In recent days, according to elevation of people's living quality, because of the people's demand to enjoy the public performance culture, many multipurpose halls are on constructing. However, in case of the multipurpose hall being domestically under construction, since all genres of music and public performance are entertained without any specific variable equipment, the relevant problem matter is occurring that Acoustic Performance Requirement for the public performance is unable to meet for satisfaction. On such point of view, this Study has tried to grasp indoor acoustic characteristics, with the object of the multipurpose hall that adopted the variability typed system of which sound characteristic is changing in accordance with the variable structural body, by measuring the acoustic performance prior to the hall opening. As the result, it was appeared this could satisfy the public performances in diversified genres by each Cases, and it is deemed that the material analyzed in such way could render many helps to the construction of similar type of the multipurpose hall, hereafter.
방음 보호구 병행 착용에 따른 기계 소음의 방음 효과에 관한 연구

방음 보호구는 작업 기계 소음의 피해를 감소시키고자 작업자 개개인에게 적용되는 직접적인 방음 대책이다. 이러한 방음 보호구의 사용은 점차 증가하고 있지만 귀마개나 귀덮개 등 각각의 방음 보호구 만으로는 고소음의 기계 소음에 대한 방음 효과가 부족해서 두 방음 보호구의 병행 사용이 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 귀마개와 귀덮개를 병행 착용함으로써 작업자들이 얼마만큼의 방음 효과를 얻을 수 있는지 청감실험을 통해 주관적 평가를 해보았다. 이러한 연구는 작업 기계의 고소음으로 인한 작업자들의 방음 보호구 사용시 유용한 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
댐 방류 경보방송의 전달 특성 및 적정 위치 선정에 관한 연구

1960년대 이후 연강수량의 변동 폭이 커짐에 따라 유량조절을 통해 가뭄과 홍수를 방지하기 위한 댐이 건설되었다. 이러한 댐의 경우, 일정 저수량이 되면 수량을 조절하기 위해 수문을 개방하여 저수지 내 많은 양의 물을 방류하게 되는데 이 때 강 또는 강 주변의 주민 및 행락객들의 생명과 재산 등의 큰 피해가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 피해를 예방하고 알리기 위해 울리는 경보방송은 방류소음이나 주변의 환경적인 요인에 영향을 받지 않고 사람들에게 명료하게 전달될 수 있어야 하지만 지금까지 별다른 연구없이 경험적으로 설치하다 보니 경보방송이 효과적으로 전달되지 못하고 그 전달거리 또한 정확히 알 수 없었다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 다목적 댐 중의 하나인 대청댐의 방류소음과 경보방송의 거리별 측정 및 분석을 통하여 주파수별 특성과 음압레벨을 파악해보고 이를 토대로 Cadna-A라는 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용하여 추가 경보방송지의 적정위치를 예측해 보았다. 이러한 결과는 향후 경보방송의 설계 및 설치시 유용한 자료를 제공할 것으로 사료된다. After 1960s, in accordance with getting bigger in changing range of annual rain precipitation, those dams were built in order to prevent any drought and flood through the regulation of flux. In case of such dam, when it reaches to some definite pondage, for its regulation of water volume, numerous volume of water in the reservoir should be discharged by opening the floodgate, at this time a severe damage can be occurred to those lives and properties of the residents and tourists at the river or riverside. Accordingly, despite the sounding alarm broadcasting for prevention and notice such damage could be clearly travelled to those people without influence by the discharging noise or other neighboring environmental factor, since it was only empirically installed without any peculiar research until now, the alarm broadcasting could not effectively travel, and the travelling distance also could not known correctly. On such point of view, this Study has ever grasped the characteristics by frequencies and its sound pressure level about the discharge noise and the alarm broadcasting of Daechung Dam, one of multipurpose dams through the measurement and analysis by distances, and based on this, also has ever presupposed the proper location of additional alarm broadcasting spot using a simulation program named Cadna-A.

A considerable portion of the construction spot in downtown area causes a heavy damages to the neighboring residents by blasting operation and use of the constructional equipments such as crawler drill, breaker during progressing the excavation work and ground engineering work. However, due to the perplex conditions likely as the complicated geographical feature and neighboring building, soundproofing walls, it is difficult to grasp accurate noise degree only by use of the existing Prediction Equation. On such viewpoint, this Study has ever tried to grasp how much Constructional Noise injures to the neighboring residents, using computer simulation technique, by input the acoustic power after modelling the complicated geographic feature conditions. As the result of study, in case of the construction spot where difficult to grasp the exact noise degree by using Prediction Equation only, the Extent of Damage could be grasped correctly by use of computer simulation.

Since the working machine generates an excessive loud noise as much as its use-purpose and dimension, those damages are occurring to the exposed workers such as unpleasant sense, stress and occupational hearing-impaired. Accordingly, as one of the measures for prevention such loud noise, various soundproof protection tools were developed. However, such soundproof protection tools were presented the physical measured value only, it is real state that the psychological study result with regard to the soundproof effect which the workers are actually feeling, is not existing. On such point of view, with the object on the typical earplugs and earcaps among the soundproof protection tools, this study has ever tried a subjective evaluation about the degree of soundproof effect through Psycho-acoustics experiment. It is considering that such study result could be utilized as the useful material when establishing the soundproof measure for the workers in the future.
