        소비합리성의 개념에 대한 연구

        This paper delves into the concept of rationality in consumption behavior. After reviewing the concept of rationality in philosophy, sociology, psychology, and neo-classical economics, the paper focuses on `what is rational consumption.` Rational consumption is based on the rationality of Homo Consumens compared to Homo Economicus. Rationality in consumer Studies so far has been treated as instrumental one: however, the paper argues that purposive rationality should be also considered in forming consumption desire. Based on the conditions of instrumental and purposive rationality, the later part of the paper deals with the cases of irrational and/or nonrational consumption behavior in buying decision. The main arguments of the paper are summarized as follows: ① The rationality of consumption is composed of two dimensions of rationality : Instrumental and Purposive rationality. ② Instrumental rationality means consistency of buying decision in forming belief, desire, and action of consumption. ③ Purposive rationality means possibility and autonomy of buying decision in forming consumption desire. ④ To get instrumental and purposive rationally, communication rationality in societal level is also necessary.

        NF-𝜅B억제를 통한 청심양격산(淸心凉膈散)의 항염증 효과

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Cheongsimyanggyeoksan(CYS) water extract in vitro and in vivo. Methods : To evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of CYS, Raw 264.7 cells were pretreated with $3-300{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of CYS for 1h, and then exposed to $1{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of LPS. The cell viability was detected by MTT assay. Productions of nitric oxide(NO) and pro-inflammatory cytokines were measured in culture media. Protein levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) and Nuclear factor-${\kappa}$B($NF-{\kappa}B$) were determined by immunoblot analysis. The effect of CYS on acute inflammation in vivo was evaluated thorugh measurment of carrageenan-induced paw edema. Results : In vitro study, cell viability assay CYS treatment of $3-300{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ has no cytotoxicity in Raw 264.7 cells. LPS-induced NO production was significantly inhibited by pretreatment with $30-300{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ of CYS. Production of interleukin-6, -$1{\beta}$ and tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$ by LPS were significantly decreased by CYS pretreatment. CYS reduced LPS-mediated iNOS expression. Moreover, CYS significantly induced $I-{\kappa}B{\alpha}$ expression and reduced $NF-{\kappa}B$ expression. In vivo study, CYS significantly reduced the increases of paw swelling. Conclusions : These results suggest the clinical basis of CYS for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.

        결절성 다발 동맥염 환자의 한방치료 치험 1례

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the one clinical experience of korean medical treatment on polyarteritis nodosa(PAN). Methods : We treated a 46-year old man patient with acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, Daehwangchoseok-tang, Chijadaehwangsi-tang. We evaluated the improvement of patients by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and photography. Results : After the treatments, symptoms of skin lesion including pus, swelling, subcutaneous nodule and bleeding were improved and VAS of pain decreased from 10 to 1. Conclusions : This study shows that the korean medical treatment can improving symptoms of PAN.

        Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Hwanggigyejiomul-tang on eczema with oozing. Methods : We treated 23 eczema patients with oozing. We used the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), and recorded the condition of patients as severe, moderate, mild, none. Results : After the treatments, all patients VAS of oozing was remarkably decreased. Conclusions : This study suggests that Hwanggigyejiomul-tang is effective on eczema with oozing.

      • 택사의 항비만 효과 및 항산화 효과

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of pancreatic lipase and its anti-oxidant effect of Alisma orienta water extract (AOE). Methods : Alisma orienta (30 g) was extracted 10 times with distilled water (300 ㎖) for 2h. The inhibitory activity on pancreatic lipase enzyme of AOE was evaluated in vitro and its anti-oxidant effects were studied based on 2.2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and 2,2ʹ-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) assay. In addition, total phenolic content was measured as gallic acid equivalents (GAE) by the reference and the flavonoid content was measured as naringin equivalent (NE) by the reference. Results : In our current study, the obtained result showed that AOE inhibited pancreatic lipase activity with IC50 of below 1 ㎍/㎖. The IC50 of DPPH radical scavenging activity of AOE was 489.19 ± 1.02 ㎍/㎖ and the IC50 value of ascorbic acid as a positive control was 1.17 ± 0.04 ㎍/ ㎖. Moreover, the calculated IC50 value of AOE against the ABTS radical was 120.04 ± 1.67 ㎍/㎖ and the IC50 value of ascorbic acid as a positive control was 2.27 ± 0.19 ㎍/㎖. Total phenolic content was found to 6.29 ± 0.05 ㎎ GAE/g of AOE. The flavonoid content was 1.56 ± 0.02 ㎎ naringin equivalent (NE)/g of AOE. Conclusions : Taken together, AOE may exert anti-obesity effect by directly inhibiting pancreatic lipase, which would limit the lipid absorption from the small intestine. Accordingly, AOE administration may attenuate the physiological lipid changes caused by obesity.

        아라키돈산과 철 유도성 산화적 스트레스에 대한 김앵자(金櫻子) 열수 추출물의 간세포 보호 효능

        Objectives : Rosa laevigata Michx. has been used for the treatment of renal disease in traditional Korean medicine. In this study, we investigated cytoprotective effect of R. laevigata water extract (RLE) against oxidative stress induced by arachidonic acid (AA) + iron. Methods : To evaluate the protective effects of RLE against AA + iron-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cell, cell viability and changes on apoptosis-related proteins were assessed by MTT and immunoblot analyses. The effects of RLE on reduced glutathione level, production of reactive oxygen species and mitochondrial membrane potential were also monitored. Furthermore, to verify underlying molecular mechanism, NF-E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) was examined by immunoblot analysis. Additionally, Nrf2 transactivation and its downstream target genes expression were also determined by reporter gene and realtime RT-PCR analyses. Results : RLE pretreatment (30-300 μg/ml) prevented cells from AA + iron-mediated cell death in a concentration dependent manner. In addition, 100 μg/ml RLE inhibited AA + iron-induced glutathione depletion, reactive oxygen species production and mitochondrial dysfunction. RLE accumulated nuclear Nrf2 and also transactivated Nrf2, which was evidenced by antioxidant response element- and glutathione S-transferase A2-driven luciferase activities and mRNA level of glutamate-cysteine ligase catalytic subunit, NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1 and sestrin 2. Moreover, protective effect of RLE against AA + iron was abolished in Nrf2 knockout cells. Conclusions : These results indicate that RLE has the ability to protect hepatocyte against oxidative stress through Nrf2 activation.

        테크노 텍스타일의 기법과 소재를 활용한 패션폰 디자인 연구

        휴대폰은 오늘날 인간생활에서 가장 유용하게 사용되고 있는 디지털제품중 하나라고 할 수 있다. 급속히 발전되고 있는 IT기술에 따라, 휴대폰의 종류도 다양해지고 있다. 또한 디자인, 기술과 기능, 다양한 소재활용 등 소비자 트렌드에 따른 휴대폰 디자인 개발은 계속 진행되고 있다. 특히 젊은 세대를 타겟으로 개발되고 있는 패션폰은 나름대로의 독특한 시장을 형성 하면서 급속히 확장되고 있다. 패션폰 개발에 있어서 가장 중요한 것은 개성적이며 독창적인 디자인 개발에 있다고 하겠다. 미래의 패션 트렌드를 예측해야 하며 다양한 소재와 그 가공기술의 연구가 병행되어야 디자이너들은 젊은 세대의 감성에 부합되는 디자인을 창출 할 수 있다. 따라서, 최근 활발히 연구되어 상용화 되고 있는 테크노 텍스타일(Techno Textile)의 다양한 기술과 소재를 활용하여 차별화되고 독창적인 패션폰 디자인 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 테크노 텍스타일이란 테크노로지컬(Technologlcal)의 줄인 말인 테크노와 텍스타일을 합성한 것으로 과학적 기술의 텍스타일 기법과 소재를 말하며 전자 텍스타일 이라고도 한다. 최근, 텍스타일에 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 전자분야는 컴퓨터지원설계(CAD)와 전자공학으로 감각의 영역을 확장하는 작용을 한다. 그 중 CAD는 가장 가시적으로 획기적인 직물(Textile)의패턴을 만들어 낸다. 이러한 전자기술에 의한 텍스타일 기술과 기법, 소재들이, 다양한 분야에 활용되어 우리가 사용하는 모든 제품과 환경에 적용되어 풍요로운 생활에 큰 도움을 주고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 젊은 세대를 위한 패션폰 디자인 개발을 위하여 테크노 텍스타일 기법과 소재를 활용하여 혁신적이고 차별화된 디자인을 창출 하는데 있다. 이 혁신적인 디자인으로 새로운 시장을 개척하고 확장 시키는데 큰 도움을 줄 것이다. 연구방법과 범위로는 우선적으로 테크노 텍스타일의 일반적 개념을 파악하고 새로운 기술과 기법, 소재를 연구하기 위하여 연구논문과 출판물에 의한 문헌 조사와 함께 인터넷을 통한 D/B 및 네트워크 검색으로 연구 하였다. 연구범위는 최근의 테크노 텍스타일에 대한 충분한 정보를 확보하고 이를 패션폰 디자인 개발에 활용하여, 패션폰 디자인 개발 프로세스 전 과정이 포함되었다. 전체적인 연구내용으로는, 테크노 텍스타일의 이론적 고찰, 테크노 텍스타일의 기법과 소재, 테크노 텍스타일 트렌드 동향 분석, 테크노 텍스타일 기법과 소재를 활용한 패션폰 디자인 개발 전 과정을 연구 하였다. 연구결과로는 테크노 텍스타일의 최근 기술과 기법, 그에 따른 소재를 활용한 패션폰이 개발됨으로서 시장이 크게 확장되어 기업의 매출과 이익 증대에 크게 도움을 줄 것이며, 패션폰 외의 수많은 디지털 제품에 본 연구가 활용됨으로서 향후 제품 디자인 개발에 있어 신선하고 새로운 디자인 트렌드를 조성 시킬 것이다. The mobile phone is one of the most useful and valuable digital product in human life today. With IT technology advancing at a fast-growing rate, the kind of the mobile phone is becoming more complex and varied. In addition, the mobile phone has been developing with such a design, technology and function, using of the various material by the customer`s trend. In particular, the fashion mobile phones are being developed for the young generations that those are expanding very fast and forming the own unique market. The most important thing in the fashion mobile phone`s development is developing the creative and unique design. The designers can make the emotional designs for the young generations as they predict the fashion trend of the future and study about the manufacture skills. Therefore, this study needs to make the discriminate and creative fashion mobile phone design with the variety skills and materials of the studied and briskly used ‘Techno Textile’ recently. ‘Techno Textile’ is the combination word. The one is the techno the short word of the ‘Technological’ and the other one is the textile about the textile technique and material of the scientific technology that called the ‘Electronic Textile’. In recent days, the electronic fields are greatly affecting the textile that making the extension of the emotional field with the CAD and electronic engineering. The CAD makes one of the most visible innovative textile patterns. These electronic textile skills, techniques and materials are helped to use our all products and environments in various ways for the convenient lifestyle. The purpose of this study is making about the innovative and creative fashion mobile phone design for the young generation with the using of the techno textile techniques and materials. This study will help to expand and look for new markets with this innovative design. This study on the method and area is first understanding about the general concepts, network researches, internet D/B, the studies of the new skills and techniques and materials with the researches of the dissertation and publication. A study on the range is included as all design processes of the fashion mobile phone design with enough information of the techno textile. This research was studied the basic theoretical consideration of the techno textile, the technique and material of the techno textile and techno textile trend research in overall research. The final result of this study is the making of the new fresh design trend for the product design manufacturing in the future by the using this study of the fashion mobile phone design and digital product design and also it will help to make the company`s benefit and increasing sales in the market by the fashion mobile phone design of the latest techno textile skills, techniques and materials.

        UI를 활용한 캠퍼스의류 상품디자인 개발 -G 국립대학교의 사례를 중심으로-

        In 2009, two national universities were integrated into one and the following was newly named Gangneung- Wonju National University. Therefore, this university requires consolidation and promotion of UI(University Identity) as a college brand in order to secure and enhance its competitiveness. The purpose of this study was to design and develop campus-wear, ultimately, it can be used as a part of the Gangeung-Wonju University`s UIP policy. A qualitative approach of searching==incorporating books, dissertations, and web-based information==was taken to investigate theoretical backgrounds. The campus-wears were collected from the selected universities in Korea and abroad for the distinct design development. The result of the research are as follows. The concept for the design planning was「wit, exciting & challenge for campus life」. The developed UI had focused on expressing positive images of the University. Six items were chosen for the campus-wear design. The goal was to demonstrate practicality and fashion trend. The color arrangement primarily focused on the University`s official color and pursued a bright, breeze look. The detailed techniques used for the actual production were printing, embroidery, and accessories. The UI products may not only instill the members of the university with the spirit and pride by strengthening the sense of belonging, but also create a synergistic effect in education by boosting the university promotion and by newly establishing standing as the integrated university.
