병원건축물 리모델링에 대한 경제적 타당성 연구를 통하여 리모델링에 대한 효율성을 신축과 비교하여 평가방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 경제적 타당성에 대한 평가방안을 제시하기 위해 기존의 건축분야의 경제적 평가기법들과 부동산분야의 감정평가기법들을 조사하여 특징과 문제점을 분석한 후 연구의 기본 방향을 설정하였다. 이를 토대로 타당성 평가방안의 개념과 절차를 수립하고, 기존연구와 자료를 조사분석하여 단계별 방안을 제시하였으며 실제사례를 적용하여 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 효율적인 병원건축물의 리모델링에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. Recently our country need to change about hospital building operation and business change.The recent real estate development projects are made in very complex due to the diversity of development method or its legal aspects. Under such a real estate investment, the review of investment yield rate is fundamentally important for the one that invests and the one that finances it. Previously, the focus was in the review of the time to turn the surplus or the plan for making repayment of the borrowings, and without the analysis of sufficient investment yield rate. For a simple issue of finding the most advantageous project method, there is a need for reviewing the taxation issues, fund procurement method, legal aspects, policy analysis aspects and others. Therefore, the real estate investment is now likely to encounter the form of having the time of venture as well. In conclusion, the scientific and reasonable decision making in investing on the real estate does not suggest the absolute evaluation standard but the need and the use are more and more demanded.

공동주택 리모델링 사업의 동의율 확보 제약요인에 관한 연구

최근 공동주택 리모델링을 둘러싼 여건의 변화는 리모델링과 관련된 제도적인 변화와 거주민의 요구사항의 변화에 있다. 이 중에 제도적 변화를 제외하고 리모델링의 추진에 대한 단지 내 주민들의 의사를 어떻게 조정할 것인가가 주요한 과제로 대두되고 있다. 재건축의 대안으로서 리모델링에 대한 관심이 점차 높아지고 있지만, 그 동안의 연구들이 대부분 리모델링의 활성화에만 주력하면서 리모델링의 시행에 따라 제기될 수 있는 여러 문제점들에 대해서는 상대적으로 관심이 부족한 경향이 있었다. 그 중 주민 동의율 확보의 저해요인은 리모델링의 사업추진 및 승인과정을 어렵게 하고 있어 리모델링 사업주체와 관할 행정당국은 미처 예상치 못한 새로운 난제에 직면하고 있다. 그러므로 리모델링 사업의 활성화를 위해서는 주민의 동의율 확보를 위한 대책과 방안제시가 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 리모델링 사업추진시 주민들이 중요하게 생각하는 요인들을 규명하여 사업추진시 제약요인을 분석함으로써, 동의율을 확보하는데 효율적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Until now, the domestic construction market has been formed focusing on new construction and reconstruction in the apartment industry. Recently, however, the remodeling market for old structures have shown a tendency towards land shortage and land price increases in the major cities : the reinforcement of regulations regarding reconstruction ; expenditure reduction and the solving of environmental problems by regarding old structures is pursuing low costs and maximum efficiency. The interest in remodeling is increasing, however, remodeling has not been successfully initiated in the apartment division for a reasonable period of time. Consequently to acquire mutual agreement for remodeling from the residential occupants. In order to evaluate profitability, it is necessary to set priorities and reasonable criteria for remodelling and to this end, it is also required to assess each fact of remodelling in view of both customers and supplied.

독립인 두 모집단 설계에서의 표본수 비교

임상시험을 시행하는 경우 위약을 신약과 비교하는 경우가 대다수이다. 기존에 독립인 두 모 집단의 표본수를 계산하는 방법으로 모수적 방법에서는 t검정을 이용하였고, 비모수적 방법에서는 Wilcoxon 순위합검정 (Wilcoxon, 1945)을 이용하였다. 본 논문에서는 Orban과 Wolfe (1982)가 제안한 선형위치통계량의 검정법과, Kim (1994)이 선형위치통계량에 기초하여 계산한 검정력의 결과를 이용하여 표본수 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 앞서 제안한 방법의 표본수를 기존의 Wilcoxon 순위합검정을 이용하여 Wang 등 (2003)이 제안한 공식을 이용한 표본수, 그리고 모수적 방법을 이용한 t검정의 표본수와 비교하였다. For clinical trials, it is common to compare the placebo and new drug. The method of calculating a sample size for two independent populations are the t-test that is used for parametric methods, and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test that is used in the non-parametric methods. In this paper, we propose a method that is using Kim's (1994) statistic power based on the linear placement statistic, which was proposed by Orban and Wolfe (1982). We also compare the sample size for the proposed method with that for using Wang et al. (2003)'s sample size formula which is based on Wilcoxon rank-sum test, and with that of t-test for parametric methods.

기업의 국제화 -인적자원을 중심으로: 삼성 미래전략그룹의 사례

국제화는 세계시장으로 나아가고자 하는 기업이 필연코 추구해야 하는 과제이다. 이러한 국제화의 당위성에 비하여 경영자들은 국제화의 실행상의 어려움을 호소하는 것이 현실이다. 국제화의 구체적인 방법론에 대한 이해가 부족하기 때문이다. 특히 한국기업의 경우, 이러한 실행상의 난점이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 삼성그룹의 미래전략그룹의 사례를 분석적으로 제시함으로써 국제화의 구체적인 방법론에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다. 1997년 설립 시점부터 2006년까지의 심층적인 역사적 자료와 인터뷰를 기반으로, 삼성그룹은 어떻게 국제화를 실제 진전시키고 있는가를 설명한다. 본 사례는 조직구성요소의 가장 미묘할 수 있는 인적자원(사람)을 통해 국제화를 추구하는 비교적 드문 경우를 보여준다. 10여년의 장기적인 투자를 통해서 미래전략그룹은 삼성의 국제화에 의미있는 공헌을 하고 있다. 사례에서 드러나는 바와 같이, 기업의 국제화는 뛰어난 전략의 수립만으로는 불가능하다. 조직의 변화가 이루어질 때 비로소 국제화가 진행되는 것이다. 조직변화의 핵심에는 결국 사람의 변화가 자리잡고 있다. Globalization is a management imperative for companies aspiring to become serious players in the world market. While being well aware of the importance of globalization, companies tend to find it difficult to implement largely because they do not know specifically how to do it. It is particularly true to many Korean companies. The present paper is an exploratory study to uncover methodologies of or approaches to globalization. Specifically, it analyzes the case of Samsung Global Strategy Group (SGSG) with the historical data since its inception in 1997. The case illustrates a rare case of globalization by changing perhaps the subtlest element of an organization, i.e., people. Overcoming the initial difficulties, SGSG is now achieving the twin goals of globalizing Samsung and developing global managers. As revealed in the case, globalization is to be seen as change management. Korean companies may learn important lessons from the case by gaining insight that globalization is much more than brilliant strategies. It comes only when the organization globalizes.

In recent years, changes in circumstances surrounding apartment remodeling is very encouraging when viewed from the activation of remodeling. The opposition of other residents about promotion of the Remodeling of just how would adjust the principal that has been challenging, funding for the renovation and refurbishment of the asset value after the change has emerged as a key issue. Especially, despite the many media reports, the property value effects by remodeling that rising real estate prices have not clearly been proven, and financial institutions since rise of the renovation of the asset value also have significant and conservative evaluation, the tenant have difficulties in remodeling for the procurement of funding, as well as a significant success of the renovation project is not to be convinced. System improvement makes remodeling the block of the city be more efficient overall direction and management must promote harmoniously, while also minimizing public expenditure substantially, remodel to support the institutional measures should be taken.

제품혁신의 체계화와 지속화

제품혁신은 기업 경쟁력의 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 다양한 이론과 개념적인 연구에도 불구하고, 실제 기업경영에 있어서 제품혁신을 구체적으로 어떻게 이루어 나갈 것인가는 어려운 주제이다. 이러한 맥락에서, 본 사례는 기업의 제품혁신이 어떻게 체계적으로 조직화되고 지속화될 수 있는가를 다루고 있다. 구체적으로, 삼성전자가 원가 절감과 제품 혁신을 위해 설치한 VIP 센터가 어떻게 운용되고 있으며 실제 어떤 과정을 거쳐 히트 상품을 개발했는지를 살펴보고, 기업의 혁신 활동이 어떻게 이루어져야 하는지에 대한 토론을 유도하고자 한다. 기업의 부서 간 장벽을 무너뜨리고 조직원들이 일상 업무에서 벗어나 자유로운 상태에서 아이디어를 내서 고객 가치 향상 방안을 탐구하고 원가 절감 방안을 논의, 성과를 내온 삼성전자 VIP 센터는 기업 혁신 활동의 구체적인 모델을 제시해준다. 또한 다양한 혁신 수단을 제품 개발 프로세스에 어떻게 접목하고 있는지에 대해서도 본 사례는 시사점을 제공하고 있다. Product innovation sits at the core of firm competitiveness. With all the existing studies on the topic, how to actually put product innovation into action awaits further elaboration. The present case introduces the VIP center of Samsung Electronics, where cost reduction and product innovation efforts are conducted. Specifically, the case reveals how Samsung Electronics runs the innovation center, what are the programs for innovation, and how it maintains innovation efforts on an on-going basis. Readers are invited to discuss the case to draw implications on how a company should manage product innovation in a more systematic and sustainable manner.

Mycoplasma pulmonis의 LAMP를 이용한 ELISA 법 개발

Mycoplasma pulmonis infection causes chronic respiratory disease and decreases reproductive efficiency. Infected mice display inactivity, weight loss, and ruffled hair coat, but the most prominent signs are "chattering" and dyspnea, due to rhinitis and purulent exudate in nasal passages. In this study we developed the ELISA method for M. pulmonis using LAMP (Lipid-Associated Membrane Protein) of Mycoplasma pulmonis. We isolated M. pulmonis from bronchial flushing fluid of conventionally housed mice and rats. The LAMP of isolated M. pulmonis is used in ELISA antigen development The results of serological test, in the ELISA with LAMP of M. pulmonis, were equal to those of a commercial ELISA kit. Our ELISA method will be used to eradicate Mycoplasma pulmonis infection in laboratory animal facilities and contribute to quality control of laboratory animals.
