상담학 분야 전공자의 연구와 실무에 대한 인식 현황 탐색

The purpose of this study was to explore the current state of research and training concerning those with a major in counseling from the scientist-practitioner perspective. For this purpose, 350 majors in counseling were surveyed on the status of awareness of academic journal research activities, training activities, graduate school curriculum, and the counselor development scale. Among them, 311 were analyzed using the chi-square test and variance analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, the the percentage of those surveyed that recognized that academic journal research activities are necessary, helpful for counseling practice, and are helpful for counselors' basic competence and counselor development was between 77-90%. Second, 239 majors (76.8%) experienced training, which was mostly positively experienced. Third, the satisfaction level of graduate school curriculum was 3.32 on the 5-point scale. Fourth, there were differences in the experience of training according to the experience of research activities, the experience of research activities and the experience of training according to the academic background, and the number of individual counseling cases according to the results of academic journals research, and there were interaction effects between the experience of research activities and the experience of training. Fifth, the level of counselor development was found to be significantly different according to the experience of training and the number of individual counseling cases, and there was no difference in the results of academic journals research. Also, there was no interaction effect between the results of academic journals research and the number of individual counseling cases. This study is meaningful in that it can be used as basic data for the integrated development of academic research abilities and practice in the process of training counselors by exploring the perception of research and practice of majors in counseling from the scientist-practitioner perspective. Based on these results, implications for counseling and follow-up studies were discussed. 이 연구의 목적은 과학자-실무자 관점으로 상담학 분야 전공자의 연구와 실무에 대한 인식 현황을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 상담학 분야 전공자 350명을 대상으로 학술지 연구활동, 수련활동, 대학원 교육과정 등에 대한 인식 현황, 상담자 발달 척도 설문을 실시하였다. 그 중 311명의 자료를 카이검증, 분산분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 학술지 연구활동은 필요하고, 상담 실무에 도움이 되며, 상담자의 기본 역량, 상담자 발달에 도움이 된다고 인식하는 정도가 77-90%로 나타났다. 둘째, 수련 경험은 239명(76.8%)으로 대부분 수련 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학원 교육과정 만족도는 5점 척도에 평균 3.32점으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연구 활동 경험에 따른 수련 경험, 학력에 따른 연구 활동 경험과 수련경험, 학술지 연구실적에 따른 개인상담 사례 수는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연구 활동 경험과 수련 경험의 상호작용 효과는 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 상담자 발달 수준은 수련 경험, 개인 상담 사례 수에 따라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 학술지 연구실적에는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학술지 연구실적과 개인 상담 사례 수의 상호작용 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 과학자-실무자 관점으로 상담학 분야 전공자의 연구와 실무 인식을 탐색하여 상담자 양성 과정에서 학문적 연구 능력과 실무를 통합적으로 발전시키기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 것에 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 상담 및 후속연구에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

A batch-mode algorithm is proposed to increase the speed of learning in the error backpropagation algorithm with variable learning rate and variable momentum parameters in classification problems. The objective function is normalized with respect to the number of patterns and output nodes. Also the gradient of the objective function is normalized in updating the connection weights to increase the effect of its backpropagated error. The learning rate and momentum parameters are determined from a function of the gradient norm and the number of weights. The learning rate depends on the square rott of the gradient norm while the momentum parameters depend on the gradient norm. In the two typical classification problems, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Heat and mass transfer behaviors of metal hydride beds were predicted by solving a set of volume-averaged equations numerically both for the gas (hydrogen) and the solid(metal hydride) phases. Time variations of temperature and hydrogen concentration ratio distributions were obtained for internally cooled, cylindrical-shaped beds with metal(aluminum) fins imbedded in them. Also, time variations of the space-averaged hydrogen concentration ratio were obtained. Temperature and velocity of the coolant, hydrogen pressure at the gas inlet, and the fin spacing were taken as the parameters. The hydrogen absorption rate increases with the higher velocity and the lower temperature of the coolant, and with the decrease of the fin spacing. Increasing of the hydrogen pressure at the gas inlet also promotes the rate of absorption though the increasing rate gradually slows down. The amount of the hydrogen storage per unit volume of the bed decreases with the tighter fin spacing despite of the higher absorption rate ; therefore, there should be an optimum fin spacing for a given volume of the system and the amount of the hydrogen storage, in which the absorption rate is the highest.
