean J Med 75:564-568, 2008)

        Summary: It is well known that Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease is one of the oldest and most authoritative books in Oriental Medicine, suggesting the concept of Exogenous Febrile and Six channels as a theoretical basis of clinical experience and prescription. But, since Thang Thongjing had written the book, the numberous medical practitioners and theorists asserted their various and different views on the concept of Exogenous Febrile and its Six channels. 3UM-3YANG of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease is basically the thing of specialization UM-YANG, eventually UM-YANG are two functional characteristics in human body. It is specialized to 3UM-3YANG by spatial and time criteria. Therefore, it is important to apprehend the concept correctly that was written on Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease. I`d like to look into a bodily state by answering the question that is easy to access and based on Six Channels.

        Analysis of Consulting Research Trends Using Topic Modeling

        ‘Consulting’, which is the main research topic of the knowledge service industry, is a field of study that is essential for the growth and development of companies and proliferation to specialized fields. However, it is difficult to grasp the current status of international research related to consulting, mainly on which topics are being studied, and what are the latest research topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of academic research related to ‘consulting’ by applying quantitative analysis such as topic modeling and statistic analysis. In this study, we collected statistical data related to consulting in the Scopus DB of Elsevier, which is a representative academic database, and conducted a quantitative analysis on 15,888 documents. We scientifically analyzed the research trends related to consulting based on the bibliographic data of academic research published all over the world. Specifically, the trends of the number of articles published in the major countries including Korea, the author key word trend, and the research topic trend were compared by country and year. This study is significant in that it presents the result of quantitative analysis based on bibliographic data in the academic DB in order to scientifically analyze the trend of academic research related to consulting. Especially, it is meaningful that the traditional frequency-based quantitative bibliographic analysis method and the text mining (topic modeling) technique are used together and analyzed. The results of this study can be used as a tool to guide the direction of research in consulting field. It is expected that it will help to predict the promising field, changes and trends of consulting industry related research through the trend analysis.

        의료분야 3D프린팅 비즈니스 시장규모 예측 연구

        Recently, 3D printing technology has been considered as a core applicable technology because it brings many improvements such as the development of medical technology, medical customization, and reducing production cost and shortening treatment period. This research suggests a market prediction framework for medical 3D printing business. As an immature market situation, it is important to control some uncertainty for market prediction such as a customers’ conversion rate. So we adopt decision making tree (DMT) model which used to choose an optimal decision making among diverse pathway. Among medical industries this paper just focuses on dentistry business. For predicting a 5 year period trend expected market size, we identified some replaceable denture procedure by 3D printing, collected related data, controlled uncertain variables. The result shows that medical 3D printing business could be a market of 28.2 billion won at 1st year and in the end of fifth year it could become on a scale of 61.1 billion won market.

      • 유한 요소법을 이용한 자동차용 다이어프램 스프링의 최적설계

        A diaphragm spring is an important component of a clutch assembly, characteristics of which depend largely on that of a diaphragm spring. A diaphragm spring is subject to high stress concentration in driving condition, which frequently causes cracks and fracture around finger area. In this paper, behavior of a diaphragm spring is analysed by finite element method to calculate sensitivity of design parameters, which is used to perform optimal design of diaphragm spring shape. As an object function, tangential stresses are taken and minimized to improve durability. Characteristics of the diaphragm is used as equality constraint to maintain the original design purpose and sequential linear programming(SLP) is utilized as an optimization tool. With optimized design, it is verified that concentrated stress is decreased maintaining release load characteristic.

        Flame retarding high impact polystyrene (HIPS) with a reduced amount of halogen flame retardant was prepared by using phosphoric and inorganic flame retardants to improve the shortcomings of the halogen-containing counterparts, such as emission of poisonous gas and environmental pollution. Red phosphorous and metallic flame-retardants were applied for this purpose. Effects of these non-halogen type flame retardants on the thermal and mechanical properties, as well as flame retardancy, of the flame retarding HIPS were examined by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, Izod impact strength, and the UL94 flame retardation test.

        적린 및 무기계 난연제를 이용한 비할로겐계 난연성 폴리프로필렌의 제조

        Polypropylene (PP) is one of the most widely used materials because of its rational mechanical characteristics. However, the application of PP is significantly limited and infrequent due to its easy combustion and dripping properties. To improve the thermal versatilities of PP, halogen-containing compounds, alone or in conjunction with antimony trioxide, have frequently been used in the flame retarding PPs. Halogen-containing flame retarding agents, however, are supposed to produce corrosiveness, smoke emissions, and toxicity which are combustion products. In this study, red phosphorous, metal oxides, and zinc borate were used as flame retarding agents for PP. The thermal properties of injection-molded PP specimens were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry analysis, and UL94 flame retardation tests. Results showed that increased char formation on the surface can confirm flame retardation of the UL94 V0 grade of PP.

        AHP를 활용한 Smart-X개발 우선순위 분석

        본 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 기술의 융⋅복합으로 등장한 Smart-X에서 주로 제기되는 문제인 불필요한 예산 낭비와 시너지 창출의 어려움을 해소하고자 AHP 기법을 활용하여 Smart-X 개발의 우선순위 평가 방법론을 개발하고 실증적으로 우선순위를 도출하였다. 전문가 특성에 따른 우선순위의 차이를 분석한 결과, 세 계층으로 이루어진 의사결정 모형에서 학계와 산업계의 우선순위가 유사하게 나타났다. 학계와 산업계는 투입 대비 산출을 중시하여 사업의 실현 가능성과 사업 추진을 통해 얻을 수 있는 부가가치를 중시하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 Smart-X 중 스마트헬스케어의 신사업 추진을 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 공간정보 전문가는 Smart-X 사업 추진의 필요성 및 시급성과 국민들의 수용을 우선순위 판단의 주요 기준으로 삼았으며, 공간정보가 융⋅복합될 시 도시민의 편익이 극대화될 것으로 기대되는 스마트시티의 우선순위를 가장 높게 평가하였다. 본 연구는 융합을 통해 새롭게 등장한 Smart-X를 대상으로 개발 시 고려되어야 할 요소와 개발의 우선순위를 계층적 의사결정방법론(AHP)을 활용하여 분석한 것으로 향후 예비 타당성 조사 등에 정교하고 폭넓은 의사결정을 지원하는 자료로 활용될 수 있는 것으로 기대된다. This study developed a priority evaluation methodology for Smart-X development using AHP techniques and derived empirical priorities to solve unnecessary budget waste and difficulties in creating synergies, mainly caused by the convergence and convergence of technology due to the 4th Industrial Revolution. Analysis of the differences in priorities according to expert characteristics showed similar priorities between academia and industry in a three-tier decision model. Academics and industries are analyzed to value the feasibility of the project and the added value that can be obtained by promoting the project by placing importance on the production of the project. Based on this, it seems that Smart-X is the most important thing to push for a new business for Smart Healthcare. On the other hand, spatial information experts used the necessity, urgency, and acceptance of Smart-X projects as the main criteria for prioritization, and rated Smart City"s priority as the highest expected to maximize the benefits of urban residents when spatial information is converged and combined. This study analyzes factors and priorities to be considered in development of new Smart-X through convergence using a hierarchical decision methodology (AHP), which is expected to be used as data to support sophisticated and wide decision making in future preliminary feasibility studies.
