인터넷전화(VoIP)의 품질보장제도 및 번호이동제도의 게임이론적 효과분석

This paper studies the economic effects of telecommunications policies within a vertically differentiated duopoly. VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) has been newly introduced in telecommunication market where the incumbent firms have provided PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) telephony service. The government adopted the minimum quality standard for VoIP operations to increase the voice qualities serviced and consumed. Theoretical explanations for basic minimum required voice quality standard policy have been developed in the game context of PSTN telephony which represent the incumbent high quality service and VoIP which represent relatively low quality service. In this vertical product differentiation, where consumers derive a benefit from quality, PSTN and VoIP firms determine the competitive prices. In equilibrium, the government regulation for voice quality lowers the PSTN price. The price of VoIP, however, rises only when the marginal cost is relatively high. Moreover, the minimum required quality standard enhances both PSTN and VoIP market but lowers the profit of both providers. Thus regulatory formulas which mandate a minimum quality have been found to be welfare improving. I also extend the basic model by adding the regulatory scheme of VoIP-PSTN number portability. The government recently planned to begin the number portability system which enable users to keep current local phone number of PSTN telephony for VoIP based calls. This policy is designed to encourage the VoIP market since the current 070 VoIP number caused to hesitate VoIP subscription. The analysis demonstrates that the number portability lowers the PSTN price and raises the VoIP price. Moreover, the number portability increases the demand of VoIP service but shrinks the PSTN service. As a result, the PSTN telephony’s surplus is transferred to the VoIP service provider through the minimum required quality standard and number portability policies.

프랜차이즈 사업자와 일반 사업자간 경쟁과 제품 차별화 전략

본 연구는 프랜차이즈 사업자와 일반 사업자가 수직적으로 차별화된 시장에서 서로 가격경쟁을 하는 경우 각 사업자의 수평적 차별화 전략을 3단계 게임으로 모형화하고 분석한다. 먼저 두 사업자의 제품 품질이 외생적으로 결정된 상황에서 각 사업자는 제품에 대한 수평적 차별화 전략을 결정한다. 이후 프랜차이즈 사업자의 시장진입이 결정되면, 가맹본부와 가맹점 사업자간의 프랜차이즈 계약이 체결되고, 마지막 단계에서 가맹점 사업자와 기존 사업자는 수직적, 수평적 차별화된 제품으로 가격경쟁을 한다. 연구결과에 의하면 두 사업자가 제공하는 제품의 품질 차이가 미미한 경우, 두 사업자는 수평적 차별화를 극대화한다. 한편 프랜차이즈 사업자가 상대적으로 고품질의 제품을 제공하고 있을 때 일반 사업자가 제공하는 제품과의 품질 차이가 일정 수준에 이르면 두 사업자간의 수평적 차별화 전략은 서로 다르게 나타난다. 상대적으로 고품질의 제품을 제공하는 프랜차이즈 사업자는 수평적 차별화를 극소화하고, 반대로 일반 사업자는 수평적 차별화를 극대화한다. 한편 프랜차이즈 사업자가 제공하는 제품의 품질이 일반 사업자 제품 품질보다 월등히 뛰어나면 일반 사업자는 시장에서 퇴출된다. 마찬가지로 일반 사업자가 제공하는 제품의 품질이 월등히 뛰어난 경우 프랜차이즈 사업자는 시장에 진입하지 못한다. This article analyzes duopoly competition between franchise and incumbent firm when products are differentiated vertically and horizontally. Vertical differentiation is associated with the existence of product quality gaps, while horizontal differentiation occurs when products differ according to variety. Three stage games are constructed within the quality variations. In the first stage, franchise and incumbent firm choose the location in Hotelling’s linear city as a spatial framework for horizontal differentiation. In the second stage, the franchise contract is designed between the franchisor and franchisee. Finally, the franchise and incumbent firm compete in price. The results reveal that subgame perfect equilibrium involves maximum horizontal differentiation when the quality variation is small enough. However, a franchise chooses minimum horizontal differentiation while an incumbent firm chooses maximum horizontal differentiation when the quality of a product provided by the franchise is relatively higher than that of an incumbent firm.

<장백전>의 <규염객전> 수용과 소설사적 의미

<낙성비룡>의 구성적 특징과 소설사적 위상 -<소대성전>과의 비교 검토를 통해서-

이 논문은 <낙성비룡>의 특징과 소설사적 위상을 살피는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선 <소대성전>과의 비교를 통해 <낙성비룡>이 지니는 제반 특징들을 다음과 같은 세 가지 측면에서 검토하였다. 우선 갈등의 양상은 고난이 단계적으로 심화되는 데, 이때 부각되는 것은 고난의 심각함이 아니라, 이경모에 대한 옹호와 박대가 현명함과 어리석음의 대비로 나타난다는 데 있다. 특히 설생 부부의 등장은 양자의 대비를 강조하기 위한 화소라고 파악하였다. 다음으로 영웅 형상의 경우 寬厚한 인품과 賢士的 기질을 바탕으로 한다는 점에서 충동적이고 감정적인 영웅소설(소대성)의 주인공과 다른 지향을 보인다고 파악하였다. 한편 낙성비룡은 작품 말미에 이경모의 풍류적이고 여유로운 자세로 交遊하는 모습을 한 장에 걸쳐 서술하고 있는데, 이는 조화로운 세계로의 지향을 보이고 있다고 하였다. 소설사적 위상과 관련해서 먼저 <낙성비룡>이 <소대성전>의 영향을 받아 창작되었음을 考察하는 한편 여성층이 주된 향유층이었을 것으로 파악하였다. 그리고 이러한 기반 하에 <낙성비룡>의 미감들이 장편소설을 지향하고 있음을 검토하였다. 요컨대 <낙성비룡>은 <소대성전>의 영향을 받아 창작되었지만, 장편소설에 익숙한 향유층에 의해 유통되었으며, 이러한 면모는 소설의 유형간 교섭이 활발하던 19세기 소설사의 한 풍경으로 이해할 수 있다. This study is aimed to examine the characteristics and position of < Nakseongbiryong > in novel history. For this purpose, this study examined the characteristics of < Nakseongbiryong > from the following three aspects in comparison with < Sodaeseongjeon >. Firstly, as for the conflict pattern, the hardship is gradually intensified, where the highlights are placed on the advocation for Lee, Gyeong-Mo and the comparison between wisdom and foolishness of Bak Dae-Ga rather than the seriousness of the hardship. In particular, the appearance of Seolsang couple is regarded as the narrative element to emphasize the contrast between the two. Secondly, as for the hero image, this novel is regarded as having different orientation from other impulsive and emotional heroic novel (Sodaeseongjeon) in that the hero figure is based on generous character and wise disposition. On the other hand, < Nakseongbiryong > depicts the social activities of Lee, Gyeong-Mo in a poetic and relaxed attitude on one page, which demonstrates the orientation toward harmonized world. Based on it, the world view of < Nakseongbiryong > is seeking for optimistic and relaxed one, which is also different from the ones of other heroic novels. In terms of position in novel history, this study examined that < Nakseongbiryong > was influenced by < Sodaeseongjeon >, and that nevertheless, the orientation of < Nakseongbiryong > was at a full-length story. These features of < Nakseongbiryong > may be understood as one of the cross-sections in the 19^th century novels.

첨단정보산업단지 육성을 위한 정부의 정책방향

지식기반산업으로서의 첨단정보산업의 공간적 집적은 거래비용의 감소라는 측면보다는 혁신과 지식의 창출 측면이 강조되고 있다. 첨단정보산업단지의 조성과 발전을 위해서 정부는 법ㆍ제도의 정비뿐 아니라, 지식기반산업 육성의 견인 및 촉매자 역할을 수행하여야 한다. 우리나라의 경우 국토의 균형발전과 산업육성을 목적으로 건설교통부가 산업단지의 공급정책을 담당하고 있으며, 산업자원부가 수요정책을 담당하는 이원화된 체계로 구성되어 있으며, 지방자치단체는 중앙부처의 하위기관으로서 산업단지 개발에 있어 그 역할이 매우 국한적이다. 항후 첨단정보산업단지를 육성하기 위해서는 첫째, 지식기반산업의 육성과 지역혁신체계의 구축 등 지역의 산업정책과 병행된 입지정책이 수립되어야 한다. 둘째, 단지의 공급과 수요가 조화를 이루는 통합된 산업단지정책으로 변모하여야 한다. 셋째, 획일화된 단지정책에서 탈피하여 지역의 특성에 맞게 연구개발기능과 벤처기업 중심의 생산기능이 조화를 이루는 복합단지개발이 단계적으로 이루어져야 한다. Innovation process rarely encompasses the national scene but would appear to be congruent with meso-level, regional or sectoral realities that are the genuine source of synergies and social learning. Regional innovation system deserves special emphasis on the technology innovation and knowledge spillover. In Korea, the policy of industrial park have been developed dichotomously by the ministry of commerce, industry and energy and the ministry of construction and transportation. Government plays an important role to facilitate knowledge-based economic and social growth not only as a policy maker or strategic initiator but as a coordinator. Spatial industry cluster should be accompanied by the regional industry policy and followed by regional innovation system. The policy succeeded in creating a commercially viable innovation in the sense that a technology was created for which private ventures would voluntarily create the facilitating structure needed to put it into production.

〈옥루몽〉의 악녀 서사

본고는 〈옥루몽〉에 나타난 ‘황소저-위부인-춘월’의 악인 형상이 작가의 치밀한 구상에 따른 결과임을 밝히기 위해 〈옥련몽〉에서 〈옥루몽〉으로의 개작 과정에 주목하였다. 〈옥루몽〉에서 황태후의 친척으로 설정된 위부인은 황소저의 악행을 대신 담당한다. 때문에 그녀는 〈옥련몽〉과 달리 징치의 대상이 된다. 위부인은 모친 마씨의 묘소가 있는 추자동에 유폐된 후 꿈에서 마씨에게 형벌을 받는데, 이는 가문의 위세를 믿고 교만했던 위부인이 바로 그 가문의 수치로 낙인찍힘으로써 그녀의 명분 자체가 파괴되었음을 의미한다. 한편, 황소저-위부인의 시녀인 춘월은 악행의 대리적 존재라는 점에서 주인의 죄악을 대신하여 귀와 코가 잘린다. 그런데 그 순간 역설적으로 춘월의 신체는 자신의 신체가 된다. 괴물이 된 존재는 쓸모가 없다. 때문에 춘월은 보다 더 악독하게 벽성선 음해의 중심부로 들어온다. 위부인 · 춘월의 악인 형상 강화되면서 황소저는 악녀로서의 이미지가 희석된다. 그러면서 악인의 가면 뒤에 감추어져 있던 그녀의 인간적 고뇌와 내면의 목소리가 드러난다. 물론 투기의 죄악을 부정할 수는 없기 때문에 그녀는 그로테스크한 방식으로 징치되며, 회과의 과정도 길다. 그러나 그 과정에서 그녀의 죄과-회과의 방향은 오직 투기에만 집중된다. 그 결과 그녀는 자신의 투기에 대해 진지하게 고민할 수 있게 되었고, 투기의 문제가 근본적으로 양창곡과의 결혼에서 오는 무의식적 불안감 때문임을 깨닫게 되었다. 결론을 겸해서 악녀 서사의 의의를 두 가지로 파악하였다. 우선, 세 악녀의 형상 변화는 서사적 설정을 고려한 것이다. 벽성선에 대한 황소저의 투기는 천상에서 천요성과 벽성선의 갈등을 지상으로 전개시킨 것이다. 그런데 황소저는 악녀이면서 한편으로 결연의 대상이기도 하다. 이런 점이 고려되어 악행의 주체이나 악녀의 이미지를 희석시킨 것으로 파악하였다. 다음으로 징치의 그로테스크한 방식이 공교하다. 세 사람의 그로테스크한 징치는 모두 악행의 명분=징치의 명분으로 전개된다는 점에서 일관된다. 동시에 징치의 과정에서 나타날 수 있는 다양한 그로테스크 방식의 스펙트럼을 보여주고 있다. 이는 기법적 측면에서 작가의 역량을 보여 준다. The present study paid attention to the process of adapting “Okreanmong” for “Okrumong” in an attempt to demonstrate that the configuration of the villains ‘Lady Whang-Madam Wi-Chunwol’ in “Okrumong” was the outcome of the author’s elaborate idea. In “Okrumong”, Madam Wi, who is set as the empress dowager’s relative, does something wicked on behalf of Lady Whang. As a result, she is castigated unlike in “Okreanmong”. After Madam Wi is confined in Chuga-dong where her mother Ma’s grave is she is punished by her mother in her dream. It indicates that Madam Wi is branded as a disgrace to her family for her arrogance based on the authority of her family and her honor is destroyed. In the meantime, Chunwol, who is the maid for Lady Whang and Madam Wi, loses her ears and nose for her mistresses because she is the proxy of their misdeeds. Ironically, then, the body of Chunwol becomes her own one. A person who turns to a monster is useless. Because of this, Chunwol takes a central part in maliciously slandering Byeok Sung-sun. As the villain image of Madam Wi and Chunwol is reinforced, the image of Lady Whang as malefactress is diluted. At the same time, her humane pain and inner voice hidden behind the mask of a villain are revealed. Of course, Lady Whang can’t avoid castigation for her attempt to kill Byeok Sung-sun out of jealousy, so she is punished in a grotesque way and takes a long path to repentance. In the process, her repentance is fully focused on her jealousy. As a result, she can deeply think of her jealousy and realizes that the root of her jealousy lies in her unconscious anxiety from the marriage with Yang Chang-kok. In conclusion, the epic of the malefactresses in “Okrumong” has two significances. First, the configuration of three malefactresses changes in consideration of epic setting. Lady Whang’s jealousy of Byeok Sung-sun is on the extension line of the conflict between Chun Yo-sung and Byeok Sung-sun in the heaven. By the way, Lady Whang is the character of both malefaction and relationship. Therefore, her malefic image is diluted though she is a malefactress. Second, her castigation is elaborately grotesque. All three characters are similar in that their misdeeds are based on causes and they all are punished with grotesque castigations for the causes. At the same time, they show various spectrums in the process of the grotesque castigations. This evidences the author’s competence in writing skills.

지난 10년간 네트워크 기반의 컴퓨터 공격은 급격히 증가했으며 이에 따라 보안 기술도 발달하게 되었다. 칩입탐지시스템은 컴퓨터 보안 기술로써 발전되어 왔으나 과도한 침입시도정보의 발생과 그 대부분이 긍정오류(false positive)를 발생시킴으로써 실제로 관리하는데 많은 어려움을 준다. 이러한 문제에 대안으로 여러 연구들이 진행되어 왔으며 칩입시도정보의 축약을 통한 관리적 측면에서의 효율을 높이는 연구도 진행되고 있다. 그러한 연구들의 한 방법으로서 속성중심귀납법(Attribute Oriented Induction, 이하 AOI)은 침입시도정보를 속성정보에 기반 하며 의미 있는 묶음으로 클러스터링 하는 방식이다. 본 논문은 이 방식에서의 문제점을 분석하였으며 그 해결책으로써 본 논문에서는 위험수위 기반 AOI 클러스터링 기법을 제시하였다.

지각된 실행기능 수준이 중학생의 수학성적에 미치는 영향

수학 과목은 중고등학교 교과과정에서 매우 중요한 과목인 동시에 학생들이 가장 싫어하는 과목중의 하나이 다. 본 연구는 중학생의 실제 수학성적을 예측하는 실행기능의 효과를 탐구하였으며, 이 변인의 효과가 다른 심리적 변인의 효과를 통제한 후에도 유의미한지를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 실행기능 수준은 동기와 태도변인을 통제한 후에 도 그들의 수학성적을 예측하는 유의미한 변인이었다. 이 변인의 효과는 특히 수학성적이 낮은 중학생의 경우 더 강 했으며, 오히려 수학성적이 높은 학생의 경우에는 생물학적 변인의 효과만이 유의미한 것으로 드러나, 성적에 따라 인지적, 심리적 요인을 고려한 다른 유형의 학습지도가 필요함을 시사하였다. Mathematics is among the most important subjects in the middle school curriculum, yet the most hated subjects by students. The present study investigated the role of perceived executive functioning on the middle school student's mathematics achievement, after controlling for other psychological factors. Results showed that the students’ levels of executive functioning was predictive of their mathematics achievement test scores, even after motivational and attitude variables were controlled. The impact of the executive functioning was especially noticeable for the low achievers. On the other hand, for those whose scores were high, biological variables were the only significant predictors of their scores. The results of the present study imply that the intervention programs for improving mathematics achievement of middle school students should consider the different effect of cognitive and psychological factors on their achievements.

고유수용성 신경근 촉진법 하지 패턴에 기초한 탄력밴드 훈련이 만성 편마비 환자의 보행에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of a Elastic Theraband Exercise Based of PNF L/E pattern on the gait of the chronic Hemiplegic Patients. Methods : We selected the 20 chronic Hemiplegic Patients not given treatment now and divided them into two groups of both 10 Elastic Theraband group and 10 Self Exercise. The first group went through a Elastic Theraband Exercise Based of PNF L/E pattern 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, for 6 weeks. Exercise used to blue elastic band which 2 patterns of PNF by 1) hip extension - abduction - internal rotation with knee extension. 2) hip flexion - adduction - external rotation with knee flexion. The latter group experienced Self Exercise, 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, for 6 weeks. Firstly, we measured the absolute improvement of gait velocity(m/s), cadence(steps/min) among walking characters. Secondly, we measured the functional walking ability such as Functional Ambulatory Category(FAC, score out of 5), Modified Motor Assesment Scale(MMAS, score out of 6). Data analysis was performed with using SPSS 12.0 win program. The descriptive analysis was used to obtain average and standard deviation. The independent t-test and the paired t-test were used to compare both the groups about pre and post training test. Treatment effects were established by pre and post assessment. Subjects tolerated the training well without side-effects. Therefore, the results of this study were as follows; Results : 1. There was a more significant improvement of Gait velocity(0.12m/s) Elastic Theraband group(p<.05). 2. There was a more significant improvement of cadence(9.40steps/min) Elastic Theraband group(p<.05). Conclusion : As we can see from above, the findings suggest that Elastic Theraband may be more effective than the Self Exercise for improving some gait parameters such as Gait velocity and Cadency. This conclusion also suggest that Elstic Theraband is more effective for the improvement of gait of chronic Hemiplegic Patients.
