        광양만 임해 매립지 느티나무 식재지 토양의 수직적 특성 변화

        This study was carried out to elucidate the vertical characteristics of soil properties at six planted sites of land reclaimed from the sea, in Gwangyang Bay, Jeollanam-do Province, Korea. Based on the types of planting site, the chemical properties of the vertical soil layers varied. The vertical variation was great in the planting sites $Z_1\;and\;Z_2$, but less varied in the mounded planting sites $Z_3,\;Z_5,\;and\;Z_6$. Major reasons for the vertical variation in soil chemical properties included differences in the accumulation of organic matter, soil disturbance by heavy construction equipment, and heterogeneity of soil properties between soil horizons. As soil depths increased, soil salts varied. The electrical conductivity (ECe) increased in the lower areas of planting sites $Z_1\;and\;Z_2$, and the disturbed, saline planting site $Z_3$, but decreased in the lower areas of $Z_3,\;Z_5,\;and\;Z_6$. These tendencies did not coincided with exchange cation concentrations $(Na^+,\;K^+,\;Mg^{++},\;Ca^{++})$. Both total carbon (T-C) and total nitrogen (T-N) accumulated more in the lower areas of planting sites than in the higher areas, and levels were higher closer to the surface than in the soil depths. It is supposed that these tendencies are related to the accumulation of fallen leaves or other organic matter at the soil surface, and the soil chemicals then slowly move downward from the surface. Impediments to tree growth included soil hardiness, high soil salinity and exchangeable cation concentration, low soil moisture content, acidic or alkaline soil, low organic matter, heterogeneity of soil texture and establishment of soil stratification.

        임해매립지의 느티나무 식재 이후 뿌리 생장특성 -뿌리구조 및 세근의 공간적 분포를 중심으로-

        This study was carried out to analyze both the root structure and the fine root phytomass of the vertical and horizontal distribution of Zelkova serrata Makino. which was transplanted in the reclaimed land from the sea in Gwangyang, Jeonnam, South Korea. The base ground was reclaimed land from the sea. $Z_1$ of the planting ground was filled to a $100{\sim}150cm$ thickness with the improved soil instead of the reclaimed soil from the sea, $Z_2$ of the planting ground was covered to a $20{\sim}30cm$ thickness with the improved soil and $Z_3$ of the planting ground was mounded to 120cm thickness with the improved soil on the reclaimed land from the sea. In addition, $Z_4,\;Z_5\;and\;Z_6$ of the planting grounds were at the large-sized mound on the reclaimed land from the sea. $Z_4$ of the planting ground was located at the lowest level, $Z_5$ planting ground was located at the slope and $Z_6$ planting ground was located at the top of the large-sized mound. The large-sized mounds contain 3 layers, the base layer was reclaimed land from the sea and the second layer was mounded to a $200{\sim}300cm$ thickness with the desalinized soil from the sea on the base layers and the finally layers were mounded to a $80{\sim}120cm$ thickness with improved soil on the second layer. The planting grounds $Z_3,\;Z_4,\;Z_5\;and\;Z_6$ developed roots such as tap roots, lateral roots and heart roots. However, in $Z_1\;and\;Z_2$ roots development were inhibited. The fine-root phytomass of the 6 planting ground types was as follows: $113.5g\;DM/m^2$ for $Z_5$, $105.5g\;DM/m^2$ for $Z_4$, $88.3g\;DM/m^2$ for $Z_3$, $81.0g\;DM/m^2$ for $Z_6$, $73.0g\;DM/m^2$ for $Z_2$, $43.3g\;DM/m^2$ for $Z_1$. The vertical distribution of the fine root phytomass decreased from the upper to the deeper soil profiles in the 6 mound types. The fine root phytomass was $43.3{\sim}71.8%$ in a $0{\sim}20cm$ thickness of soil layer and it decreased according to the distance from the nearest trees. The root growth in the improved soil was better than in the reclaimed soil from the sea. However, root growth decreased more in the disturbed soils even though the planting grounds contained the improved soils. The retarded development of roots and the spatial distribution patterns of the fine root phytomass were closely connected to the reclaimed soil from the sea. In the disturbed soil, the soil hardness and alkalic cation($Na^+,\;K^+,\;Ca^{2+},\;Mg^{2+}$). were high and the soil water was lacking. We suggest that the construction of planting grounds and the improvement of bad soil are necessary for the proper and effective growth of landscaping plants.

        조경시공분야 신입사원들의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        This study aimed to identify influencing factors such as job environment, job characteristics, and job competency as they are related to newcomer turnover intentions in the construction of landscape architecture, Korea. The results based on statistical analyses are follows as: The turnover experience of newcomers in the field of landscape architecture construction was 54.5%, about 1.6 times higher than in other fields. The influencing factors among newcomer turnover intentions in the construction of landscape architecture were workload(p<0.01), job suitability, and personal relations(p<0.01), while in job autonomy, work conditions, job competency, job identity, job variety, and job compensation were not statistically significant. This study found that key important factors of dependent variables that conceptually explain the influence of turnover intentions among newcomers differed between the construction of landscape architecture and other fields. The most important factors in turnover intention were workload>personal relationship>job suitability among independent factors. This study implied that efforts for improvement are needed in areas of workload, personal relations, and job suitability to mitigate newcomer turnover intentions so as to establish common and personal goals in the field of landscape architecture construction because turnover intention could lead losses in human resources, time, economy, and psychological health. In conclusion, this study suggested the importance of efforts for human resource management to reduce turnover intentions among newcomers in the field of landscape architecture construction. 본 연구는 조경시공분야 신입사원들의 직무환경, 직무특성, 직무역량이 이직에 미치는 영향을 개념적으로 파악하기 위하여 연구가설과 연구모형을 개발하여 설문에 의한 실증 분석하였다. 조경시공분야 신입사원들은 입사 3년 이내에 이직경험이 54.5%로 우리나라의 다른 분야 대졸신입사원들보다 1.6배 정도 더 높았다. 조경시공분야 신입사원들의 이직의도에 크게 영향을 미치는 것은 사회통계학적으로 직무량(p<0.01), 직무적합성(p<0.1), 대인관계(p<0.1)에 유의하였고, 나머지 직무자율성, 직무여건, 직무역량, 직무정체성, 직무다양성, 직무보상은 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. 조경시공분야 신입사원들의 이직의도에 크게 영향을 미치는 요인은 직무량>대인관계>직무적합성 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 조경시공분야 신입사원들의 이직의도가 매우 높게 나타나서 인적자원관리가 필요함을 시사하였다.

        시뮬레이션 기반 수도권 리사이클링 센터 폐냉장고 전처리 공정 개선

        본 논문에서는 수도권 리사이클링 센터 폐냉장고 전처리 공정의 성능 개선 방안에 관하여 연구하였다. 이를 위해 현행 전처리 공정을 기본 작업 단위로 구분하고 공정 별 작업 시간을 측정하여 ARENA를 이용한 모델링 및 성능 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 실무자의 경험과 선진 사례 등에 기반한 3가지 새로운 전처리 공정 대안을 생성한 후 ARENA를 이용한 모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 통해 평가하였다. 최종 선정된 대안은 현행 2-라인 공정을 1-라인으로 전환하고, 냉매를 회수하기 위한 별도의 셀라인을 도입하는 것을 포함한다. 본 연구 결과는 현재 새로운 전처리 공정 라인으로 설치되어 운영되고 있으며, 이전 공정에 비해 사이클 타임과 생산성 향상뿐만 아니라, 공간 활용률 측면에서도 크게 개선된 결과를 보였다. This paper studies the improvement of a pre-processing line for waste refrigerators in a metropolitan recycling center(MRC). We performed ARENA modeling and simulation by using work analysis and time measurement on the current processing line. Combined this result with some practical experiences from workers, we generated 3 alternatives to improve the current line and evaluated them by using ARENA simulation. The final decision selected consists of changing 2-line process into 1-line and having a separate cell-line for collecting refrigerant. Currently, the result of this study was applied to MRC by improving cycle time, throughput, and space utilization compared to the previous one.

        리듐 2차 전지용 약극활물질 LiFePO<sub>4</sub>의 합성 조건에 다른 전기화학적 특성

        [ $LiFePO_4$ ] is one of the promising materials for cathode material of secondary lithium batteries due to its high energy density, low cost, environmental friendliness and safety. $LiFePO_4$ was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method at 500 - 800°C. The crystal structure of $LiFePO_4$ was analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction. The samples synthesized at 600 and $700^{\circ}C$ showed a single phase of a olivine structure. The particle sizes were increased and the specific surface areas were decreased with heating temperatures. The electrochemical performance was investigated by coin cell test. The discharge capacities at 0.1 C-rate were 118 mAh/g and 112 mAh/g at $600^{\circ}C,\;700^{\circ}C$, respectively. In an attempt to improve the electrical conductivity of cathode materials, $LiFePO_4/graphite$ composite was prepared with various graphite contents. The electrical conductivity and discharge capacity were increased with increasing the graphite contents in composite samples. The rate capabilities at high current densities were also improved.

        조경분야 종사자들의 직무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 조경분야 종사자들을 대상으로 직무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 설문조사를 통한 실증분석을 하였다. 직무환경요인이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과, 직무만족에 근무여건(p<0.01), 대인관계(p<0.00), 보상체계(p<0.05)는 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 업무량(p<0.05)은 통계학적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 직무환경요인 중에서 계수 값이 가장 높은 것은 대인관계로 ${\beta}$값이 0.233이었다. 업무량이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대하여 유의성 여부는 기존의 여러 연구에서도 엇갈리고 있는데, 이것은 '직무인식 상황에 따라 업무를 수동적으로 인식하든가 또는 능동적으로 인식하든가'에 따라 다를 것으로 생각되었다. 조경종사자들의 업무량이 직무만족에 통계학적으로 유의하지 않는 것은 조경종사자들의 경우에는 자신들이 하고 있는 일이 적성에 맞고, 의미 있는 일이라고 생각하며, 사회적으로 기여하는 바가 있다고 인식되면 어렵고 많은 업무량도 기꺼이 자기의 역량이 커짐을 보람으로 삼고, 자기발전과 자기실현의 성취감이 크기 때문일 것으로 추정되었다. The aim of this study was to empirical understanding on the impact of work environment on the job satisfaction among the landscape architecture workers through conduct survey. The results was found that the affecting factors of environment in landscape architecture workers were work environment, personal relationship, and job compensation on jab satisfaction, but were not affected between workload and job satisfaction (p<0.05). And this implied that personal relationship in job environment factors was critical factor to decide the levels of job satisfaction (${\beta}$ value 0.233) across the landscape architecture workers. The results guessed the factor that workload among the job satisfaction is or is not statistical significant in many research were because it depends on whether the task is passively recognized or positive recognized according to the job recognition situation. The results was guessed the fact that the affecting factors of the workload among the job satisfaction of landscape architecture workers is not statistical significant were because they have their works cut out for them, makes worthwhile if they thinks that were meaningful and feel have been growing capabilities and recognized that there is a social contribution, and feel the great sense of accomplishment of self-development and self-realization nevertheless they have much their's works.

        광양만 임해 매립지 느티나무 이식 이후의 연륜생장 특성

        This study was carried out to examine the tree-ring growth characteristics of Zelkova serrata Makino after replanting, for the built-up planting founds for stability of landscaped trees in the reclaimed land from the sea. the factors, many affecting the growths of Zelkova serrata Makino, were the replanting stress and drought. The growth reduction due to replanting and drought occurred in the replanting year and the following year. The mean sensitivity(year-to-year variation) and the coefficient of variation(tree-to-tree variation in a certain year) in tree rings of Zelkova serrate Makino, were higher in the poor soil sites than in the favourable soil ones. And the poor soil sites were the filled ground of improve soil and the covered ground of improve soil and the top ground of big mounding than mounding ground sites, especially soil hardness, alkali soil, high $Na^+\;and\;K^+,\;low\;Ca^{++}\;and\;Mg^{++}$ and T-C were the most crucial. We suggest technique development of the built-up planting ground for stability in the reclaimed land from the sea. The built-up planting grounds in reclaimed land from the sea, should be considered for the use of fair soil with the physical and chemical soil properties, -high level foundation of planting ground, and the prevention of disturbed soil-.

        한국 남해에 출현하는 전갱이(Trachurus japonicus)의 위내용물 조성과 영양단계

        Diet composition and trophic level of Trachurus japonicus were studied using 417 specimens collected by trawls, set nets and purse seine fisheries from March 2019 to February 2020 in the South Sea of Korea. The size of T. Japonicus ranged from 7.0 to 49.8 cm in total length. T. japonicus were a carnivore that fed mainly on euphausiids and pisces. In eddition, T. japonicus fed on small quantities of cephalopods, crabs etc. T. japonicus showed ontogenetic changes in feeding habits. The proportion of euphausiids decreased inversely proportional to body size whereas the consumption of pisces gradually increased. As body size of T. japonicus increased the mean number of prey per stomach and the mean weight of prey per stomach tended to increase, but the mean number of prey per stomach was not significantly different. As a result of the feeding strategy analysis, T. japonicus were specialized feeders with pisces and euphausiids as their dominant prey. The trophic level ranged between 3.57 ± 0.54 and 3.91 ± 0.65, and increased asymptotically with size of specimens. The average trophic level of the T. japonicus was 3.79 ± 0.61.
