        돼지감자 분말 첨가 묵의 생리활성성분 분석 및 품질평가

        This study was performed to investigate the physiological functionality of jerusalem artichokes and to define its antioxidant potential. The study also evaluated mook prepared with jerusalem artichokes powder as a new functional food for ameliorating Diabetes Mellitus. Regarding the chromaticity of mook prepared with jerusalem artichoke, lightness decreased as the amount of jerusalem artichoke increased (p < 0.05), while the redness and yellowness values increased significantly (p < 0.05). Regarding the mechanical properties, hardness, springiness, chewiness, gumminess, and cohesiveness decreased significantly as the amount of jerusalem artichoke increased (p < 0.05). The total polyphenol and flavonoid contents of JA30 were 7.36 mg TAE/g and 2.15 mg RE/g, respectively, which were higher than those of the control group(3.50 mg TAE/g and 0.76 mg RE/g, respectively). The DPPH and ABTS scavenging abilities ($IC_{50}$) for JA30 were 4.40 and 5.70 mg/mL, respectively, indicating a higher radical scavenging ability than the control group (7.59 and 7.24 mg/mL, respectively). The ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ inhibitory effect ($IC_{50}$) of JA30 and the control group was 18.91 and 24.01 mg/mL, respectively. Based on the above-described results, mook containing jerusalem artichoke powder is expected to ameliorate diabetes with antioxidant activity, ${\alpha}-glucosidase$ inhibitory effect, and sensory factor. Also, it is believed that this functional material has the potential to improve health.

        공원 및 공원시설 BF인증 평가지표 분석을 통한 개선방향 도출 연구

        According to the revision of the Convenience Act for Persons with Disabilities, parks and park facilities where the first park development plan is established after December 4, 2021 are mandatory, and parks must be equipped with convenience facilities for the disabled. Hence, this study aims to derive the improvements of the park evaluation index by analyzing the park certification evaluation index, the building certification evaluation index of park facilities, and the evaluation reports of the current certification status cases. As a research method, first, the certification of parks and park facilities were compared and reviewed with the Park Green Act, and differences in the certification process and certification performance were compared and analyzed. Second, differences and common items were derived by analyzing barrier free (BF)-certification evaluation indicators for parks and buildings. Third, improvement plans were derived after analyzing differences and problems in 4 BF-certified parks and four building certification cases of park facilities in certified parks, focusing on the self-evaluation report and examination results. As a result of analyzing the park and building evaluation indicators, the items for which the evaluation purpose, evaluation method, and evaluation items were commonly applied to 7 access roads for each facility, 5 parking areas for the disabled, 2 guide facilities for information facilities, 14 in 5 categories of sanitation facilities, and 1 for other facilities. In the case of sanitation facilities, there is no case where it was evaluated as a park. If the park does not have an attached toilet, the park is certified as a building. Hence, it would be essential to establish the concept of an attached toilet and discuss the application of the evaluation index on the park sanitation facility. The score of buildings in parks and park facilities was lower than that of the self-evaluation results, and the certification grades of buildings declined in three cases. The items with the highest standard deviation were BF walking continuity for parks and the path to the main entrance among access roads for buildings. As a result of analyzing the park and building evaluation results of 19 common evaluation items except for sanitary facilities, the difference in the grades of the evaluation items for each case site except for one item appeared. Therefore, applying common detailed calculation criteria for items evaluated in common with parks and buildings is needed. Since sanitation facilities have no cases of park certification and are not certified as buildings, it is essential to establish the concept of attached toilets and discuss the application of park sanitation evaluation indicators. It is necessary to develop an evaluation index suitable for the characteristics of the park, such as adjusting the items that are not evaluated in parks and establishing an evaluation index considering the ones of parks. It expects that this study would be used as primary data for improving park certification indicators.

      • 황정 약침의 비만 쥐에서의 국소 지방분해 효능 연구

        Objectives: Excessive accumulation of fat on specific region, regarded as localized fat, is one of the serious problems and well-known risk factors of health. Recently, an interest in health and aesthetics is growing by treating lipolytic injection. Polygonatum sibiricum Rehd (PS) has been known to have anti-oxidant, -aging and -atherosclerotic effects. In this study, we investigated the lipolytic effects of PS pharmacopuncture in obese mice. Methods: Male C57BL/6J mice was fed with high fat diet to induce obesity for 12 weeks. PS pharmacopuncture was dissolved in saline by adjusting pH 7. 100 μL of PS pharmacopunture was injected subcutaneously into the left side inguinal fat pad, while saline was injected into the right side inguinal fat pad in mice as self-control. Samples were treated 3 times per weeks for 2 weeks. Results: PS pharmacopunture significantly decreased the inguinal fat weight compared to left side inguinal fat pad. Decrease rate of PS pharmacopuncture was about 21%. In addition, the diameter of adipocyte in inguinal fat tissues was significantly reduced by 17% compared to saline-injected side. There was no sign of toxicity through whole experiments. Conclusion: The present study indiates that PS pharmacopunture could be a material derived from natural herb as a lipolytic injection for decreasing localized fat.

        버드나무(Salix Koreensis Andersson) 가지 추출물의 항산화 및 항염증 효과

        This study aims to compare and analyze a willow tree (Salix Koreensis andersson) extract's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity by investigating its: total polyphenol, flavonoid content, SOD-like activity, DPPH vitality. the willow tree was induced with LPS to determine its active anti-inflammatory effects. as a result, the willow methanol extract showed a higher total polyphenol and flavonoid content than those of willow distilled water extract, but the willow distilled water extract showed a higher SOD than that of willow methanol extract. in its DPPH scavenging ability, the willow methanol extract's antioxidant activity was higher than that of the willow distilled water extract. the willow extract's measurements such as the production of NO, inflammatory cytokine ($TNF-{\alpha}$, IL-6 measurement) were significantly reduced as its concentration level went down. according to the research outcomes, when induced, he will extract's macrophage produces mediator-like substances such as NO and inflammatory cytokine that can be used to alleviate the inflammatory response. therefore, the willow tree proved to be a useful raw plant material for the products designed to combat inflammatory activities due to its natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory response substances such as NO and cytokine.

        대학도서관의 장서폐기 개선방안에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 대학도서관의 효과적인 장서폐기를 위한 개선방안을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 국외 대학도서관의 장서폐기지침과 장서폐기사례를 살펴보고, 장서폐기를 실시한 경험이 있는 국내 대학도서관을 대상으로 현재 시행되고 있는 장서폐기 운영현황과 지침현황을 알아본 후에 이들 내용을 토대로 그 문제점을 분석하고 대학도서관 장서폐기의 개선방안을 제안하였다. This study aimed at proposing an improvement for effective disposal in academic libraries. To this end, the study conducted a survey on literature, case studies and the current situation. This study selected the five foreign cases on academic libraries that open to the public regarding their disposal guidelines or operation cases on their Website. To determine the current state of disposal and needs for improvement in Korea, this study conducted a survey on the current situation in the libraries of Korean universities. Based on the above results, this study proposed the improvement plan for an effective disposal in academic libraries.

        대학도서관의 OPAC 유용성이 이용자의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향

        OPAC은 도서관의 소장 자료와 전자정보원을 검색하고 활용하는데 매우 중요한 인터페이스이다. 본 연구는 K대학교 도서관의 OPAC에서 구현된 키워드 검색, 통합검색, 풍부한 콘텐츠 제공, 패싯 네비게이션, 검색결과의 적합성 순위화, 철자오류 및 검색 수정기능, 자료추천, 이용자참여, RSS 등의 다양한 기능의 유용성이 이용자의 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 아울러 이용자의 만족도와 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지 조사하여 OPAC의 만족도와 충성도를 향상시키기 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. OPAC is a very important interface for user to use and search library collection and electronic resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze empirically the impact of OPAC usability on user satisfaction and loyalty in an university library setting. The OPAC functions investigated are keyword searching, integrated searching, faceted navigation, relevance ranking, spelling check, recommendations, user participation, and Really Simple Syndication(RSS), etc. This study investigated what usability effects on user satisfaction and loyalty and suggested the way to improve user satisfaction and loyalty.

        오희문가 사례연구를 통한 16세기말 통과의례음식(通過儀禮飮食) 고찰

        This study considered the rite of passage ceremonial food in the Mid-Choseon Period through the rite of passage ceremonies, food, and ingredients recorded in the Seoul Noble Ohhweemun Family Diary Shaemirok. The research used a contents analysis method through case studies. The noble families in the Mid-Choseon Period deemed the Jerye to be the most significant out of the traditional ceremonies. The nobles practiced the Sadehbongsah and the Yoonhweebongsah ceremonies for their ancestors. The Rite of passage ceremony required fruit. Of fish and birds, pheasants were used frequently during the ceremonies. Noble families, specifically the richer families, could sustainably normalize the rite of passage ceremonies against the elements. Seasonal ingredients were generally harvested even during spring and winter in large amounts. One of the last rites of passage food by Garye displayed diverse ingredients, such as Bangaeng, Myun, Tang, Uhyookjuk, Poe, Chae, Hae, and Silgwa. Such ingredients prove that the normalization of rite of passage ceremony food was well established and practiced. On the other hand, the birthday rite of passage food did not conform to a specific rite of passage normalcy or preparation. Instead, the birthday food showed a flexible menu of seasonal delicacies that were not confined to a particular traditional formula.

        국내 유통 두부류 및 묵류 중 중금속 함량

        본 연구는 국내 유통되고 있는 두부류 총 175여건과 묵류 총 43건에 대하여 유도결합플라스마 분광기(ICP), 원자흡광광도계 (AAS), 수은분석기 등을 이용하여 납, 카드뮴 등 중금속 함량을 측정하였다 두부류 중 중금속의 최소치, 최대치 및 평균치는 수은 $0.1-8.2(0.3){\mu}g/kg$, 납 $ND-203.9(23.3){\mu}g/kg$, 카드뮴 $ND-46.0(8.1){\mu}g/kg$, 비소 $ND-61.3(0.7){\mu}g/kg$ 으로 나타났다. 또한 묵류중 중금속 함량은 수은 $0.1-1.3(0.3){\mu}g/kg$, 납 $ND-90.2(22.4){\mu}g/kg$, 카드뮴 $ND-31.0(3.7){\mu}g/kg$, 비소 $ND-23.6(1.1){\mu}g/kg$이었다, 본 연구결과, 우리나라 국민이 두부류 및 묵류를 통한 수은, 납, 카드뮴 섭취량은 FAO/WHO에서 설정한 잠정주 간섭취허용량의 각각 약 0.02% 0.3%, 0.3% 이하로 매우 낮은 수준이었다. Contents of heavy metals [mercury (Hg), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), and arsenic (As)] in 218 samples including soybean curds (n = 138), processed bean curds (n = 37), starch jellies (n = 33), and mixed starch jellies (n = 10) were determined using mercury analyzer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) or inductively coupled plasma spectrometer (ICP). Ranges and means of heavy metals in soybean curds and starch jellies were as follows [min-max (mean) values]: soybean curds -Hg $0.1-8.2(0.3)$, Pb not detectable (ND)-203.9(23.3),\ Cd ND-46.0 (8.1), and As ND-61.3 (0.7)${\mu}g/kg$, starch jellies-Hg 0.1-1.3(0.3)${\mu}g/kg$, Pb ND-90.2(22.4)${\mu}g/kg$, Cd ND-31.0(3.7) and As ND-23.6(1.1)${\mu}g/kg$. Daily intakes of Hg, Pb, and Cd from soybean curds and starch jellies were 0.001-0.3% of Provisional tolerable weekly intake established by FAO/WHO.

        RC 보의 충격저항성능 향상을 위한 강섬유 및 CFRP Sheet의 보강 효과

        본 연구에서는 CFRP sheet 및 강섬유로 보강한 RC보의 충격하중 실험을 유한요소 프로그램으로 모사함으로써 각 보강방법이 충격저항성능 향상에 미치는 영향을 해석적 분석을 통해 알아보았다. RC 보의 동적거동을 효과적으로 분석하기 위해 명시적(Explicit) 유한요소 해석 프로그램인 LS-DYNA를 이용하였으며, RC 보에 가해지는 충격에너지가 단계적으로 증가할 때, RC 보의 에너지 흡수 성능 및 소성변형률 양상을 확인하였다. 해석 결과, CFRP sheet와 강섬유가 보강된 경우, 일반콘크리트 부재에 비해 에너지 흡수율이 급격히 증가했다. 소성변형률 양상을 분석한 결과, CFRP sheet 및 강섬유로 보강된 경우 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 상대적으로 넓은 부분에 에너지를 분산시킴으로써 국부적으로 에너지가 집중되는 현상을 완화시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 소성변형률 양상을 통해 각 부재의 Shear-Plug 균열 형태를 파악하고, 기존의 연구 결과와 비교하였다. In this study, a numerical analysis to investigate the effect of each reinforcing method on the impact resistance was performed by simulating the impact loading test of the RC beams strengthened with CFRP sheets and steel fibers using the finite element analysis program. LS-DYNA, which is the explicit finite element analysis program, was used to analyze the dynamic behavior of RC beams effectively. The energy absorption capacity and plastic strain aspect of RC beams were estimated as the applied impact energy increases step by step. Analysis results indicate that the absorbed energy rates of specimens strengthened with CFRP sheets and steel fibers were higher than those of other specimens. According to the evaluation result of plastic strain aspect, the those concentration was relieved by the dispersion of the impact energy due to the strengthening effects of CFRP sheets and steel fibers. In addition, the tendency of Shear-Plug crack for each specimen was similar to the experimental result of the previous study.

        감각조절장애 아동에 대한 감각통합 치료적용-사례보고

        Objective : To summarize and interpret observations of responses of child with sensory modulation disorder during four therapy sessions in order to contribute to future studies. Method : Analyze treatment goals and strengths and weaknesses of four therapy sessions and discuss implications of therapy. Results : Child's adaptive responses were improved throughout the therapy sessions. Conclusions : Intensive sensory integration therapy is needed continuously. Future study with this participant is needed to explore more effectiveness of sensory integration therapy.
