학습 장애아를 위한 멀티미디어 코스웨어의 설계 및 구현

지금까지의 코스웨어는 주로 우수아와 일반아를 대상으로 제작되어 왔다. 그러나 본 연구는 초등학교 학습 장애아들을 대상으로 개별화 학습 ICT 활용을 위한 멀티미디어 코스웨어를 제작하였다. 특히 학습 동기와 흥미도를 강화하여 학습 부진 요소를 제거할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 그리고 다양한 교육정보화 매체를 활용하여 자기 주도의 학습을 할 수 있도록 멀티미디어 저작도구를 사용하여 단계별 개별화 학습자료를 설계하고 개발하였다. 이를 통해 학습 장애아들이 정확한 지식을 습득할 수 있고, 사물에 대한 정확한 개념과 관심을 가질 수 있도록 하였다.
인체측정과 단층촬영법을 이용한 복부부위의 내장지방과 피하지방의 평가

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for prediction of intra - abdominal adipose tissue fat areas from age and simple anthropometric measurements in 127 adult man and women. The reference method was used computed tomography. The result follows as ' First, adult women showed higher total fat area and subcutaneous fat area and lower intra - abdominal fat area than adult men by CT scan. Secon4 The correlation coefficient between intra - abdominal fat area and waist circumference showed very high, when the age variable was included the correlation coefficient was increased. Third, adult's estimated equation developed by using age and simple anthropometric followed as ; As intra-abdominal adipose tissue fat area by CT scan was set up as a dependent variable, the equation showed: Ment=-324.98+ [0.523×age]+[-1.270×Weight]+ [-1.697×SF-Supraillac]+ [5.937×waist circumference] Women=-28A56+[1.251×age]+[2.081×Weight]+[-1A38×Hip circumference]+[0.765×waist circumference]
인체계측법 , 분절별 생체전기저항측정법 ( SIBA ) 및 이중에너지 x - ray 흡수계측법( DEXA )을 이용한 상지부위의 근량 및 체구성 측정

본 연구는 인체 특정부위, 주로 상지부위에 대해 인체계측학적 방법(인체둘레측정과 피부두겹집기법), 생체전기저항 측정법(segmental bioelectrical impedance analysis), 그리고 이중에너지 x-ray 흡수계측법(dual-energy absorptiometry)을 적용하여 그 신체구성(체지방량, 지방량 및 골미네랄 함량)을 측정, 비교하고, 전신의 체지방량(FFM)을 예측하기 위한 상지부위 체구성측정의 타당도를 평가하며, 아울러 신체부위별 체지방분포에 대한 성차를 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 20세 이상의 성인 남자 54명과 성인 여자 82명을 피험자로 하여 인체 각 부위의 인체둘레와 피하지방의 두께를 측정하였으며. SBIA를 이용하여 인체 각 부위의 임피던스값을 구하고, 상지부위의 체구성에 대해 DEXA를 이용한 기준값과의 상관도를 조사한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.첫째, 본 연구에서 상지부위의 FFM을 측정하기 위하여 적용한 인체계측학적 방정식은 다른 인체계측학 적 방정식에 비해 DEXA측정값과 높은 상관을 보였으며, 그 방정식은 다음과 같다.Upper arm Muscle area = [C - π(triceps + biceps)/2]^2/ 4π둘째, 되든 인체부위중 전신의 체구성 또는 체지방량(FFM)을 예측하기 가장 좋은 부위는 상지부위인 것으로 나타났다.셋째, 생체전기저항 측정법에서, 체지방량과 가장 높은 상관을 보인 것은 신장(Ht)을 도체의 길이로 이용한 Ht^2/_(RA+RL+RT)였다.넷째, 생체전기저항 측정법에 따르면, 좌우팔의 근량의 차이는 남자보다 여자에게서 더욱 컸으며 여성의 경우 다리부위보다 팔부위의 근육발달이 상대적으로 부진한 것으로 나타났다.마지막으로, 상지부위의 골미네랄 함량은 그 부위의 근육량과 깊은 상관을 갖는 반면, 체지방량은 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났다.
성인 여성의 연령에 따른 체구성 분포변화와 골밀도에 미치는 체구성 요인의 영향

This study was done in order to investigate the changes of segmental body composition, ie, body fat, FFM, and bone mineral content(BMC) according to aging in Korea adult woman and to evaluate the effect of body components on the bone mineral density. The subjects were composed of 86 healthy adult women who were 17 - 66 years old and they were divided three groups according to age(A group : 17-30 yrs., B groups : 31-50 yrs., C groups : more than 51 yrs.). The results were as follows : 1. Among the body components, fat mass had the highest correlation with the weight (r=0.9037. p≤0.001) and each segmental FFM showed the greatest influence on bone mineral content (r = 0.49 - 0.67) and followed by weight and body fat. 2. A significant difference among three age groups was not discovered in muscle mass of arm and trunk region, but the muscle mass in leg region represented the remarkable declination acording to aging(p≤0.001). 3. The fat mass of arm and trunk region in C groups(≥51yrs) were significantly higher than that in younger groups(p=0.003) and the fat mass of leg region in a group (17-30yrs) was significantly lower than that in older groups(p=0.001). 4. C group(≥51yrs) had significantly lower total BMC, total BMD and every segmental BMC than younger age groups(p=0.0000-0.0006). These results suggest that in about the period of menopause in women proper diet balance and weight-bearing exercise may be required to prevent from the abrupt decrease of BMD and muscle mass, especially in leg region, and the increase of body fat, especially in trunk region.
8주간 수중훈련 프로그램이 고교 축구선수 등속성 근력 및 인스텝 킥의 수행력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to show the effects of aquatic training with high school soccer player on in-step shooting speed and accuracy of kick, muscle strength of lower extremities and balance. The subjects of this study were 9 high school-soccer players with a career more than 6 years and they participated in aquatic training for 8 weeks before and after, that the study consist of in-step shooting speed, accuracy of in-step kick, isokinetic strength of ankle and knee joint and balance. We used SPSS 12.0 in order to analyze the results through the research, and compared the measurement subject by using the standard deviation of the mean. In addition, we did paired 2-sample non-parametic test for comparison of variables before and after the experiment and Spearman`s Bivariate Correlation Analysis for relationship of respective variables. The level of significance is set up to 0.05 The results of the study were as follows; 1. In the shooting speed was significantly differentiated pre and post-test(p<.05). 2. In the accuracy of in-step kick was significantly differentiated pre and post-test(p<.05). 3. In the muscle strength of knee flexor and extensor were improvement pre and post but not significantly differentiated. In the muscle strength of ankle dorsiflexor and plantarflexor were significantly differentiated(p<.05). 4. In the one leg standing, muscle strength of the left leg was improvement but not significantly differentiated and the right leg was significantly differentiated(p<.05). 5. Right ankle plantarflexor was significantly differentiated with exercise performance of in-step kick pre and post(p<.05), balance was significantly differentiated with high and mean speed pre and post(p<.05). Therefore, based on the result, it is indicated that the aquatic training had a positive effect on the shooting speed, accuracy of kick, muscle strength of lower extremities and balance. It is considered that give helps to improve ball speed and accuracy.
