        The paradigm of the interior space of the car is changing as it expands beyond simple seating to relaxation and entertainment. In response to this, we have developed a new concept of relaxation comfort seat that enables simultaneous performing reclining and cushion tilt as a study of zero gravity fatigue reduction posture, and it was the first in the world to apply Grandeur passenger seat. Since this technique requires the lower thigh angle to be raised by at least 28°, it cannot be implemented with the existing tilt mechanism, and a structure that lowers the H-Pt while maximizing the tilt amount has been added. This was also applied to the 2nd row seat, but it could not be applied to seats with the Fold&Dive function applied to increase the luggage capacity of the SUV because the cushion part moved downward in conjunction with the back. To solve this, the idea was devised to move the tilt mechanism together with the cushion part in the same direction, and a new concept mechanism was developed using TRIZ to separate the hockey bar into two in order to further lower the H-Pt position. Since this technology can be implemented only by changing some parts in the existing frame, it can be applied immediately. In addition, in the era of autonomous driving, it is expected that it will make a great contribution with technology that can increase customer satisfaction.

        대학의 연구성과에 영향을 미치는 사립대학 재정변인 탐색

        본 연구는 사립대학 재정변인과 대학의 연구성과 간의 관계와, 이들간의 관계가 대학 특성에 따라 어떻게 달라지는 지를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 대학알리미 사이트에서 수집한 공시년도 기준 2010년부터 2012년까지의 대학정보공시자료를 활용하여, 잠재성장모형(Latent Growth Curve Model: LGM)을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 대학의 양대 기능 중 하나인 연구성과의 향상을 위해서는 선행연구와 마찬가지로 전임교원당 교내연구비에 대한 투자를 좀 더 증대 할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전임교원당 교내연구비뿐만 아니라 학생당 실습비 또한 연구성과에 기여하는 변인으로 나타났으며, 전임교원당 외부연구비 수혜액에 기여하는 변인으로 학생당 교육비의 영향이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 학생의 연구, 학습이 교수의 연구활동과 무관하지 않다는 것을 시사해 주며, 대학의 연구성과를 높이기 위한 재정 지출로 교원에 대한 연구비 증액과 더불어 학생당 교육비와 실험실습비의 지출이 함께 이루어질 때 그 효과가 더 커질 수 있음을 알 수 있다. The purpose of this article is to analyze the influencing relationship between the finance variables and research performance in private universities. To achieve the research purpose, latent growth curve model were adopted. The Information Service of Higher Education(AcademyInfo) data were used for the analysis from 2010 to 2012. Based on the above analysis, the conclusions of the study are as follows: It was identified that it is necessary to increase the investment on the school research funds per 1 full-time professor to improve the research performance as it was indicated in precedent studies. As well as the school research funds per 1 full-time professor, the education expense per 1 student was also identified to be a variable that contributes to the research performance, and it was verified that the laboratory fee per 1 student is a variable of great influence as a variable that contributes to the total research funds per 1 full-time professor. This indicates that research and learning of students is not irrelevant to the research activity of professors, and proves that the effect and outcome can be improved when increased research funds for the teaching staff and education expense per 1 student and expense on the laboratory fee are realized at the same time.

        한약재 배합에 따른 탈모 방지 및 발모 촉진에 관한 연구

        N/A Objectives : This study was conducted to examine the effect of herb extract on hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion. Methods : Four baldheaded men and two partly baldheaded women were selected as the subjects of this study. After they took the herb medicine and sprayed the herb extractant, the change of hair and scalp condition, hair roots, the number of hairs, and thickness of hairs was examined. Results : It appeared that the amount of hair loss decreased gradually and new thin hairs were generated after receiving the treatment. Before the treatment, the average number of hairs in leaf was approximately 44, which was below one third of that of normal people who had about 150 hairs in the 1 cm`. After spraying and taking the herb extract for three months, the average number of hairs increased to 57, and it increased to 88 after another three months. It gradually improved and finally maintained healthy condition. According to their response, they felt confident in personal relations due to hair generation and growth. They were also concerned about beauty more than before. More than half of them were satisfied with the treatment. Conclusion : As herb extracts have being developed as various products such as medicine, perfume, cosmetics, and dyes, the herb extract which was used in this study can be applied to maintenance of healthy scalp, generation of hair, and active materials for beauty.

        대학 인문교양교육의 수업만족도와 수업효과 성장에 대한 PRIME-인문학 진흥사업의 학과 개편 효과 : 2시점 유사종단 연구

        본 연구는 PRIME-인문학진흥 사업에 따른 학과 개편이 인문교양교육의 수업만족도와 수업효과성장에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. B대학에 재학 중인 2,090명(2017년 1,075명, 2018년 1,015명)을연구대상으로 2017년부터 2018년까지 동일 설문을 실시하여 2시점 유사종단자료를 구축하였다. 학과유형에 따른 종속변인의 성장궤적 차이를 확인하기 위해 3수준 다층모형으로 분석하였다. 인문교양교육수업만족도의 경우, 초기 수준은 확대·신설학과 집단은 비교집단에 비해 낮게 나타났다. 성장모형분석 결과, 비교집단은 역성장을 보이거나 통계적으로 유의한 성장을 보이지 못했지만, 확대·신설학과집단은 유의한 성장을 보여 학과에 따른 수업만족도의 차이가 나타났다. 인문교양교육 수업효과의경우도 초기 수준은 확대·신설학과 집단이 낮았지만 1년 사이 두드러진 성장성을 보였다. This study was conducted to examine the effects of reforming departments according to the PRIME-CORE project on the satisfaction of general education and learning outcome. The samples were taken from 2,090 university students and this research compared the growth of dependent variables for 2 years (2017~2018) among three different student groups. 3-Level Multi-level Modeling was adapted to find the effects of reforming departments on outcome variables. In the case of satisfaction with general education, the Expansion and Establishment of the department’s first level was lower than the comparison groups. As a result of the analysis of the growth model, comparison groups showed negative growth or did not show significant growth. However, the Expansion and Establishment of the department group showed significant growth in 2018, and a difference was found in the growth of satisfaction maturity during the 2017-2018 period among the three groups. Also, the same results were found on the variable of learning outcome.

        2,7-Naphthalene Ligand Compounds의 전기화학 및 분광학적 특성

        The compound of 2,6-Bis[(9-phenylcarbazolyl)ethenyl]naphthalene (BPCEN-1), 2-[6-{1-Cyano-2-(9-phenylcarbazoly)vinyl}naphthyl]-3-(9-phenylcarbazolyl)acrylonitrile (BPCEN-2), 2,6-Bis[{4-(1-naphthy l)phenylamino} styrenyl] naphthalene (BNPASN-1), 2-[6-{1-Cyano-2-(naphthylphenylaminophenyl) vinyl}naphthyl]-3-(naphthylphenylaminophenyl)acrylonitrile (BNPASN-2) was analyzed electrochemically and spectroscopically and can be obtained by bonding phenylcarbazolyl, naphthylphenylaminophenyl and -CN ligands to 2,7-naphthalene. The electrochemical and spectroscopic study resulted in the P-type (BPCEN-1, BNPASN-1) being changed to N-type (BPCEN-2, BNPASN-2) according to -CN bonding despite having the same structure. The value of band gap(Eg) was revealed to be small as HOMO had shifted higher and LUMO lower. The Eg value for naphthylphenylaminophenyl ligand was reduced because it has a smaller HOMO/LUMO value than that of phenylcarbazolyl from a structural perspective. The electrochemical HOMO/LUMO values for BPCEN-1, BPCEN-2, BNPASN-1, BNPASN-2 were measured to be 5.55eV / 2.83eV, 5.73eV / 3.06eV, 5.48eV / 2.78eV, and 5.53eV / 2.98eV, respectively. By -CN ligand, the UV max, Eg and PL max were shifted to longer wavelength in their spectra and the luminescence band could be also confirmed to be broad in the photoluminescence (PL) spectrum.

        인적자원개발 프로그램의 참여와 직무능력 향상효과에 영향을 미치는 변인 분석

        이 논문은 ‘인적자본 기업패널조사’(이하 HCCP) 4차(2011)년도 근로자용 설문자료를 활용하여 다양한 인적자원개발 프로그램을 유형화하고, 인적자원개발 프로그램의 참여 유무와, 참여자가 인식하는 직무능력 향상효과에 영향을 미치는 변인을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별은 인적자원개발 프로그램 참여 유무와, 참여자가 인식하는 직무능력 향상효과에 거의 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 둘째, 정규직 여부도 인적자원개발 프로그램 참여 유무와, 참여자가 인식하는 직무능력 향상효과에 거의 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 정규직이 비정규직보다 상대적으로 높은 참여를 하며, 직무능력 향상효과도 높게 인식하였다. 셋째, 연령에 있어서, 현장학습프로그램의 참여율은 나이가 적을수록 높았으나, 개별학습프로그램 참여 후 직무능력 향상 효과에 대해서는 나이가 많을수록 높게 인식하였다. 넷째, 전반적으로 인식변인들은 참여율의 향상에는 영향을 미치지만, 참여자가 인식하는 직무능력 향상효과(개별, 통합프로그램 참여 후)에는 제한적인 영향만 보여주었다. 인적자원개발 프로그램의 참여유무에 영향을 미치는 변인을 정확하게 찾아내고, 해당 원인을 제거함으로써 인적자원 개발 프로그램의 참여율과 직무능력 향상 효과를 제고할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to classify diverse Human Resource Development (HRD) programs and to analyze variables affecting improvement effects of job ability perceived by participants and participation in HRD programs. To accomplish this purpose, logistic and multiple regression analysis were adopted for this study. Human capital corporate panel(HCCP) data were used for the analysis. Based on the above analysis, the conclusions of the study are as follows: Firstly, sex is a common variable that affects improvement effects of job ability perceived by participants and participation in HRD program. Secondly, regularity of job affects improvement effects of job ability perceived by participants and participation in HRD program commonly. Thirdly, younger people more participated in field learning program than older people. Fourthly, perception variables affect improvement of participation rate, but they affect restrictively improvement effects of job ability perceived by participants. By means of finding variables affecting participation in HRD programs and removing the pertinent cause based on above diverse result, participation rate in HRD programs and improvement effect of job ability could be raised.

        두 변수 탄성지반으로 지지된 불연속 변단면 수평 곡선부재의 자유진동

        이 논문은 두 변수 탄성지반 위에 놓인 불연속 변단면 수평 곡선부재의 자유 진동에 관한 연구이다. 회전관성과 전단변형효과를 고려하여 두 변수 탄성지반 위에 놓인 변단면 수평 곡선부재의 자유진동을 지배하는 무차원 상미분방정식을 유도하였다. 변단면은 불연속 변단면으로 채택하였고, 회전-회전, 회전-고정 및 고정-고정의 단부조건을 갖는 원호형, 포물선형, 정현형, 타원형 곡선보의 고유진동수를 산출하였다. 수치해석의 결과로 무차원 고유진동수와 곡선부재의 변수들 사이의 관계를 표 및 그림에 나타내었으며 진동형의 예를 그림과 같이 나타내었다. The main purpose of this paper is to present an analytical method for free vibration of stepped horizontally curved members on two-parameter elastic foundation. The ordinary differential equations governing the free vibration of such beams are derived as non-dimensional forms including the effects of rotatory inertia and shear deformation. The governing equations are solved numerically for the circular, parabolic, sinusoidal and elliptic curved beams with hinged-hinged, hinged-clamped and clamped-clamped end constraints. As the numerical results, the lowest four natural frequency parameters are presented as the functions of various non-dimensional system parameters. Also the typical mode shapes are presented.
