In this study, we analyze the personal mobility ecosystem as an example of digital transformation. To do this, we first look at the characteristics of digital transformation in general and in the mobility field. Next, we redefined personal mobility centered on the existing value chain of passenger transportation and newly introduced services. The definition also shows the scope of analysis of this study. After examining the existing value chain (linear model, division of labor) in the existing passenger transport sector, we draw a mobility innovation ecosystem. Policy trends of major countries related to personal mobility, and the types of conflicts and their settlement cases in the introduction process are followed. Although there are not many conflicts in Korea because new services are not allowed yet, this approach can be used as a basis to minimize the related disputes and to enable the introduction of the services in future. We also examined the perception of mobility service adoption from the viewpoint of users (general user, driver) and the perception of future market prospects. Through the survey, we can gather the needs of the users to be incorporated as one of the subjects of the mobility ecosystem. As a result, this study analyzed the mobility of passenger transportation in terms of four major ecosystem entities: market (operator), government, user and driver. Finally, policy implications are derived through this analysis.

service industry has become the integral part of economy。 And the activation of industry requires a scientific and systematic approach. As one of these kinds of efforts, IBM presented a service model which consisted of strategies, processes, technology, manpower and so on through Service Science. And IBM raised the needs of considering the main issue and methodology of service model’s scientific approach. On that account. this study worked out factorial definitions and measurable items by the four components of service model presented by Service Science in order for it to be measured through studies on related literature and interviews of specialists. In order to prepare an opportunity of categorizing the conception of the service model of which character was strongly intangible and of systematically approaching to it. the investigator examined related literature and applied it QFD methodology Through this kind of redefinition, the investigator concretely conceptualized the service model which was standstill at the level of theoretical approach so far and presented guidelines with which researchers could classify it more concretely In addition, the investigator tried to present a systematic frame which could be applied to business by working-level officials or decision-makers. Therefore, the investigator expects that study findings will be used as references for the design or implementation of service-oriented business model.

Acoustic-Mechanical coupling effect on piping dynamics is examined on site with measurement and analytical development. In this article, a multi-treater piping system with regeneration process in OCU (Olefin Conversion Unit) plant is subjected to investigation since significant piping vibration prevents the normal operation when some specific combinations of two Treaters are operated. There is severe piping and structure vibration problem especially with increased capacity. Measurement in frequency domain shows two peaks so close each other to result in high amplitude in the piping system vibration by beating phenomenon. In search of solution, extra safety valve is manually opened to increase the acoustic volume which changes the acoustic natural frequency in the subjected piping system and decrease the vibration. Analytical study with acoustic analysis software is also conducted and it shows the same results as the actual piping dynamics. Based on the acoustic study, piping modification is designed and applied to the piping system and vibration improvement is achieved as expected.
