        광검출기 응용을 위하여 스퍼터된 미세결정 SiGe 박막성장 연구

        For the application of photo-detector as active layer, we have studied how to deposit SiGe thin film using an independent Si target and Ge target, respectively. Both targets were synthesized by purity of 99.999%. Plasma generators were generated by radio frequency (rf, 13.56 MHz) and direct current (dc) power. When Ge and Si targets were sputtered by dc and rf power, respectively, we could observe the growth of highly crystalline Ge thin film at the temperature of $400^{\circ}C$ from the result of raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction method. However, SiGe thin film did not deposit above method. Inversely, we changed target position like that Ge and Si targets were sputtered by rf and dc power, respectively. Although Ge crystalline growth without Si target sputtering deteriorated considerably, the growth of SiGe thin film was observed with increase of Si dc power. SiGe thin film was evaluated as microcrystalline phase which included (111) and (220) plane by X-ray diffraction method.

        Molecular Characterization of Extracellular Medium-chain-lengthPoly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) Depolymerase Genes fromPseudomonas alcaligenes Strains

        A bacterial strain M4-7 capable of degrading various polyesters, such as poly(ε-caprolactone), poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate),poly(3hydroxyoctanoate), and poly(3-hydroxy-5-phenylvalerate),was isolated from a marine environment and identified as Pseudomonas alcaligenes. The relative molecular mass of a purified extracellular medium-chain-length poly(3-hydroxyalkanoate) (MCL-PHA)depolymerase (PhaZPalM4-7) from P. alcaligenes M4-7 was 28.0 kDa, as determined by SDS-PAGE. The PhaZPalM4-7 was most active in 50 mM glycine-NaOH buffer (pH 9.0) at 35oC. It was insensitive to dithiothreitol, sodium azide, and iodoacetamide, but susceptible to p-hydroxymercuribenzoic acid,bromosuccinimide, acetic anhydride, EDTA, diisopropyl fluorophosphate, phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride,Tween 80, and Triton X-100. In this study, the genes encoding MCL-PHA depolymerase were cloned,sequenced, and characterized from a soil bacterium, P. alcaligenes LB19 (Kim et al., 2002, Biomacromolecules 3, 291-296) as well as P. alcaligenes M4-7. The structural gene (phaZPalLB19) of MCL-PHA depolymerase of P. alcaligenes LB19 consisted of an 837 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding a protein of 278 amino acids with a deduced Mr of 30,188 Da. However, the MCL-PHA depolymerase gene (phaZPalM4-7) of P. alcaligenes M4-7 was composed of an 834 bp ORF encoding a protein of 277 amino acids with a deduced Mr of 30,323 Da. Amino acid sequence analyses showed that, in the two different polypeptides, a substrate-binding domain and a catalytic domain are located in the N-terminus and in the C-erminus,respectively. The PhaZPalLB19 and the PhaZPalM4-7 commonly share the lipase box, GISSG,in their catalytic domains, and utilize 111Asn and 110Ser residues, respectively, as oxyanions that play an important role in transition-state stabilization of hydrolytic reactions.         태양전지응용을 위하여 MOCVD 방법으로 성장된 ZnO 박막의 기판온도에 따른 표면특성

        우리는 MOCVD (metal organic chemical vapor deposition)법을 이용하여 DEZ (Diethylzinc)을 운송하는 Ar 유속과 reactant (반응물질)의 종류에 따른 ZnO 박막 증착을 연구하였다. Bubbler 시스템을 통하여 주입되는 Ar 유속에 의해 Zn 소스인 DEZ의 양이 조절된다. 산소 기체와 수증기는 산화를 위해 반응물질로 사용된다. 본 연구로부터 표면의 거칠기(surface roughness)는 반응물질의 종류와 DEZ Ar 유속에 관계되며 박막의 두께에 의존한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 기판 온도는 산소를 반응물로 하는 상태에서는 표면 거칠기에 영향을 주지 못함을 알 수 있었다. 우리는 ZnO 박막이 90 sccm (Standard Cubic Centimeter per Minute)의 DEZ Ar 유속, 8 Pa의 수증기압, 그리고 $140^{\circ}C$의 기판 온도에서 39.16 mm의 가장 높은 거칠기를 가진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문은 태양전지의 광 흡수층으로 사용가능한 ZnO 박막을 연구하였다. We report on the deposition of ZnO films using a metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) as a function of pushing pressure and kind of reactant such as oxygen gas and water A diethylzinc (DEZ) is supplied and controlled by Ar pushing pressure through bubbling system. Oxygen gas and water are used as reactant in order to form oxidation. We knew that the surface roughness is related in the process conditions such as reactant kind and DEZ flow rate. A substrate temperature has little role of surface roughness with $O_2$ reactant. However, $H_2O$ reactant makes it to increase over the 20 times. We could get the maximum roughness of 39.16 nm at the 90 sccm of DEZ Ar flow rate, the 8 Pa of $H_2O$ vapor pressure, and the $140^{\circ}C$ of substrate temperature. In this paper, we investigated the ZnO films for the application to the light absorption layer of solar cell layer.

        조선 후기 서민(庶民) 여성작가(女性作家)의 시문(詩文)에 나타난 현실인식과 지향의식 - 김삼의당(金三宜堂)과 강정일당(姜靜一堂)을 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 조선 후기 몰락한 양반가의 서민 여성작가를 대표하는 구체적인 예로써 김삼의당(金三宜堂)(1769~1823)과 강정일당(姜靜一堂)(1772~1832) 등 2인을 설정하여 이들의 시문(詩文)에 담긴 현실인식과 지향의식이라는 공통적 감성을 탐구하였다. 삼의당(三宜堂)은 가문의 부흥을 위해 남편의 과거 등과 뒷바라지에 헌신하면서 남편과 활발한 시문 교류를 통한 부덕(婦德)을 실현하였으며, 조선 시대 여류작가로는 가장 많은 작품을 남겼다. 정일당(靜一堂)은 조선 후기의 여성 성리학자(性理學者)이자 시인이다. 그녀 역시 평생을 삯바느질과 병마에 시달리면서도 기울어가는 가문을 일으키기 위해 남편의 훈육자(訓育者)로서의 자기 인식을 확고히 하고 학문을 독려하며 적극 지원하였다. 이들은 권면적(勸勉的) 지우(知友)로서의 부부평등 의식을 갖고 입신양명(立身揚名)을 통한 가문 선양을 지향하였다. 또한 전원적(田園的) 안빈낙도(安貧樂道)를 추구한 주체적 여성들이었다. The study chose two people, KimSamuidang(1769~1823) and GangJeongildang(1772~1832), as concrete examples representing the common female writers in the late of the Joseon Dynasty. And study the recognition on reality and consciousness of orientation in the poetic literature. KimSamuidang is commit to the revival of his family to pass the test. And exchange with husband through active study literature and practice wife law. She left the largest number of works as a female writer during the Joseon Dynasty. GangJeongildang is a Confucian scholar and poet of the late Joseon Dynasty. She also spent her whole life sewing and suffering from disease, trying to create a dying family. Teaching her husband's education, she established self-recognition, encouraged and supported learning. They had a equality sense of marriage couple as academic friends, encouraging each other to study, and by passing the test, they tried to raise their families. Also, although poor in rural life, the mind was the Independent women who pursued comfortable life.

        코퓰라와 커먼-쇽을 이용한 연생상품의 분석

        Multiple-life policies pay a benefit on the first death or the last death among the group of lives. In practice, the future lifetime random variable of policy holders has been considered to be independent, but it is more rational to take into account the correlations among the policy holders. In this paper, the Gaussian copula is applied to re ect the correlations among policy holders and then to diversify the common shock of the multiple life policies which follows an exponential distribution. Five case studies demonstrate its usefulness of using copula in calculating the premiums of the multiple-life policies including the common shock. 연생보험은 보험가입자 2인의 생사여부에 따라 보험금을 지급하는 보험상품이다. 보험실무에서는 연생보험 가입자들의 장래생존기간을 독립으로 가정하고 보험료를 산출한다. 그러나 보험가입자들 사이에 존재하는 상관성을 고려할 때 이는 합리적이지 않다. 또한 보험가입자들의 생존분포와 독립적인 커먼-쇽(common shock)을 연생보험에 반영하면 다양한 지급조건을 설정할 수 있는데 이에 대한 충분한 고려가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 커먼-쇽(common shock)을 연생보험에 적용하고, 코퓰라(copula)를 이용하여 가입자들의 장래생존기간 간에 존재하는 상관성을 반영한 후 분석을 수행한다. 또한 연생보험가입자에 대한 확률변수를 추가적으로 고려하여 기존의 연생모형에서 다루지 못했던 새로운 상품을 설계하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 보험료를 계산한다. 그리고 그 결과를 바탕으로 본 논문에서 제시한 모형이 연생상품에 다양하게 적용 가능함을 논하고자 한다.

        Pulse oximetry, which monitors non-invasively the oxygen saturation in blood, is influenced by patient's respiration, movement or a factor of an environment. Specially, it's difficult to measure a PPG (Photoplethsmography) signal from the moving patient because of the motion artifact. Accordingly, it is required to extract the pure PPG signal from the PPG signal to measure oxygen saturation. In this paper, we propose an adaptive noise canceller to improve the performance of motion artifact removal. Then we design a hardware system for real time monitoring of the oxygen saturation. The proposed algorithm estimates the slope of transition rate between two different wavelength signals.

        급성 족근 관절 원위 경비인대결합 손상에서 TightRope<sup>TM</sup>를 이용한 수술의 단기 치료 결과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiologic outcome of syndesmosis fixation using TightRope$^{TM}$ (Arthrex, Naples, FL, USA) in acute syndesmosis injuries. Materials and Methods: Twenty-five consecutive patients with acute syndesmosis injuries, treated using TightRope$^{TM}$, were reviewed. Patients were evaluated preoperatively and at the last follow-up (at least 12 months postoperatively). Clinical outcomes were assessed using American Orthopaedics Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle-hindfoot score and self-subjective satisfaction survey. Three radiologic parameters were evaluated two times at the preoperative and final follow up from the nonweightbearing ankle anteroposterior radiographs. Results: The mean AOFAS ankle-hindfoot score was 95.5 at the final follow-up. According to the satisfaction survey, 21 patients chose excellent, and four patients chose good. All radiologic parameters, including the mean tibiofibular clear space, mean tibiofibular overlap, and mean medial clear space on nonweightbearing ankle anteroposterior view, significantly improved after surgery. Complications occurred in only one patient who experienced knot irritation with infection. Conclusion: The short-term surgical results of syndesmosis fixation using TightRope$^{TM}$ were good to excellent, both clinically and radiographically. These results suggest that the fixation using TightRope$^{TM}$ is a valid option for acute syndesmosis injury.

        한국형 산업관광 활성화를 위한 선택속성에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 우리나라의 자랑스러운 산업시설, 특히 한국적이며 세계적인 산업관광 자원에 대한 매력 성을 제고시켜 산업관광 활성화 기여에 있다. 이를 위하여 선행연구와 수집된 설문조사를 통하여 산업관광 속성요인을 추출 하였다. 연구 분석결과 산업관광 속성요인 중에서 신상품 정보획득, 신상품 아이디어 획득, 경영정보 수집, 교육 및 훈련 프로그램, 정보 통역서비스, 특색 있는 산업 관광체험 등이 중요도 순으로 나타났다. 이것은 새로운 지적인 정보획득 속성이 기존관광과는 중요도 속성측면에서 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 5개의 중요한 영향력을 나타내는 속성요인은 비즈니스 요인, 편의성, 관광 매력성, 환대성, 고유성의 순으로 나타났다. 또한 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 요인은 비즈니스 요인과 편의성 요인, 관광매력성, 고유성 요인이었다. 반면에 환대성 요인은 통계적으로 유의하지는 않고 부(-)의 관계를 보이고 있으므로 산업관광 환경의 개선, 활성화 전략의 수립 등이 시급함을 나타내고 있다. 그리고 유의한 영향을 보인 비즈니스 요인, 편의성, 관광 매력 성 요인은 정(+)의 관계를 보였으며, 고유성 요인은 부(-)의 관계로 나타났다. 이는 응답자들이 산업관광에 제공되는 비즈니스 요인 및 편의성 요인에 포함된 항목들이 국내 산업관광에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치고 있음을 나타내 준다. This article aims to identify the selection attributes for developing korean-style industrial tourism. Evaluating attributes is the most important stage in consumer decision-making process and culture has a significant influence on this stage. This study is to analyze in the evaluation of selection attributes with the theory of industrial tourism and come up with developing tourism. a survey was conducted to the staff of travel agency in korea. Through factor analysis and multiple regression analysis, authors identified five factors(i.e. business, conveniences, tourism attraction, hospitality, property) were amenable to the industrial tourism, found that the most important attributes had the strongest influence on satisfaction level. According to the results of this study, author suggests that nationality of industrial tourism have an effect on evaluating selection attributes of the korean-style industrial tourism. therefore, nationality could be the basis of target marketing strategy.

        Titanium 표면처리 방법이 Osteoblast-like Cells의부착 및 증식에 미치는 영향

        In clinical therapy, the current goal of dental implants is to enhance quantity and quality of osseointegration. Surface roughness and oxide structure are considered to influence the behavior of adherent cells. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of different surface treatment on cellular response. The attachment and proliferation of osteoblast-like cell on sandblasted, sandblasted and etched, thermal oxidated surfaces have been compared. Sandblasting was done with $Al_2O_3$ particles(grain size of $50{\mu}m$), etching was processed with $NH_4OH$ : $H_2O_2$ : $H_2O(1:1:5)$ at $90^{\circ}C$ for 1 minute. Thermal oxidation was followed sandblasting and etching at $400^{\circ}C$, $600^{\circ}C$, $800^{\circ}C$ for 2 hours. Measurement of surface roughness after the different treatment did not show any differences of Ra value between terated surfaces. Cell attachment and proliferation were increased during experiment period, but no difference was observed. SEM evaluation revealed a similar pattern of osteoblast-like cells, well attached with dendritic extension and producing numerous matrix vesicles on cell surface. The results of this study showed that oxide layer alteration by thermal oxidation did not affect the attachment and proliferation of osteoblast-like cells. This suggests the possibility that the cellular responses are further influenced by surface roughness than titaniun oxide structure.
