        「장애아동복지지원법」시행에 따른 원장의 역할 및 장애아전문어린이집 운영변화와 개선방향

        본 연구는 「장애아동복지지원법」(보건복지부, 2011)의 장애아전문어린이집 지정에 따른 법제 적인 변화가 현장에서 어떠한 의미가 있고 원장의 어려움은 어떠한 것이 있으며, 법제적인 변화에 대한 어려움에도 불구하고 긍정적인 변화 기대는 무엇인지 알고자 하였다. 또한 역할과 운영변화의 개선방안은 어떠한 것이 있는지 그에 따른 지원요구는 무엇이며, 법제적인 변화에 이어 유보통합의 변화가 다가오는 시점에서 장애아전문어린이집의 추후생존과제에 대한 실질적인 방 안을 심층면담을 통해 모색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 9개 지역 장애아전문어린이집의 원장 12 명을 대상으로 반 구조화된 면담을 실시하였고, 이를 전사하여 내용분석을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 법제적인 변화에 대해 일부 원장은 단순히 명칭만 변화했다고 하였고, 또 다른 몇몇 원장은 전문성 강화에서 긍정적인 효과와 장애 영아 조기 개입 등의 새로운 역할도 예상하였다. 둘째, 원장은 교직원 인사 관리에 어려움이 있다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 아동의 부족 및 일반아동모집의 어려움으로 인한 운영비의 부담과 실질적인 현장을 고려하지 않은 시, 도청 위주의 법제정의 어려움을 토로하였다. 넷째, 장애아전문어린이집에 대한 전문성을 갖춘 어린이집으로의 사회적 인식개선의 계기가 제공되었으며, 어린이집 정원 최소인원 감축에 따른 전체 정원확보의 부담감소와 전문성을 갖춘 특수교사의 배치로 인한 교수 수준 향상 등 긍정적 변화 기대를 나타냈다.다섯째, 전문적 팀 협력을 지원하고, 교사교육과 지역 관련학과와의 연계를 통해 지역적 특수교사 수급을 하는 등의 대내외적인 어려움과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 여섯째, 장애아전문어린이집에 대한 교직원처우를 특수학교와 동등하게 개선하는 등 현실적인 운영 어려움에 대한 개선책도 제시하였다. 일곱째, 후속적 조치 강화, 지원체제강화, 특수성고려, 행정 관련 담당자 지정, 일반, 통합어린이집 지원, 지역적 지원강화로 지원요구가 나타냈다. 여덟째, 추후 과제는 각 전문가들의 협력을 통한 전문성 강화와 어린이집 내에서는 치료사 full-in시스템 도입과 각 어린이집의 특성화된 전문프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 강조하였다. 더 나아가 유보통합을 통해 동일한 의무교육 기관인 교육부의 유아특수학교와 같은 처우개선 및 지원이 이루어져야 함도 제기하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the meaning of legal change for the field which was caused by designation of specialized child care and education centers according to「Welfare Support Act for Children with Disabilities」(Ministry of Health and Welfare, 2011), the difficulties of role and management from the perspective of directors, what positive changes they expected despite the difficulty from the legal change, what the plans for the improvement, what the directors request to ease the difficulty from legal change and practical solution for the survival at this time when the upcoming consolidation of kindergarten and child care and education centers is approaching after the legal change. The subjects of this study were 12 directors and semi-structured interviews were conducted on them, after which qualitative analysis was conducted with duplicated contents. The results of the study are as follows. First, directors felt that the some legal changes were simply changes in terms and thus meaningless while they expected positive effect and new roles like early intervention in others such as fortification of the professionalism. Second, directors responded that they felt difficulty in the management of teaching personnel due to the legal change. Third, directors confessed the burdens due to shortage of children and difficulty to recruit normal children and complained that laws were enacted to fit the convenience of the city and provincial government in ignorance of the field. Fourth, directors expressed expectation that social recognition on specialized child care and education centers would change into special kindergartens and amelioration on the restriction on minimum number of children with disabilities for alleviating their loads. In addition, they had positive expectation that deployment of special teachers with professional expertise would enhance the overall level of teachers. Fifth, to relieve the difficulty of their roles, directors suggestedimprovement plans such as support of professional team cooperation etc. Sixth, for the improvement of operation, directors came up with practical solutions such as raising the wage of the teachers etc. Seventh, directors requested supports such as strengthening following actions and support system, consideration of the special traits, designation of administrative personnel in charge, support for general and integrated child care and education centers and increase of regional support. Eighth, for the survival of centers in the future, directors emphasized the exercise of professionalism by cooperation of experts, integrated approach such as full-in therapist system, and development of professional programs unique to each centers. For the upcoming consolidation of kindergartens and child care and education centers, directors also suggested treatment improvement and support as the special kindergartens supported by Ministry of Education.

        가구 소득과 금융투자 포트폴리오가 금융소득에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 노동연구원에서 매년 조사하는 1998년부터 2019년까지 가구 조사인 “한국 노동 및 소득패널 조사(KLIPS: Korean Labor & Income Panel Study)”의 302,150명의 관측치를 바탕으로 가구별 교육수준, 투자 지출 구성 등 비중에 따른 금융투자 결정을 고정 효과 다변량 회귀 모델, 고정 효과 로짓 회귀 모델과 금융투자결정의 내생성을 통제하기 위한 도구변수(IV: instrumental variable) 모형을 이용하였으며, 그 주요한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고학력 가구주 가구는 그렇지 않은 가구주 가구보다 금융투자 소득이 높을 것으로 예상하였으나 그렇지 않은 것으로 나타났고, 가구의 현금 포트폴리오 비중과 저축 포트폴리오 비중, 사금융 포트폴리오 비중, 금융시장투자 포트폴리오 비중이 높을수록 금융투자 소득이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 주택을 보유한 가구와, 가구주가 학력이 높을수록, 금융시장투자 비중과 금융소득 비중이 높을수록, 가구소득의 변동성이 클수록 장기금융시장 투자결정에 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 가구주가 학력이 높을수록 금융시장 투자 수준은 낮고, 저축 포트폴리오 비중과 장기성보험 포트폴리오 비중, 사금융 포트폴리오 비중, 금융시장투자 비중, 금융소득 비중이 높을수록 장기금융시장 투자수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 도구변수(IV) 모형을 도입하여 장기금융시장 투자여부와 높은 저축 포트폴리오 비중, 높은 사금융 포트폴리오 비중, 높은 금융시장투자 비중, 전체 소득 대비 높은 금융소득 비중은 금융자산투자에 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study investigates the effects of households’ income and variability, financial status, and financial asset portfolios on their financial market investment and income from financial assets in Korea by using various factors and data surveyed provided by the Korean Labor & Income Panel Study (KLIPS) from 1998 to 2019 with respect to 5,000 households each year, eventually with 302,150 observations after excluding a few extreme outliers. By applying fixed effects multivariate regression models (FEMM), fixed effects logit regression models (FELM), and two-stage instrumental variable (IV) models, we find the following results. First, the high-level education of householders did not affect income from financial assets, while higher weights in the portfolios in cash and savings, private lending, and financial market investments affect positively income from financial investments. Second, the ownership of their own house, high-level education, higher weights in the portfolios in financial market investments, and the higher variability of household’s income affect positively their investments in financial market goods. Third, the high-level education of householders negatively affects investments in financial market goods, while higher weights in the portfolios in savings, long-term insurance contracts, private lending, and financial market investments affect positively investments in financial market goods. Last, it verifies most of above-mentioned results, with two-stage instrumental variable regressions.

        메타분석을 이용한 간호 대학생의 학업 관련 만족도 중재프로그램의 효과

        본 연구는 국내 간호 대학생을 대상으로 수행된 학업 관련 만족도 중재프로그램을 고찰하고 메타분석하여 근거기반 자료를 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 메타분석에 포함된 자료는 2001년부터 2018년 7월까지 발표된 25편의 실험연구로서 연구의 설계는 무작위 대조군 연구가 1편, 비무작위 대조군 연구가 24편이었다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 1∼4학년 재학생으로, 이론수업 및 실습수업에서 중재프로그램이 수행되었다. 표본크기는 실험군 1182(평균 47.3), 대조군 1137(평균 45.5)명이었고, 중재프로그램의 구성은 1∼16주/1∼16회/1회기 당 7∼240분으로 이루어졌다. 결과변수로는 전공만족도, 학습만족도, 교내실습만족도, 임상실습만족도가 있었으며, 교내실습만족도(Hedges’ g=0.876[95% CI: 0.405, 1.346])와 임상실습만족도(Hedges’ g=0.515[95% CI: 0.312, 0.718]) 및 전체 학업 관련 만족도(Hedges’ g=0.630[95% CI: 0.371, 0.889])는 통계적으로 유의미한 중간 수준 이상의 효과크기가 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호 대학생들의 학업 관련 만족도 중재프로그램을 다룬 선행연구들을 통합적으로 정리하여 객관적 결과를 확인하였다는데 의의가 있다. This study was conducted to review and analyze the academic-related satisfaction intervention programs for Korean nursing students and to provide evidence-based data. The data included in the meta-analysis were 25 studies published from 2001 to July 2018, and the design of the study consisted of 1 randomized controlled trial and 24 non-randomized controlled trials. The study subjects were nursing students from 1st to 4th grade, and the intervention program was conducted in theoretical and practical classes. The sample size was 1182 (mean: 47.3) in the experimental group and 1137 in the control group (mean: 45.5). The intervention program consisted of 1∼16 weeks/1∼16 sessions/7∼240 minutes per session. Dependent variables were as follows: major satisfaction, learning satisfaction, satisfaction with the classroom practice, and satisfaction with the clinical practice. Satisfaction with the classroom practice (Hedges" g=0.876[95% CI: 0.405, 1.346]), satisfaction with the clinical practice (Hedges" g=0.515[95% CI: 0.312, 0.718]), and overall academic-related satisfaction (Hedges" g=0.630[95% CI: 0.371, 0.889]) were statistically significant and above intermediate levels in the meta-analysis. The study results are significant in that the objective results were confirmed by integrating the previous studies dealing with the academic-related satisfaction intervention program of nursing students.

        가난한 백인의 비극: 워시 존스의 환상과 환멸

        “Wash”, one of a hundred-odd Faulkner’s short stories, deals with conflict between two white classes in the South. This paper focuses on how the hero, Wash, chooses a destructive action in the rigid social structure and ends his life tragically. Wash Jones is a poor white and cannot acknowledge his painful reality that the blacks are better fed and housed than he is. Instead, he idealizes and worships Sutpen, a Southern aristocrat, for life, believing in white supremacy. He even identifies himself with heroic Sutpen, but this is only his illusory world substituted for intolerable reality. His illusion, however, shatters and he becomes disillusioned when Sutpen treats his granddaughter and her baby inhumanely. Wash kills Sutpen not only for himself but for his whole class, because Sutpen’s evil is not independent and regional but prevalent in the world. Wash discards his humiliating servitude and becomes a figure with honor and dignity by resisting which is a virtue Faulkner admires and encourages. (Jeonju University)

        생태비평으로 읽는 「곰」: 인간과 자연의 관계

        William Faulkner shows his interest in nature in “The Bear” and depicts Ike, the protagonist, as an ecologist. In the early twentieth century when he wrote this story, renewed violence and oppression against black people along with unprecedented environmental destruction swept the United States. Responding to the social issues at hand, I think in the story, Faulkner expressed his views on the relations between man and nature, and between man and man based on ecocentric perspective. From the ecological point of view, all organisms are interrelated and interact with each other, and eventually they are regarded as one in the circulation of life. Therefore, man cannot dominate nature let alone fellow man. In the story, Ike goes into the wilderness at ten to be a real hunter and he comes to understand and commune with nature under the guidance of Sam Fathers. After this, he finds his grandfather’s shameful sin, miscegenation and incest, and decides to repudiate the land, grandfather’s inheritance. He continues to think about the South stained by slavery and feels guilty about the racial oppression and exploitation of slaves. It is through the experience in the big woods that he realizes both environmental destruction and racial injustice come from egocentric thinking. He practices what he learned in the woods by repudiating the land and shows us how we recognize and respect the value of all beings. (Jeonju University)

        가족의 역학관계에서 본 퀜틴의 비극

        This paper suggests that Quentin’s motive for committing suicide is in his family dynamics and examines his relationships with his father, mother and sister Caddy who are believed to have a great influence on him. The Sound and the Fury is a story about the tragedy of the Compson family caused by the dysfunctional parents, Mr. & Mrs Compson. Self-pitying Mrs. Compson rejects her maternal role and withholds her love from her children, and Mr. Compson escapes from reality and indulges in drinking and cynical nihilism. As a result, all their four children suffer and live self-destructive lives. The eldest son, Quentin, in particular, falls into despair at Caddy’s loss of virginity, which he regards as the family honor. In addition, his family’s mixed, contradictory messages confuse him about his identity and finally leads him to choose death. Faulkner, who frequently took the family as a theme, emphasizes the importance of a family paradoxically through the tragedy of a dysfunctional family. (Jeonju University)

      • 지역보건의료기관의 모듈러 도입과 개선 방향 - 옹진군 북도, 자월도 보건지소를 중심으로 -

        The Buk-do and Jawol-do Public Health Centers in Ongjin-gun, Incheon, are the first Public Health Facilities in Korea to be completed using the modular construction method. The realization process of the modular construction method introduced as a pilot project for the “Method of Enhanced Performance” of the Rural Health Service Improvement Project was fed back, and major problems arose from the public standpoint were reviewed. Two Modular Public Health Centers of Buk-do and Jawol-do, Incheon took 2.5 months to build and install the module on site. But it was delayed due to problems that other administrative procedures such as internal communications, design and construction breakdown, three construction bidding notices due to failure in bidding, and suspension of construction in winter. Although most of the recently introduced Smart Turn-Keys are expected to be the frenzy of the introduction of modular projects in the public, there is still a lot of resistance to new construction methods and new contract systems inside the public. It seems that more introduction is needed.

        벤조피렌의 급성독성시험 연구

        Objectives: This study was performed to observe the toxicological changes caused by a single exposure to benzo[a]pyrene. Methods: Based on the results of a preliminary study, 300 mg/kg was set as the middle dose. A highest dose of 2,000 mg/kg and a lowest dose of 50 mg/kg were selected based on GHS guidelines. Benzo[a]pyrene was orally administered once to female and male SD rats at dose levels of 50, 300, and 2,000 mg/kg (body weight). All animals were monitored daily for clinical signs and mortality over 14 days. Hematological and biochemical values were examined as well. Results: There were neither dead animals nor significant changes in body weights during the experimental period. In addition, no differences were found between the control and treated groups in clinical sign, hematology, serum biochemical, and histopathological analysis. Conclusion: Compared with the control group, we could not detect any toxic alteration in all treated groups. These studies indicate that the acute toxicity of benzo[a]pyrene is relatively low.
