        ${CH_4}-{H_2}-{N_2}$ 기체계에서 MW-PACVD를 이용한 결정상 합성

        다이아몬드 합성 조건에서 질소 첨가량은 0%에서 95%까지 변화하였을 때의 합성 거동을 조사하였다. 질소 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 합성된 상은 {100} 성장면으로 이루어진 다이아몬드 막에서 고유의 결정면이 사라지고 나조 크기의 결정들로 이루어진 다이아몬 막으로 변화하였다. 심지어 수소가 없어 메탄과 질소만의 경우에서도 다이아몬드 막 합성이 가능함을 보여주었다. 또한 다이아몬드 구조를 갖는 개별적 입자의 형태는 30%∼80% 질소 첨가범위에서 정팔면체의 결정모양을 가졌고, 이 범위에서 기판온도가 증가함에 따라 육방정 모양의 새로운 결정상을 관찰하였다. 다이아몬드 막의 경우 질소, 첨가량에 무관하게 질소 혼입향은 측정되지 않을 만큼 적었지만, 육방정 결정상은 Si, C 그리고 N으로 이루어진 SiCN화합물임을 확인하였다. Synthesis of the crystalline film was investigated under the diamond growth condition with altering the addition of the nitrogen from 0% to 95%. With increasing the nitrogen concentration, surface morphology of the film was changed from the diamond film with {100} growth plane to the non-faceted diamond film with nano-scale grains. It also showed that the deposition of the diamond film could be synthesized using only methane and nitrogen gases without hydrogen gas. Separated particles with diamond structure showed an octahedral shaped I the nitrogen ranges between 30% and 80%, and newly formed hexagonal crystals are observed when substrate temperature with diamond structure, however, also identify that the hexagonal crystal was SiCN composite composed of Si, C and N atoms.

        2단계 성장법을 통한 근사단결정의 다이아몬드 박막 합성

        근사단결정 다이아몬드막 성장시 입자의 정렬을 개선하기 위한 집합조직성장의 2단계 성장방법을 제안하였다. 메탄조성 4%, 기판온도 $850^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 (100) Si 기판에 - 200V 바이어스를 인가하여 20분동안 전처리 하였다. 처리한 기판을 2%[CH$_4$], 기판온도 $810^{\circ}C$에서 2~35시간동안 <100> 집합조직을 지니도록 1단계로 성장시켰다. 이 시편의 성장표면을 평탄화하기 위하여 (100) 면이 성장하도록 2% [CH$_4$], 기판온도 $850^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 2단계 성장시켰다. 1단계 성장시간에 따른 다이아몬드막의 배열정도를 {111} X-ray pole figure의 반가폭 변화를 통해 관찰하였다. 1단계 성장 후 입자정렬은 막의 두께가 증가할수록 개선되었다. 그러나 <100> 집합조직의 표면조직은 피라미드 형태의 굴곡을 피할 수 없었다. 2단계 성장시 (100) 면의 성장으로 인해 막의 표면은 평탄화되었으며, 이때 입자의 정렬은 1단계 성장시간에 크게 의존하였다. Two-step growth method is suggested to enhance the alignment of highly oriented diamond films. (100) Si wafers are pretreated with negative biasing of - 200 V at $850^{\circ}C$ for 20 min with 4 % methane in hydrogen plasma. The pretreated wafers are grown under the lst-step growth conditions(2 % CH$_4$ in H$_2$, $810^{\circ}C$) from 2 hr to 35 hr, in order to obtain <100> textured films. The 2nd-step growth(2 % CH$_4$ in H$_2$, $850^{\circ}C$) is carried out to make diamond films having (100) growth planes, which are parallel to the substrate. The alignment of the films after the 1st-step growth, has been analyzed by {111} X-ray pole figure, which is improved abruptly with increasing film thickness. However, the pyramidal surface morphology is inevitable. These morphology is flattened after the 2nd-step growth by developing the (100) facets parallel to the substrate. The alignment of the highly oriented textured films after the two-step growth depends on the thickness of the 1st-step growth film.

        Synthesis Ti–Si–N nanocomposite coating prepared by a hybrid system of double bending filtered vacuum arc source and magnetron sputtering

        In this work, various nanocomposite Ti–Si–N films have been deposited by hybrid coating system of double bending filtered vacuum arc source (DBFVAS) and magnetron sputtering techniques. Vacuum arc source has been used for the deposition of TiN and Si was incorporated by magnetron sputtering. The magnetic system of double bending filter consists of five solenoid coils and additional coil on the opposite side of vacuum chamber is supporting stabilization of the plasma flow onto substrate surface. Ti–Si–N film is deposited on the Si wafers and high speed steel (HSS) substrates with different Si content, which is controlled by magnetron current. As magnetron current increases from 0 to 1.5 A, Si content increases up to 18.2%. The deposition rate of Ti–Si–N coating layer is up to 17 nm/min. From the results Ti–Si–N coatings have been characterized as nanocomposites, consists of TiN crystallites and amorphous Si3N4.         생물학적제제의 치메로살 함량 정량을 위한 가열기화 아말감 흡광도법의 확립 및 검증

        The test method for biologics of lot release system is based on 'Test procedure and specification for biological products,' generally, thimerosal content is measured by chemical analysis using O.D. In this study, the comparative analysis was carried out using the gold amalgamation method for thimerosal content was compared to the existing methods, which are described above. The gold amalgamation method, which uses atomic absorption spectrophotometry, was meets all the method validation acceptance criteria. It is considered to be proper as the assay and identification test for thimerosal. In this study, the comparative analysis was performed three times. As a result, gold amalgamation method is more convenient and easy to perform as this assay doesn't have pre-treatment procedure. Also this assay showed good precision and reproducibility compared to the conventional method. Therefore, it is appropriate to alternate the assay method of thimerosal from the conventional chemical analysis to gold amalgamation method to improve the credibility of lot release system and the quality control of biologics, by standardizing test method.

        수두생바이러스백신 국가표준품 (2차) 제조 및 확립에 관한 연구

        수두 생바이러스 백신과 같은 생물의약품은 다양한 물질이 복합적으로 구성되어 있어 단순한 물리·화학적 분석방법만으로는 그 특성을 규명할 수 없다. 따라서 이러한 생물의약품의 품질을 평가하기 위해서는 표준품이 필수적이다. 2002년과 2003년에 제조 및 확립한 1차 국가표준품의 재고량 소진 및 역가 감소에 따라 식품의약품안전평가원에서는 수두 생바이러스 백신의 2차 국가표준품을 확립하기 위하여 2008년 용역연구사업을 통해 국내의 수두 생바이러스 백신 제조회사에서 표준품 후보물질을 제조하였으며, 국가표준품후보물질의 역가산정을 위하여 국내 제조사 및 식품의약품안전평가원에서 공동연구를 수행하였다. 국내제조사를 포함한 3개의 공동연구 시험소에서 7회 이상의 반복시험을 수행하여 얻은 공동연구 결과를 통계학적으로 분석한 결과 3곳의 공동연구 시험소의 통합역가에 대한 변이계수 (coefficient variation, CV)는 1.24%로 각 시험소간의 기하평균 (GMT) 변동 수준이 매우 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 수두 생바이러스 백신의 2차 국가표준품의 표시역가는 4.26 log10 PFU/0.5 mL로 산정하였다. Biological products, such as live varicella vaccine, are composed of biological substances derived from biological organisms. It is very difficult to identify these biologics’ characteristics by analysis of simple physical and chemical methods alone. So the reference material is essential in order to evaluate the quality of bilogics. The 1’st national standard for varicella live vaccine was manufactured, established in 2002 and 2003, and have been used for the manufacturer’s quality control and national lot release since then. As the lack of its availability and the decrease of its stability, this study was initiated by National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation (NiFDS) in 2008 to manufacture and establish the 2nd national standard for varicella live vaccine. The candidate material was manufactured from one of domestic manufacterers and the joint research of the NiFDS and manufacturers of varicella live vaccine was conducted to estimate of the reliable virus content. In the collaborative study, 3 laboratories including NiFDS performed the virus content test more than 7 times and all assay results were statistically analyzed. The mean coefficient of variation (CV) was 1.24%, and the geometric mean titre (GMT) variation range of each laboratory was low. On the basis of the results of this study, the candidate material of 2nd national standard for varicella live vaccine was assigned a potency of 4.26 log10 pfu/0.5 mL, when reconstituted in 0.7 mL.

        빅데이터 분석기술을 기반으로 하는 APT공격 대응 기술에 관한 방안 연구

        최근 스마트폰 대중화와 ICT의 융합, 사이버 테러, 사이버 전쟁, 핵티비즘 등의 공격방법으로 활용되고 있는 APT(Advanced Persistent Threat)공격 위협에 대한 방어 기술이 관심을 받고 있다. 그러나 전통적인 시그니처방식 보안 솔루션은 지능형지속위협(ATP)과 같은 새로운 형태의 공격을 방어할 수 없다. 사이버 보안영역에서의 빅데이터 분석 활용도는 대용량 로그 분석, 비정상 트랜잭션 및 행위탐지, 악성코드 탐지 등에 활용되고 있다. 또한 빅데이터 분석으로 지능형 리스크 관리를 통해 기민한 대응을 위해 문맥 또는 상황을 인지하는 기술을 적용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 분석 및 처리 기술을 기반으로 다중 소스 데이터 수집 및 분석을 통한 지능형 보안 기술에 대한 개념과 문제점을 소개하고, 빅 데이터 분석 기술을 기반으로 한 보안 시스템의 구축을 제안한다. Recently popular smartphone and convergence of ICT, cyber terrorism, cyber warfare, and attacks on defense technology being utilized in the way APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) threats has attracted the attention of such hacktivism. But traditional security solutions signature scheme is not able to defend the new forms of attack, such as Intelligent continued threat (ATP). Utilization of big data analysis in the cyber security area is being utilized large log analysis, transaction and abnormal behavior detection, adware detection, and more. It also applies the technique to recognize a context or circumstance for the alert response from the intelligent data analysis big risk management. In addition, because traditional security solutions signature scheme is not able to defend the new forms of attack, such as Intelligent continued threat (ATP). This study introduces a big data analysis and processing concepts and techniques described in the intelligent security with a multi-source data collection and analysis based on and proposes a security system based on the construction of big data analysis.

        공동체 미술의 관점에서 본 공공미술 프로젝트의 효과경로 분석

        This study aims to statistically verify the pathways that impact public art. Through public art projects, it promotes communication among residents, enhances community values through resident participation and improves the social well-being of residents. A survey was conducted, three times during February through March, May through June, and September through October of 2020, on residents from 20 villages in Busan who participated in at least one public art project. Upon conducting empirical analysis, the results revealed that activist attitudes and resident participation attitudes had a positive effect on the socio-cultural, economic, and residential environment performances with regards to public art. Additionally, the socio-cultural and residential environment performances positively affected the sense of community and overall social well-being. While this study may have verified pathways that impact public art, current studies are limited to case studies and post-project questionnaire surveys.
