The objective of this study is to identify the relationship among social factor, smartphone dependency, user satisfaction, and switching barrier. Despite the tremendous growth in the use of smartphones in recent years, little has been done to investigate the influences of social factor on the constructs. The measures used in this paper were appropriately developed based on previous studies and tested 211 respondents of Jinju city of Gyeongnam with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The results of the empirical analysis indicated that social needs and influence affect positively smartphone dependency. Smartphone dependency affects positively user satisfaction but does not affect switching barrier. User satisfaction and social influence affect positively switching barrier. This implies that the higher user satisfaction and social influence are, the higher switching barrier is. Thus, managers of smartphones should build a strong switching barrier to defend their customers against competitors through enhancing social influence and user satisfaction.

The requirement of materials is being changed according to change of design for automotive instrument panel. Passenger air bag is being changed from visible type to invisible type. And users are demanding more soft feel of skin materials of instrument panel. The vacuum forming process is used in the preparation of an instrument panel by PVC/ABS. Currently most of the instrument panels are formed by powder slush molding by PVC. Previous materials -PVC/ABS. PVC- don't meet these requirements. TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) was developed for satisfying user demand in interior mm. The comparative evaluation of TPU and other materials shows that TPU can reduce production weight, meet requirement of deploy test at low temperature. and pass perfectly heat aging test. Besides, it is recyclable. It is concluded that TPU can be applied to the invisible passenger air bag system.

Effect of various casting conditions on the microstructures and cooling behaviors of the semi-solid A356 alloy were investigated. Cooling of A356 melt was carried out under the various conditions(melt pouring temp. : 620~690℃, mold temp. : RT-350℃, atmosphere cooling or insulation). The size and morphology of primary solid phases during continuous cooling were influenced by melt and mold conditions. When melt superheat was below 35℃, it occurred undercooling and then resulted in equiaxed solidification. In case of slow cooling rate, it was effective in forming of round phases.

Physical properties of in-mold coating (IMC) for powder slush molded (PSM) instrument panel skin were investigated. To get excellent appearance of skin, optimized IMC and release agent spray conditions were determined, which were 15 ㎝ of distance, at 30 sec of flash off time, and 15-20 microns of IMC thickness. For effective melting of powder, powder slush molding conditions were determined as 240℃ of mold temperature, 4 times of rotation time for slush molding, and 50℃ of initial mold temperature. The reliability test result of IMC satisfied all specification requirements.

High vacuum die casting allows the casting products heat treatable with aid of minimized gas contents. therefore it shows improved mechanical properties. In this study, The weight of manufactured trunk lid inner panel is reduced by 18% with the comparison of steel trunk lid inner panel. To investigate microstructure and inspection defect of the aluminum trunk lid inner panel used optical microscope and computer tomography, blister, respectively. And to evaluate mechanical properties used hardness, tensile, residual stress. The results indicated conventional properties of high vacuum die casting, and there are no definite difference.

정보통신기술의 발전은 인터넷 부분뿐만 아니라 모바일 관련 산업에까지 이루어지고 있으며, 한국의 3세대 이동통신 IMT-2000 서비스는 2002년 상용화를 토대로 현재까지 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 폰을 매체로 한 모바일 서비스는 SMS 또는 MMS 등의 특정 몇몇 서비스를 제외하고는 아직까지 대중화가 된 상태는 아니다. 모바일 관련 연구들의 다수가 기술적인 측면의 접근이 주를 이루었으나 2000년대로 접어들면서 국내외에서 마케팅 측면의 접근이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 연구들의 초점이 주로 모바일 특성과 만족, 재사용의도 등의 만족관련 변수와의 인과관계에 맞춰져 있었고 모바일 환경에서의 서비스 품질에 대한 접근은 시도되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 모바일 특성 연구들의 고찰을 통해 모바일 특성을 정리하고 모바일 환경에 적용될 수 있는 모바일 서비스 품질 모형을 제시한다. 구조모형의 비교를 통해 모바일 서비스 품질 모형은 상호작용, 사용, 시스템, 성과품질 등의 네 개의 이차요인이며 각각은 반응성/공감성, 디자인/편의성, 처리속도/보안성, 이동성/정보품질의 두 개씩의 일차요인을 포함하는 것으로 나타났다. Since the 1990s, the telecommunications sector has become a dynamic key area for the economic development of industries. The increasing economic importance of telecommunications industry inspired many management scholars to devote more teaching and research attention to the sector. Especially, mobile characteristics which consist of personalization, localization, timeless, ubiquity, etc. have been focused by many researchers. But these literatures do not touch on a quality, also service literatures. A purpose of this study is to develope a structure of mobile service quality by review of related literatures, a hierarchical structural approach, and model comparisons. By comparisons of four hierarchical model that are two, three, four, and interrelated second-order factors, mobile service quality is a hierarchical structure which has four second-order factors(interaction quality, usability, system quality, and performance quality). Each second-order factors has responsiveness/empathy, design/convenience, processing speed/security, mobility/information quality.
