        열경화성 잉크 에폭시의 두께 변화에 따른 마이크로 퓨즈 용단의 최적 조건

        For the semiconductor device safety from over current in the digital electronic circuit system must be surely designed that it's surface mount type micro fuse device. In this paper, We has analysed to the fusing character of micro fuse as a function changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy. To the change of thermosetting ink epoxy thickness with in production lot, in the electrically character (fusing test in the 2 multiple over current and 10 multiple over current, surface temperature test in the 1.25 multiple over current) of micro fuse has been tested. According to the electrically character result, changed thickness of thermosetting ink epoxy in designed micro fuse withheld direct effect in both end resistance changes. Also, because high thermal energy in the micro fuse test of over current was occurred to effect such as thermal runaway and explosion. Therefore, screen printing process in the design of micro fuse using thermosetting ink epoxy is very important for production quality improvement.

        The effects and interactions of $4{\beta}-phorbol$ 12,13-dibutyrate(PDB) and polymyxin B(PMB) with adenosine on the electrically-evoked norepinephrine (NE) release were studied in the rat hippocampus. Slices from the rat hippocampus were equilibrated with $^3H-noradrenaline$ and the release of the labelled product, $^3H-NE$, which evoked by electrical stimulation$(3\;Hz,\;2\;ms,\;5\;VCm^{-1},\;rectangular\;pulses)$ was measured. PDB$(0.3{\sim}10\;{\mu}M)$, a selective protein kinase C(PKC) activator, increased the evoked NE release in a dose related fashion while increasing the basal rate of release. And the effects of $1\;{\mu}M$ PDB were significantly inhibited by $0.3\;{\mu}M$ tetrodotoxin(TTX) pretreatment or $Ca^{++}-free$ medium. $PMB(0.03{\sim}1\;mg)$, a specific PKC inhibitor, decreased the NE release in a dose dependent manner while increasing the basal rate of release. Adenosine $(1{\sim}10\;{\mu}M)$ decreased the NE release without changing the basal rate of release, and this effect was significantly inhibited by 8-cyclopentyl-1,3-dipropylxanthine$(2\;{\mu}M)$, a selective $A_1-receptor$ antagonist, treatment. Also, adenosine effects were significantly inhibited by PDB-and PMB-pretreatment. These results suggest that the PKC plays a role in the NE release in the rat hippocampus and might be participated in a post-receptor mechanism of the $A_1-adenosine$ receptor.

        여의도 한강공원 조성계획

        한강은 대한민국 수도 서울을 가로지르는 거대한 스케일의 매력적인 강이다. 그러나 근대화 과정에서 일괄적 인 호안공사로 직강화 되어 본연의 자연스러움과 하천의 건강성을 점차 상실하였다. 이를 극복하고 한강 중심의 개혁을 통해 수변도시 서울의 이미지를 확고히 하여 고급 브랜드화 하겠다는 한강르네상스 계획이 진행 중이다. 본 연구는 한강르네상스 사업의 일환으로 진행된 여의도 한강공원 국제 설계경기 공모 당선작의 설계전략과 내용을 서술하고자 한다. 계획의 주안점은 기본적으로 여의도 한강공원이라는 새로운 워터프런트의 정체성을 대변하는 3가지 이슈를 가지고 접근하였다. 첫째, 여의도는 비록 개발에 의해 인공적인 섬으로 변했지만 한강에서 과거의 기억을 가지는 유일한 공간이다. 모래섬의 서정성과 물가의 감성적인 기억을 가지는 장소로 계획하고자 하였다. 둘째, 한강르네상스 프로젝트의 6가지 지구 중 서로 마주 보고 있는 용산과 여의도는 중심지 역으로서 국제적인 금융, 업무지 역으로 조성된다. 용산의 철저히 도시적인 모습에 반해, 목가적 풍경과 고층건물이 절묘하게 어우러지는 색다른 풍경의 여의도 워터프런트를 제안하여 용산과의 적극적인 상호관계를 형성하고자 하였다. 마지막으로, 본 계획안에서는 현상공모 범위 밖인 여 의도공원과 본 현상공모 대상인 여의도 한강공원 관계를 재설정해 보고자 하는 것이었다. Ran Gang is a huge, attractive river which meanders through Seoul, the capital of South Korea. However, during the modernization of Seoul, the river gradually lost its natural beauty and healthy condition. Han Gang Renaissance is a project to upgrade the look of the Seoul waterfront, by overcoming this disaster and reorganizing the surroundings of Han Gang. This research articulates the design strategies and description of the prizewinning work of the International Design Competition for Yeouido Riverside Park that was linked to the Han Gang Renaissance Project. There are three key points that basically speak to the identity of the new waterfront, Yeouido Riverside Park. First, the current day Yeouido was recreated as an artificial island through the rapid expansion of the city and the initiation of the shore protection works. However, because it is the only island still remaining that shows the history of Han Gang, the park was designed to be the place which preserves the lyric of sand island and the emotional memory of riverside. Secondly, among the six districts of the Han Gang Renaissance Project, the two districts that are facing each other, Yongsan and Yeouido, are the central areas promoting international finance and business. Despite Yongsan's complete urban image, the exquisite harmony of pastoral scenes and skyscrapers of the Yeouido waterfront is presented to develop an active mutual relation with Yongsan. Lastly, this design scheme re-establishes the relationship between this competition's site, Yeouido Riverside Park, and a neighboring site, Yeouido Park.

        대부분 기업의 중요 기술정보 유출은 내부자에 의해 이루어진다. 기업의 핵심기술 및 정보유출을 방지하기 위하여 여러 분야에서 많은 투자와 연구가 진행되고 있지만 기술발전에 따라 업무환경과 일하는 방법이 변화하여 물리적보안과 정보보안을 분리한 기존 개별 통제방식은 효용성이 떨어지고 있다. 새로운 환경에 대응하기 위하여 보안 패러다임의 전환이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 물리적보안과 정보보안을 융합한 신뢰할 수 있는 인증기반(스마트카드/생체정보) 보안저장매체의 요구기능, 각 기능에 필요한 요소기술에 대하여 고찰한다.

        서울시 도시환경정비사업 내 공개공지 활성화를 위한 제도개선에 관한 연구

        지구단위계획에서는 형식적으로 조성되는 경직된 제도의 모습을 벗어나기 위하여 구역 내 총체적인 계획의 일부분으로 건물 세부 기준뿐만 아니라, 공개공지의 배치, 형태 및 포상에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다. 문제점을 가지고 있는 도시환경정비기본계획(2005년 수립)이 그동안 도심부의 여건 변화를 반영하기 위하여 재정비되면서 구역별 개발유도 지침에 공개공지 부문이 세분화 되었다. 이러한 제도가 공개공지계획에 있어 실효성 있는 제도인지 개정 전 후를 비교해 본 결과, 도시 및 주거 환경정비법 상 공개공지 관련 수립지침의 부재로 공개공지계획 시 공통적으로 지켜야 하는 건축법과 별반 다를 것이 없는 항목이 신설되어 개정되기 전과 괄목할만한 변경사항이 없다는 분석 내용이다. 지구단위계획과 비교 분석해 본 결과, 지구단위계획 상 공개공지계획은 상위법인 건축법, 서울시 건축조례와 동일한 조성 기준이 한가지만 존재하고, 대부분은 제1종지구단위계획수립지침을 통해 신설된 조성 기준들이다. 반면, 도시환경정비기본계획상 공개공지계획의 속성은 절반이 상위법인 건축법과 서울시 건축조례와 동일하거나 유사한 항목이다. 건축법과 같은 공통적으로 지켜야 하는 상위법에서는 설치기준 등과 같은 필수적인 요소들의 나열이라면, 하위법에서는 주변 환경과 공개공지의 적극적인 연계로 공개공지의 의의에 맞게 구체적이고, 실효성 있는 미시적인 측면의 조성 기준이 만들어져야 할 것이다. The district units planning suggests not only detailed standards of building as parts of the whole plan in the district but also a guideline of the arrangement, shape and pavement of the public open space, in order to move away from the rigid image of an institution which causes the formal creation of it. This triggered various problems. While the basic plan for adjustment of urban environments(established in 2005) was being reorganized in order to reflect changed conditions of the city center, the sector of public open space was subdivided according to the guidelines of development by district. We conducted a comparative analysis of conditions before and after the adjustment, so as to examine whether or not the reorganized institution is effective for the plan of public open spaces. The analysis showed that there was no remarkable change between the basic plan and the reorganized institution in that items which were not any different from the existing building codes were established due to lack of guidelines related to public open space under the law of urban and residential environmental improvement. Low regulations should set up criteria for establishment from a concrete, effective microscopic aspect appropriate to the significance of public open space by the linking of public open space and the surrounding environment, whereas high regulations such as building codes should specify essential components.

        도시의 공공공간 활성화를 위한 평가 지표 연구

        Today's urban spaces require diverse functions according to segmented social changes. Urban public space needs to be a field of mutual exchange, respect of diversity, and communication. According to these needs, an identity which reaches the public should be developed and realized. Therefore, this study is to present indexes for evaluating public space as a means to improve urban identity along with developing an awareness of possible problems. For this purpose, this study found out and analysed factors of evaluation indexes for the most fundamental public spaces which form cities in order to develop directions for deciding on indexes for public space and activation of that public space. An empirical analysis was conducted with the use of a questionnaire with evaluation indexes, reliability, and validity of properties of the space to be analysed and the evaluation items were tested. Based on the results, the study compared and analysed the differences between groups with independent variables (evaluation indexes) and general characteristics through a t-test. As a result, it was discovered that easy and safe accessibility in the use of urban parks as public space was statistically significant. Such results show that accessibility is the most significant factor in the use of parks.

        IMF 이후 아파트 단지 옥외공간 명칭변화와 이미지 특성 연구

        This study intended to provide basic data for the future naming of outdoor areas in apartment complexes by conducting research into the causes, lengths of time, trends, and characteristics of the changes of outdoor space names of apartment complexes and by analyzing current images of outdoor space names. In order to explore the causes and intervals of changes of outdoor spaces in apartment complexes, related literature was surveyed, with on-site inspections being made to examine outdoor space names by time intervals. At the site selected for this study, a case study was conducted to determine the outdoor space names and to understand the trends in the changes of these name in the apartment complexes. Moreover, a questionnaire survey incorporating selected adjectives was administered to investigate the perceived images of outdoor space names and finished construction spaces. The results are as follows: 1. Causes driving changes in apartment outdoor space names included changes in apartment complex planning concepts, changes in the values and demands of apartment buyers, social values, and changes of brand. Intervals of changes were divided into two with the 1997 IMF financial restructuring of the Korean economy as the division. 2. In regards to trends in changes of apartment outdoor space names and their characteristics, various features applied to spaces have caused many changes, which resulted in the phrase $'\bigcirc\;\bigcirc+garden'$, expressions suggesting various images, and Korean names. 3. The results of the analysis of apartment outdoor space names and finished construction images revealed that there was a difference in all the spaces. This is thought to be mainly due to such issues as paved min, the use of ready-made goods, and figurative expressions. The results of the study above indicate that changes in outdoor space names of apartment complexes have been made simply as part of marketing strategies, with no consideration of the residents. Apartments, an important means of housing in Korea, account for more than 50% of Korea's total housing, and the naming of outdoor space serves as an essential element for residents. Therefore, outdoor spaces of apartment complexes should be named in consideration of the final appearance after construction is completed, with effort by the industry being required.

        오송 생명과학단지 조경설계

        This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for Osong Biohealth Technopolis Institute of Cheongwon Gun Chung Cheong Buk Do which was held by Ministry of Health and Welfare in March 2004. The site is located in. Osong Li, Kang Wei Myun, Cheonwon Gun, Chung Cheong Buk Do and has an area of $402,600m^2$. The judging criteria for landscape design set by the client could be articulated as follows: an environment friendly design respecting the surrounding environment, a functionally efficient site plan by clustering buildings with similar uses, a site plan having 'front yard' by locating buildings in rear areas toward existing 'groves'. The proposal set the main design concept of this project as 'clustering'. By doing that, existing grades and plants can be saved, buildings with similar uses can be clustered, huge 'front yard' as a symbolic image of this project can be achieved, and finally many small open spaces for everyday life can be designed accordingly.

        SHS법에 의한 Ti-Si계 세라믹스의 합성 및 소결체의 특성에 관한 연구

        Intermetallic Ti-Si system ceramics were synthesized from stochiometric mixtures of titanium and silicone powders in vacuum by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(SHS). In each cases of Ti5Si3, Ti5Si4 and TiSi, and TiSi2 synthesis, 20wt% product dilution, direct ignition and SHS chemical furnace method were employed. The combustion modes, which were observed during the synthesis process by using the high speed camera, of Ti5Si3, Ti5Si4, TiSi, and TiSi2 exhibit spin, osciallatory, steady-state, and spin combustion, respectively. With increasing Ti/Si molar ratio an decrease of combustion velocities was found. From the results on the measurement of the flexural strength, the specimen hot pressed at 135$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 min using synthesized Ti5Si4 powders showed the highest flexural strength at 215 MPa.
