The age growth pattern of Myagropsis mygroides (Cystoseiraceae, Phaeophyta)population were investigated at Tongyeong (128$^{\circ}$ 25' E and 34$^{\circ}$ 45' N) in South coast of Korea, from September 1998 to August 1999. Water temperatures varied from 7.7${^{\circ}C}$ to 26${^{\circ}C}$ during the survey period. Distinct seasonal changes were found in the plant legth and wet weight of plant, and their maximum length and wet weight were attained 70.5(${\pm}$ 20.9) cm and 191.8(${\pm}$ 135.0) g during April and May. The growth patterns were divided into four periods of slow growth (September-November), fast growth (December-February), maturing growth (March-May) and declining period (June-August). The Tongyeong population of M. myagroides was dominated by less than three-year old small plants with slower growth rates, shorter plant length, lighter plant weight than those of other locations in Korea.
시간적 환경이 의료시설 이용자의 건강에 미치는 정신생리학적 영향

The purpose of this study is to understand how visual factors of healthcare facilities would have an effect on psycho-physiological health of inpatients. First, visual factors of a ward, where inpatients mostly spend their time in a hospital, were extracted in order to find out how visual environment would affect inpatient's health. Then experimental samples were made and inpatients' reactions against them were analyzed. This study is composed of two approaches a questionnaire for psychological analysis and an electroencephalogram measurement for physiological analysis. The results of this experiment show that psycho-physiological health of subject's can be remarkably improved according to artificial arrangement of visual environment of a ward. Especially, they also show that insignificant changes of visual environment such as furnishing trees, flowerpots or framed pictures in a ward, where there is no view and completely closed, will be able to exert a range of positive effects on an subject's psycho-physiological health. In conclusion, further studies need to be delivered about indoor designs to positively bring in natural elements to a ward as well as visibility ratio of views and skylines from a ward.
Ni-P 합금의 전기전도도와 경도에 대한 도금 조건의 영향

Pulse electroplating of Ni-P alloy was studied to fulfill the material requirement to the advanced vertical probe tip in wafer probe card. The major concerns are for the electrical conductivity and yield strength. Plating parameters such as current density, duty cycle and solution components were examined to obtain the nanocrystal structure and proper percentage of phosphorus, leading to how to control the nanocrystal grain growth and precipitation of $Ni_3P$ after heat treatment. Among the parameters, the amount of phosphorus acid was the main factor affecting on the grain size and sheet resistance, and the amount of 0.1 gram was appropriate. Since hardness in Ni-P alloy is increased by as-plated nanocrystal structure plus precipitation of $Ni_3P$, the concentration of P less than 15 at% was better choice for the grain coarsening without minus in hardness value. The following heat treatment made grain growth and dispersion of precipitates adjustable to meet the target limit of resistance of $100m{\Omega}$ and hardness number of over 1000Hv. The Ni-P alloy will be a candidate for the substitute of the conventional probe tip material.
괭생이모자반( Sargassum horneri) 유배의 생장에 미치는 온도, 광량, 광주기의 영향

The effects of temperature, photon irradiance, and photoperiod on the growth of Sargassum horneri embryos were examined for female plants collected at Chokpo in Tongyeoung, Gyeongnam Prefecture, Korea on 27 December 2011. Mature plant receptacles were detached, and fertilized eggs were cultured in the laboratory at temperatures of 5-25℃ with photon irradiances of 10-80 μmol m-2s-1 under 14L:10D and 10L:14D photoperiods. Germination and embryo growth were rapid at 20-25℃ and 40 μmol m-2s-1 under 14L:10D. The number of rhizoids in the germinated young thalli was high at high photon irradiances (40-80 μmol m-2s-1) and 15-20℃. At 20℃ and 14L:10D, vigorous growth of main and lateral branches was observed; however, at 5℃ under both photoperiods, plant growth decreased markedly. In the present study, S. horneri grew well at high temperatures (20-25℃) and high photon irradiances (40-80 μmol m-2s-1) with a 14L:10D photoperiod.
경쟁 수종들의 잎 추출 수용액이 가문비나무 종자발아 및 유묘생장에 미치는 타감효과

본 연구는 가문비나무 집단 내 치수형성이 잘 이루어지지 않는 이유를 찾고자 실시하였다. 가문비나무 집단내 치수형성을 방해하는 타감물질의 존재여부를 확인하고, 타감작용을 일으키는 수종을 확인하기 위해서 타감물질을 추출하여 종자발아 및 유묘생장에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 수용성 추출액은 GC/MS를 사용하여 수용성 페놀화합물의 유무를 확인하였다. 가문비나무 집단에서 채취한 주변 경쟁수종 잎의 수용성 추출물은 가문비나무 종자의 발아를 감소시켰으며, 유묘의 생장을 저해하였다. 추출액의 수용성 페놀화합물을 분석한 결과, borneol, Camphor, Longifolen,Longifolenaldehyde, Norbornene, Ketobornane, 1,8-Cineole, α-Cadinol이 검출되었는데, 이들은 monoterpenoids 화합물로서,타감물질로 잘 알려진 화합물들이다. 결론적으로, 가문비나무 집단 내 치수형성에 영향을 미치는 인자중의 하나가 주변 경쟁식생들의 타감효과에 의한 것으로 판단된다. This study was conducted to evaluate the allelopathic effect against the regeneration of the seedling and to identify the presence of allelochemicals in Picea jezoensis natural population in Jirisan. Water-soluble extracts from leaves of different competition plants were collected to test their effects on seed germination and seedling growth of P. jezoensis. Phenolic compounds from leaves were quantified using GC/MS. The seed germination rate and seedling growth of P. jezoensis was reduced by extracts of all competition plants leaves. Monoterpenoids compound, which are generally well known in the allelochemicals has been detected in the leaf extracts. In conclusion, allelopathic chemicals of competition vegetation in P. jezoensis natural population could inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth of P. jezoensis, that is considered as a result of the lower seedling establishment.
