        지역 영상산업 지원제도 연구 : 경기도 지역영상미디어센터 지원 조례를 중심으로

        지역영상미디어센터는 연령·지역 등 미디어 활용격차로 인해 발생하는 소외감을 해소시킬 수 있는 공공 미디어 공간이며, 주민 각자가 문화를 만들고 미디어를 통해 소통하는 경험을 제공하는 종합적인 영상문화 시설이다. 최근 영상 콘텐츠 중심의 트렌드와 함께 지역영상미디어센터는 양적으로 보다 증가될 것으로 예상되지만 지역영상미디어센터가 내실화를 통해 질적으로 성장하기 위해서는 제도적·정책적인 지원이 선행되어야 하며 조례는 지역의 문화정책을 기획하고 추진하기 위한 제도로써 기반이 된다. 본 연구는 경기도의 미디어센터 지원 조례를 중심으로 추진 배경과 현황, 내용을 분석하고 조례 제정으로 인한 성과와 영향을 파악한 후 향후 지역영상미디어센터가 본연의 역할에 충실하고 바람직한 방향으로 나아가기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 광역자치단체 중 가장 먼저 제정한 경기도 지역영상미디어센터 지원 조례는 다른 자치단체들이 조례를 제·개정하는데 유용한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 나아가 제도적 측면에서 미디어센터의 질적인 내실화가 이루어 질 수 있도록 촉진하고 올바른 영상문화 확산과 영상산업 발전에 기여하여 지역영상미디어센터의 가치와 역할을 증대시키는데 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다. The regional media center is a public space that can resolve the alienation caused by the media utilization gap, such as age and region, and is a comprehensive video culture facility that provides each resident with the experience of creating culture and communicating through media. Regional media centers are expected to increase in quantity along with the recent video content-oriented trend, but institutional and policy support must be preceded in order for regional media centers to grow qualitatively through internalization, and ordinances are the basis for planning and promoting regional cultural policies. This study analyzed the background, current status, and contents of the Ordinance for Supporting the Regional Media Center in Gyeonggi-do, identified the performance and impact of the ordinance enactment, and proposed a plan for the regional media center to faithfully and in a desirable direction in the future. Ordinance for Supporting the Regional Media Center in Gyeonggi-do, the first of its kind among metropolitan governments, can be used as basic data for other local governments to enact and revise ordinances. Furthermore, from an institutional perspective, the quality of the media center can be improved. It will be able to contribute to increasing the value and role of regional video media centers by promoting and contributing to the spread of proper video culture and the development of the video industry.

        한국 인디 패션 개념에 관한 연구

        This study is to comprehend indie fashion which pursues the realization of self-identity, values, freedom and a creation that deviates from conventional cultural flow. This study also aims to understand the definition and characteristics of indie fashion in Korean culture. A rigorous study on indie fashion has not yet been done; therefore, this study was conducted through both a literature study and empirical study. The empirical study asked individuals who engage in indie fashion to provide opinions on the definition and characteristics of indie fashion. The results are as follow. First, indie fashion does not impose conformity upon an individual nor does it pursue differentiation. Second, indie fashion based on self-identity is characterized by an individual``s consistent and unchanging style. Third, images (or styles of indie fashion) cannot be uniformly defined as styles different from one individual to another. Fourth, indie fashion can be defined as when an individual perceives themselves as pursuing indie spirit and its attitude. Next was an empirical study that showed in what position indie fashion is and who the fashion leader is in indie fashion. People who enjoy indie fashion said that (regarding indie fashion) it exists independent from the flow of trends as it regards personal values and identity as important.

      • 식생활 라이프스타일에 따른 식행동과 외식 소비이용 행태에 관한 연구

        The vast majority of the food service industry is in the form of a highly competitive market, hence entry barriers are low and it is also difficult to achieve economies of scale. However, the domestic food service industry has been shrinking due to the recent ongoing slow growth and recession and the implementation of the Kim Young-Ran law. Consumers who are pursuing caustic are replacing eating out with fast food or light delivery food. In this study, we analyzed the data of “Food Consumption Usage Behavior” from the panel of the Korea Rural Economic Institute in 2016 to examine dietary behaviors and food consumption behavior according to consumers lifestyles. The main results are as follows. First, factor analysis and cluster analysis showed that dietary lifestyle was classified into four groups: a safety type group (19.97%); a polygonal group (30.16%); a normal type group (35.89%); and, an indifferent type group (13.98%). Second, dietary behaviors according to the dietary lifestyle were found to be satisfactory in order of polygon (m=3.637), safe type (m=3.612), mediocre type (m=3.511), and indifference type (m=3.444). Third, according to eating habits lifestyle, eating habits were more likely to be consumed in restaurants than in family units. The frequency of eating out was more frequent when eating out once a month for the safety and indifference types, but when considering polygon and regular types, it was more frequent for once per week. Fourth, as a result of examining the relationship between eating out consumption behavior and eating habits (according to eating habits lifestyle), four types of consumption attitudes based on experience emerged: seeking; safety-oriented; consumption of food.

        맹자의 덕과 덕 윤리학

        맹자 철학에는 덕 윤리학으로 이해되기 어려운 요소들이 엄존하며, 따라서 단순히 양자 간의 형식적 및 외형적 유사성에 기대어 맹자의 윤리이론을 덕 윤리학으로 읽어내려는 시도는 오독이나 과도한 해석으로부터 자유로울 수 없다. 이 글은 이러한 오해 몇 가지를 바로잡으려고 시도한다. 이에 따르면, 맹자는 근본적으로 거시적이고 보편적 차원의 윤리이론을 제시하려 했으며, 그 정당화 과정에서 자신이 단순히 심리적인 주관주의자가 아니라 선험적이고 보편적인 선성(善性)의 존재를 긍정하는 의무론적 실재론자임을 보여주고 있기 때문에 맹자의 윤리이론은 덕 윤리학과는 근본적인 차이를 갖는다. Scholars who make an attempt to read Mencius’s philosophy as virtue ethics have some troubles to get around the misreadings and the overinterpretations because they rely on the simple comparison leaning against formal and external similarity between the two. We try to correct these misunderstandings in this paper. Mengzi tried to present fundamentally a macroscopic and universal theory of ethics, and in processing of its justification showed himself as a deontological realist which affirms human beings having a priori and universal goodness in nature, not a psychological subjectivist simply. this being so, we think there are considerable differences between Mengzi’s ethical theory and virtue ethics.
